$hile: Text from compañero Juan Aliste to Alfredo Cospito

Posted on 2023/01/21 - 2023/01/21 by darknights

When the journey is without return or hesitation for a revolutionary subversive or anarchist. The decisions of struggle are based on the conviction of life.
Life that we defend with integrity and consistency in every scenario. We understand freedom as a reflection of our actions, we understand it in the indomitable, in what removes and combats the slave order and not in the precarious and miserable capitalist format of opting for alternatives of welfare and consumerism.
Thus owners of our steps and sighs, owners of the life that runs through our bones and skin in war.
Life that we defend free from any space and with all means and capacities.
Hand in hand with decision we pick up the continuous thread of direct action, brotherhood breaking frontiers and impossibilities.
Today the complicity, the multiform and horizontal conspiracy unfolds and positions itself by building from resistance and international solidarity.

Far from old organizational logics or authoritarian parties, I raise my war cry. In the same trench of Alfredo Cospito, who began by making visible the isolation and perpetuity of his sentence. Faced with a State that has a whole structural framework and a doctrine of constant, sinister and class oppression. Today the mobilization of the Italian anarchist comrade battles with death. After almost 90 days on hunger strike and adding up, only sustainable in the conviction and fortitude of an unwavering heart and a life at war.
Putting the body as a weapon of confrontation and struggle is a sign of revolutionary strength. From his anarchist foundations Alfredo is not one of those who are just passing through. Alfredo is fighting against all the rottenness of the State and its machinery. He fights with his body this subversive battle.
I write from anger and as an enemy of the State from the pain that strengthens us and puts us to the test. The real word that emanates from the fierce certainty that the only freedom lies in action. That these prisons that they invented to contain us fail and will fail as long as we stand up to fight against it and all the shit that sustains them.

Strength, compañero/brother, my respect for the struggle.
I have nothing to say to power. My energies go to you Alfredo, every breath of oxygen of these letters belong to you and to each one of the comrades who fight to close the 41 bis.
A complicit embrace of struggle and unwavering resistance in tenderness.
Our life in war does not end with torture, jail or death.
Death to the prison society and to all the states and institutions that sustain them.
Internationalist Solidarity for Alfredo Cospito
Against 41 bis and life imprisonment.

$hile/Abya Yala: Communique from different territories of Abya Yala for Alfredo Cospito almost 90 days into his hunger strike against the 41 bis punishment and isolation regime

Posted on 2023/01/19 - 2023/01/19 by darknights

Public communiqué of anarchist, subversive anti-authoritarian, nihilist anti-speciesist and anarcho-feminist affinities in the face of the current situation of comrade Alfredo Cospito in the Italian fascist prisons almost 90 days after the beginning of his hunger strike.

As comrades who support the anarchic struggle against prisons, prison society and the system of domination, we express through these words our unwavering support for comrade Alfredo Cospito, kidnapped by the Italian state in the prison of Bancali, Sassari, Sardinia; a center of extermination in which the nefarious regime of 41 bis has been applied to him, with the aim of destroying him as a subject and preventing him from maintaining any kind of contact with all his comrades inside and outside of the prisons.

Alfredo has been on hunger strike for almost 90 days demanding the end of the application of the damned regime, which extorts our comrades through the torture of isolation to induce them to give information or die, only in these two situations 41 bis ceases to be applied.

As like-minded comrades we repudiate the torture applied to Alfredo and other comrades, we know that they fear us because of our unrestricted commitment to end the system of domination, a commitment that does not end with torture, nor with prison, nor with death itself, and for this reason today Alfredo is risking his life firmly and without hesitation.

From the territory occupied by the Chilean colonialist state and from different territories of Abya Yala we tell you that the struggle of our comrade is also ours and that the consequences of a bad end to it will be seen and felt everywhere. Santiago, Chile: Responsibility claim for bus set on fire outside the Ex-pedagógico (UMCE) and armed confrontation with special forces of the carabineros

Posted on 2023/01/13 - 2023/01/13 by darknights

Note: The events that are claimed below happened on November 4 of last year, and their late date is explained by the fact that, in the words of the comrades themselves, it is “to be able to remember it with the aroma of the passing of time and to begin a new year of subversion and explosions.”

(Received at informativoanarquista@riseup.net)

Santiago, Chile: Bus set on fire outside the Ex-pedagógico (UMCE) and armed confrontation against special forces of carabineros for the iconoclastic memory of Kevin Garrido and in solidarity with Alfredo Cospito and the comrades of the Susaron Case. (04/11/2022).

“We speak of a new war, a new partisan war. Without front or uniform, without army or decisive battle. A war in which the focal points are deployed far from the mercantile flows, although they are connected to them. We speak of a totally latent war. That has time. Of a war of position. Which is being waged where we are. In the name of no one. In the name of our own existence, which has no name” (How to do? Tiqqun).

About the action.

During a quiet and bohemian Friday afternoon at the Ex Pedagógico, while the citizen/student mass lives its lethargic and alienated youthful fun, a violent direct action took place. This action is framed within the so-called “Black November”, where it is informally called to commemorate the life and death of comrade Kevin Garrido through the violent, diffuse and multiform attack. The action begins with our exit through the front of the university to proceed to cut off vehicular traffic in the area. We set up a barricade of tires and debris that we lit at the moment of intercepting a public transport bus. Our intention was to cross the bus horizontally to the street in order to cut off all traffic, however the driver of the vehicle blocked its driving, so we proceeded to set it on fire at the place of its interception with accelerating liquids. Without intending to harm the mass of citizens, we were constantly rebuked and repudiated for this action. We did not care and we responded verbally to their desperate insults and we were attentive to any onslaught that could emerge from any individual-citizen-cop with a craving for civil heroism, we shit on those people who, upon seeing armed comrades, dare to insult them, believing themselves -imbecilically- untouchable, voluntarily putting their physical integrity at risk in front of us. After this eventful moment, we entered the campus to wait for the police deployment and to receive it with all our strength: thunderous gunshots and a rain of Molotov cocktails hit the bodies of the squad of henchmen who naively took cover on the corner of Juan Gómez Millas street while the armored cars crossed the street. They clearly did not expect our means of attack to put their miserable lives at risk, which left a couple of policemen on the ground (apparently wounded by the shots) and provoked an almost immediate response: they shot at us with their service weapons and gassed the entire area of the front gate. After this counterattack, we used and unloaded all our material and disappeared fleetingly from the place.

Motivations.

This action -as we mentioned before- is part of the international campaign for a Black November in memory of the savage iconoclast Kevin Garrido, 4 years after his murder in the Santiago 1 prison. It is also a blow to the gears of capital that subject all forms of life to a lethargy of normality/passivity typical of a counterinsurgent period catalyzed by the democratic mechanisms of a social democratic government that has established an atmosphere of post-transition.

We abhor this reality and have no hope of reforming it, whether for democratic or “revolutionary” ends, so we attack it. Besides, hope (even the “hope of revolution”) is just that: hope. We do not hope. We attack… “when hope dies, action begins” (Beyond Hope, Derrick Jensen). Let those who still believe in social and human redemption wait while their social bases are camouflaged according to the dictates of the government of the day. We no longer believe. We do not even believe in the Social Revolution that the prophets of anarchy occupy to embellish their babbling tongues and project a false image on the depressing reality of this world. We deny it. “The idea of “progress” is central to the modern Western paradigm in which the assumption that the whole world is moving towards an ever better future predominates. The idea of the inevitability or possibility of a global libertarian future arises from that belief” (“Desert”, anonymous). We leave theoretical fables for the masturbatory leisure of academics. We are not part of any revolutionary tradition that dictates and imposes our practical work. Our action is Pleasure through destruction. We live our anarchy today and not in a “revolutionary” tomorrow.

Perhaps a burned bus, a few Molotovs and a couple of bullets will not put an end to domination. However, we prefer to contribute decisively to its destruction without any consequences. Our freedom is found in the attack, because it is only when we untie the chains of morality and the servitude of capital and decide to take action, that we conquer that freedom of which the old and dusty philosophy books talk so much. $hile: Words of the anarchist prisoner Aldo Hernández Valdés from a cell of module 12 of the prison “la gonzalina” Rancagua

Posted on 2023/01/08 - 2023/01/08 by darknights

I have decided to write a few lines in which I would like to deeply thank the anonymous and critical support that I have received through these solid walls that today enclose me.

More than a decade ago I decided to take the ideas, and try to reflect with actions what I carried in this black heart. I knew it was a duel to the death, to fight this prison society and all those who sustain this model of misery.

History has been stained with our unyielding and fighting blood. The restlessness of the beautiful minds helps us to keep present, our fallen and at the same time gives us clarity of those who deserve our insurrectional convictions. It sustains all our eternal contempt for authority and for anyone who takes from us the beauty of freedom. Freedom that is treasured in our black hearts.

To thank the concern of the different political prisoners who have been attentive since I arrived at this extermination center.

To Juan Aliste and Marcelo Villarroel who from the first moment communicated to know about my situation.

To the close embrace with Comandante Ramiro of encouragement and strength. Continue reading “$hile: Words of the anarchist prisoner Aldo Hernández Valdés from a cell of module 12 of the prison “la gonzalina” Rancagua” →

Chile: Text of anarchist prisoner Lucas Hernandez from prison/company Santiago 1

Posted on 2023/01/08 by darknights

In the early morning of December 22, 2022, after a series of raids conducted by the South Metropolitan High Complexity Prosecutor’s Office, as part of an investigation into an explosive attack on the National Directorate of the Chilean Gendarmerie…

Two comrades were arrested, my brother/comrade and I.

On that 22nd day, the official press published our faces as a trophy, making a spectacle of us. And as usual, condemning in advance all those who decide to rebel against this world of control and punishment.

Those who dictate and control our confinement do not take into account the anarchist solidarity, solidarity that approves of walls and confinement, of bullets and shackles. Solidarity that we could feel from the first moment we arrived at the module where I am. We were received with full and fraternal hands by the comrades charged in the Susaron case.

In these lines I want to thank all those who have been concerned about us: The family, my compañeros, friends, anonimxs and those who share the ideas that overflow my heart and individual thinking. A hug for all of them. Continue reading “Chile: Text of anarchist prisoner Lucas Hernandez from prison/company Santiago 1” →

Chile: Communiqué of the “Anti-prison Solidarity Network with Juan and Marcelo” 15 years after the so-called Security Case

Posted on 2022/11/15 by darknights

15 YEARS AFTER THE SO-CALLED SECURITY CASE: MARCELO VILLARROEL AND JUAN ALISTE WITH THEIR FISTS RAISED IN DIGNIFIED RESISTANCE TO IMPRISONMENT AS STATE REVENGE.

On October 18, 2007, a group of people carried out a robbery at a branch of the Banco Security located in the center of Santiago in Chile. In the retreat, two police motorists who were alerted and went to the vicinity tried to stop part of the assailants and clashed with them shooting one policeman dead and the other wounded, thus the expropriators escaped from the police encirclement.

After the events and the death of the policeman, the state operations would be unleashed in a matter of weeks against a universe of subversive autonomous comrades who would be exposed in all the mass media of power: Freddy Fuentevilla (in the street), Carlos Gutiérrez (in the street), Juan Aliste and Marcelo Villarroel (still imprisoned) were immediately condemned by the media, the fabricated public opinion and the rulers in power, while the carabineros began the hunt against them, who were already in hiding, raiding the homes of relatives in Santiago, Valparaíso, Iquique and carrying out multiple operations in Mapuche territory.

Months later (2008) they would be arrested in Argentinean territory (Freddy and Marcelo), convicted (for carrying a weapon of war), spending 22 months in prison and then expelled to Chile. Then Juan would also be detained in Argentina (year 2010) and immediately expelled to Chile. In this way, already in this territory, the comrades would have to face a political trial that would finally condemn Marcelo to 14 years in September 2014 for 2 bank robberies and Juan to 42 years for the death of the policeman, the attempted death of the other policeman and 2 bank robberies. So clear are the figures and reasons why our comrades today are still kidnapped by the state in the prisons of their democracy. Santiago, Chile: Responsibility claim for explosive attack against SerCor S.A. subsidiary of AntarChile

Posted on 2022/10/22 - 2022/10/22 by darknights

On the night of October 19, three years after the revolt, we attacked with dynamite the company SerCor located in the Las Condes district, specifically in building 150 of El Golf Avenue.

SerCor S.A. is a company of the corporate center of the Angelini Group that offers consulting and support to company boards for the administrative development of their capitalist businesses. SerCor is under the control of AntarChile, which is a major investment company, also belonging to the Angelini Group, and which manages assets of more than US$20 billion.

AntarChile owns more than 70% of the shares of Forestal Arauco, a company with 1.6 million hectares of monoculture plantations responsible for the degradation and devastation of soils and which severely impacts the minimum conditions that a community needs to live, such as access to water and arable land. In addition, the MAPA project promoted by Arauco plans to modernize the pulp industry in southern Chile, reinforcing transnational extractivism in Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Uruguay, Canada, the United States, Panama, among other countries.

Antar also owns the fishing companies Corpesca, Igemar and Orizon with a control in assets of more than 80%. It should be remembered that the fishing company Corpesca bribed by paying more than 200 million to former senator Jaime Orpis (UDI) and former congresswoman Marta Isasi (former UDI) to defend the industrial fishing interests in the congress. Longueira was another of those who profited from this scheme, known as the “Fishing Law” or “Longueira Law”, which benefited the large fishing industry to the detriment of the autonomous fisherman. Through different suppliers, this politician received a sum of 730 million pesos between September 2009 and March 2015 from the company Corpesca. This bribe was intended to influence the bill to be favorable to large industrial fishing companies. Chile: On the current situation of our comrade Mónica Caballero in prison. Anarchist and Subversive Prisoners

Posted on 2022/09/11 by darknights

From the moment of her arrest, in June 2020, Monica has been in the public connotation module of the San Miguel Women’s Prison. This module is characterized by the direct control exercised by the gendarmerie over the prisoners, with greater and more complex security measures than in the rest of the prison.

Along with this, Monica’s derisory yard time – 1 hour a day – makes her confinement even more oppressive, as she is confined in closed spaces practically all day long.

However, there is one factor that is making life particularly difficult for our compañera inside the prison: being forced to share spaces with women who have assaulted, raped and/or murdered their children. Monica’s contact with these people is at all times and at all hours, a situation that is becoming unbearable for our compañera. It is important to point out that Monica is not relying on the investigations and accusations of the prosecutor’s office, but it is they themselves who openly assume their aberrant behaviors, normalizing aggressions and rapes of their children.

In this sense, we are clear in pointing out that this represents a strategy of Power to subdue comrades who have turned their lives to wage war against authority, as Monica has evidently done. Power knows that our revolutionary ethic clashes head-on with these despicable behaviors and those who perpetrate them, which is why it deliberately exercises this type of provocations that represent, by all means, an added punishment.

We will not accept to share common spaces with rapists, so we demand immediately the change of module of our comrade Monica Caballero.

Together with this, the change of module would also mean that our colleague would no longer be subject to an exceptional regime of control and surveillance, which would undoubtedly improve her situation inside the prison.

AN END TO THE EXCEPTIONAL MEASURES OF CONTROL AND PUNISHMENT OF MÓNICA CABALLERO!

UNTIL THE LAST BASTION OF PRISON SOCIETY IS DESTROYED!!!

Chile: Words of anarchist & subversive prisoners for the International Week of Solidarity with Anarchist Prisoners

Posted on 2022/09/11 - 2022/09/11 by darknights

A complicit greeting. Francisco Solar’s words for the Week of Solidarity with the Anarchist Prisoners

Revolutionary, anarchic solidarity is a mutual relationship that requires in an indispensable way a clear and decisive positioning of war both from the prisoners and from the like-minded environments of the street. On this basis, this week of solidarity with the anarchist prisoners comes to strengthen this relationship based on combat, which is nothing other than the existing complicity that threatens every expression of authority.

To break with welfarism and victimhood is to stop seeing the prisoner as an unquestionable subject by the mere fact of his or her situation of temporary confinement. Therefore, it is also to break with practices that tend to hierarchize and become authoritarian. It is essential to keep this in mind at all times in order to strengthen the anarchic anti-prison struggle.

A complicit salute to all groups and individuals who make their own the war against authority, which is inseparable from the anarchic struggle against prisons. Their actions and attacks are an important respite from the oppressive prison life.

A complicit greeting also to all the anarchist prisoners locked up around the world. A special embrace for comrade Alfredo Cóspito who is in an exceptional situation of imprisonment that the Power intends to make it perpetual.

An end to the sentences of the military justice on Marcelo Villarroel!

Let the prisons explode!

Francisco Solar

Santiago, Chile: Explosive attack against Belasco construction company in Las Condes + Claim by “Grupo de Acción 6 de Julio-Nueva Subversión”

Posted on 2022/07/11 by darknights

During the night of Tuesday, July 5, around 23:00hrs an anonymous cyclist was riding through the wealthy streets of Las Condes to stop at the intersection of Ebro and Encomenderos.

In the place is located the corporate building of the construction company Belasco, the anonymous cyclist manages to enter a small package through the fence to give towards the interior of the building. After a few minutes, the device explodes, causing damage to the facade, mainly to the pillar, the entrance gate and glass of the building.

The unknown silhouette manages to continue its course without any problem or being detected. The typical police personnel for these events arrive at the place: GOPE, LABOCAR, OS-9 in charge of the already traditional Fiscalia Sur, self-styled expert for these cases.

From the progressive government, the Minister of the Interior Izkia Siches said: “the investigations are in progress, I am aware of it and we hope that they will be able to give a quick account. These are facts that we obviously reject as a government and we hope they will not be repeated in our country”.

For his part, the Undersecretary of the Interior, Manuel Monsalve, said: “We must not anticipate judgments, there are audiovisual images of the person who placed the explosive device, with respect to the company Besalco”.
