On the night of October 16 at about 1:30 am, an unknown person threw a molotov through the window of the military registration and enrollment office, after breaking it, causing a fire inside. This is the second time that the office was attacked in this way, after the first time on May 18, when furniture and personal files of conscripts were destroyed.

On the night of October 14, an unknown person broke into the military registration and enlistment office (where two policemen were standing in front of it) from a neighboring building, broke a side window of one of the offices on the first floor, and threw molotovs inside. The guard at the military office did begin to put out the fire after hearing the sound of breaking glass… but in the process of putting out the fire, many documents were flooded.

On the night October 6 at about 1:00 am, an unknown person threw two molotovs at the military registration and enlistment office. A fire soon broke out in the entrance of the building, but the guards heard the sound of breaking glass and the fire was extinguished before it spread.

On October 5, in the village of Zyuzino, an unknown person broke into the territory of a military unit at night and threw four molotovs over the fence of a barrack. Two of the bottles broke and caught fire, damaging the building’s siding.
Salavat (Bashkiria)
On the night of October 3, unknown people threw a molotov into the office of the local branch of the Communist Party (which actively supports the regime in its war in Ukraine). The fire was eventually smothered, but managed to smoke the whole room, covering it with soot. Remember that on September 24, the entrance to the premises of the United Russia party (in power) had been burned in Salavat using flaming tires.

On October 1, around 2 a.m., the military registration and enlistment office in Kyzylsky district, 28 Shakhterskaya Street, was set on fire. The extent of the damage is not known.

In the early morning of 29 September shortly after 6 am, molotovs were thrown at two windows of the military registration and enlistment office in the Kirov and Lenin districts of the city. A fire broke out in one of the rooms before it was extinguished.

On the night of September 28, an unknown person broke a window of the administrative building of the Zimovnikovsky district and, using a flaming can of gasoline, set fire to the office of the head of the construction department. The fire was extinguished only an hour later, after the office was completely burned.

The military registration and enlistment office on Cheryomukhovaya Street was attacked two days in a row. On the night of 27 September an unknown person approached a window of the office on Cheryomukhovaya Street and set fire to the interior, before the guards who arrived at the scene managed to extinguish it. The next day, September 28, at about 1 a.m., a molotov caused a fire to start in a neighboring building, also belonging to the military registration office, after a window was broken with a hammer.

On September 26, in the Irkutsk region, young Ruslan Zinin voluntarily went to the military registration office and shot the commander of the center in the head, after declaring “No one will fight” and “Now we’ll all go home!”

On September 25 in Ruzaevska at about 4:00 a.m., two molotovs were thrown through the window of the military registration and enlistment office. The fire engulfed one of the offices.

On the night of September 25, unknown persons drilled a hole in the frame of the double-glazed window of the military registration office, and then passed through this hole a tube attached to an overturned gasoline can, hanging from the window grate. The fire occurred at about 5:30 a.m., and the fire engulfed a part of the office.

On the night of September 25 in the city of Chernyakhovsk, a molotov was thrown at the building of the military registration and enlistment office. According to the police, the fire was set against “an information board located at the door of the office”, and the arsonists managed to escape.

On the night of September 24, a fire broke out in the building of the military registration and enrollment office on Korosteleva Street at about 1:00 am. The fire department took more than 20 minutes to extinguish the fire after their arrival, without managing to save the office furniture.

On the night of September 23, unknown persons tried to set fire to the premises of the Communist Party (active supporter of the war against Ukraine), in the district of Kirov: bundles of paper soaked in methylated spirits were slipped under the wooden door and then set on fire, while “No to war!” was left on the door at the entrance of the building. Although the fire was quickly extinguished by the party’s supporters, the party states in its press release that “this act was unfortunately not without damage, since the door will need to be repaired.”

The window had been broken beforehand with a hammer, and an office on the first floor caught fire. Viktor Melnikov, a twenty-year-old chemistry student was arrested. He said during his interrogation that his act was aimed at countering the mobilization.

The door and part of the recruitment center (his khaki dental office on the first floor) were damaged.
