Officially entering the field of politics, all this is exemplified in his servility towards Trump, who has placed him in the front row of the reactionary, imperialist, sexist and supremacist offensive underway in the United States. Specifically, as a reward for his billionaire support for the electoral campaign, the newly elected president has awarded his favorite Dark Maga the leadership of DOGE, an ad hoc body that has quickly busied itself on cuts and reforms aimed at directly or indirectly affecting that slice of the population that is recognized by the new elite as “surplus”.

In turn, through xAI Musk has recently purchased the X platform himself, the former instant messaging service called Twitter, well exemplifying the use of social media as a tool for algorithmic manipulation of public opinion for the most vulgar political purposes, as well as revealing in a now indisputable way the use of social media as an inexhaustible source of data for the use and consumption of AI BigTechs.
Not forgetting SpaceX and its (apparently crazy) prospects of interplanetary colonialism, which lay the foundations for the continuation of the plunder that this system will need even once the stocks of the planet we live on are exhausted: a company that, at the moment, seems to be becoming richer and more powerful even than NASA. Its best-known product is the Starlink satellite system, which, in addition to filling low Earth orbit with technological garbage, aims to guarantee internet connection even in the absence of infrastructure on Earth. These artificial constellations, therefore, are becoming an essential tool for armies in theaters of war; Starlink is in fact thriving by providing its services to the Ukrainian and Israeli armies, making itself complicit in massacres and genocides of today and tomorrow.
Finally, we conclude with Tesla, the famous company of hyper-technological electric cars, the status symbol par excellence of the rich techno-fascists of all latitudes, the emblem of the ecological lie that aims to electrify the planet, destroying it definitively in the name of profit. Tesla itself, with its 8 continuous cameras mounted on each car and its interconnected devices for (future) automatic driving, combined with the work of Musk’s lesser-known companies, Hyperloop and The Boring Company (respectively, they deal with the development of a futuristic high-speed transport system and an underground tunnel project to reduce traffic) participates in the totalitarian urban control plan of Smart Cities, A dystopian project that, thanks to the development of digital infrastructure, aims to make urban life a constant flow of data.
Techno-fascism, transhumanism, artificial intelligence, the conquest of space, war, technological surveillance and the destruction of the planet: do we need more reasons to attack Elon Musk’s interests anywhere and at any time?
For these and many other reasons, on the night between 30 and 31 March, we decided to welcome spring too, on a cold night… heated by the fire of 17 cars in the only Tesla dealership in Rome. Because we claim to be those flaws that the project of characters like Musk would like to eradicate.
