Ryan Roberts (KTB prisoner) needs our solidarity and support
Ryan Roberts is an anarchist imprisoned for the Kill The Bill riot in Bristol 2021 and is doing 14 years in prison on various charges.
Key points
-Ryan doesn’t have any clothes
-Ryan can’t access his money
-Ryan has been bullied by staff

-Ryan arrived to Lowdham Grange prison without any property due to a fire in the previous prison
-Ryan ordered clothes 3 weeks ago and the prison hasn’t approved it yet when they said they will do it, so Ryan doesn’t have clothes
(apart from very few prison clothes items)
-Ryan can’t even access the money on his account to buy food or basic hygiene things from the canteen
-Some of the staff are teasing Ryan saying no one cares about him in an attempt to isolate him
-On top of this visits are hard to book and we haven’t managed to see Ryan since he moved there
-All these things put together are impacting Ryan’s mental health and wellbeing
-The quality of the food is quite bad so access to canteen money is urgent

-Ryan needs the clothes parcel approved asap and/or allow us to send a
clothing parcel
-Ryan needs to access to his money for canteen and phone calls
-the staff needs to stop bullying Ryan
-Ryan needs to be in a cell and wing where he’s safe and can access a
phone
