Moscow region

On October 16, a car belonging to Nikita Klenkov, who had returned from the war in Ukraine a week earlier, was shot at point-blank range in the village of Melenki. The military man died.

Klenkov served in the military unit 43292 – this is the Special Operations Forces Training Center. The leaked geolocation data also revealed that Klenkov ordered food deliveries to the GRU headquarters.

The vigilante waited for the colonel at the entrance to the village of Melenki. He opened fire with a 9 millimeter caliber pistol as soon as he saw the officer’s car, managed to fire at least eight shots, and then fled.

Bryansk Region

On October 22, Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) reported the murder of Dmitry Golenkov, a pilot of the 52nd heavy bomber aviation regiment of the Russian Air Force. According to Ukrainian intelligence, he was responsible for missile strikes on a shopping center in Kremenchug and a multi-story apartment building in Dnipro in January 2023, which killed 68 civilians.

Intelligence sources said the body of a military officer was found “with multiple head injuries, caused probably by a hammer” on October 20 in the village of Suponevo in the Bryansk region.

Pro-government channels also confirmed Golenkov’s death.

Perm

Late in the evening of October 23, two women threw Molotov cocktails at the United Russia office building in Perm. A fire started. Unfortunately, the arsonists were detained, they turned out to be local residents mother and daughter Natalia and Ekaterina Degtyannikov, born in 1970 and 2004. They came with seven bottles of “Molotov cocktail” and a cylinder – a gas burner to the building of the office of “United Russia” on Plekhanova Street, 12. The daughter started breaking windows, the mother lit the bottles and threw them. They managed to do this twice, after which the older woman’s jacket sleeve caught fire. Then the women, disregarding the shouts of the witnesses, ran away from the building towards the streetcar tracks. The guerrillas were detained the next day.

Chechnya

On October 24, a Rosgvardiya truck was shot at in the village of Petropavlovskaya in Grozny district. One serviceman was killed and another was wounded.

Several people spotted a Ural truck carrying Rosgvardeys on the highway in the village of Petropavlovskaya in the Grozny district and opened fire on it and then fled.

St. Petersburg

In St. Petersburg arson attacks were committed on relay cabinets in several directions.

On the night of October 23 two relay boxes on Krasnoye Selo – Gorelovo were completely destroyed. And the next day a relay box on the Strelna – Ligovo line was set on fire. According to the press service of the railroad, 18 suburban trains of the Baltic direction were delayed. The detentions are not reported.

Khabarovsk Krai

On October 7, another locomotive used for logistical purposes by local defence companies was set on fire in Khabarovsk Krai. The guerrillas managed to escape.

Our goal is constant and relentless attacks on regime resources from Vladivostok to SPB. Regime facilities will continue to go up in flames as long as our struggle continues, the Pravo Sily telegram channel wrote.

Ukraine

On 7 October in the village of Novotroitskoye, Kherson region, Interior Ministry officer Sergei Lyashko was blown up in his car. The policeman was wounded and taken to hospital.

A few days earlier, a judge-collaborator in Berdyansk and Andrei Korotky, a unanimous activist and head of the local “council of deputies” in Energodar, were killed during guerrilla operations.

Smolensk

On 9 October in Smolensk, a man tried to smuggle an IED into the Interior Ministry building disguised as folders with documents. One of the devices went off in the foyer under unknown circumstances, causing barotrauma to two policemen, according to media reports. The other device was remotely detonated in a car a short time after the first one exploded.

The partisan is 30-year-old Dmitry D. from the Tver region. He drove up to the control office in his car, then attempted to sneak a bomb into the building under the guise of a folder with documents. During the arrest he was injured, and also two police officers received contusions. A criminal case has been opened. We wish Dmitry strength and fortitude.

Ingushetia

On 10 October a car of police department E ( counter-extremist) was shot at on the federal highway in Ingushetia, at the entrance to Magas. It is preliminary known about three dead cops. Adam Khamkhoev, deputy head of the Centre “E” in Ingushetia, was also in the shot car. He was not injured, unfortunately.

The attackers were firing from another car and fled in it. We do not know who carried out this action, but the aim is certainly worthy.

Yaroslavl

An explosive device was found on a goods train at Yaroslavl station on 10 October. The incident occurred in the morning of 5 October. On one of the tank wagons a roll-up of polymer material was found, inside of which there was a metal pipe, explosives and a SIM card for remote activation. The device had no time to activate, it was destroyed with the help of a hydro-destroyer. A criminal case has been opened.

The train was initially formed at the Dno station in the Pskov region, then it arrived at the Sonkovo station in the Tver region, and from there it went to Yaroslavl.
