Moscow

Russian pro-government media reported that on the evening of March 6, 17-year-old student Nikita P. approached the FSB building on Lubyanka Street in Moscow, splashed a flammable liquid from a plastic bottle on the office door and set fire to the doused door. The guy was detained. During interrogation he admitted that he “committed arson according to the instructions that he had previously received from fraudsters. If everything is really so, the task of such “fraudsters” is obviously to discredit the real guerrilla attacks, which continue despite everything. After all, even in the case of cessation of hostilities in Ukraine, the task of dismantling the Russian totalitarian regime remains relevant.

Kazan

On 7 March, the car of a military commissariat employee was burnt down in Kazan. A partisan set fire to the car registered to the military commissariat of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to the preliminary version of the law enforcers, it was doused with incendiary mixture by an unknown man. The car burst into flames at around four in the morning near the houses near Rotornaya and Botanicheskaya streets.

Tula

On 8 March in Tula, partisans burned cars belonging to employees of the SPLAV Research and Production Association.

NPO SPLAV is a military industry enterprise, a manufacturer of Grad, Smerch and Uragan multiple rocket launchers.

Tver region

On March 12, the Osvoboditel guerrilla movement announced the destruction of the S-300 air defense system in the Tver region. According to a video shot by the guerrillas, it can be determined that the system’s command center with radar, the cost of which is estimated at 160 million dollars, was damaged. The S-300 complex consists of three main elements: a radar for detecting targets at low altitudes, a control system with illumination and guidance radar, and launchers. The eliminated control system is a key component, without which the complex loses combat capability until new hardware arrives. According to the guerrillas, the destruction occurred at minimal cost: the operation required only five liters of gasoline worth several hundred rubles. At the same time, the price of the equipment taken out of service is estimated at 160 million dollars.

Saratov

On 11 January, a 16-year-old teenager was detained in Saratov for preparing the murder of Saratov regional Duma deputy Alexander Yanklovich. According to the investigation, the suspect was going to kill the deputy on the instructions of ‘unidentified persons’. He came with a hammer to the deputy’s house, but did not find him at home. The teenager was allegedly going to ‘continue his actions after receiving information about the man’s whereabouts’, but was detained on 11 January.

Yanklovitch is the head of the Saratov Regional Duma’s Veterans Affairs Committee, a Hero of Russia and a veteran of combat operations in the North Caucasus. He also headed the Saratov regional public organisation Saratov Association of Heroes, which accepted donations for the needs of participants in the Russian invasion of Ukraine. In September 2023, Yanklovitch left to fight in Ukraine as part of the Rosgvardiya, but a year later he cancelled his contract due to age.

tg-channel No future notes that the arrested teenager may turn out to be a bonhead from the Yubileyny neighbourhood. A local left-wing football fan identified him in a photo.

The servant of the people Alexander Yanklovych, who escaped death, naturally stated that the assassination attempt was supervised by the special services of Ukraine. He himself and his family were in the temple, that’s why he was saved, the MP claims.

If the detainee shared right-wing ideas as a child and really acted on someone’s orders (which we do not know), then the target of the attack was certainly chosen worthy. The enemies of the Russian people are not representatives of other peoples or migrants, but ‘native’ Russian authorities.

We wish the guy resilience and development of critical thinking.

Moscow

A UAZ Patriot military vehicle with Ministry of Defence plates was burnt down in New Moscow on 17 January. The car was burnt in a car park in the settlement of Desyonovskoye. UAZ ‘Patriot’ with military black and white numbers was standing in the car park near the house. At some point the car caught fire. There were no people in the car,’ eyewitnesses wrote.

Kazan

At about 16.00 Moscow time on 23 January an unknown person threw a Molotov cocktail into the foyer of the main entrance of the administrative building of the Kazan Gunpowder Plant (FKP ‘KGKPZ’) at 14 May 1 Street in Kazan, Tatarstan. This started a fire, which was extinguished by employees of the plant. The Interior Ministry said it had not found or identified the arsonist. The CCTV cameras show a lad of about fifteen years old with his face covered.

It is known that between 2023 and 2024 the plant has increased capacity to produce explosives for Russia’s military-industrial complex.

Partisans destroyed relay cabinets in Balashikha, Moscow region. According to Russian Railways, the arson attack occurred at 5.30 am on November 1 at the Lyubertsy-Perovo-1 crossing of the Kazan direction. Due to the attack, trains of the Kazan direction in both directions were delayed.

Bashkiria

In Bashkiria on November 3, a train with coal was blown up at night. On one of the cars partisans fastened an IED. The explosion occurred at the crossing Post 28 km – Post 21 km, near Ufa. As a result, most of the train overturned, not just derailed. A total of 22 cars are reported. Contact pylons and railroad tracks were also damaged.

Two days later, 31-year-old Ivan I, a resident of Stavropol Krai, was detained as a suspect.

Krasnogorovka (Ukraine)

In Ukraine on November 6, Pavel Klymenko, a butcher general, was liquidated. He commanded the 5th Brigade and was famous for his fierce cruelty to his fighters. Endless and very large-scale even by the standards of the Russian army butcher assaults, executions for refusing to go on these assaults, sending soldiers “to the basement”, extortion of money, beatings, torture. It was announced that Klimenko was killed in an FPV drone attack. According to the Rospartizan tg-channel, the FPV drone was fired by Russian side – when Klimenko was riding his motorcycle around occupied Krasnogorovka.

Soldier’s justice is an effective measure against beasts with general’s epaulettes.

Sevastopol

In Sevastopol on November 13, Captain First Rank Valery Taranovsky, chief of staff of the 41st brigade of missile ships and boats of the Black Sea Fleet, was blown up in his car.

15.10-27.10.24

Moscow region

On October 16, a car belonging to Nikita Klenkov, who had returned from the war in Ukraine a week earlier, was shot at point-blank range in the village of Melenki. The military man died.

Klenkov served in the military unit 43292 – this is the Special Operations Forces Training Center. The leaked geolocation data also revealed that Klenkov ordered food deliveries to the GRU headquarters.

The vigilante waited for the colonel at the entrance to the village of Melenki. He opened fire with a 9 millimeter caliber pistol as soon as he saw the officer’s car, managed to fire at least eight shots, and then fled.

Bryansk Region

On October 22, Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) reported the murder of Dmitry Golenkov, a pilot of the 52nd heavy bomber aviation regiment of the Russian Air Force. According to Ukrainian intelligence, he was responsible for missile strikes on a shopping center in Kremenchug and a multi-story apartment building in Dnipro in January 2023, which killed 68 civilians.

Intelligence sources said the body of a military officer was found “with multiple head injuries, caused probably by a hammer” on October 20 in the village of Suponevo in the Bryansk region.

Pro-government channels also confirmed Golenkov’s death.

Perm

Late in the evening of October 23, two women threw Molotov cocktails at the United Russia office building in Perm. A fire started. Unfortunately, the arsonists were detained, they turned out to be local residents mother and daughter Natalia and Ekaterina Degtyannikov, born in 1970 and 2004. They came with seven bottles of “Molotov cocktail” and a cylinder – a gas burner to the building of the office of “United Russia” on Plekhanova Street, 12. The daughter started breaking windows, the mother lit the bottles and threw them. They managed to do this twice, after which the older woman’s jacket sleeve caught fire. Then the women, disregarding the shouts of the witnesses, ran away from the building towards the streetcar tracks. The guerrillas were detained the next day. Russia: The anarchist Ruslan Siddiqui is charged with railway sabotage and attacking a military airfield

Posted on 2023/12/17 by darknights

At the end of November, the anarchist Ruslan Siddiqui was arrested on suspicion of organising the derailment of a goods train in Ryazan province. On 2 December, the Dorogomilovsky district court in Moscow sent Ruslan to pre-trial detention.

Acts of railway sabotage are now quite common in Russia. Partisans use these to block the delivery of military supplies to the armed forces operating on Ukrainian territory.

The derailment occurred on 11 November, 190 kilometres out from the Moscow terminal. Kommersant newspaper reported the details as follows: “Due to the detonation of  improvised explosive devices (two bombs, each equivalent to 3kg of TNT, were placed 10 metres from each other on a bypass used by goods trains), a 300 metre stretch of track was damaged. A crater opened up, and the first 19 carriages of goods train no. 2018 fell into a ditch. The explosion broke the window of the train driver’s cabin, and the driver sustained non-serious injuries”.

The security services have also stated that Ruslan Siddiqui was involved in an attack on the military airport in Ryazan on 20 July. Four quadrocopters, loaded with explosives, were flown on to the Dyagilevo base.

Ruslan has now been charged with a “terrorist act” (Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, parts 2.a and 2.v) and “possession of explosive material” (Article 222.1, part 3.a). He is threatened with between 12 and 30 years’ imprisonment.

Ruslan’s comrades have contacted the anti-war human rights initiative “Solidarity Zone“. This is how they described him:
“As one mutual comrade said, ‘Ruslan is a person of action’. And that’s really it: Ruslan undertakes difficult tasks, without wasting words. He grasps the essence of any situation quickly and works out how to respond. As a friend he is always responsive, always ready to help. He loves adventure sports such as trekking and cycling marathons. He has travelled many times to the Chernobyl and Belarussian Exclusion Zones [established after the nuclear explosion in 1986, now uninhabited, richly forested areas].

Ruslan is a proponent of anarchist ideas, and the Russian military aggression against Ukraine distressed him greatly. All the more so because some of his friends and comrades died in that conflict, and people continue to die there. And now he himself has become a victim of state violence, and our support is important to him”.

Bashkortostan

On March 29 the court ordered four guerrillas to be put under arrest who used flammable liquid to set fire to a relay cabinet located at the 3rd kilometer of the line “Karlaman – Priuralie” in Karmaskalinsky district of the republic. Among the detainees were a student of a radio engineering college, a furniture polisher, an unemployed man and a teenager.

According to the investigation, after the first successful arson, they decided to set fire to a second cabinet near Urshak station. There they were detained, wearing balaclavas and carrying flammable liquids.

A criminal case was instigated under articles “Act of terrorism” and “Preparation for a crime”, while the first arson was prosecuted under article “Intentional destruction or damage to property”.

Kemerovo

On 31.03 guerrillas burnt a relay cabinet, this time in Kemerovo. The RDPS movement claimed responsibility, reporting that the local media were ordered to cover up the incident. The guerrillas managed to get away.

St. Petersburg

02.04 A bomb was detonated in a cafe in St. Petersburg, killing Vladlen Tatarsky (Maxim Fomin), a military correspondent and propagandist for Putin’s regime. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the explosive device detonated by remote control detonated between 300 and 450 grams of TNT equivalent. Responsibility for the action was claimed by “the St. Petersburg column of the National Republican Army,” associated with the tg-channel Rospartizan.

Cafe Patriot was founded by Yevgeny Prigozhin, and then handed it over to the patriotic movement Cyber Front Z. It organized a “creative evening” for Tatarsky.

Daria Trepova, an FBK supporter and participant of anti-war actions, was indicted. She is charged under Part 3 B of Article 205, Part 4 of Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code (terrorist act committed by an organized group, deliberately causing human death; illegal carrying of explosive devices, committed by an organized group). According to the investigation, on April 2, Trepova, “following the instructions of persons acting from the territory of Ukraine”, brought a statue stuffed with explosives to the cafe and gave it to Tatarsky.

Daria was detained in a rented apartment in the Vyborg district of the city. During the interrogation she stated that she was used undercover, that she did not know what was inside the statuette. She also stated that the fulfillment of the task of gaining Tatarsky’s trust and passing the statuette was a condition of getting a good job in Kiev. Amur Region

Although authorities did not officially name the cause of the fire in the military registration and enlistment office in the Amur Region’s Svobodny village on 22 March, there is every reason to believe that it was caused by the actions of Amur guerrillas. The fire was extinguished by two fire engines. In September 2022 an attempt to burn the military registration and enlistment office in the village of Svobodny, at that time only the facade was burnt, now the attempt has been more successful.

Yaroslavl

On 23.03. there was a fire at the Yaroslavl motor plant Avtodizel. The plant manufactures engines for the Topol-M missile systems. It is reported that the electrical substation was the first to catch fire, burning transformer oil over an area of 30 square meters. Seven people were rescued by firemen from the burning building, another 218 people were evacuated by the site administration.
Fires at the plant have happened more than once. We have no information about the cause of this fire, but we hope that the production of military equipment was well damaged.

North Ossetia, Ingushetia

On the night of March 27-28, guerrillas attacked the police checkpoint Volga-14 and the police returned fire. The attack took place on the border of the two republics, but in North Ossetia, at the intersection of Nazran – Kantyshevo and Malgobek – Mayskoe roads. It was the first attack in the region in more than three years.

One policeman was shot in the leg, another hit his head on impact after hitting his flak jacket with a bullet. The attackers managed to get away and were reported to be at least three persons. Continue reading “Russia: Radical Resistance 22.03 -29.03.2023” →

Voronezh

On 15.02. trains on the Lipetsk line “changed the schedule” at night. The reason – partisans destroyed signalling systems units.

Moscow region .

On February 16, 02 in Yuzhnoe Chertanovo several guerrillas smashed the windows of a Mercedes car with Z-symbols parked in the yard, cut the car up, presumably with an axe, and poured blue paint over the interior.

No one was detained as a result of the action.

Krymsk .

On February 16, the small town of the military airbase in Krymsk was without communication. Guerrillas destroyed the mobile and Internet communications station in the area. Expensive equipment was burned down.

Kaliningrad

On 18.02 eight young guerrillas, all between 15-17 years old, set fire to a relay cabinet, which resulted in a standstill on the railroad.

Unfortunately, all the participants were detained by the police. A criminal case has been opened for intentional destruction or damage to property. The authorities claim that the group was led by 15-year-old Ruslan and that the young guerrillas were acting “on orders from Ukraine”. Such statements by the authorities are made quite often, especially when it comes to very young or very old partisans or people belonging to the lower social strata. What is behind such claims in each particular case, and whether anything is worthwhile at all, we are likely to find out only when the Russian regime is destroyed.

Irkutsk Region

On 18.02 an unknown person tried to set fire to the administration building in Bokhan. Unfortunately, the administration building of the settlement did not burn down, as it was made of brick and lined with metal siding. The attempted arson was noticed by a security guard when he was watching the video surveillance cameras. He called the police, and forensics gathered the remaining evidence. Looking for the arsonist

Cherkessk

On 20.02, unknown offenders tracked down Arbitration Court judge Salpogarov and deputy head of the Treasury of the Russian Federation Elpakanov by car, attacked them with bats, threw them on the ground and beat them up. Elkanov was taken in a serious condition to the hospital. Salpagarov “received less serious injuries.”
The attackers are being sought and hopefully they will not be found.

Arson in Buryatia

Arson

On the night of February 1, they attacked relay cabinets on the Ivanovo-Kostroma line. They also destroyed a traction substation near Matveev Kurgan station the day before. According to the partisans, thereby they ensured a delay in the transfer of military echelons.

On the same night of February 1 unknown people set fire to a warehouse at the GRU training ground in the settlement of Senezh in Moscow region. The duty officer of m/u 43292 appealed to the emergency services and the fire could not be beaten on their own.

On the night of February 3 an unknown partisan in the military town of Shchelkovo (Moscow region) set fire to and smashed the front window of an expensive foreign car with Z-symbols on it. It is reported that the value of the car enthusiast of the wars of aggression 4.5 million rubles.

February 4 at night, unknown guerrillas, presenting themselves as the “Green Gendarme”, attacked one of the signalling units on the railroad in Karelia. This was reported by the Freedom of Russia Legion. The guerrillas claim that this will hinder the movement of military echelons and freight trains for several days.

On the night of February 6, guerrillas attacked the wooden building of the Tunkinsk inter-district investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Buryatia. He used an entire jerry can of gasoline to set it on fire from the rear. The building caught fire very quickly. Despite the fact that the fire was soon extinguished, the rooms inside were pretty badly damaged. Unfortunately, the 56-year-old Oleg Aleksandrov from the village of Kyren was immediately detained on suspicion. Continue reading “Russia: Chronicle of Radical Resistance 1-6. 02.2023” →

Russia: Radical Resistance 22.12-27.12.22

Posted on 2023/01/07 by darknights

Journalists counted 72 military facilities that have been attacked by the resistance in Russia since the beginning of the war (tg channel Rospartizan), including 44 arson attacks. Military registration and enlistment offices were attacked most frequently. This figure obviously does not include attacks against conditionally civilian objects, such as local authorities, the headquarters of various parties and cars belonging to officials. Also not included are attacks on symbols of war and cars with symbols of war. It is not clear whether those cases where the authorities do not prosecute for arson, and write it off as negligence, are included.) It is also unclear whether the statistics include the actions of Ukrainian partisans on the territory of Russia and their joint actions.

Thus, it is not even possible to estimate the number of guerrilla attacks, let alone smaller acts of sabotage in the workplace. But we are not chasing statistics either. Of the trends, the following can be noted:

Guerrilla attacks are being carried out by people of all ages, from teenagers to people in their 70s and from all walks of life, from the unemployed to businessmen to scientists. Partisans include members of the anarchist movement and other forces, but many do not associate themselves with any political trend.
Many of the attacks are symbolic, they do not do much material damage to the enemy, but have value precisely as a moral gesture, a demonstration of personal choice and an appeal to others.

Here are some of the guerrilla attacks of late December:

December 22.

Arkhangelsk

Unknown assailants attacked one of the wealthiest deputies, Peter Vatutin, head of the “Just Russia” faction in the city Duma. At the intersection of Lomonosov and Serafimovich, in the center of the city, his car was shot four times, allegedly from a semi-automatic pistol. Hopefully, the next time they meet, the partisans will be better armed.

Orekhovo

Guerrillas burned a locomotive in Orekhovo near Moscow at night. Russian Railways officials reported that this was at least the fifth case of deliberate destruction of locomotives in a month, at various stations. A few hours earlier, unknown guerrillas burned a signaling unit, which led to a traffic stoppage on the Samara-Penza section. The partisans are at large.
