Seventeen years ago, in the framework of the Young Combatant’s Day in 2008, one of the most violent days of political street violence took place. Specifically, in the commune of Pudahuel, during the commemoration of the previous September 11, corporal Vera had been killed by a bullet in the head, while on March 26, 2008 a powerful explosive device was detonated in a bank of the commune, creating a subversive atmosphere and a spirit of revenge on the part of the police.
Jhonny Cariqueo Yáñez, 23 years old, a young rapper and anarchist who participated in different hiphop and neighborhood collectives, was arrested on March 29, 2008 at the intersection of La Estrella and San Francisco in the commune of Pudahuel, after a commemorative activity for the Day of the Young Combatant. He was taken to the 26th Police Station where he was brutally beaten, during the detention Jhonny began to feel strong pains in his arm and chest and was taken to an emergency center where it was suggested that he undergo tests, however, the miserable police refused to accept the check-ups. On the morning of March 30, he is taken to the 1st Police Station in Santiago, where he is released at 4:00 p.m.
The following day, March 31. Jhonny lies down on his bed and begins to show symptoms of cardiac arrest and is assisted by his family; however, in a few minutes comrade Jhonny Cariqueo dies.
The anarchic memory has been able to maintain the memory of the comrade present in the street, through incendiary action, activities, documentaries, murals, spaces, explosive actions and projects with his name, demonstrating that no death of our comrades is a sentence to oblivion.

WE ATTACKED THE GUARDIANS OF THE 26th POLICE STATION (May 17, 2008)
A pipe filled with gunpowder plus a clockwork system was what we used today to attack the 26th police station of Pudahuel, one of the many centers of torture and surveillance of the exploited, exposing its vulnerability. Showing the feasibility of the attack. Concretizing the repulsion to the guardians of the order of the rich.
The reason for the attack has a name and surname, Jhonny Caiqueo Yañez, a young anarchist who was arrested minutes after the inauguration in Pudahuel of the 29th of March square. Dedicated to the popular fighters fallen in dictatorship and democracy.
Jhonny, along with other compañeros, were intercepted by a GOPE van. After being beaten, the group was detained and taken to the 26th Police Station in Pudahuel. There they were constantly physically and verbally assaulted. As a result of the beating Jhonny began to suffer heart problems. When he asked for medical assistance he only received more beatings. He died of a heart attack on Monday, March 31. The culprits of his death are hiding behind the walls that we attack today.
United by the affinity in recognizing the enemy and the materials to use, we adopted the informal organization to avenge him. This form is dynamic, mobile and unstable in its particular components, but constant and immovable in the insurrectional project, that is, the permanent and constant attack on capital, the State and its accomplices.
We agree with other compañeros who have perpetuated various attacks on institutions of capital. The need to operate directly against the ruling class in their neighborhoods, in their homes!!!. We recognize and communicate with these class brothers and sisters through actions. But this time the urgent revenge cannot wait and we take as a priority to shake the security of these uniformed criminals.
Today the ground beneath their feet has shaken. Today, for a few minutes, a small fraction of the daily terror they inflict on us was returned to them. Take butchers, this is your death…look in the mirror and see the blood streaming down your faces. You have murdered one of our comrades and you will pay for it. Yes, they will!
A heart, that beat for beautiful desires of liberation, a heart was destroyed in one of these dungeons, sewers of the capital.
MURDERERS! We will come for you, your lives and everything you have built.
We do not want anything from your sick society, we are neither Marxists, nor more or less radical communists, we do not pursue quotas of power. WE WANT TO DESTROY IT!
We do not want to create a new State, with us at the head of the privileges, nor humanize capitalism. NO!
With each of its luxuries, its goods, its laws and constitutions, its flags and anthems, we will stoke the bonfire that will set fire to every memory of its fucked up world. And from the broken cement will rise the earth, free of all authority.
We frame our avenging action within the anarchic insurrectionalism, which among other methods vindicates violence. That which is radically opposed to the human misery they want to turn us into.
We will come back for more, we will appear where they least expect it, guided by the anti-authoritarian logic of permanent insurrection, of sabotage, of direct action, of the beautiful revenge that grants us, even if it is only a meter more of freedom, the same freedom that they steal from us daily, that they restrict with every aspect of their nauseating laws.
We have been here for centuries, now scattering in the little grass that grows in the rotten city. By the time they look for us we will have disappeared. When you read this, hunter crow, our informal group will already be dispersed…perhaps shopping next to you in the supermarket or asking you the time when you leave work, accumulating the necessary knowledge to, when the time comes, generate a new group, perhaps with others and thus perpetrate an increasingly accurate attack. The brief minutes of terror you felt today will intensify tomorrow, this was just a sample.
To carry out our actions we will not wait for the permission of anyone, the permission of any enlightened person to give us the starting signal.
The time, the place and the way will be decided only by us, attached to our convictions and analysis. With the old song that these are no longer the times to fight or that the moment of attack has not yet arrived… with that putrid melody make your children sleep. Potential repressors if we don’t decide to do something.
For the murder, for the theft of the life of our comrade Jhonny, we do not want investigative commissions, lawsuits or legal sanctions. We will not wait impassively for the murderers, their bosses and accomplices to show their faces on television. We are not interested, nor are we interested in their concern or repentance. Jhonny, warrior, never a martyr, demands vengeance from every anarchist heart.
Our action does not pretend to dictate lectures or tell anyone how to carry out the insurrection. Because it is not a programmatic scheme that can be applied as a blind mathematical formula. Because it is not dead. Every day it reinvents itself, each one contributes new elements and ways to make it explode. The important thing is that it does so, that it overcomes fear and frees itself from the clutches of repression. Let him enter into the task of learning about one of the most beautiful arts: SABOTAGE. Illuminating its face with the fire of insurrection.

The country continues hypnotized watching the electoral show while the repression and criminalization of social protest increases unceasingly, advancing by leaps and bounds towards a police state. In the south against the Mapuche, in the rest of the country against the social sectors that organize combatively and in the cities against a sector of the youth who are identified as squatters or anarchists. The State is at war. This, however, is not a surprise, it is the dynamics of the social war under the bourgeois democratic form adopted by the capitalist domination that began to be implanted in Chile 36 years ago. That is why, for us, the problem is not to be 40, 60 or 15 years old, to be with the military with their jackboots or the democratic politicians with their Italian ties, if you are killed by the CNI1 or the GOPE2 with legal authorization. The central issue is the capitalist project that has been continued and deepened from the bourgeois rearrangement initiated in 1990 under the democratic form, and the best example of this is that during democracy wealth has been concentrated and Chile is one of the most unjust countries in the world in terms of distribution of wealth, education, health and housing where the poor are condemned to live in ghettos. All these are not anomalies that can be improved by reforms, they are the central nucleus of the dictatorship of the commodity and the imposition of its conditions by the bourgeoisie and the political class at its service that today tries to broaden the base of representation of the state, adding the Communist Party that only aspires to a few small posts in the shadow of power.
Today the rebellion and social protest has once again begun to be expressed and the response of the State and capital has not been long in coming. The repression and terrorist violence of the state has been expressed in a forceful manner. Carabineros kill from behind and the PDI3 dissolves a student demonstration by opening fire indiscriminately. It is the social war that is beginning to be expressed in a more blatant manner. Those of us who want to organize a new insurrectional attempt are threatened with jail and bullets, especially now that elements of crisis are accumulating. But we do not victimize ourselves, jail and death are the direct consequence of rebelling against this unjust order, it has always been so, there are our dead and imprisoned comrades to remind us of it. But let us give them the forceful response they deserve. Nobody seems to be surprised that during the self-styled government of social protection 4 people have been killed in protest actions: Matías Catrileo, Jhonny Cariqueo, Rodrigo Cisternas and now Jaime Mendoza Collío, murder endorsed by the State and the press of the bourgeoisie. Only a few days ago Carabineros de chile, those criminals in green uniforms, violently entered the Pedagógico and wounded a student seriously with a tear gas canister to the head. Did the President visit her and qualify the police attack as cowardly? Did it appear in any media? Did the democrats and progressives condemn it? None of that happened. There is the dictatorship of the commodity in its democratic phase in all its expression.
When last night we attacked the non-commissioned officers’ casino of the carabineros on Serrano street with half a kilo of explosive activated with a slow combustion fuse, we had in our memory and they were with us all our comrades imprisoned, in hiding and dead, whether we knew them or not, they are our brothers and they were with us. The enemy does not understand these things, but our comrades, the autonomous anti-capitalist movement, we are sure they do. The cops can’t kill in the back and then sit quietly watching a fooball game, having a drink. They must know that impunity is over. For years we have said that all bullets will be returned and that all our dead will be avenged, that we will give them a lifetime of combat. The time has come to assume those words and the consequences of the social war.
Let’s give back blow for blow! I punish the pacos and the PDI murderers and repressors!
