Swiss neutrality does not exist

Switzerland, which regards itself as neutral so it can maintain its privileged role as the world’s financial hub, actually bears a lot of responsibility for many wars around the world. The Swiss arms industry exports weapons everywhere, even to countries where there are armed conflicts. Lately it has even relocated some manufacturing facilities abroad so as to circumvent laws that would “ban” arms exports to countries at war, for example to Ukraine, aligning itself fully with NATO’s warmongering interventionist rhetoric.

Switzerland’s role as a financial marketplace and leading commodity trader makes this state a major player in the devastation of the planet and the plundering of the resources of countries in the global south, fueling conflicts and forcing people to leave their countries of origin. Not content with sowing misery all over the world, it prides itself with “defending” its borders against the migration “threat,” with its military guarding the borders and civil defense soldiers running deportation centers.

Campaigns against compulsory conscription in Switzerland have been pacified by the introduction of civil protection and civil service. We believe that anarchist antimilitarism should not be limited to the rejection of the military or even to total desertion from every obligation this state imposes on us but should turn into attack.

For this reason, in the night from the 17th to the 18th June, in Mezzovico, Ticino, we have set fire to ten vehicles of the civil protection, which were totally destroyed and three military vehicles, which regrettably only partially burned.

We state with strength of our ideas and actions our solidarity with all anarchists taken hostage by the state and take this opportunity to greet those on the hidden paths of freedom. Those who struggle will never be alone.

Swiss neutrality does not exist. Where there is capitalism, there is war.

Athens, Greece: Responsibility claim for the incendiary attack at the EFKA Zografou

We take responsibility for the attack with an incendiary device with gas canisters at the EFKA building in Zografou which resulted in damage to a state vehicle of EFKA as well as to the building.

We would like to start by emphasizing that we do not intend this text to speak more than our action. An attack on the state, on an institution we think speaks for itself. Let these few words be a necessary companion and political defence of the flame of our attack.

We have chosen this target as it is a state institution created by the former Minister of Labour Hatzidakis and now under the authority of this ministry, and responsible for pensions, insurances and labour insurance. In other words, everything that constitutes modern capitalist Christianity. To put it more simply. I have worked for 40 years hoping for a pension to ”live my life” as it comes, and if, and with as much money as the government of the day decides. We even know that this particular body has deliberately delayed the payment of thousands of pensions. But we are not here to beg the state to give the pensions to the ‘poor people’ who have made sure that they have re-elected their oppressors forcefully. We are here to remind the state that any attack on the lower economic strata will involve an attack on it.

The people have spoken at the polls and even as anarchists let us accept that. The majority wants democracy and oppression. But let us be proud of this minority that continues to deny power and attack its institutions. Revolutions and uprisings have come from both powerful majorities and fiery minorities. COURAGE. The struggle continues and will end only in the ashes of the power complex and only with our victory.

The action took place on the day of the victory of the hunger strike of comrade Giannis Michailidis and during the period of 2 political trials, the 4 comrades in custody accused of the attack on the traffic police of Piraeus and the 2 comrades and 1 comrade accused of participation in the Anarchist Action organization. We send our solidarity and wishes for a speedy recovery to comrade G.M. and all the imprisoned comrades and we wish them a speedy return to the paths of freedom. We do not forget the prisoners of war and always keep a special place for them in our burning hearts.

Towards the biolaboratory world
The international attention focused for many months on the Wuhan biotechnology laboratory did not serve, as many have thought, to find a scapegoat in the dangerous Chinese research – especially when zoological narratives of Pangolins and Bats were disproved by the very drivers such as Fauci – rather, we were facing a new biotechnological dimension. The numbering of the security level is only to be seen as a detail where the biolaboratory with all its consequences and side effects, understood as new chimeras and biological weapons towards society as a whole, goes. A society to be surrounded first and then penetrated to the depths, where the biological alarm bell sounding will get mixed up with the bell announcing school recreastion, as it did with nuclear power. This time there is no atomic fallout to be averted, because the new biotechnological dimension with the living being at its centre is about to normalise. We are already in confidence, otherwise there would be no call for moratoriums and a techno-science on a human scale, this can never be given, because it does not exist.

Cellular mRNA redesign platforms, towards a humanity on a scale of gene therapies, digital identity and QR codes
The era of vaccines is opening, which would better be called the era of gene therapies with genetic engineering technologies from recombinant DNA to synthetic mRNA and nanotechnology for a cellular redesign platform. Universal vaccines – actually gene therapies – for influenza, vaccines – actually gene therapies – against cancer, these and others to be taken up also at a preventive level for a restructuring of medicine in a predictive and preventive key on a genetic basis. On Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014, the anarchist occupations Corvaccio Squat and Rosa Nera – Occupied Anarchist Space, located on Via Ravenna in Milan’s Corvetto neighborhood, were being evicted with a huge number of trucks, cops, DIGOS, helicopters, and the like.

On July 3, 2023, the trial process for those resisting the eviction and the ensuing day of struggle that lasted well into the evening came to an end, with sentences of up to eight months.

An abnormal awakening for Corvetto on Tuesday, November 18: in Via Ravenna instead of cappuccino and brioche, breakfast with tear gas and barricades.

It is 7 a.m. when the neighborhood, already alert and on the alert for the much heralded “eviction emergency,” notices the approach of a large number of pickup trucks. They head for Ravenna Street and close with vehicles and men two entire blocks with the clear intention of evicting Corvaccio and Rosa Nera. The former is an occupied house in which little less than a dozen rebels have lived for more than two years, while the latter an an anarchist space that for almost eight months has been hosting concerts and aperitifs in support of the prisoners, meetings, screenings and assemblies on various issues of struggle, and where at low speed a drumming class, a screen-printing workshop, a gymnasium and a documentation center are also coming to life.

The fierce press campaign, which for a week now in all newspapers nationwide has been painting those two spaces as the nerve centers of a phantom “black immovables,” turns out to be insubstantial in comparison to the relationships of trust and commonality, which day by day are growing among the neighborhood’s occupants, who are now accustomed to taking to the streets to resist the evictions together. Buenos Aires, Argentina: Incendiary attack against a vehicle of the Penitentiary Service of the Devoto Prison

Moving around the Villa Devoto prison, I left an incendiary device, which after a few minutes ignited and fulfilled its intended purpose, under a vehicle used to transport prisoners.

The event occurred on Sunday, May 7, 2023 in the early morning, after 3 o’clock, in Pedro Lozano corner Bermudez, Villa Devoto, Buenos Aires.

Genoa, Italy: First-degree sentence of the Diamante trial

First-degree sentence of the Diamante trial (Genoa, Italy, July 5, 2023)

The first-degree sentence of the Diamante trial against anarchist comrades Evelin and Gianluca (arrested on March 16th, 2022) was read out today, July 5th, at the Genoa court. Evelin was acquitted of all accusations and Gianluca was convicted to 4 years and 6 months of prison (plus a fine of 15,000 euro) for ‘illegal possession of explosives’ (art. 1 and 2 of law 895/67) and ‘attempted crime’ (art. 56 c. p., Italian criminal code), while he was acquitted of the accusation of ‘manufacture or possession of explosive materials with the purpose of endangering public safety’ (art. 435 c. p.). The comrades were not tried under the ‘aggravating circumstance of the purpose of terrorism or subversion of the democratic order’ (in relation to art. 270 bis 1 c. p.) because for this aggravating circumstance, present during the investigation phase, there had been no indictment for trial. The prosecutor’s requests had been for 5 years and 6 months (plus a fine of 15,000 euro) for Evelin and 9 years and 6 months (plus 30,000 euro) for Gianluca. We recall that the latter is still under house arrest with all restrictions (prohibition of meetings with persons other than close family members, prohibition of communication and exit permits, etc.). 1. The Beginning

The Fire Cells Conspiracy revolutionary organization didn’t begin its activity from out of nowhere. It wasn’t as if a straight line had cut through space and time. It was a future crying out from the past. The Conspiracy comprised a collective synthesis, connecting the backgrounds and viewpoints of all who participated in it and drawing valuable conclusions from past experiences of subversive projects and attacks we took part in.

It represented our desire to take a step further, not to climb some ladder of informal hierarchy that fetishizes violence and its methods, but to simply advance, move forward, and explore new perspectives, making the shift from a “bunch of friends” to an organization, from the sporadic to the consistent, from the spontaneous to the strategic.

Along the way, we assumed a critical stance toward the past, but we never went out of our way to be hostile. We are anarchy’s misfits, born from its potent moments and gaping voids. Additionally, the goal of critique and self-critique is not to put an end to something, but just the opposite: it’s an aspiration to evolve something. The fact that we’re not going to elaborate a corresponding critical review right now doesn’t mean we’re afraid to recognize our mistakes. Rather, it’s because that kind of examination is better served by distance and cool nerves than by impulse.

During no phase of our brief, intense history did we lose our collective memory of the anarchist milieu we come from. We also feel we discovered something we have in common with comrades who began the struggle before us, engaged in their own battles, were arrested and imprisoned, but never lowered their heads. We discovered the unrepentant passion for revolution that connects histories and realities of struggle from different decades in a shared context of individual and collective liberation.

In that context, we forged our own alphabet. Speaking the language of direct action, we openly raised the issue of creating organized infrastructure. As anarchists, we often distance ourselves from the concept of organization because we equate it with hierarchy, roles, specialization, “you must,” and obligations. Patras, Greece: Responsibility claim for the barrage of incendiary attacks by “Nael M.” Incendiary Initiative

In the early morning hours of Friday 30/06 we carried out incendiary attacks on vans belonging to the companies “Kotsovolos” and “Ena”. Companies like these and many other capitalist companies are pillars of the capitalist system.

They are places where workers are exploited and exploited by the bosses. All these supply and non-supply chain giants have in recent years been generating frighteningly large excess profits through obscenity and the fleecing of workers. The anti-labour laws of the last few years combined with the lockdown in the midst of a pandemic (a period of time when large businesses remained open on the backs of the workers) is proof of the advantage the big bosses have over the state.

At a time when the lower social strata are being mercilessly attacked by the state-capital-patriarchy, in the conditions of the attempt to impose totalitarian neoliberal tobaccoism and the extreme right in our lives, we have to build mounds of collective resistance and solidarity and return a part of the violence we receive from the power. We must not get used to the brutality of state murders of migrants and employer murders in the workplace sweatshops; we must resist the state’s revenge against the imprisoned militants.

We dedicate these actions to the memory of the 17 year old Nael M. murdered by the French state and to the rebels of France.

Good Morning Keith Johnson,

How did you sleep last night? Did you rest well knowing you are responsible for destroying a beautiful, life-giving forest forest in order to build a death-bringing facility? Brasfield & Gorrie, the company for which you are the Eastern Regional President (bosses burn in hell), has already torn apart one of the last lines of defense against climate catastrophe and the largest green space in a Black neighborhood of Southeast Atlanta. You’ve decided to build a cop city that will produce brutal state violence. You’ve occupied sacred Mvskoke land and are working with the killers of Tortuguita in order to enable their repressive and murderous regime. B&G claims to live by the Golden Rule, and if we’re truly following this moral framework, what fate do you deserve?

I imagine you woke up early this morning and made a cup of coffee. As you looked out the window, something unusual caught your eye. You opened the back door to investigate and the stench of rotten fish and dirty motor oil hit your nose. To your dismay, blood-red paint has been cast around the pool, dripping into the water and mixing with the oil concoction, destroying your fancy little filter. There is blood on your hands (and you won’t be able to wash it off with that nasty pool water). At this point, I imagine feelings of anger and fear began to rise, which grew overwhelming when you saw the words, “COP CITY WILL NEVER BE BUILT,” “DROP THE CONTRACT,” and “YOU CAN’T HIDE,” emblazoned across your property. But you didn’t need the words to know what this is about and these feelings are surely nothing new. We know things haven’t been feeling great in the office– you’re losing money, subcontractors are upset, there are fractures everywhere the cop city project, and all that weight and precarity is on your fragile shoulders. Each time you think of us or see the reminders we left you, remember this is your own doing. You can make all this stop by dropping the Cop City contract.

There are a couple more surprises in store for you, but we don’t want to spoil them. Maybe it will be your daughter who sees the damage first instead, but we won’t feel bad. Mary Grace Johnson works for the same awful company that you do. Seems like rancid vibes run in the family.
