Bremen, Germany: Switch off the security state! Four unmarked police vehicles set on fire at Doventor police station

Posted on 2025/03/18 by darknights

Switch off the security state! Four unmarked police vehicles set on fire at Doventor police station

On the night of 9 to 10 March, with several incendiary devices, we disturbed the mortuary peace of the police station in Doventor, on Daniel-von Büren Street, which was open. In good conscience, we set fire behind the station, in front of and in the parking lot.

To the cops:
That night, you arrested the wrong people. Again, you’re fumbling in the dark. You made the press, and therefore all of us, believe that you had everything under control. It’s more than embarrassing. This shows once again how arbitrary and racist your actions are, when we learn who you have arrested. Be ashamed and deal with your over-inflated authoritarian ego. Instead, recognize that it is possible to sneak into your police station and place incendiary devices under your vehicles.
Shame and fear must change sides. For more imitators.

To people aged 15 to 27:
We are really sorry that the cops harassed you because of our action and that you were held until Monday afternoon. We know what it’s like to be taken to a police station. It’s annoying. We hope you are doing well and that your friends are taking good care of you.

To our enemies:
The new German government wants more military weaponry. Everyone agrees to give even more money and murderous orders to the arms industries. Fascism is getting closer and closer. Everywhere we look in the world, we see crazy people, usually men, who are turning their inhumane, patriarchal, right-wing fantasies into reality. This diligently pushes to a new, lower level. We must not believe that this simply fell from the sky. In many countries of the European Union, it is rather an insidious process and thus everything that has to do with self-determination and solidarity is gradually being stifled. History repeats itself. Democracy, with its cowardly attitude, opens wide the doors to fascists. Hate campaigns are still trending in Germany, and remigration is on everyone’s lips.
As a result of these debates, the cops are also rearmed and they have more leeway and better weapons. We will not accept the violent and threatening behavior of the cops and the state. Four cars, with which the shitty cops spy on us, denounce us, threaten us, observe us, less…
Attacking the cops is an act of resistance and disarmament!

To our comrades in combat who are in prison and to all the comrades who are affected by the repression:
Rest assured: we will continue our common struggles against exploitation and oppression. Freedom and happiness for Maja, Hanna, Nanuk, Gino, Nele, Paul, Luca, Zaid, Paula, Tobi, Clara, Moritz, Marianna, Dimitra, Sarah… Fiery greetings to the anarchists of Munich, who were attacked during the night by 140 heavily armed policemen, and to the anarchists M. and N., incarcerated in Stadelhem.

To Burkhard*:
We read your discussion invitation text, “The Possibility of a Historic Moment is Now.” We too believe that in the coming years the situation will worsen so much that we may no longer be able to avoid an armed struggle. We will continue to discuss these options in our circles. Until then, we will attack the cruel authoritarian world with the current means, such as fire.

We also greet you and send you a lot of strength, wherever you are.

Until everyone is free!

Athens, Greece: Arson Attacks in Memory of Anarchist Kyriakos Xymitiris

Posted on 2025/02/07 - 2025/02/07 by darknights

Forward, everyone!
Both with arms and with heart,
word and pen,
knife and gun,
irony and blasphemy,
theft, poisoning and arson,
let us wage… war on society!

~Josheph Dejacque (1821-1864), libertarian anarcho-communist

In a world of constant impoverishment, class inequalities, oppression and exploitation, social fascism advances through the dictates of the state apparatus, capital and its mouthpieces, leaving room for more and more impoverishment and repression. The reformist compromises of the once more radical sections of society, together with stupidification, selfish individualism and worship of oppressors, make it no longer able to conceive of conflict with all of the above.

Our anarchist comrade Kyriakos Xymitiris and anarchist comrade Marianna M. are an example of selflessness, revolutionary ethos and political commitment in all aspects of the struggle. From anarchist assemblies, to solidarity with prisoners, to struggles in defense of immigrants, labor gains, to the struggle against gentrification and repression, our comrades gave “body and soul” keeping the flame of the revolutionary cause always alight. The events of October 31st froze our hearts but at the same time convinced us to continue the struggle of Kyriakos and Marianna and so many other comrades over the years who gave their lives or were imprisoned in the battle for individual and social liberation, revolution and anarchy.

In the aftermath of the October 31st accident, we watched the media snitches try to portray the struggle of our comrades, to sell them as amoral bloodthirsty terrorists thirsting for the blood of innocent civilians, while at the same time selling death politics by showing videos from the destroyed apartment on Arcadia Street in order to increase viewership figures and satisfy their far-right audience. Naturally, a new cycle of persecution followed in the political and social circle of the comrades but also against people who had nothing to do with them.

In the intervening period, solidarity actions were carried out for the comrades accused of the Ampelokipoi case and for the memory of comrade Kyriakos Xymitiris worldwide. Marches, microphones, solidarity movements and direct action strikes from Greece to Chile and from Germany to Indonesia.

We know that the real terror is the constant abolition of labour gains, price increases in supermarkets and evictions of the lower social strata for the sake of the banks. Terrorism is the cover-up of state crime in Tempe, as well as trafficking rings in which a large part of the state and para-state apparatus participates (see the Greek police mafia case). Terrorism is the thousands of migrants drowned in the Mediterranean and the wars that push them to displacement, such as the genocidal war in Palestine.

For our part, we come to declare that the revolutionary-insurrectionary thread that connects generations and generations will not be broken. There will always be movements that challenge the monopoly of state and capital violence and return a percentage of it to those who carry it.

We assume responsibility for the following arson attacks between 18/12 and 28/12 on the following targets:

      • HEDNO van vehicle in Elliniko,
      • car dealership in Patisia,
      • police car in Holargos,
      • state SUV vehicle in Kypseli,
      • the study center of New Democracy MP G. Kallianos in Glyfada,
      • cop car in Zografou.

We call on comrades here and everywhere to raise the flame of direct action and insurrectionary prospects.

Kyriakos Xymitiris always present!

Solidarity with anarchist comrade Marianna M.

Immediate release of the anarchists Dimitra Z., Dimitris, Nikos Romanos and A.K.

Solidarity with comrade K.K. in pre-trial detention

Solidarity with former RAF member Daniela Klette in pre-trial detention and wanted former members Burkhard Garweg and Ernst-Volker Staub

Munich, Germany: Police van barbecue

Posted on 2025/02/03 by darknights

In Bavaria’s wealthy capital, the night of Friday to Saturday, January 25, was anything but ordinary. Munich’s mayor, Dieter Reiter, who has seen it all from the perch where he administers his subjects, even issued an official statement declaring himself “horrified”. Does his statement refer to a war in the Middle East, or to the techno-industrial civilization poisoning the planet? Not in the least. But the sleeping members of good society were shaken by a nightmare: a nocturnal fire made its way to their doorstep. Then it greedily ravaged the tools of the minions charged with protecting them.

It was at around 2.40 a.m., in the outlying district of Allach-Untermenzing, that zealous citizens began alerting the fire department to a gigantic blaze in progress near the dog brigade. By the time they arrived, the 23 police vans parked there were already completely engulfed in flames, while the (empty) brigade building was losing its windows to the heat. It took the Munich fire department almost an hour to extinguish the fire, while some 50 cops combed the area in vain for suspects.

No one will be surprised, but the authorities didn’t take too kindly to the late-night barbecue, and were quick to issue martial declarations at the drop of a hat. The city’s SPD (left-wing) mayor pointed out that “suspicions point to a politically-motivated attack from the far-left camp”, before denouncing “an attack on our democracy”, while the CSU (right-wing) regional interior minister let out an unapologetic rant: “From my point of view, [this fire] already has all the hallmarks of a terrorist act”, because it “specifically targets those who work day and night to ensure the safety of our citizens”. Close the bench.

The investigation has been entrusted to the city’s criminal police, in collaboration with department no. 4 of the judicial police, the one in charge of crimes against State Security (Staatsschutz). And of course, this being Bavaria, the major regional daily added that “for the past six years, construction machinery and electrical cables, cell phone masts and railway installations have been burning in Munich”, wondering if there was any connection with this attack on the police…

Missolonghi, Greece: Explosive Attack on Police Interrogation Van by Anarchists

Explosive Attack on Police Interrogation Van

The mire of defeatism and misery sucks us in deeper and deeper as we remain passive in the face of repression, terrorism and death sown by States.

The dystopian present is methodically growing, two more people are added to the long list of dead in the police hellholes. 37-year-old Mohammed Kamran Asik, having been transferred to 5 different police stations while he was missing, was eventually found dead at Agios Panteleimonas AT (cop station), in a room without cameras, with strong signs of torture. Mia Harizul, 29, was found hanged at AT Omonia (cop station) in a detention facility without cameras with 11 other detainees present. It is clear that these are murders, with their expected cover-ups by regime snitches at the same time as the government under the auspices of law and order, but also in order to safeguard its vomitic international relations with genocidal States, is forcing its dogs to suppress any kind of resistance. This tactic is proven in practice, when on 7/10 the pro-Palestine march heading to the Israeli embassy is brutally attacked by cops, people are arrested and charged with felonies.

Murders of immigrants, files on activists, threats, beatings of students inside their university, arrests, indictments, torture… These are some of the things we have seen lately.

In the early morning of Friday 11/10, an explosive device was placed in a police interrogation van, with the explosion mainly causing damage to the front of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the response of the fire brigade was immediate and it did not have time to burn to the ground. It is important here to mention the bullying of local uniformed lackeys towards young (when it takes them that is…) under the pretext of standard control. Such situations also command the responsibility that each one has to counterattack.

It is a necessity to live with our heads held high, for the fear to change sides       To assert our denial, stubbornly… for everything to come to a head.

A raised fist for those who chose the path of fire, resistance and violent counterattack in the world of the dominant.

Argentina: Clashes in Buenos Aires due to Right Wing Austerity Program

Posted on 2024/06/15 by darknights

Violent clashes between law enforcement and protesters in Buenos Aires on Wednesday marred the debate in the Senate of a package of reforms called for by far-right President Javier Milei.

The violence began when protesters tried to break through the security cordon set up around the Chamber of Deputies, where the so-called “omnibus” law must return if the senators approve it. Seven people, including five opposition MPs, were treated in hospital.

Cars were set on fire and the police responded to projectiles by firing rubber bullets and water cannons. At least 10 people were arrested and nine police officers were injured. By nightfall, the forces of law and order were finally taking control of the streets.

The Argentine Presidency denounced “the terrorist groups that, with the help of sticks, stones and even grenades, have tried to perpetrate a coup d’état”.

Senators debated since Wednesday morning the new version of the Milei government‘s flagship law, rejected in its original form of 600 articles, and adopted with major changes to 238 articles by the Chamber of Deputies in April.

The reform was adopted Wednesday evening by the Senate, which approved its revised draft. Among the concessions of an executive that has become more pragmatic over the months: the number of privatizations has gone from about 40 in the initial version to less than 10, including the one still on the table of the airline Aerolineas Argentinas.

The proposal to make the labour market more flexible was also debated by senators. And a tax reform, originally part of the omnibus law, was decoupled to be discussed separately in the same session.

Berkeley, California, U$A: Student Intifada as our Historical Duty: Fulfill it or Betray it

Posted on 2024/06/06 by darknights

Around 4am on June 1 2024, an incendiary device was placed below a UC Berkeley police vehicle parked in front of UCPD station. The device was lit underneath the back left wheel of a police SUV, placed between the tire and underside of fuel tank. There were too many people around at the time to see the final result. Unsure if it caught the tire and fuel tank. But the device has enough fuel in it to torch the entire car if it was successfully placed.

This act was done in retaliation against UCPD, for their attack on students yesterday on a different campus and to retaliate against the University of California for its support for the zionist israel settler colony. More specifically – this attempt to torch a police car in front of the university was in solidarity with our Palestinian siblings assaulted by the zionist state in Rafah. It came from a place of love for Palestine, and love for revolution and liberation of all oppressed people.

This act was:
In solidarity with the students attacked by the fascist police state at uc santa cruz. In solidarity with the students attacked by zionist street collaborators at uc los angeles. In solidarity with the uc berkeley students seizing the time and taking back Hines Hall.

In solidarity with the resistance axis for Palestinian life, liberation, and total decolonization of the zionist occupied lands. For an end to the genocide of our beloved Palestine, and an end to the anti-Black and colonial genocide destroying our loved ones here.

A life worth living is a life in solidarity with our Palestinian siblings, who face down the settler’s scope with every movement, or every day. A life worth living is a life in solidarity with the Ohlone people. We continue to return the land with this offering. A life worth living is in solidarity with our Black and Brown siblings continuously surviving and thriving in the face of genocidal state violence here in the Bay Area.

Blessed is the flame that burns down the settler-plantation.
Blessed are the rockets that will free thousands of prisoners held captive by the zionist settler entity and US colonizer police state.
May the spirit of Revolutionary Anti-colonialism unearth the truth from beneath these occupied lands.

Our heart will forever be tied to the fate of Rafah

Knife to the throat of zionism

Death to amerikkka

Glory to the martyrs

Seems like they don’t want this to get out, but… four nights ago we set an NYPD bus on fire in Brooklyn as a peaceful protest against the cops for attacking anti-genocide demonstrators and their repression of protestors of Cop City (a dystopian plague of a project attempting to emerge everywhere, including New Jersey).

The NYPD are violent suffocators of the people’s voice and will. They are terrorizers of the homeless in our streets, and are in concert with the genocidal IDF, who train them to better butcher our freedom.

They do it all with no consequences in their future and no fear in their faces–we can change that with fire. There are cop cars and genocide-funding businesses all over. From Cop Country to Gaza, GLOBALIZE THE INTIFADA!

Chile: Clashes in Santiago on May Day

Posted on 2024/05/07 by darknights

Clashes took place in Santiago as part of the commemoration of Workers’ Day from 10 a. m. until the afternoon. Clashes were reported in the midst of the demonstration called by the Central Clasista de Trabajadores, on both lanes of the Alameda, particularly in the section between Brasil and Matucana streets.

Carabinieri arrived at the scene, using water and gas cannons. Hooded anarchist demonstrators confronted the police with blunt instruments, Molotov cocktails and destroyed commercial premises and erected barricades in various areas

Anarchists threw incendiary devices inside the Central Station. The Carabinieri reported at least 16 arrests, including 5 for carrying incendiary bombs.

Claim of the incendiary attack against a private vehicle belonging to a carabiniere (Rome, March 29, 2024)

“Soon Anarchists we rush to the fight for victory or death with petrol and dynamite every class and the government to eradicate..”Anarchist Song

As the Mediterranean is increasingly a mass grave crammed with the corpses of the oppressed from the global south , Gaza is being razed to the ground worldwide and winds of war blow baleful to every corner of the globe leading the world’s proletarians to slaughter at the hands of master interests, we have decided to act, to attack. Identifying in the military of any side an enemy to be put down for anyone with a tension of freedom, without leaving aside the specific responsibilities of the homegrown weapon, we have decided to direct our hatred and vengeance against the military personnel of the Carabinieri Corps.

In a present in which every revolutionary hypothesis seems like a vain chimera, we have decided to keep fighting: they may deprive us of the hope for a radically different world but not of the thirst for revenge that we feel against those who perpetuate the oppression of one class over another and its defenders (such as the law enforcement) and those who enrich themselves by plundering the planet in a
dastardly manner.

The attack against power in any place and time, even at a time such as today, in which repression is striking increasingly harsher every glimmer of conflict and is burying alive our comrades held hostage in the prisons seems to us the best way to give continuity to the centuries-old clash between oppressed and oppressors, which as Anarchists we feel we are part of.

Hoping that these glimmers of individual revolt can risk this gray and pacified present, we reiterate that as anarchists we put the liberating violence of the oppressed before the systematic violence of those who hold the monopoly of the latter and we affirm the legitimacy of revolutionary violence as an instrument of the struggle against the state and capital.

It is in the firm conviction of the rightness of our ideals made of freedom and equality that lies the courage to fight, in the first person, choosing to take the upper hand and trying to return, albeit in a small way, the blows inflicted by the enemy.

For these and 1000 other reasons we chose to attack by making use of incendiary instruments 1 private car belonging to a cop: The choice to attack in the “private” stems from the desire to make those who choose to defend the social order pay the price for their choices in an increasingly targeted manner, those who choose to defend the established democratic social order, wearing a uniform.

COPS, BOSSES AND BOURGEOIS :

YOU WILL PAY DEARLY AND YOU WILL PAY FOR EVERYTHING.

We take this opportunity to reiterate our solidarity with the Anarchists Alfredo Cospito, Anna Beniamino, Juan Sorroche- Fernadez, Pierlorenzo Fallanca, Luca Dolce, and to all of the Anarchists placed under seizure in state prisons everywhere. You are not alone Comrades.

Incendiary greetings to the fugitives, may life smile on you, see you again on the barricades.

Cell Abele Ricieri Ferrari (DN: Renzo Novatore’s real name.)

(Black International 1881-2024)

Note from La Nemesi:

Errors are present in the opening quote. The song mentioned is “Mano alla bomba.” a translation of the Spanish-language song “Arroja la bomba,” and the portion of the correct lyrics is the following: Soon anarchists we rush / A fighter for victory or death / With oil and dynamite / Every class and the government to undo and eradicate.

According to what is known, the Italian was published in “Guerra di Classe,” a newspaper of the CNT-FAI (Sección Italiana), Barcelona, year II, no. 14, May 1, 1937, p. 6, with the title “Mano alla bomba!” and the indication Adaptation of VIR. Motif of the anarchist anthem “Arroja la bomba.” (VIR is the pseudonym of Virgilio Gazzoli, an anarchist from Pistoia). “Arroja la bomba” was composed during the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera (1923-1930) and was sung in prisons by imprisoned anarchists.

Berlin, Germany: Arson attack on police vehicle

Posted on 2024/01/22 - 2024/01/22 by darknights

In the night from January 17 to 18, we decided to set fire to a police sixer on the occasion of the Rondenbarg trial in Hamburg.

We are going on the offensive and not waiting for a repressive verdict, because we believe that the trial taking place today and the 24 trials scheduled to follow are reason enough to take our anger to the streets.

This trial is not only an attack on the freedom of assembly, but a further attack on anti-capitalist and anti-fascist resistance. Apparently it was not enough for the authorities to violently suppress the protest at the time, and another 80 activists were subsequently charged.

Unfortunately, we were not able to capture the burning car for you, but maybe you will be lucky enough to see the burned vehicle between the Arcaden and the S-Bahn station Berlin-Spandau.

We call for a militant demonstration on January 20th in Hamburg!

PS: our text is a bit short, but you have many possibilities to inform yourself about the process:
