In Bavaria’s wealthy capital, the night of Friday to Saturday, January 25, was anything but ordinary. Munich’s mayor, Dieter Reiter, who has seen it all from the perch where he administers his subjects, even issued an official statement declaring himself “horrified”. Does his statement refer to a war in the Middle East, or to the techno-industrial civilization poisoning the planet? Not in the least. But the sleeping members of good society were shaken by a nightmare: a nocturnal fire made its way to their doorstep. Then it greedily ravaged the tools of the minions charged with protecting them.

It was at around 2.40 a.m., in the outlying district of Allach-Untermenzing, that zealous citizens began alerting the fire department to a gigantic blaze in progress near the dog brigade. By the time they arrived, the 23 police vans parked there were already completely engulfed in flames, while the (empty) brigade building was losing its windows to the heat. It took the Munich fire department almost an hour to extinguish the fire, while some 50 cops combed the area in vain for suspects.

No one will be surprised, but the authorities didn’t take too kindly to the late-night barbecue, and were quick to issue martial declarations at the drop of a hat. The city’s SPD (left-wing) mayor pointed out that “suspicions point to a politically-motivated attack from the far-left camp”, before denouncing “an attack on our democracy”, while the CSU (right-wing) regional interior minister let out an unapologetic rant: “From my point of view, [this fire] already has all the hallmarks of a terrorist act”, because it “specifically targets those who work day and night to ensure the safety of our citizens”. Close the bench.

The investigation has been entrusted to the city’s criminal police, in collaboration with department no. 4 of the judicial police, the one in charge of crimes against State Security (Staatsschutz). And of course, this being Bavaria, the major regional daily added that “for the past six years, construction machinery and electrical cables, cell phone masts and railway installations have been burning in Munich”, wondering if there was any connection with this attack on the police…

Munich: About raids and a §129 procedure against anarchists and the theft of a printing space

What happened?

As previously published, on Tuesday, April 26, in Munich coordinated raids were conducted against anarchists accused of forming a criminal organization (§129). Four apartments were searched (2 of them without any of the accused living there), as well as several basement storage rooms (some of the neighboring cellars of those to the accused were also searched), a printing space, and the anarchist library Frevel.

Coordinated by State Security (K43), a bunch of hooded USK cops with battering rams, partly drawn weapons and some even in chain-mail – yes, whether this cop had lost a bet or whether it was a knight-themed week, we will probably never know – stormed into the apartments at 6 a.m. sharp. This infamous testosterone-fueled bunch even rammed open a door whose key was inserted in the lock on the outside. At some of the apartments, the cops or their colleagues from K123 (Digital Forensics/Telecommunications Surveillance) must have logged into the local WLAN network beforehand, as they seemed to have a precise idea of which devices were connected to the local WLAN network at that time: equipped with power banks and presumably Faraday cages (which serve to shield radio signals) in the form of pouches, the officers immediately snatched the devices, all of them smartphones, and secured them while they were still switched on.

Following this prelude, the investigators of the K43 came to the scene and waved around the search warrants to the people concerned, and introduced all pseudo-witnesses from local municipal authorities that had come along. And then it started: for about six and a half hours, the pigs rummaged through the usual stuff like computers, storage media, and cell phones, but also printers, anarchist publications, “documents and/or files that provide information about left-wing extremist-anarchist ideas”, personal records, financial data, “documents and/or files that provide information about any attack plan of the defendants,” as well as “plans, tools and/or raw materials for the production of bombs, incendiary devices or other objects suitable for carrying out a terrorist attack”; in other words, simply everything. They seized storage media, computers (including those belonging to individuals not accused), printers, personal notes, letter correspondence, and several hundred anarchist publications in a several languages. In addition, they searched intensively for contracts of other rented premises, and probably also demanded to see contracts from the landlords of the basement rooms that were searched. Munich, Germany: Cop private car burned down

They control us, lock us up, search us and our apartments, beat and kill, deport and oppress: the fucking cops.
Just recently in Rotterdam they shot at rioters, in Munich they shot at a person who didn’t want to be evicted from her apartment, in Wuppertal someone was recently murdered by the cops and in Nuremberg someone is in jail for yelling at cops.
Time to fight back!
That’s why the private Audi A1 of a policewoman of the police station in Beethovenstraße burned down completely on 25.11.2021 only a few meters away from the police station.

Cop report of 11/26:

On Thursday, 25.11.2021, at about 02:40, a patrol of the police inspection 14 (Westend) noticed a burning passenger car Audi. The car was properly parked at the edge of the Bavariaring.

The fire department was called in and extinguished the fire. The car was a total loss. No persons were injured by the fire.

Initially, it was assumed that the car had a technical defect. The current and still ongoing investigations of the police department 13 have now provided evidence of intentional arson.
