Berlin, Germany: Still not loving Ordnungsamt! Car taken out of circulation

Posted on 2022/02/12 - 2022/02/20 by darknights

Disgusted by the 2G+ ID checks of the remaining scene locations and the usual hollow weekend rituals of Friedrichshain’s Südkiez, we wandered through the night. When we became aware of a vehicle of the enemy, happened what had to happen:

In the night from Saturday 29.1. to Sunday 30.1. the Ordnungsamt patrol in Kreuziger Straße was beaten in, marked and flattened.

Why the Ordnungsamt sucks? They mack on our streets and squares around, attack cyclists, dog lovers and parking violators and are significantly involved in the expulsion of homeless people. There are a thousand reasons.

We have considered whether a letter for this act is needed at all. Because actually it should stand for itself. We are convinced that in this city again and again people spontaneously (or organized) use the nights to break the things that break us. And just do not see the need to publish this or maybe just do not think about it.

However, we have also noticed that this is becoming less and less in these times. Also because the press drives a strategy of concealment and invisibility. The fear that we will see and motivate each other is too great.

We still don’t see the need to publish letters for every action. Nevertheless, we do it, because we are simply happy that this ‘shitty’ Ordnungsamt patrol can no longer drive through our streets for the time being. It doesn’t take much to throw a spanner in the works of the repressive apparatus. And in phases of isolation, when we meet less often to exchange observations, we fall back on communiqués like this one. By the way, the car was on the premises of the local VW dealer for inspection. Volkswagen is a snitchy cop friend the world over.

Montreal (Tio’Tia:Ke): New Disruptive Action in Solidarity with the Wet’suwet’en Targeting Royal Bank of Canada Branches (Again)

Posted on 2022/02/12 by darknights

Anonymous submission to MTL Counter-info

On the night of February 6th, 2022 in Montreal (Tio’Tia:Ke), non-Indigenous allies demonstrated their solidarity with the Gidimt’en clan of the Wet’suwet’en Nation. The instigators of this action are responding to a call by Wet’suwet’en hereditary chiefs to #ShutdownCanada in response to the invasion of their territory, the Yintah, by the RCMP for the third consecutive year.

We used many different tactics : smashed windows, glued locks and card readers, and spray-painting #FuckRBC on the interior, so all RBC clients were aware of why their bank has been consistently targeted for the past 5 months.

The Wet’suwet’en people are currently resisting the construction of an oil pipeline by Coastal GasLink, a TransCanada Energy company – which is known in Canada for attempting to build the Energy East pipeline – on their traditional territory. Among other things, the construction of the pipeline puts the Wedzin Kwa River at risk, since the pipeline is planned to pass under it. This river serves as a source of water and fish, and is central to the traditional practices of the Wet’suwet’en people.

These were small and easy actions, and we encourage everyone to get together with their trusted friends and test out all the different ways we can fuck with RBC. Several solidarity actions have indeed taken place in different places across so-called Canada, in the last weeks. The call for solidarity actions is ongoing: “The Gidimt’en Clan invites you to organize demonstrations and actions in your region. It also calls to put pressure on governments, banks and investors […] to make a donation […] and to come to the camp.

Solidarity with all peoples who resist! No to Coastal GasLink!

Thessaloniki, Greece: Message of resistance of the imprisoned anarchist Thanos Xatziagkelou

Posted on 2022/02/10 - 2022/02/12 by darknights

When the hours begin to count down to the complete loss of freedom from the teeth of confinement, each moment acquires its own distinct existential meaning. A smile, a touch, the warmth of a comrade’s voice in a cold phone call, the chants outside the interrogation are the flames which burn your heart, reminding you that nothing ends. Battles have casualties. The war itself has casualties. But nothing was given to us, nothing was given to us bloodlessy because we extended our hand. Nothing was won through prayers.

“This inhuman, insidious white of your empty eyes reminds me of the armistice in battle…”

In this life, everything is won through faith and dedication to the field of social antagonism. With consistency in the battles and a relentless tension, a persistence on the offensive horizon. Through my small contribution to the evolution of the class struggle, beyond my contradictions and mistakes, if there is something that characterises me it is social consciousness and the commitment to the revolutionary duty. These are the two things that, on some evenings, become a noose around your neck and do not let you sleep. Screams, sobs, and even silences awaken, and they anger you, they enrage you, they arm you. Responsibility, comrades. We have responsibility. For all those restless nights I feel proud, because all of those nights I chose for my eyes to look at the stars. I remain unyielding, unrepetant, and angrier than ever, because I defend my proud captivity against the dead freedoms of decay.

“These a bit roughly, for the restoration of the black.”

All my thoughts, love and support remain adamantly on the side of these two people that are imprisoned next to me, giving the most important struggle of all of us. The struggle against the absurdity of repression. As for me, I will remind you that the revolution against tyranny is an account that remains open. And revolutionary violence ought to be a non-negotiable, one-way street.

Comrades, until we meet again on the battlefields, let us not compromise with anything less than everything.

Down with statism, long live Anarchy

Alimos & Piraeus, Greece: Responsibility claim for attacks in solidarity with the 3 comrades arrested in Thessaloniki

Posted on 2022/02/10 - 2022/02/10 by darknights

In the early morning of Tuesday 8/2 two people were arrested by the anti-terrorist police in connection with the placing of an explosive device at the entrance of the “Foundation for National and Religious Reflection” in Thessaloniki. During the day one more person was arrested. A case file is formed against them for allegedly forming and joining the “Anarchist Action Organization”.

As a reflexive and minimal sign of solidarity with the persecuted comrades on Wednesday night 9/2 we chose to break 2 ATMs, one of Eurobank in Theomitoros street in Alimos and one of Piraeus in Michalakopoulou street.

We are in an uninterrupted state of war with every power and its defenders and the garbage of the anti-terrorism department should get it through their heads.

Rethymno, Greece: Responsibility claim for attack on court

Posted on 2022/02/10 by darknights

On 9/2, comrades Stathopoulos and Hadjivassiliadis are tried in the second instance. At the same time we do not forget H. Mantzourides who is being tortured in the psycho cells of Korydallos.

Of course we do not expect any justice from the judges and their informers but we remain in solidarity with every political prisoner. The only answer to the culture of incarceration is to attack until we see prisoners of war on the street again. We therefore take responsibility for the attack with stones and paint at the court of Rethymno in the morning of 9/2 as a minimal sign of solidarity with every insurgent and every person who walks on the road of illegality.

Paris and elsewhere: Let’s destroy the cameras

Posted on 2022/02/10 - 2022/02/20 by darknights

Year after year, the State develops its equipment and its methods of generalized surveillance. The process of gentrification and gentrification of the population that accompanies the Greater Paris project, the Olympic Games of 2024, the famous “feeling of insecurity”, are as many reasons and pretexts for the implementation of new security devices, in the Parisian suburbs, but not only. It is not new, moreover, that the State files us, manages us, and spies on our lives by means always more perfected, intrusive and effective. Its dirty cameras film us in the streets, in the squares, in the stores, in the transport, the elevators, the intercoms, the smartphones, the drones, at the tolls, etc…

In the name of the unbearable security of all, social peace and the common good that we do not want. This security is always the reduction of life, restricted to pacify us in the capitalist production machine. Surveillance, as a tool of control, poses in its acceptance or refusal the question of life. Let’s fight against this flat and bland existence, without any subversion of normality, without any setting in motion of ourselves, without perspective of a global collective emancipation. Cameras, and surveillance in general, restrain our desires. We tell ourselves that there is no point in stealing a safedeposit box, burning a car or breaking a window because we will be spotted. The role of cameras is today major in the pacification of revolts, as much in prevention by their dissuasive aspect as in repression by their judicial utility. The State wants to make us believe by its cameras that it is all-powerful, that it could permanently have access to all our actions: no it is not! Its cameras, like all the buildings it erects, are imperfect in their functioning but also perishable and destructible. The cameras would be used to “protect” us? But who is this “us”? It is order, money, property, the bourgeoisie, the State. They take us to prison. Let’s refuse the logic of security, of filing, of control and management! Let’s destroy the barriers that stand between us and freedom. Let’s attack their surveillance cameras.

For that there are several means:

(which are far from being exhaustive, let’s be creative)

Attack the camera

The video surveillance cameras are usually placed on a post or fixed to a wall. It is possible to attack the camera or to damage the wires that supply it with electricity.
For the first option, if it is reachable, it is possible to hide the view with paint, a thick marker, a sticker, a garbage bag, or other non-transparent objects. If the camera can move, it can also be forced to turn to look at the sky or a wall. A camera that can’t see anything is of no use to them.
To make sure it is out of order, the most effective way is to rip it out with a sledgehammer or a hammer. If it is high up, you can use a pole to give yourself more reach, by attaching a noose to the end of the pole to pull the camera out by catching it in the noose and then pulling with your body weight. Good climbing poles and ropes can be found in climbing stores or at the Vieux Campeur. Continue reading “Paris and elsewhere: Let’s destroy the cameras” →

London, UK: An Invitation to Deflate the System

Posted on 2022/02/10 by darknights

act for free received by anonymous email:

————————————————————

An Invitation to Deflate the System

As the walls of control close in its hard not to feel a sense of despair. As an anarchist inside the Great British Prison Island, with apathy and inaction the main pillars of the anarchist ghetto, its hard not to feel deflated. Daily humiliations tend to extinguish your burning desire to attack the system. Every time you try to get a fire going another excuse puts it out. Too much risk for that action This action is inconsequential The atmosphere of trepidation is paralyzing.

You end up stuck between a fantasy of burning the whole edifice down and the reality of your limited abilities which seem to you to offer very little. But this is where you are wrong. You already have everything you need to begin. Besides, you can’t do anything with what you haven’t got. You can only do something with what you have got. Inabilities become abilities along the way but only if you take that first step.

Be realistic about your situation! The targets for attack are everywhere and within reach. The simple weapons needed can be found in shops on every high street. Alone or with others, all you need is the will to put one foot in front of the other. So what if you can’t get your hands on an Amazon server or some other privileged target yet? The infrastructure of control is also sustained by simple and unguarded technology.

As well as wanting to demonstrate this point, we are sick of feeling deflated. So over the last few days we went out and deflated the system instead. More than 30 vans that maintain the network of online communication, surveillance and data mining were put out of action. These vans are necessary to service the system and to fix glitches in the matrix of control. Without these vans, disconnection proliferates. These vans are parked in streets up and down the country, unguarded and easy to attack. You can identify them by the various corporate logos (Virgin, Vodaphone, BT, etc.) that have been conveniently painted as targets.

We invite you to join us in deflating the system.

How many decommissioned vans would it take to seriously disrupt the system? We have seen recently how power outages, downed servers and broken apps can have unpredictable and detrimental effects on the system. When disconnection is liberation, its not just about financial losses but also about a loss of control. What if, in a particular area, the internet connection goes down the same night a significant number of vans are put out of use? How many hours in delayed repairs equals how many millions wiped off the stock market? What chain reactions can be set off by the most modest of actions? The answers are unclear but that’s not the point: the joy is in discovering and overcoming the limits of the questions.

Insurrection never happens tomorrow. Neither is it something done by others. It is what you do tonight before the dawn. It is a journey into the unknown, a journey that begins right now where you are. There is no such thing as a predetermined future and there are no limits that can’t be overcome. There is no need to calculate outcomes. When every thing is increasingly connected to everything else, every attack reverberates beyond itself. As you watch the sun rise you know yourself a little deeper. The quality of your affinity with your co-conspirators is richer. As old limits are overcome, new possibilities emerge organically. There is no need to worry about what you don’t know or can’t do. Start simple and the rest will follow.

Thessaloniki, Greece: Three anarchist comrades arrested in anti-terrorist operation, accused of attacks by ‘Anarchist Action Organization’

Posted on 2022/02/09 - 2022/02/12 by darknights

Three anarchist comrades have been arrested in a large repressive operation by the anti-terrorist unit in the city of Thessaloniki, Greece. Four houses were raided, the cops are claiming that they found at the addresses, a significant amount of materials to create explosives, pistols, ammunition, fake police and ambulance uniforms, ID’s, a transceiver and a manual for information on the creation of incendiary explosive devices entitled ‘Manual for Direct Action’.

The comrades are accused for the formation and membership of ‘Anarchist Action Organization‘, regarding acts that took place in Thessaloniki, at least since 2016, as well as for ‘terrorist acts’: Explosion, jointly using explosives, the manafacture, supply and possession, jointly, of explosives, including being accused of endangering human life. Other charges include arson, possession of guns and damage to property.

The raid on the houses was initially to investigate the incendiary explosive attack upon the ‘Foundation for National and Religous Reflection’ in Thessaloniki, that occured in the early hours of yesterday.

The three comrades have already passed in front of the prosecuter in Thessaloniki & will be detained awaiting trial.

We will post more info as we receive it.

Update: From comrades of Tameio/Solidarity Fund for Imprisoned, Persecuted Revolutionaries of Thessaloniki

At dawn on Tuesday 8/2, two people were arrested after an operation by the anti-terrorist police, due to the placement of an explosive – incendiary device at the entrance of the “Foundation for National and Religious Reflection” at 37 Mouson Street in Thessaloniki, according to the media. Later in the afternoon another person is brought in, which turns into an arrest. On Wednesday 9/2 the arrested comrades were passed by a public prosecutor and a criminal case was filed against them, which attributes them to the formation and membership of the organization “Anarchist Action”. The charges against them are: joint explosion, manufacture, supply and possession of explosives and bombs that can cause danger to people, arson, manufacture, supply and possession of pistols, as well as explosives and explosive devices in order to supply organizations and groups and damage to foreign property using explosives. In the morning of 9/2 a solidarity meeting was held outside the Thessaloniki courthouse with a strong pulse and the comrades managed to hear us. Belarus: The case of anarchist Alexander Zaitsev

Posted on 2022/02/06 by darknights

In December, we received information that Aleksandr Zaitsev, who declared his commitment to the anarchist movement, was in pre-trial detention in Volodarka. It took us quite a while to verify this man’s story and get to the bottom of it.

In 2020, Zaitsev actively participated in protests against the regime and was detained at least once in November under “people’s” article 23.34. While in detention, Zaitsev met a man who introduced himself as Dmitry Sergeenko. Comrades from the Pramen team found the real name of this man – Dmitry Akulich, who had been working for many years with the Interior Ministry as a provocateur and prison agent. Akulich actively begins “developing” Zaitsev and by summer both are already planning a radical action: they want to set fire to Sukalo’s dacha. To paint a pretty picture of the investigation, Akulich says that he got in touch with the group “Stork fly” and they paid for him to buy two five-liter bottles of gasoline.

Not far from the dacha both are taken by Almaz. Zaitsev confesses to everything and is now under terrorist article 289 part 3 (punishment up to the death penalty). We do not know Akulich’s status in this case, but he most likely passes as a witness with the false name of Sergeenko. It is noteworthy that Akulich was given a real passport with a fake name to work with Zaitsev.

Now Aliaksandr Zaitsev continues to be held in the pre-trial detention center, awaiting trial. We have almost no information about the anarchist himself, as none of the activists know him.

Remember, if you want to carry out any radical action, you should do it only with trusted people, not with acquaintances. This story also shows that cops actively engage in provocations to continue repression and spin the myth of terrorism.

Now it is extremely important to remember to have a safety culture and take the time to familiarize yourself with texts on countering repression!
