Berlin, Germany: Arson attack on vehicle fleet of the public order office

Posted on 2021/10/12 by darknights

Geisel’s chain dogs are loose again. For the next eviction of Berlin. The demonstrations against the eviction of Köpiplatz mutate into real police parades and any opposition is punished with punches. Helicopters fly circles over Wagenplatz and the neighboring neighborhoods. Cops besiege rooftops and sneak through backyards. The hardliners of the SPD interior administration and their Red-Green allies once again play occupying power to beat the way free for speculators.

The conditions are clear. There is no dialogue with those who beat us up and give the orders for it. The only way is a diverse struggle for housing for those who live in it, for uncontrollable neighborhoods and neighborhoods in solidarity. Against politics and capital, with many on the street or with few decentralized and unpredictable.

Full of rage about the announced eviction and in deep solidarity with the Köpiplatz and the Rigaer94, which is always in the target of attacks, we have in the night of October 12 in the northeast of Berlin the vehicle fleet of the auxiliary cops of the public order office in Alt-Hohenschönhausen by means of incendiary devices transported to the junkyard.

Let’s not wait until it’s too late!

Attacking gentrification – DEFEND KØPI

On Sunday night we visited the Google office on the corner of Adelbert and Engeldamm and smashed its windows. Only a stone’s throw from Køpiplatz, it is, as a stakeholder in gentrification, co-responsible for the upcoming eviction attempt.

Solidarity greetings to all people who will defend the Køpi with us on 15.10!

Santiago, Chile: Thoughts of Comrade Pablo Bahamondes Ortiz, “El Oso,” before the start of his trial

Posted on 2021/10/12 - 2021/10/12 by darknights

“…We choose to live on the edge of the abyss and not the ways of docile people who crawl around begging for power” (Excerpt from Célula Nihilista del Ocaso del Fuego. Argentina).

Via Enough Is Enough, Translated by Riot Turtle.

Three years have passed since my arrest, and after a series of legal attempts to hold court hearings in person, the courts refused this possibility without me being able to present a legitimate defense, so that I will only find myself in front of a screen to watch the absurd spectacle of judges, state prosecuters and police officers exercising their power to imprison me for as many years as possible.

“Not to trust, nothing to expect from the judiciary”

– Mónica Caballero

Staying upright in any possible scenario, recognizing oneself as a prisoner of war, remains the path to follow.

Emphasizing that there is nothing to explain or acknowledge to the state for this journey, taking up the struggle against this world of permanent misery.

There have been times of endless learning, there have been times of loneliness and companionship, times of making and building connections, in short… times that cannot be silenced and that certainly make you stronger than before.

I am not the only one, nor will we be the only ones here; many brothers and sisters have been here for quite some time, reflecting the continuity of the tireless struggle for total liberation. And so we have joined together in practice and discourse in the face of the various anti-prison issues, targeting the real enemies and establishing a bond of insurgent fraternity.

A warm hug to all who have shown active solidarity with the prisoners in various territories.

A complicit salute to our subversive and anarchist brothers and sisters for their mutual support.

The comrades Mónica Caballero, Francisco Solar, Luis Avaca, Ignacio Avaca, Marcelo Villarroel, Juan Aliste, Juan Flores and Joaquín García… ON THE STREETS!!!

May the subversive practice strengthen and spread the volumes of complicity!!!

Freedom for the subversive, anarchist prisoners, and prisoners of the revolt and the Mapuche!!!

Cancellation of the changes of Decree 321!!!

Destroy the prison society and its supporters!!!

Flensburg, Germany: Who clears forests, sows hate and reaps flames

Posted on 2021/10/12 by darknights

The following letter appeared today (1st Oct) on the anniversary of the occupation of the Bahnhofwald in Flensburg.

Who clears forests, sows hate and reaps flames.

One year ago tonight, the Bahnhofswald was occupied. The destruction of forests, especially of intact ecosystems – no matter where and especially in cities must not go on like this.
For five months there was hope for a meaningful, sustainable future for the forest, but once again greed for profit won out.
Destroying the forest was a wrong decision.
It is always a wrong decision.
We will continue to make those responsible feel that.
Tonight three of the Dutschkewitz – company cars burned.
No tree does not matter!
The Bahnhofwald is not forgotten!

Chile: Text of anarchist comrade Mónica Caballero from San Miguel prison

Posted on 2021/10/12 - 2021/10/12 by darknights

This week marks 8 years since various groups of the Anarchist Black Cross (ABC) and different individuals around the world raised the initiative to maintain a week of international solidarity with imprisoned anarchists, and that this week coincides with the day on which the anniversary of the legal murder of anarchists Bartolomeo Vanzetti and Nicola Sacco by the U.S. government in 1927 is commemorated.

The official history written by the powerful plus the progressive democratic left and a part of anarchism have been especially concerned with creating a victimized image of Sacco and Vanzetti and far from any illegalist practice. All this based on the recognition by the American judicial apparatus that within the criminal process that condemned Sacco and Vanzetti there were many irregularities and that they would be legally “innocent” (information that became known many years after the murder of the comrades). Probably the comrades had no relation with the expropriation of South Braintree, which is important to know and make visible, as it is also important to emphasize that Sacco and Vanzetti were anarchists of action, who propagated anti-authoritarian ideas and exercised different illegalist practices.

In the territory we call the USA in the early 1900s there were several informal anarchist groups dedicated to expropriations and to the spread of ideas antagonistic to domination. Nicola and Bartolomeo actively participated in one of these groups, specifically in the one surrounding the newspaper “Cronaca Sovversiva”. These last elements “the official history” has omitted them as in the same way they have taken special care not to remember the international solidarity that the comrades had during the year 1927. There were many demonstrations of repudiation in different localities of the political/legal/police process, as well as explosions in the name of Sacco and Vanzetti, one of the best known being the action that destroyed the Italian consulate in Buenos Aires.

It is not by chance that those who sustain the Power and its false critics use and make up the history related to Sacco and Vanzetti, certainly it is not the first time and it will not be the last.

The repressive apparatuses of the State break with their own legality constantly: they create montages, rape, torture and a long etc… These practices, for those of us who position ourselves as enemies of the hegemony of Power, should not surprise us… Trusting in the democratic legality of the State is not part of my political construction. This does not mean that I intend to naturalize the abuses exercised by the powers of the State on a daily basis; making visible is not the same as being a victim.

I see a week of solidarity specifically with anarchist prisoners as one more occasion to make visible what happens behind the high walls. Prison for me is yet another scenario of confrontation, which is felt in the smallest and most everyday things.

The first step I took in a prison was a long time ago, since then I have never stopped feeling the solidarity of my comrades, that solidarity I have had in a fraternal embrace or in a beautiful seditious light in some icon of Power.

94 years after the legal assassination of the anarchists Sacco and Vanzetti, nothing and nobody is forgotten.

Those who fight against Power do not cease to be remembered.

Chile: Text of Mónica, Marcelo, Juan, Joaquin, Francisco and Juan before the trial against comrade Pablo Bahamondes: Let’s multiply the gestures of solidarity and insurrectionary complicity

Posted on 2021/10/12 - 2021/10/12 by darknights

Our comrade Pablo Bahamones Ortiz was arrested along with Herny Mendez (today imprisoned in the former penitentiary of stgo) and Hugo Moraga (in the street after an abbreviated trial that sentenced him to 3 years) while they were being transported in a vehicle on September 8, 2018 under an investigation regarding an explosive attack occurred in April 2017 in the Corporation of Judicial Assistance of Melipilla for which the prosecution asks him 13 years in prison. In addition in said vehicle are found various handmade weapons for which Pablo is accused of manufacturing, transporting and carrying weapons and ammunition, specifically 6 shotguns, 1 box of cartridges, 1 revolver and 12 shots, asking the prosecution 23 years, totaling a total of 36 years of prosecutorial request.

His option and positioning for the permanent confrontation that led him to prison has been maintained and deepened inside the prison being an undeniable contribution both in the intra-prison struggles and in those that take place outside these walls uninterruptedly and without pause. This way of understanding and carrying out life in prison breaks with the passive figure of the victim prisoner that places him as a mere recipient of solidarity aid, positioning the comrade as an active subject in the uprising of varied and confrontational initiatives such as the hunger strike that we carried out together for 50 days demanding the repeal of the amendment to Law 321 and for the release of our comrade Marcelo Villarroel.

It is from this combative stance that as anarchist and subversive prisoners we call for solidarity with Pablo during the trial that will begin on September 27th using all the means at our disposal and all our imagination that allows us to generate constant complicit initiatives as well as to strike hard blows to power. Hamburg, Germany: Sabotage of test track for autonomous driving (TAVF) before the start of the “World Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems” (ITS) and glass breakage at FREE NOW headquarters

Posted on 2021/10/12 - 2021/10/12 by darknights

It’s that time again!

“Hamburg expects the world” is the headline of the Hamburger Abendblatt. At the first “World Congress” in Hamburg since the G20 meeting in 2017, refugees from Syria or Afghanistan are of course not expected, no, 12000 experts will meet from 11.10.-15.10.2021 in the Hamburg exhibition halls and the CCH to design a BEAUTIFUL NEW smart WORLD of the future; the focus is on “intelligent” traffic systems, autonomous driving, drones….

We don’t want that future. The supposedly climate-friendly, people-friendly, projects presented here are not to be had without total control and surveillance and are supposed to generate profits as always in capitalism and not too scarce (among other things by reducing the cost factor of workers* but also with all other tried and tested means of capitalism…). To mess up the algorithms, we sabotaged the control technology at the 10 km long test track with fire at three places. We also caused glass to break at FREENOW’s German headquarters on Neumühlen Street.

“Autonomous driving is our future” and for that we need a nationwide 5G mobile network says VW boss Diess, who has recently outed himself as a sympathizer of the party “The Greens”. VW subsidiaries Moia and WeShare are expected to bring in billions in sales in the future. Moia will begin test drives of robot cabs in the Hamburg districts of Winterhude, Uhlenhorst and Hohenfelde in early 2022. In 2025, several dozen autonomous buses are to be on the road. Transport Senator Tjarks with the Green Party wants thousands of autonomous buses, supposedly to push back individual traffic. But they would also have to be cheaper, he says. If at other places personnel are saved or costs on the shoulders of others are turned over, that can be furnished surely. The main thing is to make a profit. Rome, Italy: Sirti car burnt

Posted on 2021/10/12 by darknights

On August 28 2021 in Rome during the international week of solidarity with anarchist prisoners we set fire to a car belonging to the Sirti company. Sirti collaborates with the digitalisation and technological implementation fundamental to this phase in the development of dominion, we require no other reason to attack it.

Solidarity with all the anarchist prisoners in the world! Closeness and strength to Boris, in coma in France following a fire in his cell!

To all those who continue to light up our nights with their actions!

Chile: URGENT! On the recent illness detected in the anarchist comrade Francisco Solar and his delicate health situation

Posted on 2021/10/10 - 2021/10/10 by darknights

In the first months of 2021, Francisco together with other anarchist and subversive prisoners carried out a hunger strike that lasted more than 50 days against the modification of Decree Law 321 and for the immediate release of Marcelo Villarroel.

In 2010 Francisco had already put his body as a barricade of combat in another strike of more than 60 days in the framework of the Bombs Case.

It is during the last mobilization that several blood tests were taken from Francisco by the prison administration, including a suspicious situation, where Francisco was urgently admitted to the prison hospital due to the bad result in the blood tests, but a few minutes later the jailers recanted and alluded to a mistake, returning him to prison.

After a slow recovery, continuous cramps, excessive thirst, weight loss, Francisco requested medical examinations after being transferred to the prison of Rancagua. It was not until September 22nd that these examinations were carried out and he was hospitalized urgently. The diagnosis: advanced diabetes with 700 mg/dl of glucose, that is, on the verge of a diabetic coma.

After achieving a minimum stabilization, he was returned to Module 2, where, despite the two doses of insulin administered daily by the doctors-prisoners in a restrictive manner, he still did not achieve normal glucose parameters. ‘Revolutionary Solidarity’ – Pierleone Porcu

Posted on 2021/10/10 - 2021/10/10 by darknights

There are many ways to demonstrate solidarity to comrades who are being criminalised by the State, each one of which is a direct expression of the way one intervenes in the social clash in general.

There are those who see solidarity as lending a social service to this or that arrested comrade, and that is the way they carry out their activity: looking for lawyers, sending money and clothes to prison, visiting and so on. This purely humanitarian solidarity also translates itself into the constitution of defence committees and relative campaigns aimed at influencing public opinion.

Then there are those who see solidarity in a strictly political key and play at making a heap of “distinctions” aimed at not compromising the image of their own activity. So for reasons of opportunity they defend and show solidarity to those who declare themselves innocent, not to those who Claim responsibility for their actions.

Others still, if they see there is something to be gained in terms of political propaganda, immediately bring out flyers and leaflets in formal solidarity with the comrade or comrades arrested, i.e. they declare solidarity in words, while in practice there is no trace of it.

Then there is solidarity in an ideological context. This is the case of the marxist-leninists in the revolutionary combatant party version. They show solidarity with those with positions similar to their own, and are in contrast with those who do not share or recognise their political line or strategy, often using censorship and ostracism against those they consider inconvenient.

What do we think we should mean by revolutionary solidarity then? The first aspect is that of seeing solidarity as the extension of the insurrectional social practice one is already carrying out within the class clash, i.e. as a direct demonstration of actions of attack against all the structures of power, large and small that are present in one’s own territory. And that is because these should to all effects be considered responsible for everything that happens in social reality, including therefore the criminalisation and arrest of comrades wherever they are. It would be short-sighted to reduce the question of repression against comrades to something strictly linked to the legal and police apparatus. The criminalisation and arrest of comrades should be seen in the context of the social struggle as a whole, precisely because these are always the hasty material means used by the State to discourage radicalisation everywhere. No matter how great or insignificant it might be, every act of repression belongs to the relations of the social struggle in course against the structures of dominion.

The second aspect is that each revolutionary comrade should be defended on principle, irrespective of the accusations made against them by the State’s legal and police apparatus, in the first place because it is a question of snatching them from its clutches i.e. from the conditions of “hostage” they have been reduced to. Moreover, it is also a question of not losing the occasion to intensify the attack against the “law” intended as the regulating expression of all the relationships of power present in constituted society.

The third aspect concerns the refusal to accept the logic of defence that is inherent in constitutional law, such as for example the problem of the “innocence” or “guilt” of the comrades involved, and that is because we have many good reasons for defending them and no one can justify the political opportunism of not doing so. We cannot and must not consider ourselves lawyers, but revolutionary anarchists at war against constituted social order an all fronts. We aim at radically destroying the latter from top to bottom, we are not interested in judging it as it does us. For this reason we consider any sentence made by the State vultures against proletarians in revolt, and all the more so if they are comrades, to be a sentence against ourselves and as such to be avenged with all the means we consider opportune, according to our disposition and personal inclinations.

The fourth and final aspect concerns our attitude towards the arrested comrades, whom we continue to behave towards in the same way as those not in prison. That means that to revolutionary solidarity we always and in any case unite a radical critique. We can and do show solidarity with imprisoned comrades without for this espousing their ideas. Those who show solidarity to imprisoned comrades are not necessarily involved in their opinions and points of view, and the same thing goes for us as far as they are concerned. We actively support all imprisoned comrades in all and for all, but only up to the point where what we do for them does not come into contrast with or contradict our revolutionary insurrectionalist way of being. Ours is exclusively a relationship between social revolutionaries in revolt, not that of bartering positions. We do not sacrifice any part of ourselves, just as we do not expect others to do the same.

We think of solidarity as a way of being accomplices, of taking reciprocal pleasure and in no way consider it a duty, a sacrifice for the “good and sacred cause”, because it is our own cause, i.e. ourselves.

Starting from these premises, of primary importance in the development of one’s anarchist insurrectionalist action, revolutionary solidarity takes on meaning as such, because we would show simple material support to any friend who ends up in prison.

Revolutionary solidarity is an integral part of our very being as insurrectional anarchists. It is in this dimension that it should be demonstrated incessantly, precisely because it contributes to widening what we are already doing.
