Supporters of Prairieland Defendants Release Statement Raising Serious Concerns About Actions of Judge in Upcoming Federal Trial (USA)

FORT WORTH, TX — A federal judge in the Prairieland ICE Detention Center case fined three defense lawyers five hundred dollars each last week for a mistake in a routine motion to compel discovery. In a Show Cause hearing on January 14, U.S. District Court Judge Mark Pittman admonished lawyers representing Prairieland defendant Zachary Evetts, calling the motion “frivolous.”

In response to this and other actions taken by Judge Pittman in the Prairieland case, the DFW Support Committee—a group of family and loved ones of the defendants—published a statement today. “As the Prairieland defendants’ federal trial approaches, a pattern of concerning activity by the presiding judge, Mark Pittman, has emerged,” reads the statement. “The fate of the defendants—and the result of this trial—will have enormous impacts on the legal terrain for those resisting ICE terror and the course of the rising authoritarianism in the U.S. As such, the fairness of this trial should be an acute concern for all.”

“Judge Pittman is showing a clear disdain for the defendants,” said Irina Popova, who attended the Show Cause hearing. “Zachary’s lawyer was doing his job by asking the court to make sure he gets all the relevant evidence. ICE Agent Fatally Shoots Observer Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis (USA)

Minneapolis, MN — Around 10 a.m. on Wednesday morning, ICE [U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement] fatally shot a woman acting as an observer on 33rd St. and Portland Ave. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the FBI are investigating the killing. Hundreds of community members showed up in protest and many were met with chemical weapons deployed by federal agents, including one person who was shot directly in the face. She was later identified as Renee Nicole Good, 37.

DALLAS-FORT WORTH, TX — Nine defendants in the Prairieland ICE Detention Center protest case pleaded ‘not guilty’ today to federal charges, including riot, discharging a firearm, attempted murder, providing material support to terrorists, and conspiracy to conceal documents. A federal superseding indictment was filed in the Prairieland case on November 13 by Acting US Attorney Nancy Larson, just four days before Trump appointed former federal prosecutor Ryan Raybould as US Attorney on November 17.

Savanna Batten, Zachary Evetts, Autumn Hill, Meagan Morris, Maricela Rueda, Daniel “Des” Rolando Sanchez Estrada, Benjamin Song, Elizabeth Soto, and Ines Soto pleaded ‘not guilty’ at their federal arraignments on December 3. On the night of November 3, 2025, we destroyed Bernd Baumann’s BMW, president of the AfD parliamentary group in the Bundestag*, which was parked at 111 Trenknerweg in the Othmarschen district of Hamburg, with an incendiary device.

In a few weeks, two major trials against antifas will begin in Dresden and Düsseldorf. Thirteen comrades are accused of several attacks against Nazis and their structures in Germany and Hungary. The heavy sentences in the first trial, known as “Antifa Ost,”** and in the trial against Hanna*** in September indicate a strong desire on the part of the authorities to convict. Until now, the justice system has often found it difficult to convict members of militant left-wing groups that are not organized as guerrilla groups for belonging to a criminal or terrorist organization. Now, those in power are trying to establish new criteria. In Hungary, the Netherlands, and the United States, Antifa has been added to the list of “terrorist” opponents.

At a time when the murderous and racist daily practices of the Nazis, ordinary people, and cops are constantly intensifying, when the closure of borders to refugees, guaranteed by military force, in Europe, Germany, and the United States is increasing, and the US president rambles on about how he loves the smell of deportations in the morning and uses the army against anti-racist protests and resistance, in this era it is urgent to organize militantly against fascism. In other words, to do exactly what the antifas currently being prosecuted are being criticized for.

* The Bundestag is the equivalent of the French National Assembly. The far-right Alternative für Deutschland party has 151 seats there, making it the largest opposition group to the “grand coalition” government, composed of the right (CDU-CSU) and the center-left (SPD).
** A repressive case in which the Saxony state court (in the east of the country) tried four anti-fascist comrades in May 2023 for a series of attacks against neo-Nazis between 2018 and 2020. The sentences ranged from two and a half to five years and three months in prison (for grievous bodily harm and membership of a criminal organization). Lina, the comrade who received the heaviest sentence, as she was considered the leader of the group that the cops and journalists call the “Hammerband” (hammer gang), is currently in prison.
A second trial against seven anti-fascists accused of the same crimes will begin in Dresden on November 25 (see here for information about one of the defendants).
*** An anti-fascist comrade from Nuremberg, Hanna was sentenced to five years in prison for grievous bodily harm and membership of a criminal organization (the prosecution had also charged her with attempted murder) for attacks on neo-Nazis during their “Day of Honor” celebrations in Budapest in February 2023 (as part of the multiple trials taking place in Hungary and Germany in the “Budapest Antifas” case).
In addition to the trial currently underway in Budapest against Maja, six other Antifa members will soon be tried in Düsseldorf on very serious charges of “attempted murder” and “membership of a criminal organization.”

Since September, a strange phenomenon has hit the streets of the Deux-Sèvres prefecture: about once a month, a vehicle from Elon Musk’s factories catches fire. “Libé” followed the pyromaniac’s footsteps until he was found [A Libé writer posted an ad about Indy Nantes and the compas were kind enough to reply; NdAtt.]

The thick smoke from Ivana’s electronic cigarette crashes against the window of her Tesla. “When I park it now, I choose a place where there’s a lot of traffic and cameras,” explains the twenty-something. In Niort (Deux-Sèvres), where this saleswoman works, a strange phenomenon has been roaming the streets since September. At least once a month, somewhere in town, a car from the famous American brand catches fire in the dead of night. A sort of Russian roulette of burnt-out tires. A werewolf game with a burnt-out car. In the parking lot alone, where her electric vehicle is refueled, the flames raged in October, and since then, no driver has risked taking the time off to recharge. The young woman is furious: “It’s shameful, we don’t burn cars for political reasons, just as we don’t buy a Tesla for Elon Musk.”

Faced with these serial fires, the hypothesis of an anti-Musk action is the first to be considered. Demonstrations, scratched vehicles, burning dealerships… In recent times, the damage done to the billionaire’s brand has been mounting as a result of the antics of its big boss. Especially since the Nazi salute by Trump’s right-hand man in January. Support for the far right and outright cuts in US administrations are, moreover, one of the explanations for Tesla’s 13% drop in sales in the first quarter of 2025 compared with the same period last year, and the collapse of the Austin-based brand’s share price by more than half since its record high on December 17, 2024. But in the case of Niort, doubt still hangs in the air: is the richest man in the world the target of the perpetrator, who is still wanted?

For a start, the dates don’t coincide: the first fires took place long before the big boss’s controversial gesture. Secondly, in addition to the dozen or so burnt-out Teslas, at least two luxury vehicles were also targeted. A Porsche and an Aston Martin. In the city’s beige streets, blackish marks now blend into the scenery. Here on charred branches, there on a once immaculate palisade. Libé followed these traces and traced them back to Niort’s serial arsonist.

Stéphan’s jinx

Right now, a lot of people are giving Stéphan a hard time. Colleagues, for one. “They asked me if I’d tried barbecuing,” says the construction salesman and vegetarian. And the firemen, too. “You again?” they taunted him on March 10. For the second time in a few months, the firemen put out a blaze just down the road from his home on the Route d’Aiffres. Once again, the flames reduced a white Tesla, his company vehicle, to ashes.

The first time was on September 15. “My neighbors had heard noises and voices, but at first I thought it was accidental”, says the forty-something with thin glasses. By the second Tesla HS, the doubt had dissipated. That night, the police arrived, very annoyed. Twenty minutes earlier, their patrol had passed the allée du Niortais without observing anything unusual. “We’ve been keeping an eye on all Tesla cars for some time now,” the officers explain.

By this time, they had also been looking for the culprit for some time. Since September, the Niort public prosecutor’s office has been investigating “wilful destruction by fire”. But for the time being, the serial arsonist continues to evaporate. Without ever leaving a clue as to his motives. From his living room, Stéphan has a view of the still-charred parking space. He looks wistfully at a bush that has also been hit: “The leaves hid the road in summer… It’s a shame.” At his feet, his dog, a shih tzu with matted hair, sighs in unison.

UK: Further attacks planned by fascists across the island

Trusted comrades have handed to us details of new planned attacks across the country organised by fascist/far right groups. After the attacks upon the Rotherham and Tamworth hotels yesterday, where asylum seekers are housed, both had side entrances set on fire by fascists. We cannot let the blatant attempts by fascists to lead pogroms around the island, to terrorise everyone that doesn’t agree with them.

For anyone who is still under the illusion that this is about children being murdered or some kind of rebellion, revolution or insurrection of the people, that its not to do with the far right, fascists, neo-nazis, racism and Islamophobia, we advise you to sort out your head, not listen to social media influencers or the manistream media, we have seen with our own two eyes well known fascists and neo-nazis on the streets, organising online through social media and telegram.

Fascism and racism doesn’t exist in a void, successive governments not only here on this island but also around the world have been using racist, Islamophobic, anti-immigration propaganda to serve their own power games, from Trump to Bolsonaro and Suella Braverman to Priti Patel, even the cops and armed forces being infiltrated by neo-nazi groups proscribed by the state as terrorists, the whole liberal democracy is corrupted to the core. If they don’t tell you that the refugees are the problem, they will tell you not to fight back, to rely on the cops, the very system that also brought this about.

The only way to fight back against racism and fascism is to physcially fight it off the streets.

UK: Convicted neo-Nazi terrorist was at Southport riot

One of the far-right activists who travelled to Southport on Tuesday night was Matthew Hankinson, an unrepentant neo-Nazi terrorist, who was jailed for six years for his membership of the proscribed neo-Nazi youth group National Action (NA).

Posts on Hankinson’s account on X (formerly Twitter) reveal he was present at the riot, where he took photographs and recorded videos of the violence. In one gleeful post, which included a video of a burning police van, Hankinson wrote: “‘Piggy in the middle’ Police vans trapped between English People showing solidarity in the face of foreign terror get set on fire by misguided Patriots who take vengence (sic) into their own hands. ”.

Before he was jailed, Hankinson lived outside St Helens in Newton-le-Willows.

NA were proscribed in the wake of the murder of Jo Cox MP after one of them posted “649 to go” on Twitter and they set the title on their website to “Death to traitors, Freedom for Britain”, the slogan said in court by Jo Cox’s killer.

Hankinson’s first post on X includes the same slogan and says: “Those who take issue with the Righteous and Just sentiment of these Noble words are those same subversive Traitors that are oppressing and destroying Britain.”

After NA were proscribed, Hankinson continued to be involved and was present at a meeting in a Wetherspoons where the now convicted neo-Nazi paedophile terrorist Jack Renshaw shared a plan to murder his local MP. Renshaw was jailed for life and must serve at least 20 years in prison.

The violence in Southport on Tuesday night, where far-right activists and racist locals rioted in a grieving community, has sparked a wave of anti-migrant violence with disorder taking place in London and Hartlepool last night and anti-migrant protests in Manchester and Aldershot. More protests are planned around the country over the coming days.

We revealed fascist group Patriotic Alternative (PA) were one of the groups behind the protest which turned violent in Southport on Tuesday evening. David Miles (aka Jack The Nipper) from the West Midlands, was one of the PA activists to have travelled to Southport.

Miles could be seen facing down riot police, wearing a t-shirt featuring the slogan ‘Free Sam Melia’. Melia, PA’s Yorkshire regional organiser, is currently serving a prison sentence for producing racist stickers. The protest was promoted by PA’s Wales regional organiser, violent football hooligan Joe Butler (aka Joe Marsh). Butler has a series of convictions for stabbing football fans and attacking women.

Leading politicians are discussing responding to the Southport riot by proscribing the English Defence League, an organisation which has not existed for more than five years. Hankinson’s presence shows that state bans won’t stop neo-Nazis from being involved in violent disorder.

Patriotic Alternative (PA)’s regional organiser for Wales is Joe Butler, also known as Joe Marsh, a leading figure in the Pie & Mash Squad hooligan group. Butler is a violent fascist and football hooligan who was jailed in 2015 for attacking a female anti-austerity protester in central London the previous year.

The Pie & Mash Squad have been responsible for several attacks on left-wing activists, including an attack on a squat and an attack on a 12 year-old girl and her father. The attack on the squat in January 2017 was led by the Pie & Mash Squad who were joined by supporters of the now-banned neo-Nazi terrorist organisation National Action (NA). The squat mentioned was Belgravia ANAL Embassy a £15 million mansion in London’s bourgeois Belgravia neighbourhood which had been opened up to rough sleepers.

Conservative-endorsed “youth” group Turning Point UK linked to political violence

We would like to express that we don’t care for these political entities which we are also opposed to, we add this PDF because we find it clearly explains the increasing connections between the Conservative Party that has lurched more to the far right during and now out of power. It also identifies the far right scum involved which we will always never hesitate to broadcast far and wide. We also add that Turning Point is one of the most prominent groups that have been pushing the protests, riots, attacks on mosques and migrant accomodation that have spread in the last week.

Our report, Turning Point UK: Conservative hooligans, details our undercover infiltration of Turning Point UK (TPUK) which saw members of the group’s secret “elite” Direct Action Team offering to sell offensive weapons to other members ahead of protests which subsequently saw outbreaks of violent disorder.

TPUK has previously been endorsed by several leading figures in the Conservative Party, is involved in far-right street violence and has activists currently in prison.

TPUK’s honorary president, Conservative candidate Marco Longhi may have misled the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards about his relationship to the group.

Allan Jones, a spokesperson for anti-fascist investigators Red Flare, said: “TPUK connects the halls of power to violent neo-Nazis involved in racist attacks. In between schmoozing with Conservative party establishment figures, Jack Ross has been rubbing shoulders with violent neo-Nazis convicted of hate crimes.

“Ross should be expelled from the Conservative party for leading a violent far-right street gang. If the people of Dudley decide to re-elect Marco Longhi, he’s got questions to answer about his relationship with TPUK.”

On 11 November 2023, TPUK mobilised for far-right protests which caused widespread violence and disruption across Westminster, leading to 126 arrests and Suella Braverman’s subsequent resignation as Home Secretary.

Hungary: How Putin’s friend started hunting anti-fascists in the EU

For the past 20 years, the neo-Nazi group Blood&Honor has been gathering thousands of neo-Nazis from all over Europe on February 11 for a “Day of Honor” in Hungary. The occasion is the attempt by Hitler’s soldiers, along with their Hungarian allies, to break out of Soviet-encircled Budapest and return to Nazi Germany. Of the 28,000 soldiers of the Wehrmacht, SS and Hungarian allies, only a few hundred broke through. Most were killed or captured by the Red Army.

Now neo-Nazis lead a 60km march every year from Budapest to the breakthrough lines with sad faces and memories of SS veterans who died in WWII.

Viktor Orbán’s far-right Hungarian government doesn’t really interfere with the march, and according to some reports directly assists some far-right groups in rewriting history. The organization officially organizing the march received about 2,700 euros from the Hungarian Ministry of Human Resources, and the organizers themselves produced several documentaries for Hungarian state channels, including one about the glory of Hungarian troops during World War II.
