A communique and call to action:
Early November 20th, several hours before the opening ceremony of the 2022 World Cup, we smashed up most buildings at the Adidas North American headquarters in Portland, Oregon. We shattered windows, broke doors and covered walls with paint across the corporate campus, including office buildings, the gym and cafe. Adidas is one of FIFA’s primary long-term partners, and a main sponsor of the World Cup in Qatar this year.
The history of the World Cup is one of death and displacement. Every stadium stands upon the dead bodies of workers who built it. In Qatar, over 6,500 migrant workers from South Asia died during the decade of preparations for the 2022 World Cup, forced to work in slave conditions. The World Cup was made possible by hundreds of thousands of migrant workers forced into labor through a combination of physical violence, threats of imprisonment, passport confiscation, debt bondage, and more. Every World Cup involves the violent evictions and displacement of thousands, replacing whole neighborhoods with stadiums and other infrastructure. The entire operation is protected by huge increases of militarized policing and surveillance, with 3,000 riot cops sent from Turkey, 4,500 soldiers from the Pakistan army and forces from the British Royal Navy and Air Force coming to Qatar to enforce control during the World Cup.
All this is enabled by the huge companies that sponsor the World Cup and FIFA in the interest of profit.
We reject the logics of global capitalism and the state, and the endless violence they create together. All that’s left to do is fight back.
In every city you can find the property and infrastructure of companies complicit in the World Cup. Continue reading “Portland, USA: Attack on Adidas Headquarters in Retaliation for 2022 Qatar World Cup”
On the night of Nov. 10-11, the windows of the Deutsche Bank branch in downtown Trento were smashed. They left the inscriptions “With Alfredo on hunger strike” and “Warmongers.” Alongside Alfredo, Juan, Ivan and Anna.

On the night of November 12, on a street in Rome, we smashed the windows and ATMs of Unicredit, Benetton and Banca Popolare di Milano and threw firecrackers at RAI in solidarity with anarchist comrades on hunger strike. To Alfredo, Anna, Juan and Ivan goes our boundless solidarity.

We are not friends of big speeches and sometimes there is therefore not too much to write. The Denn’s Biomarkt on Antonplatz in Berlin is certainly not the largest, nor the most beautiful of its kind. Nevertheless, we took the trouble – from Tuesday to Wednesday the 19.10. – to leave a few stones and spray “You are the crisis” on the entrance.
Denn’s Biomarkt we can populistically call the extended arm of the Greens in the neighborhood. Those who have long had to turn over every penny can’t afford to buy supposedly fair-trade, socially acceptable and carbon-neutral lavender-apple smoothies. Denn’s oh-so-worldly appeal makes us lose our appetite. Good for the wallet, bad for the soul. We have remedied the crisis mood for a short moment.
Greetings to the “Everything just stolen!” people (translated below), who have taken heart and have quite obviously had a good bite, and also to the everyday criminals, who naturally take their lives in their own hands, bypassing the state and capital!

Everything just stolen!
Hey,
we were today at denns plundering, have captured and distributed goodies worth 900Euro. Others have done it before us, hopefully more will do it after us. Here’s to the hot autumn of looting!
Everything only stolen! Whether heating costs, rent, gasoline or food: Everything becomes daily more expensive! The inflation eats our wages. The relief packages of the policy are in view of the price explosions only a drop on the hot stone. While large corporations are being supported with billions, the only option for us is to do without. For the many people in Germany who were already struggling to make ends meet before the current crisis, this sacrifice has long been part of their everyday lives. And while we now have to consider whether we can still afford the butter on our bread, the owner of Lidl has been able to triple his fortune since 2020. No more price explosions and doing without! We have decided to no longer grudgingly accept the ever-increasing prices. We take what is rightfully ours! We don’t let them take the butter off our bread (lol) – a sandwich without butter is no sandwich, I always say.

On the night of the 23rd to the 24th september, in Toulouse, Frédéric Mistral alley, 2 LCL banks have been painted and attacked with hammer hits. Austerity, misery and inflation don’t fall from the sky.
Some take everything, and leave their crumbs. In echo to the calls to stop paying*, to burn our bills, to the 29th september demos** and those to come, let’s also take the night.
Against end of the month anguish, some hits in the face of the war profiteers.
Against the end of the world anguish, some hits in the face of those financing it.
We know it’s not mad, mad, mad to make bang, bang, bang on banks windows.
But when prices rise, windows fall, and it’s already something. Strike is coming, may it comes with fracas.
And a solidarity salute to Boris***

Athens, Greece: ‘The hunger strike continues – and so do the breakages.’ Attack on ELTA (Greek Postal Service)
A few hours before the council in Lamia regarding the decision on the satisfaction or not of the request of Giannis Michailidis, we broke the windows of the ELTA in Kaisariani on the road of Ethnikis Antistasis. Of course the council is not interested in this, but Giannis will know that the breaking continues until the release. The answer to the state’s repression is given in the streets. If the forces of the state destroy our marches, the city will be filled at night with alarms waiting to interrupt with their sound the illusion of security.
Freedom to Giannis Michailidis; until the destruction of every prison

Athens, Greece: Attack on Aigaleo Town Hall, two municipal service vehicles and the local metro station
Giannis Michailidis has been on hunger strike since 23/5 until today, demanding his release after the rejection of two requests for his release by the councils of the lackeys of political power.
This vindictive attitude of the state towards an anarchist leads us to a minimal gesture of solidarity with his struggle.
In the early morning of Friday 22/7 we broke the facade of the Aigaleo Town Hall, two municipal service vehicles and one side of the elevator of the Metro station across the street.

Athens, Greece: Taking responsibility for the attack on DEDDIE (Greek Electricity Distribution Network Operator) and HERON (Electricity company)
The daily brutal class attack that we receive from the capitalist government of the New Democracy and the bourgeois economic power through the inclusion of the basic commodity of electricity in the stock exchange is a blatant attack on the core of our lives.
To defend ourselves against this asymmetrical violence of the state and to cut the root of the bourgeois commodity system that daily gambles our survival, we must resort to the multiform practices of revolutionary, liberatory and de-alienating violence of the competing anarchist and communist movements.
It is in this context that we have found it necessary to intervene and break:
-a branch of the DEDDIE in Kallithea -a branch of HERON in Argyroupoli
Comrades
PS: We send our solidarity to the anarchist political prisoner Giannis Michailidis, who is on hunger strike since 23/5.

On Thursday 23/6/22, a group of comrades attacked and destroyed with hammers and sledgehammers the facades of three luxury hotels of Israeli interests located on Kleisovis Street in Exarcheia. In one of the hotels, paint was also thrown inside the hotel, where the dining room and wine-bar are located. Leaflets were thrown at the spot which read:
“TOURISTS GO HOME! This is class-war Zone” “Cops and big investors out of Exarcheia”
These hotels, with a cost of 100+ euros per day, like so many others that spring up every day in the area, are part of capital’s strategic planning to “gentrify” Exarchia and turn it into an investment philanthropy, where the human geography of the population will be shaped for the needs of capital.
The struggle for Exarcheia to remain a militant, multicultural neighbourhood, a symbol of resistance and rebellion, is going to be a tough one. It is a class struggle and it is about our survival both as workers and residents in the neighbourhood and the preservation of the revolutionary memory and the insurrectionary flame.
We support the struggles against the privatization of the Strefi Hill, against the construction of the metro in Exarcheia Square. We fight together with thousands for the Exarcheia of Social Self-Organization and Class Solidarity against the state repression, the violence of capital, the museumization of the Polytechnic, the drug mafias and the thugs who are an arm of capital and the state.
Comrades.
PS: We express our unconditional solidarity with the anarchist political prisoner G. Michailidis who is on 60 days of hunger strike demanding his freedom. Freedom or Death

In the wee hours of July 6th, the office of the Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia (88 Pennsylvania Ave Oreland, PA) had their front window smashed and their wall vandalized with “JANE’S REVENGE”. The Pro-Life Union runs two crisis pregnancy centers (Guiding Star Mother’s Home: 1940 E Chelten Ave, Philadelphia, PA, and The Cenacle: 1509 Church St, Philadelphia, PA) and an anti-abortion pregnancy hotline (610-626-4006). They also organize anti-abortion rallies outside of abortion clinics where clients are harassed and shamed, and have numerous member organizations involved in a variety of anti-abortion programs in the greater Philadelphia area (list can be accessed at prolifeunion.org/member-organizations).
We hope that all queers, anarchists, anti-fascists, and just plain-old pissed-off feminists in the area will use this information wisely. Plan with a group of friends, wear a mask, and take action. Project your rage on your enemies. Dissapear into the night.
Solidarity with all those attack the state, capital, civilization, and patriarchy.

On Monday night 11/7 we attacked the Patras courthouse, painting the facade and breaking its windows, in solidarity with the anarchist comrade Giannis Michailidis who is on hunger strike since 23/5, waging a struggle against state vengeance with his own body as a weapon.
The comrade, having already served about 8.5 years in prison since December 2021, is entitled to his temporary release from prison, something that runs up against the refusals of the competent judges and councils, as in essence, he does not abandon his militant identity, course and dignity, as clearly demanded by the extortionist regime imposed on him.
It is the same justice that is now avenging the comrade but also so many other militants, so many others who are in the excluded and impoverished social strata, all this prison population that is being beaten by the repressive state boot of the law and order doctrine, the new prison and penal regulations.
In the person of the anarchist comrade Giannis Michailidis, the state takes revenge on all those who stand up against the violence and the rottenness of the capitalist authoritarian world, who take a stand for struggle and action. At the same time, every rapist, every fascist, every uniformed murderer, every paramilitary, every golden boy, every politician responsible for scandals and so many others who are the children, the cogs of political and economic power, enjoy either immunity or the favour of justice.
Make no mistake, justice is and will be class-based in the capitalist/extremist world, and every cop killer like Korkoneas and those who tortured Zack/Zackie, every Golden Dawn, every Hortaria*, every Filippidis**, and so on will continue to walk with the state’s backs amply provided for them.
The militant dignity, history and the means of struggle, the ideas for a free world of equality and solidarity, the anti-statist/anti-capitalist struggle is the only way against the murderous nature of this world that spreads poverty, refugeeism, wars, inequality, misery. This is the road that comrade Giannis Michailidis is walking and we stand unwaveringly by his side.
