Bremen, Germany: Fire for Tesla! Charging stations and switch cabinets set alight!

Posted on 2025/11/25 by darknights

Switch off Tesla! Switch off AI capitalism! Switch off fascism!

Smash COP30: Last week, representatives of UN member states flew into Belém, Brazil, with their insanely large entourage of journalists, security forces, and scientists to ponder their inaction, take group photos, and announce statements they will not keep. All this while we are governed by people who care more about supplying German industry with enough critical raw materials and positioning themselves for careers after their term in office than trying to prevent the complete destruction of the Earth.

Belém has been upgraded for tourists, the rich, and politicians because of the COP summit. While tourists stroll along the shiny new harbor dock, houses have been cleared and the exploited and poor pushed to the margins of the city. Neighborhoods have been buried under concrete. It is the same dynamic of gentrification and repression that we know from other meetings of the world’s powerful.

The tradition of colonization manifests itself through the exploitation of the rainforest, industrial agriculture, mining, and oil production, which destroy indigenous territories. Solidarity greetings to the indigenous people who stormed the climate conference building and sparked a moment of revolt. https://www.zdfheute.de/panorama/klimakonferenz-cop30-indigene-aktivisten-protest-100.html

We think this is a good moment to point out that we should not believe their lies for a moment longer. The displacement in cities, the destruction of the earth, the colonization of territories—all these struggles are interconnected.

That is why we set fire to four Tesla charging stations and two adjacent switch cabinets with gasoline. Let’s sabotage this deadly regime! Let’s sabotage their (green) capitalism!

Musk stands for exactly this logic and is not without reason the richest person on this planet. We want to see his empire in flames!

Switch off Tesla! Switch off AI-Capitalism! Switch off Fascism!

European and International Corporate Targets – Indonesia

Posted on 2025/11/19 by darknights

Several multi-national companies operate and invest in Indonesia, such as Shell, BP, Unilever, Rolls Royce and GlaxoSmithKline, who have a large presence. In UK, Standard Chartered bank have investments in Indonesia and so does Prudential Plc. Other UK-based companies operating are Arup, Mott MacDonald and PwC.

The largest multinational bank operating in Indonesia is HSBC, which is a suitable target for coordinated action since it has branches and offices across the globe. We propose that where appropriate, individuals in each territory and region, should research which companies are operating in Indonesia, circulate and make that information and take direct action in solidarity with the prisoners of the anti-authoritarian mass uprising.

Against torture – For social war.

Eight anarchist detainees from the “Chaos Star” case have been transferred after court (Indonesia)

Posted on 2025/11/18 by darknights

Eight anarchist detainees from the “Chaos Star” case have undergone their first court on 18 November 2025. This means they have now been transferred to the prosecutor’s detention facility. They are accused of throwing stones at police officers, allegedly causing around Rp 2 billion in damages during the 30 August 2025 demonstration. All eight have been charged with multiple articles: Article 170 (violence in public), Article 214 (collective resistance), and Article 406 (destruction of another person’s property) of the Indonesian Criminal Code. They are:

• Muhamad Subhan (M.S)
• Eli Yana (E.Y)
• Muhamad Vansa Alfarisi (M.V.A)
• Muhamad Rifa Aditya (M.R.A)
• Veri Kurniawan Kusuma (V.K.K)
• Joy Erlando Pandiangan (J.E.P)
• Muhamad Jalaludin Mukhlis (M.J.M)
• Jatnika Alang Ramdani Septiawan (J.A.R.S)

All eight were tortured to force them into confessing to the alleged offenses.

U$A: Twelve More People Federally Charged in the July 4 Prairieland ICE Detention Center Protest Case

Twelve More People Federally Charged in the July 4 Prairieland ICE Detention Center Protest Case

Majority of Defendants Expected to Enter ‘Not Guilty’ Pleas December 3, Refusing Early Plea Offer of Up To 15 Years in Prison

DALLAS-FORT WORTH, TX — Twelve people were federally charged late last week in connection with the immigrant solidarity demonstration at the Prairieland ICE Detention Center on July 4, 2025. The new indictment and charges, including rioting, attempted murder, and material support for terrorism, came as a majority of defendants are expected to plead not guilty on December 3. Notably, federal prosecutors are offering early plea deals with recommended sentences of up to 15 years in prison.

A number of defendants could plead guilty in the coming days as a result of pressure by the federal government. The terms of the plea agreements have not been made public, but some defendants are refusing to cooperate against their codefendants. Historically, in politically motivated cases, defendants who take federal plea deals that involve cooperating with the government against their codefendants have not necessarily received more lenient sentences, and may not lessen the potential legal harm stemming from their corresponding State cases.

“The prosecution is grasping at straws,” said National Lawyers Guild member Kris Hermes. “Plea deals offered this early show the government is desperate for a quick conviction that fits their nonsense ‘Antifa’ narrative. This case is a shoddy attempt to terrorize the movement in solidarity with immigrants, but it’s not going to work.”

The defendants who were federally charged last week were added to the case of Autumn Hill and Zachary Evetts, who were federally indicted last month. US District Court Judge Mark Pittman granted the government’s motion earlier in November to designate the Prairieland case as “complex”, thereby delaying the trials of Hill and Evetts, which were scheduled to start later this month. Another defendant, Daniel Sanchez-Estrada was previously indicted separately and has now been added to this case, and his trial has been delayed from early December, as originally scheduled. It’s now unclear when Hill, Evetts, Sanchez-Estrada, and the other defendants will go to trial. A Basket of Thoughts – Italian Anarchist Massimo Passamani Solidarity With Hunger Strike

Posted on 2025/11/17 - 2025/11/17 by darknights

In the twilight zone of sorts I find myself in- neither free nor fully imprisoned – I have decided to give up my daily work release from prison for the next week, as a gesture of solidarity with the Palestine Action comrades on hunger strike in British prisons, a strike my friend and brother Stecco has also joined. I know that my staying in prison instead of going to work will not bother the prison administration in the least. But my message is not addressed to prison management – whom I have nothing to say to and nothing to ask of but to those who are fighting against the genocide of the Palestinian people, alongside its indomitable resistance.

What I can offer, along with this small gesture, is a basket of thoughts, a handful of words with which to express what is in my heart.

The strength that comes to me from British prisons which, in turn, reflects the tenacity of that resistance which Zionist prisons and administrative detention centers are unable to bow, despite the isolation, the torture, and the rapes has not only the form of a commonality of ethics and ideals, but also the intensity of the emotions I feel in reading the hunger strike statements. Thessaloniki, Greece: Hooded youth attack riot cops with molotovs after Lex hip hop concert

Posted on 2025/11/13 - 2025/11/13 by darknights

Following excerpt from capitalist scum media:

Violent clashes erupted between hooded youths and police forces in Thessaloniki after a massive anti-system rap concert by artist Lex, attended by more than 40,000 people — one of the largest rap events ever held in Greece.

In the early hours of Sunday, November 2, hundreds of young people with covered faces moved against MAT riot police units, launching a barrage of Molotov cocktails. Police responded with an extensive use of tear gas, turning the area into an asphyxiating battlefield,  several cars caught fire amid running clashes through the city streets.

According to the authorities, 18 people were detained, but only one was arrested on drug-related charges. The arrests followed the violent incidents that erupted shortly after midnight, at the conclusion of Lex’s concert.

The events in Thessaloniki highlight growing social tensions and the risk that large cultural gatherings may turn into flashpoints for clashes.

$hile: After more than three months, the trial against brothers Lucas and Aldo Hernandez comes to an end

Posted on 2025/11/13 - 2025/11/13 by darknights

From: La Zarzamora

Via: Informativo Anarquista

On Monday, November 3rd, the trial against Aldo and Lucas Hernandez came to an end, with both being sentenced to 21 and 12 years in prison, respectively, after more than three months of hearings, in which the authorities attempted to use all their power to achieve an exemplary punishment for both brothers.

On July 21st of this year, amid protests and multiple solidarity actions, the lengthy trial against Aldo and Lucas Hernandez began at the Center for (In)Justice in Santiago. The prosecution, made up of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Chilean Gendarmerie, initially demanded intolerably excessive sentences, ranging from 20 years in prison for Lucas to 90 years in prison for Aldo Hernandez.

Subsequently, after the verdict was read on October 3, the prosecutors requested a sentence of 32 years and 1,100 days for Aldo and a sentence of 18 years and 800 days for Lucas, while Aldo’s defense requested a sentence of 26 years and Lucas’s defense requested a sentence of 12 years. Finally, on November 3, Aldo was sentenced to 21 years and Lucas to 12 years.

The sentences, set out in a document of more than 400 pages, referred to three incidents: 1) the attack on the General Directorate of the Gendarmerie in December 2021; 2) the raid on a residence in Loncura; and 3) the raid on a residence in La Victoria.

Aldo Hernandez was found guilty of the attack on the Gendarmerie Headquarters but acquitted of the crimes of minor injuries to prison guards and the crime of receiving stolen goods. He was also found guilty in relation to the items found in the raid on Loncura ( incident 2) but was acquitted of all the crimes he was charged with in relation to the raid on the home in La Victoria ( incident 3). Lucas, for his part, was convicted of most of the crimes related to the residence in the La Victoria neighborhood, but was acquitted of the crimes of manufacturing weapons and manufacturing explosive devices. Hamburg, Germany: Incendiary attack on the car of the AfD parliamentary group leader

Posted on 2025/11/12 by darknights

Incendiary attack on the car of Bernd Baumann, chairman of the AfD parliamentary group in the Bundestag

Fiery greetings to the antifas who are being prosecuted, in prison, or on the run!

On the night of November 3, 2025, we destroyed Bernd Baumann’s BMW, president of the AfD parliamentary group in the Bundestag*, which was parked at 111 Trenknerweg in the Othmarschen district of Hamburg, with an incendiary device.

In a few weeks, two major trials against antifas will begin in Dresden and Düsseldorf. Thirteen comrades are accused of several attacks against Nazis and their structures in Germany and Hungary. The heavy sentences in the first trial, known as “Antifa Ost,”** and in the trial against Hanna*** in September indicate a strong desire on the part of the authorities to convict. Until now, the justice system has often found it difficult to convict members of militant left-wing groups that are not organized as guerrilla groups for belonging to a criminal or terrorist organization. Now, those in power are trying to establish new criteria. In Hungary, the Netherlands, and the United States, Antifa has been added to the list of “terrorist” opponents.

At a time when the murderous and racist daily practices of the Nazis, ordinary people, and cops are constantly intensifying, when the closure of borders to refugees, guaranteed by military force, in Europe, Germany, and the United States is increasing, and the US president rambles on about how he loves the smell of deportations in the morning and uses the army against anti-racist protests and resistance, in this era it is urgent to organize militantly against fascism. In other words, to do exactly what the antifas currently being prosecuted are being criticized for.

Form one, two, three, several hammer gangs!

Alerta antifascista, whether with a hammer or a Molotov cocktail!

We don’t want sexists, racists, and fascists in our city!

All you damn MAGAfreaks, you will follow Kirk to hell!

Clara, Emmi, Luca, Nele, Moritz, Paula, Henry, Johann, Julian, Melissa, Nanuk, Paul, and Tobias: stay strong, the fight goes on!

Freedom for Maja, no extradition to Hungary for Zaid!

Attaque Notes:
* The Bundestag is the equivalent of the French National Assembly. The far-right Alternative für Deutschland party has 151 seats there, making it the largest opposition group to the “grand coalition” government, composed of the right (CDU-CSU) and the center-left (SPD).
** A repressive case in which the Saxony state court (in the east of the country) tried four anti-fascist comrades in May 2023 for a series of attacks against neo-Nazis between 2018 and 2020. The sentences ranged from two and a half to five years and three months in prison (for grievous bodily harm and membership of a criminal organization). Lina, the comrade who received the heaviest sentence, as she was considered the leader of the group that the cops and journalists call the “Hammerband” (hammer gang), is currently in prison.
A second trial against seven anti-fascists accused of the same crimes will begin in Dresden on November 25 (see here for information about one of the defendants).
*** An anti-fascist comrade from Nuremberg, Hanna was sentenced to five years in prison for grievous bodily harm and membership of a criminal organization (the prosecution had also charged her with attempted murder) for attacks on neo-Nazis during their “Day of Honor” celebrations in Budapest in February 2023 (as part of the multiple trials taking place in Hungary and Germany in the “Budapest Antifas” case).
In addition to the trial currently underway in Budapest against Maja, six other Antifa members will soon be tried in Düsseldorf on very serious charges of “attempted murder” and “membership of a criminal organization.”

Italy: Luca Dolce – Hunger strike in solidarity with UK prisoners and Palestinian resistance

Posted on 2025/11/12 by darknights

Yesterday, November 4th, I received news of the start of a hunger strike called by tens of political prisoners imprisoned in the United Kingdom for their struggles in solidarity with and for the liberation of Palestine.
In recent months, I read about comrade Teuta “T” Hoxha’s hunger strike, and was able to follow her story and that of comrades Casey Goonan and Malik Muhammad. I had time to ponder in case, as I expected, another chance presented itself to join a struggle which I feel an affinity for, which I feel deeply is my own.
The struggle against prison and the military techno-industrial system is essential for a struggle of broader scope, of revolutionary and internationalist resistance.
I am joining in the hunger strike, starting on November 8th, and will carry it out with an eye to the tactics and approach proposed by the comrades who initiated it. If it continues indefinitely, I will go on while paying attention to my body’s limits, deciding for myself whether and when to stop and continue the protest by other means.
I will take the time I need to share further thoughts as the protest continues. The reasons for this struggle, the actions for which these comrades are now imprisoned, speak for themselves.
I stand by their side with serenity and resolve.
Currently, I do not know whether the Palestinian comrade Anan Yaeesh, imprisoned in Melfi, is still on hunger strike. Regardless, my solidarity with him, Ali, and Mansour is vivid and strong.
With humility and respect, I close these lines by quoting the Kurdish comrade Sakîne Cansiz:
“On the other hand, facing the enemy on your own is also a special thing. Revolutionary will gathers in you. You can feel within yourself conviction, determination, the pure desire to fight. It is the most beautiful part of revolutionary struggle. Nothing distracts you, and you demolish the enemy with the strength of your personality. It is something to do with you, but also with the enemy’s image reflected in you. In your defense, it recognizes its impotence.”
