Chile: Text of Mónica, Marcelo, Juan, Joaquin, Francisco and Juan before the trial against comrade Pablo Bahamondes: Let’s multiply the gestures of solidarity and insurrectionary complicity

Posted on 2021/10/12 - 2021/10/12 by darknights

Our comrade Pablo Bahamones Ortiz was arrested along with Herny Mendez (today imprisoned in the former penitentiary of stgo) and Hugo Moraga (in the street after an abbreviated trial that sentenced him to 3 years) while they were being transported in a vehicle on September 8, 2018 under an investigation regarding an explosive attack occurred in April 2017 in the Corporation of Judicial Assistance of Melipilla for which the prosecution asks him 13 years in prison. In addition in said vehicle are found various handmade weapons for which Pablo is accused of manufacturing, transporting and carrying weapons and ammunition, specifically 6 shotguns, 1 box of cartridges, 1 revolver and 12 shots, asking the prosecution 23 years, totaling a total of 36 years of prosecutorial request.

His option and positioning for the permanent confrontation that led him to prison has been maintained and deepened inside the prison being an undeniable contribution both in the intra-prison struggles and in those that take place outside these walls uninterruptedly and without pause. This way of understanding and carrying out life in prison breaks with the passive figure of the victim prisoner that places him as a mere recipient of solidarity aid, positioning the comrade as an active subject in the uprising of varied and confrontational initiatives such as the hunger strike that we carried out together for 50 days demanding the repeal of the amendment to Law 321 and for the release of our comrade Marcelo Villarroel.

It is from this combative stance that as anarchist and subversive prisoners we call for solidarity with Pablo during the trial that will begin on September 27th using all the means at our disposal and all our imagination that allows us to generate constant complicit initiatives as well as to strike hard blows to power. Chile: URGENT! On the recent illness detected in the anarchist comrade Francisco Solar and his delicate health situation

Posted on 2021/10/10 - 2021/10/10 by darknights

In the first months of 2021, Francisco together with other anarchist and subversive prisoners carried out a hunger strike that lasted more than 50 days against the modification of Decree Law 321 and for the immediate release of Marcelo Villarroel.

In 2010 Francisco had already put his body as a barricade of combat in another strike of more than 60 days in the framework of the Bombs Case.

It is during the last mobilization that several blood tests were taken from Francisco by the prison administration, including a suspicious situation, where Francisco was urgently admitted to the prison hospital due to the bad result in the blood tests, but a few minutes later the jailers recanted and alluded to a mistake, returning him to prison.

After a slow recovery, continuous cramps, excessive thirst, weight loss, Francisco requested medical examinations after being transferred to the prison of Rancagua. It was not until September 22nd that these examinations were carried out and he was hospitalized urgently. The diagnosis: advanced diabetes with 700 mg/dl of glucose, that is, on the verge of a diabetic coma.

After achieving a minimum stabilization, he was returned to Module 2, where, despite the two doses of insulin administered daily by the doctors-prisoners in a restrictive manner, he still did not achieve normal glucose parameters. Santiago, Chile: Transantiago bus set on fire in San Joaquín + Leaflets

Posted on 2021/10/03 by darknights

On Friday, September 10, 2021, about five anonymous individuals boarded the Transantiago bus on Vicuña Mackenna Avenue, in front of the San Joaquín campus of the Catholic University, to get off the driver and passengers.

Quickly the anonymous would have poured petrol and set fire to the public transport vehicle, at the same time that they threw leaflets demanding the freedom of the prisoners of the revolt and remembering one of those killed by the repression during the revolt.

No one was injured or arrested.

$hile: Words of the subversive comrade Marcelo Villarroel from Rancagua Prison

Posted on 2021/09/01 - 2021/09/01 by darknights

“If we are warriors let this condition be expressed in jail and in the streets and never be defeated by fear, silence and even less by repentance.”

For Sacco and Vanzetti

For our cries for freedom!!!

In memory of my Father.

More than 100 years ago the anarchists of action in some places of the world claimed to be subversives.

94 years ago were assassinated in the electric chair the insurrectional anarchist comrades of Italian origin Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti on August 23, 1927 after a trial that lasted 7 years, 4 months and 17 days.

They were held responsible for acts in which they did not participate, but above all they were murdered for being anarchist subversives of action, convinced of the need for constant confrontation with the state and its oppressive violence. The excuse of power: robbery and homicide.

During the rigged process that ended up seating them in the electric chair, the solidarity of a wide range of anti-authoritarian sectors was not long in coming. All over the planet, through countless actions and gestures coming from the deepest illegality, this indestructible bond of insurrectionary complicity was expressed, capable of crossing territories, languages, temporalities and all kinds of limitations that left an indelible mark in the history of the struggle against the prison society that lasts until today.

Since then, the carictaturized figures in the innocence and victimhood of both comrades have been the predominant discourse of those who have distorted their stories of struggle with the purpose of morigrating the indesmentible insurrectionist character of the anarchic universe of axion of which they were a part. Anarchic and subversive words from Chilean prisons, in the framework of the international week for anarchist prisoners

Posted on 2021/09/01 - 2021/09/01 by darknights

Shouts of war; true sounds of freedom!!!

In this week of solidarity with the anarchist prisoners we make an open call to war, to continue and intensify the conflict against every expression of Power and to strengthen the bonds of affinity for combat among all the anti-authoritarian sectors that exist and walk common paths.

It is from this position that we remember comrades Sacco and Vanzetti as part of the broad sector of anarchic illegalism, who were called “the Galleanists”, who with bombs, expropriations and executions made the American soil tremble at the beginning of the last century. Supported by the creation and multiplication of affinity groups and violent action, the illegalists expanded anarchic ideas from the facts, understanding that word and action are inseparable.

Since then much water has passed under the bridge, many have been the deaths and many prisons have seen the passing of comrades who have proudly confronted Power from the place where it has been their lot to be, nevertheless the ideas that translate into affinity and action have endured and are those that today motivate us anarchists and subversives of the territory dominated by the Chilean State to continue the war from this confinement and in the streets, always bearing in mind the necessary harmony between prisoners and supportive and complicit environments that walk from the confrontation with the normality of the existing. Chile: Two text from comrades Ignacio and Luis Avaca

Posted on 2021/08/29 - 2021/08/29 by darknights

Brief greetings from the cages of our comrades Luis and Ignacio

We are waiting for this concrete and barbed wire to be crossed by complicit cries today. Even if we don’t hear you, we know anyway that you are there, as you have been since we fell. For us, as for so many other imprisoned compasses. That is why we sincerely thank you for all that you have done and for all that you will do.

Those with willing hands, like us and you, know that prison and repression are always possible. It is always best to avoid them at all costs. But, when the time comes, we have to assume them as a new scenario of confrontation.

We are not masters of the truth and we do not have infallible formulas for this path. Perhaps all we can do is try, fail, learn and keep trying. One of the few certainties we have here is that, even if we are in the slammer, we will never be defeated. We have learned this from the experience of many compas who have been in this situation before us and whom we thank deeply for all their support.

We hope that the various expressions of solidarity will multiply for all the prisoners and those who have fallen. Rather than slogans, action will always be the best commemoration.

Active and combative solidarity with all those locked up in the prisons of democracy.

Fellow anarchists, subversive and revolted: locked up but never defeated!

Ignacio and Luis

Santiago, $hile: Jornada conmemorativa a 23 de la muerte de la compañera Claudia López ES/EN

Posted on 2021/08/29 - 2021/08/29 by darknights

Chile: New extension in the investigative term to comrades Monica and Francisco Solar

Posted on 2021/08/29 - 2021/08/29 by darknights

On August 9, 2021, the court agreed to a 4-month extension of the investigation period against Francisco and Monica, adding to the two previous 6-month extensions, before the beginning of the pre-trial stages. During that week the precautionary measure of preventive detention against both comrades was reviewed and completely rejected by the court.

Let’s multiply everywhere the solidarity and complicity with Monica and Francisco!
