Santiago, Chile: Arson attack against telecommunications antenna

Posted on 2022/06/13 by darknights

Attack carried out on the night of Sunday, June 5, 2022.

“Certain human cultures have been waging war against the Earth for millennia. I chose to fight on the side of bears, mountain lions, skunks, bats, saguaros, cliff roses and all things wild.”
Bill Rodgers, ELF member.

It has been 13 years since our comrade Mauricio Morales, the punky, left his earthly life in the midst of the offensive that with courage and will he raised against the tortured bastards of the gendarmerie school. Unfortunately, the explosive device he was carrying started earlier than expected, generating the consequences already known by many. We embrace punky and his actions from the depths of our irreducible spirit, meeting him on different fronts: against prisons, capital, speciesism and civilization.

It is in this last front, responding to the call to raise the memory of punky in this Black May, is that we have decided to attack a telecommunications antenna of the Entel company, located on a hill in the commune of Puente Alto, in the capital of the territory dominated by the Chilean state. We are and will always be against the advance of technology and the digitalization of our lives. The existence of these means the exploitation and devastation of the ñuke mapu, the extraction of its minerals through the genocide of wild species in pursuit of the filthy commodities needed by the warriors to reproduce their cursed existence. Antennas like this one erode their natural environment, both at the time of their installation, as well as in the recurrent maintenance they require. Moreover, the effects on the different beings produced by a world overloaded with electromagnetic waves through these antennas and new technologies such as the 5G network are doubtful. We are not scientists nor do we pretend to prove that they do harm, but the invitation of our instinct to destroy them is enough for us. Santiago, Chile: (Updated) Explosive Attack against Gendarmerie Officers Circle in Retirement + Claim of “Célula Insurreccional 2 de Noviembre”.

Posted on 2022/06/03 - 2022/06/03 by darknights

During the early morning of May 26, 2022, around 1:00 a.m., two hooded men ride a bicycle to the building where the miserable torturers “in retirement” remain. The Circle of Gendarmerie Officials in Retirement (CIRGENCHI), located in José Toribio Medina # 72, in the heart of downtown Santiago.

The unknown persons left a device to leave quickly without being detected or attracting attention. Soon after, a loud explosion occurs, alerting the neighbors, without causing any damage or injuries.

Police personnel quickly arrived and the case was taken to the South Prosecutor’s Office, which delegated its proceedings to personnel from GOPE, LABOCAR and OS9. At first it was reported that a fire extinguisher with its normal chemical powder charge was found in the place, but with the passing of time this information will be denied by the protagonists.

The attack is claimed by the “Célula Insurreccional 2 de Noviembre” through e-mails to different counter-information pages, specifying the explosive nature of the device, as well as directly linking the action to the commemoration of the death of Mauricio Morales in 2009 and the urgent campaign for the release of Marcelo Villarroel, imprisoned by the convictions of the Military Prosecutor’s Office.
It is also noted that this attack was carried out in coordination with the arson attack on the medialuna of the commune of Pedro Aguirre Cerda, by the Grupo de Respuesta Animal (Animal Response Group).

The attack of May 2022 is not the first against this enclosure, already at the end of April 2016 the Autonomous Fraction “Sole y Baleno” carried out an arson attack against the same Circle of Gendarmerie Officials in Retiro, generating considerable damages.

“We arrive at our stop. We stop. The air is silent. A moment more, an instant. A wall, the floor, my hands, the bicycle, my partner, the stony street, the polluted city, the prison order, the night, the silence… Everything explodes”.

June 11, 2022: International Day of Solidarity with Marius Mason & All Long-Term Anarchist Prisoners

As time moves on and the seasons change, we approach once again the June 11th International Day of Solidarity with Marius Mason & All Long-Term Anarchist Prisoners. Another year has passed, and many of our dear comrades remain captives of the state, subject to its daily subjugation, isolation, and brutality. June 11th is a time to stop the ever-quickening rush of our lives and remember.

Remember our imprisoned comrades. Remember our own histories of revolt. Remember the flame – sometimes flickering, sometimes blazing – of anarchism.

WE ARE ALL POTENTIAL PRISONERS

With June 11th, we desire to deepen a critique of prison that challenges the distinction between prisoner and supporter. For us, these differences are conditional: we, as anarchists, see ourselves as potential prisoners. Some of us have been, some of us will be. This is the basis of our solidarity – a recognition of ourselves in the plight of those in prison.

The continuum of prisoner and supporter can only be seen as tenuous if one looks to the examples of imprisoned and formerly-imprisoned comrades: Marius Mason’s activity with the Anarchist Black Cross, Bill Dunne’s liberation of an anarchist prisoner, Pola Roupa’s attempted helicopter rescue of anarchist prisoners, Claudio Lavazza‘s actions to liberate prisoners. The connections deepen when one considers that numerous anarchist prisoners are locked up for attacks on prison, judicial, and police institutions; and that others connect us to prisoner uprisings from California and Alabama to Greece and Italy. Chile: CALL FROM THE PRISONS OF THE CHILEAN STATE. Communiqué of anarchist and subversive prisoners

Posted on 2022/05/14 - 2022/05/14 by darknights

Joining wills and consciences for the return to the streets of comrade Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda.

“No one will be able to erase the history of offensive resistance outside and inside Chilean prisons because in this is the commitment of hundreds of comrades and accomplices throughout the world who do not and will not stop until they see the last bastion of the prison society fall.”

-Necessary Clarities on Prison

Politics in today’s chile….

Various related networks.

February 2022.

A year ago, at this time, we were conducting a hunger strike that lasted 50 days demanding the repeal of the amendments to DL 321, the annulment of the sentences of military prosecution and thus the release to the street of our comrade Marcelo Villarroel.

Today we give a new impulse to this struggle, which is fully in force, persisting as a collective priority in the return to the street of Marcelo, in whom are condensed clear and unacceptable legal aberrations that go beyond the very legality of power.

Marcelo was arrested in Argentina in March 2008 where he spent 22 months in prison, then he was expelled to Chile and today he is just over a year and a half away from serving a 14-year sentence for two bank robberies carried out in 2007, the comrade is also being held captive by a series of sentences from the early 90’s issued by the military prosecutors of Pinochet that amount to more than 46 years and with this they intend to bury him in prison perpetuating his sentences in the midst of an unacceptable complicit silence of all the structures that affirm the political, legal, police and penitentiary framework of the Chilean state. Anti-prison solidarity and permanent anti-statism conflict

“Prisons are today, and always been, punishment weapons that the establishment uses against anyone putting at risk private property. The exploiters use repressive systems for this matter in order to carry on their privileges and keeping the order and laws they shelter on, their filthy status quo. (…) It is time to take action, on an everyday basis, along with our related comrades, for the destruction of the prison society and any social attempt to amend this filthy death system. Solidarity must never be an empty slogan, but an everyday action against the establishment and a constant support to our brothers and sisters kidnapped during this war to death”.
-Mauricio Morales, praxis anarchist.

Solidarity and action goes hand in hand, they are not empty words lost somewhere, and we forge a relationship with our imprisoned comrades on an everyday basis, a political and caring relationship that goes beyond the prison walls. This relationship is seen when we make actual support gestures, and when we feed into our rallying cry. These different gestures we make with numerous comrades inevitably crack the control systems that the establishment keeps against the prisoners. It is a milimetric crack, but it is crucial. It is known that the control and punishment imposed: the disastrous dynamics between some of the prisoners, coward wardens that lose their minds with a little bit of authority and forget that outside the prison they walk as we do. Anyway, it is necessary to keep on multiplying gestures, we are talking about visits, letters, assignments, propaganda, and action. We must get involved in the action for the anti-prison fight, know the resistance history of many of the fighters that here as well as in all around the globe, had left, and keep leaving their experiences as life lessons, since it is known that who are against the dominant social order and against the ruling class that allows this to carry on, and act against all of this: the prison, the underground movement, even death can knock our doors. This is why we must keep in mind the state maneuvers that may fall on the ones that decide to rebel against it. Continue reading “Chile: Tiempo de Luchar #1. Febrero 2020” →

Santiago, Chile: Explosive attack against the National Directorate of Gendarmerie + Claim of “The Black Vengeance”

Posted on 2021/12/29 - 2021/12/29 by darknights

During the early morning of Monday, December 27, 2021, a loud bang shakes the center of the capital. An explosive device detonates against a window of the National Directorate of Gendarmerie, located on Rosas Street at the height of Teatinos.

GOPE personnel quickly arrived at the scene, and the South Prosecutor’s Office, which handles this type of crime, was present, entrusting the OS-9 and Labocar personnel with the investigation. According to the press, it was the Prosecutor’s Office itself which indicated the prohibition to inform and give more information. No pamphlets were found at the site.

Via email, the action is claimed by “La Negra Venganza”, which according to the text would be the same group that acted against a police station in 2020. The text details the use of industrial explosives, as well as ammunition in the explosive device, making an open call to expand this type of practice, to show solidarity with the prisoners and to expand the use of their name, and finally to greet other action groups.

Campaign of attack and revenge against the executioners. Act II

Explosive attack to the National Directorate of Gendarmerie of Chile.

“In a highly self-critical manner, the solidarity actions that are undertaken are generally reactive. There are no actions that are rather offensive… We all know where the guys are, they are walking around in their uniforms, and they do it with total impunity. And we know that inside they are harassing the brothers and sisters, they are making them feel bad, they are humiliating them…”

Mauricio Morales

One year after our first action, as the group that we are, and after much study, tensions, proposals and reflections, we are back. We are back, we continue with the campaign we started some time ago.

We will go in the early morning of December 27, 2021 a few minutes before the clock strikes 3:00 a.m. (The time and day are always proposed, so that the attack in its entirety reaches our targets-enemies) To the National Directorate of Gendarmerie of Chile. Located in Rosas street, downtown Santiago. Continue reading “Santiago, Chile: Explosive attack against the National Directorate of Gendarmerie + Claim of “The Black Vengeance”” →

Anarchic and subversive words from Chilean prisons

Posted on 2021/12/20 - 2021/12/20 by darknights

Faced with the rearrangement of domination and its capitalist perpetuation: Neither boots, nor votes, only struggle!

It seems that, according to what the citizenry proclaims, we are witnesses of a key moment in the history of this territory; that we have cornered ourselves with our backs to a precipice to which, unless we do something, our fall will be imminent; it seems that we are witnessing an open war, fierce, between two political poles at odds at such a level that, like a cold war, endangers the subsistence and future of all beings in the territory dominated by the Chilean State.

On one side the war cry is: “Communism or Freedom”, and on the other: “Democracy or Fascism”. In the face of such a dramatic scenario, we are presented with the key tool to confront this context, capable of stopping this bloodbath once and for all: participation in the electoral processes, in which suffrage will be the liberating weapon.

We are neither blind nor deaf, we walk with full awareness of this and many other events in the territory, we not only distance ourselves, but we declare war on any institutional instance that seeks any perpetuation of the Status Quo.

We are completely unaware of the false confrontation of two supposedly different systems, the axis on which the battle is fought continues and will continue to be that of Democracy and the administration of Capital; the existence of a “struggle” of different policies only attempts to justify the supposed breadth of the democracy-capital system, the “diverse” essence of this and the supposed space for all types of thought; in no way do we want to be accepted by a system or a society that we reject, we do not want our politics to be one more among the options of this system; we want to destroy all options and the structure that sustains them. We have nothing to do with the electoral show and its staging of elections, plebiscites, votes and so on, we consider that this is nothing more than the tightening of the pin, the bourgeois rearrangement of the class for the maintenance of an imposed and existing order in disguise and according to the times. Chile: Words of comrades Juan Aliste and Joaquín García for the solidarity activity in Villa Olimpica

Posted on 2021/12/07 - 2021/12/07 by darknights

From one of the thousands of prisons of the prison society, we extend an accomplice, fraternal and loving embrace to the organizers and attendees of this activity. Our political and personal positions distance us hundreds of kilometers away from any hint of begging, we believe that begging is nothing more than victimhood and welfare logics; we break with those pitiful ideas.

We are accompanied by the substance according to our free lives where the core is the present that touches us, the present that we intend, stress and fight, going through in this autonomous and multiform struggle the complicit and natural sense of solidarity … Whenever we have had any concrete need, we or our support networks, we have done it claiming our position from a combative stance, with the unwavering work of our affinity and our own effort. It would be impossible to maintain dynamics in this way if solidarity were not a basic principle in our constructions and affinities; here the contribution is reciprocal, being one of the starting points to unite us in a praxis with a joint look in the real, autonomous and diverse deployment in the continuous struggle. We appreciate every gesture and consistent participation in pursuit of solidarity.
Greetings full of affection and solidarity.

Chile: ‘The risks of multiformity’ – Words of anarchist prisoner Francisco Solar EN/ES

Posted on 2021/11/29 - 2021/11/29 by darknights

The search for freedom implies the attempt to establish and develop practices in that sense. Breaking with imposed directions, dogmas and predetermined schemes is essential in the construction of anti-authoritarian relations and in the strengthening of these.

Multiformity in terms of action (and not only) is circumscribed in this way of understanding and carrying out the struggle. It is an expression of freedom that denies singular rigid behaviors and ways of doing things, as well as encouraging imagination and autonomy.

It is also a rejection of specialization and specialists who, as we have seen, sooner rather than later become leaders who become enlightened vanguards. It was and is recurrent to see how the armed apparatuses that perpetrated significant actions became the leadership of an organization or the part of a movement that arrogated, through the use of arms, its representation, demonstrating a militarism that we are alien and contrary to.

On the other hand, the multiformity has managed to extend the propaganda in a considerable way. By means of banners, graffiti, incendiary barricades, explosives and gunfire, anarchic ideas have spread, finding spaces where they are welcomed and put into practice. This is where the importance of what has been called “reproducible actions” comes into play, generally associated with “small actions” that do not require greater risk or that would not entail the questioned prior specialization. “Reproducible actions” would have the advantage of being carried out by anyone, which would increase their possibility of extension, thus generating greater impact and/or effectiveness in achieving a given objective. Chile: On the events that took place in Rancagua’s company prison last Thursday to subversive and anarchist prisoners

Posted on 2021/11/04 - 2021/11/04 by darknights

On Thursday, October 21, at noon, in the high security module 1 of the company prison in Rancagua, there was a violent attack by the jailers -more than 50- with the aim of raiding all the prisoners -less than 20- who were in the yard at that time, It is in this context that, faced with the arrogance of the prison guards, the comrades who are currently in that module and a no lesser number of social prisoners, face up to the orders coming from the executioners and refuse them in order to safeguard their unshakable dignity. Perhaps it is necessary to explain here that the general way in which the prison guard operates is to seek to break the will of the individual, ordering prisoners to perform degrading actions such as putting their hands behind their backs, facing the wall or doing squats, all forms of submission constantly rejected by the subversive and anarchist comrades in prison, since they understand that performing this type of actions, in addition to the submission and indignity of the moment, is transformed into a vortex of submission in which the only logical culmination is the complete degradation of the individual; there is no manual that accounts for this analysis, it is the own conscience and the ability to learn from the mistakes of each of our comrades that has led them to choose this path. It is also logical that this type of response on the part of our comrades leaves a bitter taste in the jailers that often culminates in violence… This was one of those cases, after the comrades refused to carry out these actions, the jailers took a step forward and verbally and physically confronted them, which resulted in comrades Juan Flores and Joaquín García being punished for 24 hours in isolation cells, under the arbitrary accusation of “active resistance” and affecting their conduct (an important point to apply for rights such as parole or Sunday release), not without first being beaten and pepper sprayed, in addition to receiving Nazi and patriotic bravado in support of the ultra-right-wing Kast as the only president who would allow the killing of subversives in prison.

It is not part of their policy to play the role of victims, in this confrontation our comrades have not been beaten, they have resisted the humiliating orders of the prison guards, but that does not make them either victims or victimizers, they carry out their daily life in prison with pride, they know they are anarchists and subversives, they do not need the approval of anyone, because they live and practice it in their daily lives. The fact that they are the ones who have received the blows does not mean that this will always be their destiny, they have demonstrated it and will continue to do so; it is the dynamics of the conflict itself.
