They are waiting for us on the balcony

July 23 marks the thirtieth anniversary of the political assassination of the anarchist comrade Christoforos Marinos by EKAM by government order. The extrajudicial executions of social activists, by government decisions during the current political regime, aimed to secure it in the face of the danger of the emergence of an open subversive movement. The murder of Marinos took place in order to lock in the anarchist movement the political results that the assassination of Michalis Prekas (October 7, 1987) had produced, the internalization of military terrorism and the separation from the subversive struggle.

Comrade Christoforos was by Michalis’ side in his last battle. Preka’s exit to a balcony with the guns held high, the impetuous meeting with the firing squad, instead of negotiating a surrender, constituted a steel political message, a call that would reverberate until the death of the state and capital: the irreversible historical passage to the unyielding revolutionary struggle. As a prisoner, the killers of Marinos’ partner manipulated him to consolidate their terrorist order. His close friends were sold out in tactics. Those who understood what was at stake politically, moved backwards from the passage that was opened with the exit of Kalogreza. The others found an opportunity to cannibalize those targeted by the state in order to bury everything that had a reference to the subversive struggle. Marinos himself revived the passage. When it was kidnapped in Bulgaria, it overthrew the rule of its torturers. It has taken to the streets again on all social fronts. It embraced the younger fighters like no other. It was rearmed. It confronted internalized terrorism and its political products and finally cleared the passage from hypocritical relativisms. Since then, everyone has come to know that the two worlds are irreconcilable: In front of the passage is the revolution that springs up fighting and bleeding. Behind the mockery of rotting culture.

On July 11, 1978, doctor Tsironis was also murdered. On a balcony and this unyielding revolutionary, with a gun in his hand and the people in his heart. These balconies are the door to our home.

The crossing has been kept open until today. Anarchy flourished on the free side of history. But the passage stands there for every now, not for the reminiscence of the fragrance of past flowers. In these three decades the tyrants have departed, the seas and the earth have turned red like fire, the chains have become unbearable, one on top of the other they have shaded the sky. The nation of bosses is at war, more work is needed and the human surplus is in the landfill. The masses wake up, naked they regress back and forth. The predatory opportunists of the left and the right make the nakedness of the masses a new political surplus.

In a neighborhood today, on the platform of the Propylaea and in Paris, London, Berlin tomorrow, the balcony of the doctor, Michalis and Christoforos, they eagerly await the embrace of an armed forest. The screams of history will set the pace along the way. Release the comrades from the balcony guard. They will leave a banner on the railing, written on the foot with their stone patience, a note for the latecomers: “I MOVE AGAIN”.

Willem the Captain

I saw Willem last week among the workers of the United Farmer Workers of America, outside a farm, facing the prison guards of the American colony. He took the place of a brother who was to testify under the boots of ICE. Four days ago, on July 19, on the anniversary of his attack on an immigrant prison in Washington, D.C., he sent me a message. He rigged a ship in Barbaria. He took his Cretan rifle and has set fire to the yachts and the cruises, the five-star shacks and the clubs in the Greek brothel of the imperialists and their Zionist gendarmes. Chapter is the common sun, the water of the dispossessed, the sand of the Athenian desert, the bloody salt of the Mediterranean, the sweat of the workers who are called upon not to raise their heads so as not to be slaughtered like the barbarians of the South. Harmful flows from the looted places invade the brothel. They spoil the harmony of European capitalism in Christ. Yes, Captain! Rules from Gavdos to the North Pole, not to stay swimming from the two-millennial Roman Empire. Let’s bring my bright captain.

Greece: Message of Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis for the trial of comrade Daniela Klette (25/3/2025)

Posted on 2025/04/19 - 2025/04/19 by darknights

The whole game of the German state on the comrades Daniela Klette, Ernst Volker Staub and Burkhard Garweg is an operation of psychological warfare, what they call in their terminology psy ops. In addition to the always fruitless attempt of the counter-insurgency to isolate revolutionary struggle, in this hunt it wants to torture the living history, to bury it under the concrete, in order to spread the idea that all resistance is eventually exterminated, to instill terror in the new revolutionary generations. The act of evading from the counter-insurgency’s dragnet is an important resistance: It removes from the state the opportunity to hold the ritual of the “final act”. For this reason, its vengeance against defiant history, now manifested on the body and person of comrade Daniela, is rampant.

The fugitives prove that the passage to free life cannot be blocked. Despite the capitulation of the revolutionary organization, the three comrades have lived for decades in the struggle for the self-organization of proletarian life against the chains of class discipline and bourgeois civilization that kills for money. Now it is in the hands of all of us to pass on the history of the comrades to the current resistances. The hearts that refuse to live enslaved do not leave the final act to any master. And because every “final” word of the state, political, judicial, economic, scientific, determines the crushing of the common body, we will do everything to end Daniela Klette’s captivity.

The most important political legacy of the German revolutionary movement is the strategic and organic internationalism. Burkhard to this day is not hiding, he is singing for the bloodied body of Palestine, of Kurdistan, of the poly-ethnic proletariat and the Earth. The familiar old Europe of colonial war, nationalism and imperialism wants to put Daniela on trial. Let the vampires understand that our people are not for their teeth.

Italy: Juan Sorroche and Marco Marino – Words of solidarity of anarchist prisoners in AS2 in Terni prison in response to the words of anarchist prisoners, subversives, fighting from Chilean prisons (August 21, 2023)

WORDS OF SOLIDARITY FROM ANARCHIST PRISONERS OF AS2 TERNI IN RESPONSE TO THE WORDS OF ANARCHIST PRISONERS, SUBVERSIVES, IN STRUGGLE FROM CHILEAN PRISONS

“Your struggle is ours, every gesture against this world has your imprint… because we are one pack that never forgets its own and its own, regardless, of where we are” – Public letter by Marcelo Villarroel, September 14, 2019

– Internationalist solidarity for the end of the sentence and freedom of comrade Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda, arrested in Argentina in 2008 after nearly 16 years in prison. Coinciding with the 50th anniversary of Pinochet’s military “coup” in Chile, wanted and created by North American imperialism as in Ukraine today, the comrade is sentenced by Pinochet’s legacy military justice. Today this legal aberration is applied, which coexists comfortably with the consensus democracy of the Chilean state, now ruled by the Boric left. Democracy and reactionary fascism are two sides of the same coin, tools of the Imperialist-State.

– Solidarity in the face of the beginning of the trial against comrades Mónica Caballero and Francisco Solar [the judicial hearing, the main trial phase, began on July 18], the vengeance of state rule does not stop against those who go on the offensive by attacking its untouchability and impunity.

– Solidarity with Comrade Juan Aliste Vega, also convicted by Pinochet’s military justice, and Comrade Joaquin Garcia Chancks.

– Solidarity for the downgrading of anarchist Alfredo Cospito from 41 bis. Against 41 bis, out everyone, and for the abolition of life imprisonment.

– Solidarity with comrade Anna Beniamino and Alfredo Cospito convicted in a political trial on the abnormal charge of Article 285 c. p. p., massacre against the security of the state, or commonly called political massacre, this is the first time a massacre without massacre against the internal enemy has been used in this way in Italy. Article 285 c. p. c., massacre against the security of the state, has not been applied to the massacres that have been perpetrated in this country, Piazza Fontana, the Bologna station, Piazza della Loggia, since the 1970s of the so-called strategy of tension, massacres carried out by the Italian state, but, like Pinochet’s “coup”, wanted and created by North American imperialism in its struggle to keep the world under its control. Greece: Financial support of the four comrades in pre-trial detention

Posted on 2023/04/04 by darknights

The following text is the political view of the Assembly in Solidarity with the four comrades in pre-trial detention Fotis D., Jason R., Lambros V. and Panagiotis V.

On November 14th, 2021 an unmarked police vehicle rammed into the comrades Fotis D. and Jason R. as they were in motion and then they were taken to the General Police Department of Attica. There, the uniformed garbage of the Greek Police proceeded to mandatory fingerprinting and DNA sampling, in order to link them to the attack on the Piraeus traffic police on the same night. In a process that took only half a day, they raided their homes, making sure to plant incriminating evidence, thus building a weak case against them. At the same time, the media indulged in their usual vile role, talking about homes being bomb and explosives manufacturing facilities, in an attempt to normalise the new criminal code in the public mind (which upgrades the possession and use of Molotov cocktails to a felony). It is worth noting, that the code came into force the day before their arrest. For the millionth time, the fabrication of guilty people by the media, has socially reinforced the prosecution’s argument and created the appropriate ground for the pre-trial detention of our two comrades, who have been held captive for 15 months in the Korydallos and Avlona hellholes.

With the trial date not being set and the case file still open, the interrogator had room to implicate more people. Following a prosecution conducted by the interrogator, on Tuesday morning 20/9, state cops accompanied by a prosecutor, stormed into the house of comrades Panagiotis V. and Lambros V. The comrades were arrested and detained in GADA, where for several hours the reasons for their detention were not known and they were not given the right to communicate with their lawyers or their close ones. The next day, they were tried by the Single-Member Plenary Court in Evelpidon for violation of the weapons law and were later released. Greece: One-day hunger strike in response to the internationalist call for action in solidarity with Marcelo Villarroel

One-day hunger strike in response to the internationalist call for action in solidarity with Marcelo Villarroel

“These are times of clarity and definitions”

“I am from the war, a classic son of the working class, of the city growing up in a population where the code of struggle was and is for survival in the always precarious material conditions, but with strong bonds of communal solidarity as a life practice… Respect for the mapu ñuke, the search for a harmonious relationship with the planet, the recovery of spaces and territories and their clean control to build an autonomous path with values that oppose the bourgeois way of teaching and the ideology of the great God of Capital, perpetuated with blood and fire by the Chilean national state, and all its death apparatus, are aspects that make it impossible for me to ignore the bonds with and deep feelings about the struggle for the liberation of wallmapu.

These are times of clarity and definitions. Autonomous, anti-authoritarian and anarchist subversive practices in this part of the world cannot ignore the territoriality of the conflict, nor can they remain only in general and tepid solidarity….

The mode of confrontation is our inalienable choice in prison and on the street, we are not victims of circumstances, but conscious warriors of a fight to the death for the Total Liberation of peoples, individuals and communities. This is where all our efforts are made and renewed. “1

On March 15, Mapuche anarchist comrade Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda passed 15 years of captivity. The decisions of the Chilean state want him to serve 13 more years in prison, according to its junta laws (from Pinochet). Greece: Hunger Strike of Anarchists and Fighting Prisoners in Solidarity with Alfredo Cospito

Posted on 2023/02/16 - 2023/02/16 by darknights

Hunger Strike of Anarchists and Fighting Prisoners in Solidarity with Alfredo Cospito

The 41-bis prison regime is the completion of the prison structure into a masqueraded death sentence. The execution, in this case, does not end in one moment, like with a gunshot, the tightening of the noose, the application of electrical current or the injection of poison into the body, rather it lasts a lifetime in a state of social coma, in a state of non-world. And so, spread through time. Out of this world, the death sentence has evaded history, just like the state pursues oblivion for all the prisoners of the social war who are buried alive in the state of 41-bis. The 41-bis regime has already murdered one fighter, Diana Blefari Melazzi.

The 41-bis regime and the law about “massacre” are the legacy of the european counter-revolution from the time of Piazza Fontana (Strage di piazza Fontana). This civil war never ended. The states, and particularly the Italian one, carry on the counter-revolution so that the flame may never flare up again. All the systems follow, step by step, the examples first introduced as special warfare, e.g. the white cells of West Germany, the F-type prisons in Turkey and the FIES prisons in Spain to the Type-C prisons in Greece or the new high security prison system A.A.; the still active Hitler-inspired law about indefinite extension of one’s sentence on “preventative” grounds, by which comrade Thomas Meyer Falk is being held for another 10 years (25 in total) in Freiburg prison in Germany, to the different methods of extorting declarations of repentance, and from Asinara to Imrali.

Anarchist Alfredo Cospito is fighting for the flame to flare up again. Let’s reassert the fight of the comrade.

It is our duty to defend in deed the battle that Alfredo Cospito is fighting. A struggle for and against time itself. This particular hunger strike does not concern only the comrades in the italian territory, but it is internationalist, and so the star of internationalist solidarity must shine on the side of Alfredo Cospito and all those who are fighting from within a special prison regime. From Greece to every point in the planet – for all those fighting for freedom.

Because defeat is not captivity, but losing one’s faith in the possibility of wining. So, we are collectively going on a hunger strike, according to each one’s capacity, so that we may stand by the side of anarchist revolutionary Alfredo Cospito, but also, against the death regime of 41-bis.

At the same time the struggle against the new prison code in greek prisons is continuing.

Athens,Greece: 12/1/23 The trial of Revolutionary Self-Defence has ended…

Posted on 2023/01/14 by darknights

Information concerning comrades V.Stathopoulos and D. Chatzivasiliadis  from the Court of Appeal in Athens.

The trial of Revolutionary Self-Defence has ended

Comrade Vanggelis Stathopoulos was acquitted of the charges of membership of a terrorist organization, possession of weapons as a terrorist act, theft (O.Π.Α.Π.) and aggravated weapons possession.

Found guilty of simple possession of weapons involving a taser, an iron fist and a pocket knife, of the 19 years of imprisonment he was sentenced to in the first instance, he was sentenced to 10 months. A mitigating factor of subsequent good behaviour was recognised and the sentence was suspended.

Comrade Dimitris Chatzivasiliadis was found guilty on charges of forming and joining a terrorist organisation, possession of weapons as a terrorist act, theft (Ο.Π.Α.Π.) and simple possession of weapons. He was sentenced to 14 years’ imprisonment instead of the 16 years of the first instance.

The struggle continues! Until the last prison is torn down!

Serres, Greece: Responsibility claim for motor oil attack on local New Democracy president

Posted on 2023/01/13 by darknights

On Wednesday at dawn an attack took place on the gate of the apartment building of Kabouris Theodoros, president of the local New Democracy of Serres. Slogans were written and motor oil was thrown at the gate and at the cars of the other residents. The event was reported in the local media. We were honoured to receive comments from the local KKE and SYRIZA. The act is dedicated to Thanos Chatziangelou. Keep strong comrade, soul and body in the struggle. Strength to the archer, to Dimitris Hatzivassiliadis, to Alfredo Cospito and to all the imprisoned comrades around the world. We do not forget the behavior of the uniformed stains towards Thanos. Everything continues, it’s all a road, not a step back.

Greece: Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis – Speech of internationalist solidarity in the context of the trial of the Organization Revolutionary Self-Defense

Posted on 2023/01/08 - 2023/01/08 by darknights

FOR INTERNATIONALIST SOLIDARITY

There are moments when silence is an invitation to crime. There are moments when silence is complicity. Georges Ibrahim Abdallah

You are guilty not only when you commit a crime, but also when you do nothing to prevent it when you have the opportunity. Dimitris Tsafendasi

Since May ’22, a counter-revolutionary trial has been taking place against anarchist fighters, for participation in the armed Organization Revolutionary Self-Defense. This trial comes at a time when the state-capitalist regime is climaxing its aggression against the oppressed, the exploited and excluded. The anarchist Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis is also on trial for this case, while he has taken responsibility, both in public and in this courtroom, for his participation in revolutionary struggle through the Organization of Revolutionary Self-Defense, as well as for keeping the weapons (which in the repressive operation of November ‘19, fell into the hands of the state), in order to continue the guerrilla struggle through the experience and strategy of the Organization Revolutionary Self-Defense. The court of appeal of this particular military tribunal of the counter-revolution will be completed in January ‘23.

Throughout the course of this trial, Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis has been defending the right of revolutionary struggle, the necessity of guerrilla organization and of the armed social self-defense against the tyranny of power, and has been deconstructing and attacking bourgeois justice and its counter-revolutionary laws, inside the enemy field. With an eye to the world revolution, from the beginning of the trial, Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis is speaking about movements and struggles in all parts of the globe, expressing solidarity with those who are struggling, with current struggles, with the political prisoners and their fight today, and with reference to fighters who have been killed. These days, a struggle in italian prisons is taking place; comrade Alfredo Cospito is on hunger strike already for more than 65 days, against the state of total isolation, 41-bis, that has been imposed on him. With the awareness of how critical Alfredo Cospito’s struggle is, comrade Dimitris made extensive reference to Alfredo’s fight, during the trial. Meanwhile, the italian authorities rejected Alfredo’s demand for his removal from the 41-bis regime, and the comrade is continuing the hunger strike. Athens, Greece: ‘Life is not so good.’ Claim for the incendiary attack on an LG van in Kaisariani

Posted on 2022/12/02 by darknights

In the early morning hours of November 19 to 20, a van of the multinational company LG (life is good) in Kaisariani, was torched. Life is good only for the bosses and the rulers of this world. For us it becomes good only in moments like this, when we are attacking. We dedicate this attack to the Turkish fighters who are on hunger strike demanding a fair trial and to comrade Alfredo Cospito who is on hunger strike against the 41bis regime.

Solidarity to the 4 comrades who are being persecuted for the case of “comrades”.

We send fiery signals of solidarity to the 4 imprisoned comrades accused of the attack on the Piraeus traffic police and to the imprisoned comrades D. Hatzivassiliadis and V. Stathopoulos, who are currently undergoing an appeal.

Practical and aggressive solidarity with all political prisoners.
