Lucy Fowlkes Arrested Yesterday and Charged with Hindering Prosecution of Terrorism in What Supporters Say is an Effort to Pressure Her to Cooperate With the State

January 6, 2026

CLEBURNE, TX – Police arrested Lucy Fowlkes at her family home in Weatherford, TX, yesterday. They took her into custody at Johnson County Jail. Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation accompanied local police during the arrest on Monday evening, though she was charged under state, not federal law. Johnson County prosecutors have charged Fowlkes with Hindering the Prosecution of Terrorism and have set bond at $5 million. Similar to Daniel Estrada Sanchez, Janette Goering, and Dario Sanchez, Fowlkes is not known to have participated in the July 4, 2025 protest at the Prairieland ICE Detention Center.

Lucy Fowlkes faces charges in another ongoing case stemming from an incident at a drag brunch in 2023, where she was charged alongside Chris Guillot and Meghan Grant. In that case, authorities allege that Fowlkes and others unlawfully defended the family event from violent antagonists.

Supporters of Ms. Fowlkes say in the weeks prior to her arrest she had been approached by law enforcement encouraging her to engage in an interview regarding the July 4th protest. “The extension of this charge, ‘hindering the prosecution of terrorism’, to more and more defendants is increasingly absurd. I can only assume that this is some sort of wildly unacceptable intimidation tactic,” said Lydia Koza, friend of the defendant. Arrests and torture in Bali, Makassar and Surabaya (Indonesia)

via IWOC:

General Situation in Indonesia

On September 16, 2025, 14 individuals were arrested by the Bali Police on charges of vandalizing buildings and vehicles in the area of the Bali Police Headquarters and the Bali Regional Representative Council during the August 30 demonstration.

Since September, 288 people have been arrested for the August uprising in Surabaya, East Java. Some of whom have been released in poor condition, since the police tortured them badly for three days. This leaves around 80 people remaining imprisoned in Surabaya, including approximately 30 accused anarchists there. This week, some of them will undergo their first trial. The case in Surabaya is particularly sad because many of those arrested are ordinary people, such as workers or online motorcycle taxi drivers who happened to be in the vicinity of the riots. Some were simply watching the riots but were then arrested sporadically. Although they were eventually released in a battered state, some of their property, such as their cell phones, was not returned by the police/ Motorcycle taxi drivers did not even get back the motorcycles they used to make a living.

In addition, the police continue to arrest anyone proven to have been involved in the August demonstrations, especially students and activists in various cities. This time, they involved infiltrators in the Movement to map out arrest targets. As a result, many people are paranoid and suspicious of each other. Alfarisi bin Rikosen, 21, Dead in Police Custody – Surabaya (Indonesia)

Posted on 2026/01/03 by darknights

Alfarisi bin Rikosen, 21 years old, arrested on 9th September 2025 in Surabaya and imprisoned in Medaeng compound. He was accused of attacking a regional government building with a Molotov during the August uprising. Alfarisi was one of 288 people detained and tortured in Surabaya, where there are also 32 accused anarchists.

Alfarisi died in police custody on 30th December due to a long running serious health condition that the police denied him medical treatment for. His trial was due to start 6th of January 2026.

Alfarisi didn’t claim himself as an anarchist but he’s a brave fighter and we will always remember him through our shared struggle. Those who are responsible are the police and the Prabowo regime. Those who are right are those who rebel and resist tyranny until the end.

Solidarity means attack! ACAB!

List of Detainees from the Mass Action in Bandung – August 2025 Uprising (Indonesia)

LIST OF DETAINEES FROM THE BANDUNG MASS ACTION

TNI Bill Cluster
Comrades MTH and MSA

Amid the roaring protests against the TNI Bill in Bandung (20-21 March 2025), [Indonesian National Armed Forces Law, which re-instates a direction of paramilitary rule in civil society], these two friends were initially just passing through on their way home. However, seeing the fiery spirit of the youth that night, they parked their motorbike and joined the demonstration. Before reaching home, they briefly stopped at CK Taman Radio because MSA could no longer hold his urge.
Unexpectedly, a month later, they were charged by the West Java Police as suspects of assault and property damage—based solely on CCTV footage from the store. After serving a one-year sentence, they are set to be released on January 3, 2026. Let us prepare to welcome their return with the highest respect!

Wrongful Arrest and Torture Cluster
Comrades Very Kurniaa Kusuma, Joy Erlando, EY, MVA, MSAG, MRA, MJM, JAR

Eight young people faced tragic circumstances. They had no intention of joining the August 30, 2025, protest, yet cruel fate implicated them in allegations of throwing objects and assaulting police officers. Their arrests were as heartbreaking as their stories: Very was picked up while buying cigarettes near the protest area, and JAR was arrested while eating fried rice. The others experienced similarly unfortunate detentions, victims of wrongful arrests at the wrong place and wrong time.
Their suffering didn’t end there. Behind bars, tales of brutal torture awaited. Reports emerged of mistreatment during arrest, transport to the police station, and intense interrogation. Attend the trials of these eight defendants, and help uphold the voice of truth until the end. PDF: Imprisoned for Psychedelics: Interview with Toby Shone

An interview recorded illegally by telephone between Toby Shone and the leading occultist and psychonaut Julian Vayne, with added vibes from chaos magickian Peter J Carroll. Recorded and transcribed when Toby was imprisoned in G4S Parc, South Wales, on 23hr lockdown.

The introduction is the transcript of a talk from prison that Toby gave at Ozora psy-trance festival in 2022. The interview was recorded by Julian in 2022, with the result that Jules was removed from Toby’s phone list on grounds of “national security” and “conveying an illegal recording outside of the prison”. This interview was thought so dangerous by the British regime that they tried to suppress it, silence Toby and stop solidarity to his case.

This pamphlet has been available in print format since 2023 and is now being released online.

Italy: Latest update on the repressive situation in Italy involving Gabriel Pombo da Silva

Posted on 2025/12/14 by darknights

We recall that in July 2022, the Italian trial relating to the repressive operation “Scripta Manent” ended for our comrade Gabriel Pombo da Silva (among other comrades). Two years for “incitement to commit a crime.”

In December 2023, the Turin court notified Gabriel of this final sentence. For this reason, in January 2024, the Italian lawyer requested the application of alternative measures to imprisonment, a request that was justified by a “social/family/work investigation” carried out by a social worker from the Turin surveillance court. The report on this investigation, submitted to the surveillance judge in June 2025, emphasized Gabriel’s “lack of self-criticism of his own values,” making clear the Italian authorities’ intention to seek revenge.

At this point, it was documented to the Turin surveillance court that the Spanish state had already recognized two years ago that Gabriel had served an additional 2 years and 8 months of his sentence. The Italian lawyer therefore requested the “fungibility of the sentence,” that is, Italy’s recognition of this surplus sentence (according to European law, all member countries of the European Union are obliged to recognize it). On November 12, the final hearing was finally held at the Turin Court, which, a couple of days ago, put its response, reasoning, and conclusion in writing. Italy does not recognize the “fungibility of the sentence” nor does it grant Gabriel any alternative measures to prison due to his “lack of self-criticism of his own values” and activates the execution order.

For now, Gabriel would only be arrested on Italian territory, but if Turin wishes, it can issue a European arrest warrant, given that a sentence of between two and four years legitimizes the judge’s right to discretion. In short: our comrade Gabriel could be arrested at any time… in a week or in two years. If an arrest warrant arrives, the Spanish state should not arrest Gabriel, as it itself recognizes that the sentence is excessive… but it would be naive to trust this theory, knowing full well that in practice it may not apply to an anarchist.

Death to the state!
Long live Anarchy!

Athens, Greece: Attack on Kypseli Police Station – Claim of responsibility and video

Posted on 2025/12/14 - 2025/12/14 by darknights
https://darknights.noblogs.org/files/2025/12/video-at-s.mp4

Justice is resistance

On the afternoon of December 7, 2025, we attacked the torture chamber of the Kypseli Police Station on Thiras Street.

The cowards of the police station, so “brave” towards chained people, so “courageous” in sweeping migrants in Amerikis Square, realistically assessed their situation and locked themselves inside. It took them five whole minutes to come out…

Seventeen years and one day after December, we struck at the heart of Athens, in a center that they have turned into a fortress. Seventeen years in which violence, torture, and murders have not stopped for a moment. Seventeen years later, the same murderers with different faces. Sampanis, Fragoulis, Zackie, Lambros Fountas, Kamran, Maggos…

The combatants who go on the counterattack, who respond to the blows of the state, are neither superhuman nor unaware of the danger. They are your colleague at work, your fellow student in the next seat, the neighbor you greeted yesterday. You may have seen them yelling at their boss during some shitty season, demanding lower rent and humane neighborhoods, fighting against femicide, against the cops who murder. You’ve probably been caught up in a strike at some point. These are the people who, when enraged by injustice and violence, turn their anger into determination and a plan. They lay out maps, plot routes, and look for cameras. They fill bottles with gasoline, approach calmly, and set fire to police stations. This is how December 2008 was born, and November 1973 before it. With stubbornness and organization. With collective struggle against injustice.

Our attack was a direct response to the crescendo of police violence during the march on December 6, 17 years after the murder of student Alexandros Grigoropoulos by cops Korkoneas and Saraliotis.

“[…] At the end of the afternoon protest, at around 8:05 p.m., a group of approximately 400 individuals, carrying sticks and anti-gas masks, violently attacked riot police squads at the intersection of Panepistimiou and Emmanouil Benaki streets. […] ”

This was announced by the police and reproduced without a trace of skepticism by 90% of the media, from the center-left (news247.gr) to the far-right (Proto Thema). So what if dozens of videos show exactly the opposite, namely the violent attack by riot police on the march, the chemical warfare, the brutal beating of even protesters who had already been arrested.

To the media: Reproducing the police’s announcements verbatim in the current climate and circumstances is not simply poor journalism. It is a conscious choice to support and be complicit in barbarism. Every era has its Nuremberg, and every Nuremberg has its Streicher.

The police’s decision to ban the December 6 march, with heavy injuries and arrests, did not come as a bolt from the blue. It is a path that began with the pandemic and the handling of demonstrations at that time, culminating in the dissolution, under extreme conditions, of the march in memory of anarchist comrade Kyriakos Xymitiris.

The wind is changing, the signs are warning of a storm

We could be tempted to see this intensification of repression as typical right-wing state management. It would not be difficult. Even before its current complete dismantling, the crippled Hellenic Republic was not renowned for its “robust institutional checks and balances” or its “healthy democratic institutions.” The Greek regime is perfectly suited to a capitalist formation where the upper echelons are made up of smuggling shipowners and the mafia, while the lower echelons are staffed by anti-Lombard figures such as Frapes, Magierias, and Semertzidou.

However, the political and economic crisis is permeating the “liberal” West vertically and horizontally.

In the US, France, Germany, and the UK, governments change but policies remain the same. Profits for the few, poverty for the many, support for genocide in Palestine at any cost. Hand in hand with poverty goes the violence of the bosses, the violence of the police. The post-WWII redistributive model is dead, the possibility of exporting internal contradictions to the Third World has been limited. The capitalist “flight forward,” the future they are preparing for us is to go and fight—in truth, to die—for our country.

We must confront this darkness, politically and practically, because if the enemy wins, there will be no safe rear. Along with our stubbornness and will to fight, we must reintroduce organization, strategy, and tactics into our vocabulary. We must strike at the bosses and their henchmen, protect social/class struggles from repression.

Nine Defendants in Prairieland ICE Detention Center Protest Case

Plead Not Guilty in Federal Arraignments This Week

Federal Jury Trials Are Scheduled to Start January 5 for Nine Defendants, As Sentencing Hearings Approach in March for Seven Defendants Who Pleaded Guilty Last Month

DALLAS-FORT WORTH, TX — Nine defendants in the Prairieland ICE Detention Center protest case pleaded ‘not guilty’ today to federal charges, including riot, discharging a firearm, attempted murder, providing material support to terrorists, and conspiracy to conceal documents. A federal superseding indictment was filed in the Prairieland case on November 13 by Acting US Attorney Nancy Larson, just four days before Trump appointed former federal prosecutor Ryan Raybould as US Attorney on November 17.

Savanna Batten, Zachary Evetts, Autumn Hill, Meagan Morris, Maricela Rueda, Daniel “Des” Rolando Sanchez Estrada, Benjamin Song, Elizabeth Soto, and Ines Soto pleaded ‘not guilty’ at their federal arraignments on December 3. All nine defendants are fighting their charges by taking their cases to trial. Federal jury trials are scheduled to begin January 5, 2026, in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Fort Worth. Spoken contribution by Toby Shone for the Tattoo Circus, Bristol, 2025

Posted on 2025/12/01 - 2025/12/01 by darknights

This is from a talk by Toby at the Bristol Tattoo Circus, which took place a few weeks ago at a squatted venue in the city. After the talks and workshops there was bands, DJs and a benefit party. Free the prisoners!

Hello everyone,

Ok, we’re at Tattoo circus, my name is Toby Shone, I’m an ex-prisoner and anarchist. Tattoo Circus was started around 20 years ago in Italy as a way to fund anarchist prisoner solidarity campaigns.

I want to thank the organisers for inviting me here to speak, it’s very important as a released political prisoner to be able to come back into the community. Especially after living for a considerable amount of time distanced from the social movement. So overall, I want to communicate any lessons that can be told. Some of you already know me, so I’ll try not to bore you with what you know already, but for others I’ll just re-cap the case that I was involved in, then I’m going to simply give some anecdotes about my time in prison, and then speak about solidarity briefly.

I was arrested in the November 2020 Operation Adream case, and I was imprisoned for three years in conditions of solitary confinement and monitored for a year in line with UK-wide anti-terrorist restrictions by the National Security Division and Counter-Terror Police. From the evidence I’ve seen, it indicates that there is an ongoing investigation by the anti-terrorist units into the social movement in the South West region, and we can conclude that it’s also taking place across the country. I think it is certainly not for us to have to justify our harmlessness, but to really think about what it is going to take, long-term, for the type of social changes we’re aiming for. Letter from some imprisoned comrades from the ‘Chaos Star’ case (Indonesia)

Posted on 2025/11/30 - 2025/11/30 by darknights

Palang Hitam/ABC: This letter is by a section of the Chaos Star defendants in the West Java Paramilitary police compound. The reference in the signature to FAAF, is the Free Association of Autonomous Fires. Fire To The Prisons!

Greetings to friends and to enemies alike,

Even now, the structures of power—ancient, rigid, and towering—continue to stand. Yet last August, people cracked the illusion of their invincibility. They showed that nothing is beyond transformation when our desires converge into a force capable of opening pathways toward the worlds we long to create.

We are individualists because we refuse the ideological fantasies of withered anarchists who preach like missionaries of a fading religion.

We are individualists because we believe in an anarchy of imagination—creative, diverse, unbound.

We are individualists who hold that nihilism is a concrete passage toward self-actualization, beyond the messianic dead-ends of dividing reality into “good” and “evil,” knowing full well the complexity of life cannot be squeezed into the decaying relics of Judeo-Christian doctrine—relics that should be buried like the myths of prophets and their fading gods.

We are individualists because we believe in the absolute autonomy of each person to shape the life they desire—yet we also believe in cooperation, in the equality of individuals who pursue their desires together. Our anti-social anarchy is an active refusal of the old values reproduced endlessly in everyday life.

At the same time we are bewildered, amused, and entertained by the foolish accusations hurled by some social anarchists who label us “purists” as if our rejection of organization were born of loyalty to some classical anarchist canon—an ideology drenched in Eurocentrism, streaked with the colonial residue of Western civilization, and infused with the Enlightenment’s humanism, the very root of authoritarian democracy. We reject all ideologies. The rebels of Paris Commune in 1871, the revolutionaries of Spain in 1936, the dreamers of Paris in 1968, and those of August 2025—all remind us of brief lives that were truly worth living beyond any ideologies.

From behind these walls and bars, we send a sharp wind toward every wild soul, reminding them that they are not alone against the repulsive realities engineered by the powerful.

The compass of anarchy draws us together at the threshold between free will and the will to power. We belong to no formal anarchist organization (spare us).

We are not part of impotent collectives like the PRISONERS’ UNION, (Serikat Tahanan) nor of any group that claims us for their own—much less the so-called anarchist movement with its church-like rigidity and archaic morality.

Toward the fusion of social and individual anarchy, and toward the negation of every radical movement that mirrors—or even surpasses—the mental and physical prisons of the state and capitalism!

This is an open letter to all anarchist of praxis. Fuck all idols, burn all radical bibles, and attack the enemy on all fronts.

– FAAF and Individualist prisoners, West Java police prison, 1 December 2025.
