Charging stations destroyed in the 2nd and 20th districts

Recently, two more charging stations for electric cars were burned down, in Lorenz-Müllergasse and Karajangasse.

We think that all cars are a pain in the ass, including electric cars, even if they are supposed to make us believe in a better future.
They consume new resources and serve above all the economy and the rich, who thus give themselves a good conscience!

Our anger is great – let it express itself on these objects, which are easy targets!

Leipzig, Germany: Tracking device and bug discovered in car

On November 18, 2021, surveillance technology was discovered in a friend’s car, probably belonging to a government agency. It is a larger device with a GPS tracker from the company “u-blox” and a smaller audio recording device. The devices were hidden behind a panel of the front ceiling light. They were connected by a power cable and drew their power from the supply line to the rear ceiling light. A Y-adapter specially adapted to the car model was apparently used for this purpose. The audio unit tapped into the hands-free system’s existing microphone, which was located behind a cover above the rearview mirror. It is not known if the hands-free unit still worked under these circumstances.

Both units were wrapped in foam and gaffa tape, presumably to prevent them from making noise when the car moves. The larger unit has, among other things, a GPS receiver “u-blox MAX-M8”, a card slot with a 16 GB microSD card, a cellular chip “u-blox LISA-U230” along with a Telekom SIM card, as well as a removable three-pin antenna module. The inventory number “2044 ID93 142” is found on the side. Evaluation of the SD card suggests that the device has been in use since at least early September, possibly three months earlier. It can be assumed that the device overwrites cached location data with zeros after it is sent.

The smaller unit contains a voltage converter, a 3.7 V, 550 mAh lithium-ion battery, and a small circuit board. The individual parts are connected with heat shrink tubing. The small circuit board contains, among other things, a 32 GB microSD card and the “NN01-104” antenna from Ignion (formerly “Fractus”), which is designed for the 2.4 GHz frequency band and can thus transmit and receive Bluetooth or WLAN signals, for example. Mobile technology is not present, but it is conceivable that audio recordings were transmitted to the larger device via WLAN or Bluetooth and sent from there, or possibly retrieved from a close distance via WLAN or Bluetooth. We know the character of the police officers and if there is a reason to analyze and enumerate their atrocities, it is simply so that one does not forget who we are up against and what they are capable of doing. For the organs of the state it is just a Wednesday where they use disproportionate violence to stomp on a man in front of his young child, it is just a Wednesday when they handcuffed a man who is not charged with anything and according to them is indicted, it is just a Wednesday when they defame a man and spread the word that he molested a young girl, it was just a Wednesday.

The developments from that moment onwards will be rapid, proving the pre-arranged indictment of the comrade and the unprecedented method of the police to fabricate guilty parties. It is clear that in recent times the ΕΛΑΣ (general greek police) has been seeking the final blow to those who stubbornly resist the pervasive social numbness that prevails. The cases are numerous, the instances where the state attacked the radical part of society in the years of the pandemic are countless. Now we are seeing a substantial upgrading in that it is moving away from brutal repression at the level of street and mass demands to criminal repression aimed at the physical elimination of as many militants as possible. The constant and “infallible” weapon of state repression has been DNA for several years now. Lately, the cases of prosecutions with the sole evidence of DNA have been increasing, here we have to explain what this evidence means and how it is created by the police authorities and their laboratories. Almost all of the prosecutions involving DNA are carried out with mixtures of biological material found on movable objects. DNA in itself is not evidence (not even in pioneering America, which practiced DNA mixture analysis for decades until finally rejecting it as unsafe) and the reason it is not and could not be evidence is that even if it is fully identified with an individual the ease of its transfer has proven to be scientifically frighteningly easy. Chile: ‘The only certainty: some reflections on the “revolt” of October 18’ – Ignacio Avaca

It’s been 2 years since the wave of mass demonstrations started on October 18, 2019, and it lasted in the streets much longer than what the media “reported”. Many of us may have participated in some way in those events. And now, after its decline, and on the occasion of the ephemeris, there are a couple of things worth pointing out, always in order to sharpen the criticism and continue the conflict.

(I) Of Revolt(s) and confrontation during the century of the Chilean democracy.

The “revolt”, as many have wanted to call it, meant a generalized breaking point of the “normality” consolidated by the democracies of this territory during the 21st century. These kinds of “critical” moments are not alien to any government, and, for our part, it is absolutely necessary for us to take into account that the conflict with that normality has existed since before, coexisted and continues to exist after the events of October 18. That is why we cannot forget all the expressions of attack and confrontation that have taken place so far during this period, but which definitely have not had the stir and massiveness of the events of October 18 (and probably did not seek that with them either).

If conflict and violence against this normality are nothing new, much less are the consequences of taking this path. Prison is not new in this scenario, and, far from any victimhood, it is a “hazard of the trade”. Although the “prisoners of the revolt” have also enjoyed greater media coverage, and their situation and dynamics are totally different from those of the anarchic-subversive prisoners, prison will never be strange to those who have constantly materialized their desires to destroy the reality that destroys us.

To all those who did not follow the institutional paths in the era of Chilean democracy, and who have been an unquestionable source of inspiration and learning for those of us who have taken the same path, but in “our” way… we do not forget you! The anti-capitalist and autonomous subversion, the resitance of the Peñis, And this does not detract from or call into question the breaking of the October “revolt”, it only shows that some, for a long time now, have been in constant revolt.

District of Saint-Etienne, France: Coordinated attack against three cell towers

In the night of November 2nd to 3rd 2021, we led a coordinated attack against three cell towers around Saint-Etienne by setting them on fire.
(And not one, as the media tried to make believe!)

This cut off telephone communications and momentarily interrupted the dependency that the techno-world needs to survive.

(We could take as an example the Thales arms factory in the neighboring town or the 80.000 people deprived of telephones for the week but there are many others…)

We did not want to attack only a new aspect of technology (5G), but to assert our hostility against this company as a whole.

Italy: Does the Sibilla forecast the storm? EN/IT/FR/ES

At the dawn of November 11, there were numerous searches in different Italian cities and 6 comrades were notified of judicial surveillance orders: in prison for Alfredo, with house arrests for Michele, with the prohibition to leave the municipality of residence and the obligation to report to the cops three times a week for four other comrades.
The comrades are charged with the crime provided for by article 270 bis (association with the purpose of terrorism and subversion of the democratic order), because of the design, printing and diffusion, also by digital and computer means, of the anarchist newspaper Vetriolo, as well as for tags on walls with contents considered as outrage and incitement, in addition to a case of damage of a property belonging to others. In addition, they are charged under art. 414 (provocation to crimes and misdemeanors), for the drafting and dissemination of communiqués with content inciting the commission of crimes against the personality of the State, with the aim of terrorism and subversion of the democratic order.

In addition to this, two counter-information websites are closed: roundrobin.info and malacoda.noblogs.org [by the way the state censorship did not work: both sites are still accessible; NdAtt.], because considered an aggravating circumstance of the crime of provocation to crimes and misdemeanors (through a digital instrument).

The investigation begins in 2017, in Milan, at the beginning of the experience of the newspaper, and then it is transferred in the hands of the Prosecutor’s Office of Perugia, until today; it reviews the content of the anarchist propaganda articles, which are declared as dangerous for their communicative effectiveness and because of the diffusion of the radical idea.

This is not an attack on the freedom of press and thought. The State is doing its job of controlling and managing the internal enemy, in order to maintain its authority, and publications that resolutely affirm contents of a certain type, undermining its interests, are clearly targeted, as has always happened throughout history. In the current democratic and technocratic regime, characterized by an authoritarian turn, what is “allowed” is confined within the limits of maintaining economic profits and capitalist production and consumption. As is evident in the street demonstrations that these days express their opposition to political-sanitary impositions, the limit of what is licit is defined by the institutions and the limit of the freedom to protest is increasingly reduced. Those who publicly assume to publish a newspaper like Vetriolo, giving support and space of expression to the anarchist and revolutionary prisoners, are aware that the repression will be set in motion, with investigations accompanied by sensational headlines in the media. But this is not the reason why we will complain about the lack of democratic freedoms of expression and press, which in fact have never existed, let alone today. Italy: On 11/11/2021, the ROS [Carabinieri Special Operations] raided the homes of dozens of comrades all over Italy

At 4am in the morning of 11/11/2021, the ROS [Carabinieri Special Operations] raided the homes of dozens of comrades all over Italy on orders of the PM Comodi in an investigation set off by the usual Nobili and Basilone.

Alfredo, in prison for having shot at Adinolfi, CEO of Ansaldo Nucleare, and for ”operation Scripta Manent”, was notified of yet another pre-trial detention; another comrade is under house arrest, four more were subjected to an obligation to remain in their own area with regular signing.

The main accusation is of having constituted and promoted an association with aims of terrorism, an accusation in particular revolving around the paper “Vetriolo” and some articles published in it.

Linked to this operation, the editors of Roundrobin were notified the same evening that they are under investigation: the accusations (threats, incitement to commit crimes, association with terrorist aims) are linked to the publication of some writings which in the cops’ opinion are signed by some of the comrades under investigation.

As Roundrobin we have always wanted to give space to all anarchist ideas and debate and are proud to have published the writings of the comrades under indictment.

Despite the difficulties due to which the site has been on hold for almost a month, we will now recommence giving space to the contributions that reach us, no matter what the shit servants of power think.

DNA cooking up and hostage stories (or about another one of my prosecutions)

Let’s say we have a case file that eloquently includes:

– The Laboratory Expertise Report of the Department of Biological Material Analysis of 4-2-2009 on a number of seized items-evidence, after searching my home.

– The 23-10-2012 Laboratory Expertise Report of the Department of Biological Material Analysis for a series of seized items-evidence, following a search (again) at my home.

Everything is going well, the laboratory tests are inconclusive and the years go by. Until, on 15-5-2021 something (?) happens.

Then as soon as our (well known) Department of Biological Materials Analysis decides to complete our (well-known) Laboratory Expertise Report on seized Objects, after searching (yes, yes, you guessed correctly) my house, on 15-10-2020,

makes an impressive leap in time, going back 14 years. And then just discovers that my dna identifies with what was found on an object, (on 3-7-2007) after an incendiary attack on the cars of G. Voulgarakis and his guard. Voulgarakis, who had recently switched from the Ministry of Public Order to the Ministry of Culture.

Surprisingly, this dna match had not been shown by the 2009 expertise, nor that of 2012.

I am summoned on 4 November to appear before the investigating judge, facing charges of attempted serial homicide and explosion, charges that could lead to several years in prison or a prolonged hostage situation until the case is cleared by the courts.

I can only (stoically) see this as another battle in a war I have been fighting for 37 years (since I was a 15 year-old student), a war in which I have always been on the side of those “below”, siding with the good old dream of a world without exploitation and oppression.

And in this war I never gave them a break.
