Athens, Greece: Responsibility claim for the breaking of ‘Green Park’ luxury restaurant on 20/1

The gentrification and privatisation of our neighbourhoods and, by extension, our lives is a phenomenon that has been strongly observed in recent years. A glaring example of this condition is the luxury restaurant called Green Park. The problem starts with the fact that big business owners dare to set up their little shops with their well-polished windows in areas where people are unable to pay their rent. They thus ostentatiously attract apolitical gentlemen and bourgeois who drive around in their luxury vehicles and entertain themselves behind bouncers and unpaid waitresses. The above were even the dumbstruck audience of Greece’s most famous clown, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, at this establishment. By extension, Green Park, has been an important factor in the wider redevelopment of the Areos Park, which includes private security, fixed opening hours and cameras. Not tolerating the situation, we attacked the restaurant en masse, destroying all the glass panes of its frontage. Unfortunately, however, at the time of the attack, the restaurant was closed, so we were unable to hit either the well-heeled bourgeois or the bouncers who “faithfully” guard the entrance of the restaurant and the posh vehicles of the customers. As anarchist subjects, we urge people in all neighborhoods to systematically take similar and more upscale actions and defend public spaces.

The work of the judicial officials is clearly aimed at torturing and impoverishing all prisoners and in general all those who unfortunately have to face their fate.

Judges, prosecutors, appellants, all together have for years created a closed group of torturers, of course with the help and complicity of the governments of the day.

Especially in recent years with the Mitsotakis government, they have been leading the country in the path of the junta and repression. The decisions made in the courtrooms and in their offices are clearly vindictive and inhumane for the people. The scum who bear the “title” of president, supreme court of appeal, etc., are the ones who give the orders to seize the homes of people with health problems, the elderly, and those facing financial crisis.

They are the ones who judge at will how long people will sit in prison, regardless of evidence and proof, because they only like to make vengeful decisions at their own so-called discretion and administer their own “justice”, without considering anyone or anything.

They think they are in a higher class of people and that they can play with everyone’s lives. Their direct connections to high level cops and politicians place them in a context of self-empowerment and corruption with no checks and balances from anyone. They sign and arrange laws for their corrupt “friends”, they give orders for surveillance of people for personal gain.

A huge chapter is about prisoners and the constant tightening of sentences, of course with some exceptions that only serve “their own”. Extensive sentences, the various provisions that are imposed overnight as it suits them, lead prisoners to the daily battle for survival in miserable conditions.

When it comes to people of their own clique, by cover-ups and short procedures, they are relieved of any responsibility. A typical example is the disaster in Tempe, where all the scum – responsible for the tragedy – continue their lives as normal. The then Transport Minister Karamanlis and his appointed minions, with the help of judges and prosecutors, have been absolved of all responsibility. The ‘famous’ friends of the Mitsotakis government, the rapists and pedophiles, Lignadis, Filippidis etc., are partially acquitted or are given the benefit of the doubt, so that they can continue their perverted work by being acquitted. Lakewood, Atlanta, U$A: Atlanta Police Department Patrol Car Torched

One APD vehicle was burned overnight as an initial response to the repressive operation of February 8, which involved three house raids and the arrest of John “Jack” Mazurek, who is being held without bail.

We wish to dispel any notion that people will take this latest wave of repression lying down, or that arresting alleged arsonists will deter future arsons.

Jack is accused of participating in the arson attack of July 1, 2023, when eight APD motorcyles were burned at the current police training center that Cop City is intended to replace. The group that claimed responsibility for that action called for the movement against Cop City to develop into an urban guerrilla struggle. This is still the only sensible course of action for anyone in Atlanta who considers themselves a serious revolutionary.

In light of recent arsons of construction equipment belonging to Cop City contractor Brent Scarbrough, the police needed to make a move to reassure their contractors and funders. Let’s not panic or be discouraged; we have them on the back foot. We will answer their aggression by keeping up the pace of attacks.

The cop car we burned was part of the APD’s “take-home car” program. There are at least 40 (well… 39) cops around Atlanta with patrol cars parked right in front of their houses. The opportunity to have a shiny new take-home car is reportedly the number-one reason for police retention. It is also intended to act as a crime deterrent in the neighborhood; we think that’s funny. This particular car was in Lakewood, the same neighborhood where two of the house raids took place. Our message is simple: if our comrades cannot sleep soundly in their homes, neither can the pigs.

We are not special. Our skills are not overly technical or advanced, and our tools are simple to acquire. If you are reading this, you are capable of doing what we do. We all have something to lose; it is simply a matter of living out our beliefs or submitting to the police state. Inaction is a choice just as much as action, and we all have to live with the choices we make.

Berlin, Germany: Fire for Tesla

Two Teslas were set on fire in Rummelsburg on February 7 and two Tesla charging stations on Vulkanstraße on February 8.

We think that Tesla is an ideal target for our attacks.

The GdP is the largest German police union. It has over 200,000 members across Germany and is a member of the DGB. The GdP is more than one union, but a lobby organization for the interests of German cops.

Their political agenda is as dull and small-minded as one would expect from a police association: more money, more weapons, more powers to use force. Its representatives are busy giving interviews, appearing at congresses such as the European Police Congress and the German Security Conference, and listening to ministers and senior officials across the country. Where this leads was once again more than clear on New Year’s Eve: 4500 cops from all over Germany in action, bodycams, sniffer dogs, helicopters and over 100 “endangerment speeches” with “swimming pool suspects, migrantifa supporters and Middle East demo-goers”.

Behind the objective, technocratic façade, the GdP makes use of the methods of right-wing demagogy that one can expect from the racist thugs it represents, which are riddled with Nazi structures. Berlin, Germany: Claim of Responsibility for the Incendiary Attack Against a Greek Diplomatic Vehicle

On January 30, we placed an incendiary device under a car with the number plate of Greece’s diplomatic mission in Germany. The action took place in the Rosenthaler district in Berlin.

The action is not directed against a specific person but against the relations between two racist and murderous states and those responsible for them. The burning diplomatic car is once again a vehicle for international messages between the oppressed and at the same time a message to those who want to rule the world…

..that we have not forgotten the hundreds of murders committed last June off the coast of Pylos at the hands of the Greek coastguard and Frontex.

Portland, U$A: Machines burned at Urban Alchemy construction site

We burned bulldozers and excavators being used to build another Urban Alchemy site in North Portland, where homeless Portlanders will be sent to live behind chainlink fencing and barbed wire under threat of violence and sweeps.

UA says it “provide complementary strategies to conventional policing and security”, and, like police, it’s employees have consistently used their positions to bully, degrade, steal from, and sexually assault those living within their fences.

We do not believe the destruction of their machines will halt construction long, but hope to see increasing offensive attacks accompany strategies of sweep and eviction defense.
The city will pay $40,000 per person per year for the planned site, far more expensive than renting each person their own apartment.

Of course, the city government is happy to pay a premium for ghettoization, pushing the most visible poor out of sight, out of mind, isolated from the rest of the city in an industrial corner behind the city’s waste processing facility.

Athens, Greece: “In 40 minutes it will explode” A bomb exploded outside the Ministry of Labour, claimed by telephone by ‘Revolutionary Class Self-Defence’

A powerful explosion that occurred at 01.29 outside the Ministry of Labour in Athens, Greece. The explosion has caused property damage.

The responsibility is assumed by the Revolutionary Class Self-Defence. Members of the explosive ordnance disposal department are on the scene.

This follows a call to the “Journal of the Press”. The unidentified man said a bomb would explode in 40 minutes.

Two calls were made to the newspaper. First they said the Ministry of Labour and then a short while later they said the Alpha Bank, just across the street. According to the cops, the device exploded outside the bank.

Stadiou Street remains closed by strong police forces as searches are being carried out in the wider area.

On 2012/12/16 a hanging bag was found again outside the Ministry of Labour and was neutralised. It had been claimed by the People’s Militant Group.

Greece: Responsibility Claim for the Attack on the Offices of the Israeli Shipping Company ZIM by ‘October 7 Group’

The Israeli company ZIM, since its establishment in 1945, has been actively involved in supplying the murderous Israeli army with military equipment for the Palestinian front. A process which continues even today, unhindered and frequently from the port of Piraeus. ZIM is one of the heavyweights of Zionist capital as it ranks among the ten most powerful shipping companies in Israel. Also, its targeting by the revolutionary Houthi guerrilla movement of the Yemeni people has exposed its active role in the genocide of the Gaza Strip.

A little over a hundred days. Days that are obscured by the sounds of artillery and buildings being demolished in an instant. Nights haunted by the explosions of aerial bombardment. Periods of time where minute by minute, street by street, house by house another magnificent chapter of the Palestinian resistance is written. In this suffocating context, the Palestinian people manage to organize themselves, overcoming immense difficulties and attacking the occupier who tries to break their resistance. The Palestinian Resistance organizations continue operations and achieve daily blows against the Zionist occupation forces. Even at this very moment, when the Israeli army has penetrated deep into the Gaza Strip, as it is attacking the West Bank and striking mercilessly and indiscriminately, slaughtering tens of thousands of Palestinians. For all its overwhelming show of force, the Zionist state of Israel is failing to achieve its key objectives, with international and domestic pressure to end the war and find a diplomatic solution mounting and political time running out for a viable way out for the far-right Netanyahu government.
