Direct Action Cells claim responsibility for the following incendiary attacks:

At the home of the judge Panagiota Yioupi, at dawn on Friday October 14, in the Glyfada area.

Youpi is one of the many servile puppets of the gang that operates under the name of Greek justice. She presided in the trial of the child rapist and member of the Mitsotakis family, Dimitris Lignadis, who was released from prison after being found guilty of raping underage children. She is a judge who is part of the influential entourage of the drug-dealing shipping tycoon Vangelis Marinakis, having issued a series of provocative rulings in favor of his interests during her term as a judge in Piraeus.

Yioupi is relentless when confronted with the poor, handing out years of sentences with the same ease she would hand out toys at a children’s party. But she has a peculiarity, she turns into a sensitive and soulful person when confronted by people from high society, with political connections, access and financial clout.

At the home of the judge Myrsini Papachiou, at dawn on Saturday, November 5, in the Zografou area.

Papachiou occupies the highest levels of the cesspool known as civil justice. The throne that she sits on as vice president of the Supreme Court is built from the pain of shattered human lives destroyed by prison.

Our decision to target her, apart from her institutional role, is related to the fact that she is currently involved in the Novartis scandal, being a member of the special court that is currently trying state prosecutors and government officials from the former SYRIZA government, as defendants for allegedly orchestrating a conspiracy in this particular case. She is also a court tribunal member for the upcoming trial of a former SYRIZA minister in a case regarding TV licenses. In fact, in order for Papahiou to be a member of these tribunals, she was hastily promoted to the rank of deputy-president a few days before the selection of tribunal members took place. Without any desire to get involved in the shifting alliances and infighting of this rotten political establishment, we recognize that this court is acting as a white-washing machine for sections of the political elite who are involved in the Novartis scandal. An international scandal that demonstrates with surgical precision how capitalism works. Multinationals, big pharma and politicians were complicit in the criminal regulation of drug prices in the health sector. They were complicit in the dismantling of public hospitals, in the operation of an organized international state-economic mafia that exploited in the worst possible way one of the most basic services, that of health. The government’s systematic attempt to present this scandal as a frame-up goes hand in hand with its refusal to demand compensation from the company. Our choice to strike at one of the puppets that are part of the government’s white-washing is intended to highlight all of the above. Leipzig, Germany: SPIE & MIELE Vans Set on Fire – Freedom for our Comrades!

During the night from 31.10. to 01.11. we set fire to SPIE and MIELE vans in the south of Leipzig. SPIE has been known as a prison profiteer for years. The company is involved in both the construction and operation of prisons worldwide.

For us, MIELE is representative of German imperialism in Greece. The appliance manufacturer has previously been the target of attacks by the Revolutionary Organization November 17 there.

Our hearts burn for all the rebels in the dungeons of the state who continue their struggle. They burn for Alfredo and Juan who are on hunger strike in Italy. They burn for Giannis Michailidis, who was on hunger strike from May to July this year and unfortunately had to suspend it without “success”.

Trambileno, Italy: Incendiary attack against a mobile telecommunications antenna in solidarity with anarchist Alfredo Cospito on hunger strike

We learn from the media, in particular the local Trentino media, that on the night of November 5 a mobile telecommunications antenna located in the municipality of Trambileno, in the province of Trento, was set on fire. On the structure was left the writing ‘Alongside Alfredo on hunger strike. No 41 bis’, in reference to the hunger strike indefinitely undertaken, starting on October 20, by anarchist Alfredo Cospito against the 41 bis prison regime to which he was transferred on May 5 and against life imprisonment without possibility of parole. Subsequently, two other imprisoned comrades, Juan Sorroche and Ivan Alocco – respectively starting on the 25th in the Terni prison and on the 27th in the Villepinte prison, in France – also began a hunger strike in solidarity with the comrade.

Currently, apart from the wall writing found by the repressive forces on the structure, no claim or communication about the attack has been published.

As Direct Action Cells we take responsibility for the incendiary attack on the home owned by the child rapist, pimp and member of the New Democracy party Elias Michos, and his ex-wife Elizabeth Lekka. In the early morning of 23/10, we placed a low-powered incendiary/explosive device at the entrance of their apartment building in the Attica area.

For those who still insist on not understanding the systemic support and cover-up of police and fascist attacks, for those who still insist that the judiciary is neutral and independent of the domestic bourgeois elite and the whole mechanism of consolidating and monopolizing the violence it practices, for those who were not satisfied with the acquittal of the pimp and child rapist of the New Democracy, Nikos Georgiadis, the “special-friendly treatment” of the mafia boss Menios Fourthiotis, but also the full release on parole of the New Democracy’s Petros Lefkowitz for the serial rapes of his daughter since she was 11 years old, we would like to list only a few of the recent cases where the full complicity of the civil justice system with the scum who destroyed lives was proven. Two years ago, after a solidarity meeting for those arrested during a march against the burning of garbage by Lafarge / AGET in Volos, the comrade Vassilis Maggos was arrested. The cops of the Magnesia Police Directorate torture him and, after covering their voracious violent appetites, throw him into the street. The blows were fatal for the comrade, who breathes his last breath on 13/7/2020. This state murder is still being covered up today by the state-judicial apparatus, as only three cops were indicted for the simple misdemeanour of “dangerous bodily harm”, while no names have been released, and now that the case is being tried, the “law and order enforcers” are committing violence against the people in solidarity who had gathered at the Volos courts.
Last summer, the deafening case of the pimping and rape of a minor girl by her father and a cop at the Ilioupolis police station came to light, with the knowledge and the brutal cover-up of the other state agents of that department. The pimps, rapists and cover-ups are still circulating among us, the case was covered up and buried, until the next and the time after that when we will learn again about trafficking and (child) rape rings involving cops and “prominent” households.
One year ago, on 22/10/2021, cops execute Nikos Sampanis in Perama, gunning him down with 36 bullets after a chase due to racial profiling, and defying orders from the operations centre not to follow the stolen vehicle. The cops claimed they were on “defense,” which of course was debunked by video footage and eyewitnesses. The follow-up is predictable. Rome, Italy: Italian Amnesty International headquarters occupied in solidarity with Alfredo Cospito on hunger strike against 41 bis

Today 25/10/2022 we occupied the Italian headquarters of Amnesty International in Rome, in solidarity with the anarchist prisoner Alfredo Cospito, who is on hunger strike since six days in the Sassari prison against the 41 bis and the life imprisonment without possibility of parole. The 41 bis is a form of prisoner annihilation, for the first time used against the anarchist movement. Alfredo was transferred to 41 bis, after more than ten years of imprisonment in high security sections, with the declared aim of shutting his mouth and silencing his contribution to the revolutionary debate.
We denounce what happened during the 20 October hearing at the Sassari surveillance court, as an exemplification of the brutality of the 41 bis Cayenne: during the hearing, which the judge imposed behind closed doors and with the comrade connected by videoconference, Alfredo attempted to read an articulate defence brief through which he expounded the reasons for the beginning of his struggle. The judge interrupted the comrade, preventing him from concluding his speech in the only – and perhaps last – opportunity to communicate with the rest of the world since he was transferred to 41 bis, by simply cutting off the audio. His contribution has been sealed like everything else from the black hole of 41 bis. If the lawyers decided to disclose it, they could face penal consequences.
An unprecedented decision that clearly shows how the state is afraid of anarchist ideas and the practices that these ideas inspire. This is unacceptable. We want to read our comrade’s words immediately!
We have nothing to ask of humanitarian associations such as the one against which this morning’s initiative is directed: we know that their alternating current grievances only denounce the misdeeds of some exotic regime, preferably an opponent of western imperialism. We are not asking you to say anything about it… we just wanted to spit in your face your false conscience!

Santiago, Chile: Responsibility claim for explosive attack against SerCor S.A. subsidiary of AntarChile

On the night of October 19, three years after the revolt, we attacked with dynamite the company SerCor located in the Las Condes district, specifically in building 150 of El Golf Avenue.

SerCor S.A. is a company of the corporate center of the Angelini Group that offers consulting and support to company boards for the administrative development of their capitalist businesses. SerCor is under the control of AntarChile, which is a major investment company, also belonging to the Angelini Group, and which manages assets of more than US$20 billion.

AntarChile owns more than 70% of the shares of Forestal Arauco, a company with 1.6 million hectares of monoculture plantations responsible for the degradation and devastation of soils and which severely impacts the minimum conditions that a community needs to live, such as access to water and arable land. In addition, the MAPA project promoted by Arauco plans to modernize the pulp industry in southern Chile, reinforcing transnational extractivism in Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Uruguay, Canada, the United States, Panama, among other countries.

Antar also owns the fishing companies Corpesca, Igemar and Orizon with a control in assets of more than 80%. It should be remembered that the fishing company Corpesca bribed by paying more than 200 million to former senator Jaime Orpis (UDI) and former congresswoman Marta Isasi (former UDI) to defend the industrial fishing interests in the congress. Longueira was another of those who profited from this scheme, known as the “Fishing Law” or “Longueira Law”, which benefited the large fishing industry to the detriment of the autonomous fisherman. Through different suppliers, this politician received a sum of 730 million pesos between September 2009 and March 2015 from the company Corpesca. We are not friends of big speeches and sometimes there is therefore not too much to write. The Denn’s Biomarkt on Antonplatz in Berlin is certainly not the largest, nor the most beautiful of its kind. Nevertheless, we took the trouble – from Tuesday to Wednesday the 19.10. – to leave a few stones and spray “You are the crisis” on the entrance.

Denn’s Biomarkt we can populistically call the extended arm of the Greens in the neighborhood. Those who have long had to turn over every penny can’t afford to buy supposedly fair-trade, socially acceptable and carbon-neutral lavender-apple smoothies. Denn’s oh-so-worldly appeal makes us lose our appetite. Good for the wallet, bad for the soul. We have remedied the crisis mood for a short moment.

Greetings to the “Everything just stolen!” people (translated below), who have taken heart and have quite obviously had a good bite, and also to the everyday criminals, who naturally take their lives in their own hands, bypassing the state and capital!

Arson attacks

Tomsk

On October 13 in the evening in Tomsk there was an attempt of arson in military registration and enlistment office building on Moskovsky highway. Firefighters and a police squad arrived on the scene in the evening. Any details of the action were withheld by the authorities.

Cherkessk

On the night of October 15, the military registration and enlistment office in the capital of Karachay-Cherkessia Republic caught fire. A video shows that the fire engulfed the first floor and the facade of the building. There are no details about the extent of the damage to the military registration and enlistment office. It is reported that this is an old military registration and enlistment office building, currently unused.

Buryatia

17 October. In Mukhorshibir village in Buryatia at night an unknown guerilla attacked the military enlistment office in the village. He threw a Molotov cocktail on the roof of the building, but the fire only covered 2 square meters of the facade and did not penetrate inside. The fire was noticed by a security guard and extinguished.

Revolt in the Army

Details of the shooting at the shooting range in Belgorod region on October 15 are gradually emerging.
