Italy: A bug was found at the Circolo Anarchico “La Faglia” in Foligno

On the evening of Dec. 16, a bug was discovered inside the Circolo Anarchico “La Faglia” in Foligno, which has been open since October this year. The device, which was connected to the electrical system of the space, consisted of a microphone, two antennas, a SIM card, a memory card and was also equipped with a battery. All housed inside a power outlet.

We are not surprised by these attentions, to which we have been accustomed for years, which have been repeated throughout the Spoleto Circolaccio experience, yet the nausea never goes away toward those who spend their lives listening to the affairs of others.

Our thoughts, however, go with affection to Alfredo Cospito who is dedicating his life, as he always did, until his last breath, to freedom.

Athens, Greece: Action claim by Anarchists for incendiary attack on a Hertz van

On Wednesday night 14/12 we carried out an incendiary attack on a Hertz van which was parked in the area of Exarcheia.

This company, known for its investments on the one hand and as an important cog in the capitalist world on the other, is a political opponent for us.

The area of Exarcheia, and not only, is not safe for these vehicles and everything connected with this world. Exarcheia was, is and will be an area that gave birth to and still nurtures political consciousnesses that dream of the destruction of this world.

This attack was a reflexive move in response to the events of the last few days; the arrests of the December 6 march, the arrests of the march for Kostas Fragoulis, the blockade of our comrades in law; the days of Alexis and the blood that never ceases to seek revenge, when fourteen Decembers later the State and its armed trash arm, shoot and kill.

The attack is dedicated to the memory of Kostas Fragoulis, killed by a cop’s bullet.

5 people have been arrested and charged with Domestic Terrorism for their alleged connection to Defend The Atlanta Forest movement in USA. These arrests were notoriously brutal, included the deployment of chemical weapons repeatedly, and placed unfounded charges against them in an effort to torture, terrorize, and brutalize.

We want every prison to burn, every prisoner to be free, and the violence of the state to be destroyed. We must stand in unflinching solidarity with all those arrested, and be committed to absolute resistance to any current or future state investigation, no matter what it requires of us. Anything less is unconscionable.

Italy: Anna Beniamino interrupts hunger strike

We learn by phone call that in the evening of today, Wednesday, December 14, Anna interrupts the hunger strike she started 38 days ago at the side of Alfredo, who is imprisoned in 41 bis prison regime.

At the end of the strike Anna has lost 13 kilos, with a blood pressure of 50 at the minimum, 80 at the maximum. Some values of her liver profile exceed the parameters considered acceptable from a health point of view. In the last period, she has been offered hospitalisation several times by the prison, which she has always refused.

The lives of our comrades in prison are at stake in this struggle. It is up to all of us anarchists and revolutionaries to ensure that it is safeguarded. This applies all the more to Alfredo, now on his 56th day of hunger strike and whose condition is becoming increasingly critical awaiting the decision of the Surveillance Court of Rome [on December 1st, a hearing was held at the Rome Surveillance Court on the appeal against Alfredo Cospito’s 41 bis detention measure, the outcome of which has not yet been announced by the court].

Chiavari: Fire at Marr vehicles and warehouse

We set fire to a dozen vehicles, the warehouse and the ventilation system of Marr in Carasco [near Chiavari, in Liguria], a company that profits from the distribution of food in state prisons. With this gesture we want to send all our solidarity to Alfredo currently on hunger strike to the bitter end because of his detention under the 41 bis regime.

We don’t need puppeteers from within directing our actions, and if they think that by burying our comrade alive they can stop our tensions, they are sadly mistaken. It will only unleash more anger and solidarity.
We will not stop until Alfredo is out of 41 bis.

Lecce, Italy: Sabotage of electric car charging stations in solidarity with anarchists Alfredo Cospito, Anna Beniamino and Juan Sorroche

We learn from the media that at least seven electric vehicle chargers, located in various places in Lecce, have been sabotaged and rendered unusable by foam.
