Thessaloniki, Greece: Text of the two hostages comrades from the Thessaloniki Police HQ cells

When the state of exception is legitimized around you, then you stand up, you take deep breaths because they are even timing the air, to go on to the end. Until victory.

In the early morning hours of Tuesday 8/2, armed forces of the SWAT (EKAM) and anti-terrorist squads storm a house at 12 Alkinoou Street in the Upper City (Άνω Πόλη) and arrest us. This was preceded by the arson of the IETP (Foundation for National and Religious Reflection), an action for which we have not abdicated responsibility from the first moment to the extent that each of us is responsible. With hoods on our faces and chains on our hands we were kept for 28 hours in isolation in the offices of the anti-terrorist police and then we met the first comradely glances in the courts. Chained between people with no faces, with our heads held high and smiles brimming with pride for what we are, for what they are persecuting us for.

The regime of exclusion has continued inside the detention cells of the ΓΑΔΘ (Thessaloniki Police HQ ) , where every time we have attempted to intervene in the public sphere of movement we find ourselves locked in our cells, a condition that the anti-terrorist police have tried to dress up under arbitrary orders for general detention of all. A condition that must be cut at the root, as our accounts with the hooded anti-terrorist squads are our own. War has rules and an act of revolutionary violence is part of our war. However, we must from now on highlight the entire moves of the anti-terrorist police who, when they attempt to crush people and ideas, frantically look for three people to uphold and set up the criminal case of Article 187A, which deals with the establishment of a terrorist organisation. We are taking our own firm steps at the same time as the anti-terrorist police are rushing ahead in delirious optimism. Rome, Italy: Texts and materials distributed during the initiative of 26/11/21 at Bencivenga + Contributions of Alfredo Cospito and Juan Sorroche

We receive and publish a series of texts and materials distributed during the initiative in solidarity with the Chilean prisoners, held at the Bencivenga Occupato on November 26, 2021. Two booklets: one on the hunger strike conducted by prisoners in Chile, the other is a collection of texts, many translated from the magazine Kalinov Most, which were intended to better focus the topics of the debate: the specific reality of Chilean prisons, solidarity, fight against prison. There are also two contributions of Juan and Alfredo for the initiative, which they asked to be disseminated.

UNTIL THE DESTRUCTION OF THE PRISON-SOCIETY

This initiative was born with the need to send, in our own small way, a gesture of solidarity to the comrades prisoners in Chile who in the first months of this year have undertaken two hard hunger strikes. We want to support them, also through the translations contained in the pamphlets prepared for this meeting, by spreading the determination with which they have carried out their struggle inside the prison, with the aim of feeling it closer to us who are outside those walls and far from those territories. Although at the end of their mobilization the prisoners did not get all that they demanded, it still allowed them to build and establish bonds of complicity, both inside and outside the prison. Ties that have made this struggle transcend barriers and borders and that, since it has clearly positioned itself against all forms of coercion and domination, have made it recognizable and vindicable by refractory people all over the world.

But it is not for simple voyeurism towards distant rebellions that we are here today. With this initiative we also intend to underline our complicity with our comrades who today are prisoners of the State, so that they know that they are not alone. Also in this part of the world we have anarchist prisoners who have recently conducted several struggles inside the prison. Struggles conducted individually or collectively, strikes and mass uprisings such as those of March 2020 against pandemic management inside prisons. Struggles whose quality, to take up a concept expressed with emphasis in the contribution that Juan, a prisoner in the Terni prison, wrote for this initiative, is closely related to the relationships that exist between inside and outside the prison. These relationships are the same on which prisoners and Chilean comrades have repeatedly insisted, stating that “the prison is part of the options of the struggle, it is part of it and therefore, instead of being a parenthesis or a pause, it is configured as one more scenario in which to carry out the clash” and that it is necessary to understand “the prisoner as an active comrade, in struggle, who is in this particular condition as a result of a chosen path that does not end within [those] four walls”. Relationships in which it is necessary to invest if we want to recognize a prisoner as our comrade, as a complicit in the struggle against all power, especially at this time when these relationships are under attack. The latest repressive operations in Italy have in fact, among others, the purpose of hitting the communication between the world outside and inside the prison, putting pressure on the epistolary communication through which prisoners continue to be part of the anarchist debate and struggle, providing reflections, contributions, proposals for action and stimuli for action. Now more than ever it is therefore the time to increase efforts in the direction of greater communication and complicity with the prisoners, having as its objective not mere support in the charitable way, but rather the reinforcement of our offensive capacity against this system of domination and exploitation. Florence Prison, USA: Ted Kaczynski has terminal cancer

Between the late 1970s and mid-1990s, a series of package bombs were sent by the Freedom Club to individuals and targets related to technological development.

It was during its last attack that the group published a manifesto entitled “Industrial Society and its Future“, which was circulated in the press at the time, allowing David Kaczynski to collaborate with the police, recognizing in the style of this writing that of his brother Ted Kaczynski, the only member of the Freedom Club.

Since then, Ted has been sentenced to eight consecutive life sentences, without any possibility of parole. After being in various prisons, he finally arrived at the Maximum Security Administrative and Penitentiary Center (ADMAX), also known as “Supermax,” in Colorado, essentially a concrete tomb.

The warden himself, Robert Hood [Wikipedia, citing newspapers, says that R. Hood was just a guard – never mind; NdAtt.], said, “The maximum security prison is life after death… in the long run it is, in my opinion, much worse than death.” For this reason, many people refer to it as the “Alcatraz or Guantanamo of the Rockies”.

On December 14, 2021, Ted was temporarily transferred to a federal medical facility for testing, which triggered a major police operation in the United States. Some time later, in a letter, Ted himself explained the reasons for the hospital transfer.

“Thank you for your loving letter, with a postmark of December 23, 2021, which I received on January 27, 2022. You conclude your letter with: “Get well soon. There is still work to be done.” You are correct. There is work to do. A lot of work to do. In fact, the work is just beginning. But there’s only so much I can do. I’m not going to “get better soon” – or ever – because I have terminal cancer. I can’t expect to live more than two years, outside, and it’s very possible I’ll die in less than a year, so the work will have to be done by younger people.”

Athens, Greece: Responsibility claim for the burning of the Exarcheia Police Station on 4.2.22

We take responsibility for the burning of the Exarcheia Police Station on 4.2.22. The attack was carried out by a group of comrades who, armed with the weapons of comradeship and organization, defied police state and succeeded in destroying the myth of omnipotence that the police systematically cultivates in this area. We attacked with more than 10 Molotov cocktails at the outpost and the entrance of the police station, driving the cops outside into disorderly flight.

A few words about the incident

The tragic management of the pandemic, the sweeping changes it has brought about and the developments of the period are revealing of what it has brought about to the social base. Inflation, poverty, energy poverty, the daily deaths from COVID-19 which reach 24,000 are the results of capitalist management in order to recover the profitability of capital.

At the same time, the indirect reduction of wages against the government narrative, the ever greater devaluation of the Ε.Σ.Υ. (National Health Service) are increasingly impoverishing the social base. On the other hand, the cynicism of the rulers is reflected in their statements showing how indifferent they are to the lives of the impoverished.

The recent statements of Mitsotakis: “we may have had 16,000 dead but we saved tourism”, the admission of Plevris: “we have no communism and everything that is commanded is paid for” and the reference of Skertzos that it is a luxury to support the Ε.Σ.Υ. , leave no room for doubt.

At the same time, Development Minister Adonis Georgiades announced the end of the pandemic, at the same time that patients continue to die in beds and the medical and nursing staff, being understaffed, is collapsing from the workload. Spain: Legal developments since last public statement on Gabriel Pomba Da Silva (April 2021)

With this communiqué we want to inform about the current legal situation that continues to prevent the release of our anarchist comrade, despite the fact that 2 years have passed since his arrest (we remember illegal). It is evident the will of the executioners in robes to continue kidnapping Gabriel. With any means that their (almost) unlimited powers allow them, they abuse demonstrating their will to continue turning time into a weapon.

The sadness of the legal message (which we use in a synthetic and cold way) becomes strength knowing that our comrade is in very good health and spirits, despite this situation, and despite the discriminatory treatment he has been suffering for months after having refused the anti-Covid “vaccine” (he is not allowed to have vis-a-vis and can only receive visits by telephone). As always, he is investing his time (in his hands, as in ours, time can also become a weapon) reading books, receiving and writing letters, dedicating himself to translations and physical exercises and to freedom projects that we hope will materialize as soon as possible. The communication interception has been retroactively annulled (before last summer the Provincial Court, with a firm sentence, established the “non-dangerousness of the inmate”). In response, the prison took revenge by denying the second permit for “belonging to armed gangs” (the appeal has been dismissed with the excuse of the “remoteness of the date of compliance” -November 2030-, without going into the matter of the unjustified and false accusation of “armed gangs”… note the plural! Until this date of compliance is not modified, it is not possible to ask for another permit – the answer of the supreme court regarding the possibility of recasting to 20 years should have arrived last autumn, but the solicitor responsible for the processing of the appeal did not process it, making us lose 6 months (legal sewers of state part 1). The same court reinstated the appeal and we had to wait another 5 or 6 months at least. Berlin, Germany: Still not loving Ordnungsamt! Car taken out of circulation

Disgusted by the 2G+ ID checks of the remaining scene locations and the usual hollow weekend rituals of Friedrichshain’s Südkiez, we wandered through the night. When we became aware of a vehicle of the enemy, happened what had to happen:

In the night from Saturday 29.1. to Sunday 30.1. the Ordnungsamt patrol in Kreuziger Straße was beaten in, marked and flattened.

Why the Ordnungsamt sucks? They mack on our streets and squares around, attack cyclists, dog lovers and parking violators and are significantly involved in the expulsion of homeless people. There are a thousand reasons.

We have considered whether a letter for this act is needed at all. Because actually it should stand for itself. We are convinced that in this city again and again people spontaneously (or organized) use the nights to break the things that break us. And just do not see the need to publish this or maybe just do not think about it.

However, we have also noticed that this is becoming less and less in these times. Also because the press drives a strategy of concealment and invisibility. The fear that we will see and motivate each other is too great.

We still don’t see the need to publish letters for every action. Nevertheless, we do it, because we are simply happy that this ‘shitty’ Ordnungsamt patrol can no longer drive through our streets for the time being. It doesn’t take much to throw a spanner in the works of the repressive apparatus. And in phases of isolation, when we meet less often to exchange observations, we fall back on communiqués like this one. By the way, the car was on the premises of the local VW dealer for inspection. Volkswagen is a snitchy cop friend the world over.

Montreal (Tio’Tia:Ke): New Disruptive Action in Solidarity with the Wet’suwet’en Targeting Royal Bank of Canada Branches (Again)

On the night of February 6th, 2022 in Montreal (Tio’Tia:Ke), non-Indigenous allies demonstrated their solidarity with the Gidimt’en clan of the Wet’suwet’en Nation. The instigators of this action are responding to a call by Wet’suwet’en hereditary chiefs to #ShutdownCanada in response to the invasion of their territory, the Yintah, by the RCMP for the third consecutive year.

We used many different tactics : smashed windows, glued locks and card readers, and spray-painting #FuckRBC on the interior, so all RBC clients were aware of why their bank has been consistently targeted for the past 5 months.

The Wet’suwet’en people are currently resisting the construction of an oil pipeline by Coastal GasLink, a TransCanada Energy company – which is known in Canada for attempting to build the Energy East pipeline – on their traditional territory. Among other things, the construction of the pipeline puts the Wedzin Kwa River at risk, since the pipeline is planned to pass under it. This river serves as a source of water and fish, and is central to the traditional practices of the Wet’suwet’en people.

These were small and easy actions, and we encourage everyone to get together with their trusted friends and test out all the different ways we can fuck with RBC. Several solidarity actions have indeed taken place in different places across so-called Canada, in the last weeks. The call for solidarity actions is ongoing: “The Gidimt’en Clan invites you to organize demonstrations and actions in your region. It also calls to put pressure on governments, banks and investors […] to make a donation […] and to come to the camp.

When the hours begin to count down to the complete loss of freedom from the teeth of confinement, each moment acquires its own distinct existential meaning. A smile, a touch, the warmth of a comrade’s voice in a cold phone call, the chants outside the interrogation are the flames which burn your heart, reminding you that nothing ends. Battles have casualties. The war itself has casualties. But nothing was given to us, nothing was given to us bloodlessy because we extended our hand. Nothing was won through prayers.

“This inhuman, insidious white of your empty eyes reminds me of the armistice in battle…”

In this life, everything is won through faith and dedication to the field of social antagonism. With consistency in the battles and a relentless tension, a persistence on the offensive horizon. Through my small contribution to the evolution of the class struggle, beyond my contradictions and mistakes, if there is something that characterises me it is social consciousness and the commitment to the revolutionary duty. These are the two things that, on some evenings, become a noose around your neck and do not let you sleep. Screams, sobs, and even silences awaken, and they anger you, they enrage you, they arm you. Responsibility, comrades. We have responsibility. For all those restless nights I feel proud, because all of those nights I chose for my eyes to look at the stars. I remain unyielding, unrepetant, and angrier than ever, because I defend my proud captivity against the dead freedoms of decay.

All my thoughts, love and support remain adamantly on the side of these two people that are imprisoned next to me, giving the most important struggle of all of us. The struggle against the absurdity of repression. As for me, I will remind you that the revolution against tyranny is an account that remains open. And revolutionary violence ought to be a non-negotiable, one-way street.

Comrades, until we meet again on the battlefields, let us not compromise with anything less than everything.

Alimos & Piraeus, Greece: Responsibility claim for attacks in solidarity with the 3 comrades arrested in Thessaloniki

In the early morning of Tuesday 8/2 two people were arrested by the anti-terrorist police in connection with the placing of an explosive device at the entrance of the “Foundation for National and Religious Reflection” in Thessaloniki. During the day one more person was arrested. A case file is formed against them for allegedly forming and joining the “Anarchist Action Organization”.

As a reflexive and minimal sign of solidarity with the persecuted comrades on Wednesday night 9/2 we chose to break 2 ATMs, one of Eurobank in Theomitoros street in Alimos and one of Piraeus in Michalakopoulou street.

We are in an uninterrupted state of war with every power and its defenders and the garbage of the anti-terrorism department should get it through their heads.
