Lille, France: Claim of the arson of a Groupama car

The other night, between Monday and Tuesday, we were raging against this world of cages, private property, exploitation and destruction of the living. So we set fire to a Groupama car, which was lying around on the rue des frères Vaillant in Lille.

Among other insurance company crap, Groupama has joined as a civil party in the trial of the Bure association of criminals. So this burning car was also against CIGEO and the people who defend it.

We learned in the bourgeois press that the fire had spread to 5 other cars in the street. We would like to remind you that our target was the Groupama car and not this collateral fire on private property.

The Voix du Nord (DN: local media scum) takes advantage of this to ask for the installation of video surveillance cameras in the neighborhood and to feed a security discourse. This must please insurance companies like Groupama, who are also actively participating in the construction of a world governed by control, speculation and individualism.

Russia: Radical Resistance 22.03 -29.03.2023

Amur Region

Although authorities did not officially name the cause of the fire in the military registration and enlistment office in the Amur Region’s Svobodny village on 22 March, there is every reason to believe that it was caused by the actions of Amur guerrillas. The fire was extinguished by two fire engines. In September 2022 an attempt to burn the military registration and enlistment office in the village of Svobodny, at that time only the facade was burnt, now the attempt has been more successful.

Yaroslavl

On 23.03. there was a fire at the Yaroslavl motor plant Avtodizel. The plant manufactures engines for the Topol-M missile systems. It is reported that the electrical substation was the first to catch fire, burning transformer oil over an area of 30 square meters. Seven people were rescued by firemen from the burning building, another 218 people were evacuated by the site administration.
Fires at the plant have happened more than once. We have no information about the cause of this fire, but we hope that the production of military equipment was well damaged.

North Ossetia, Ingushetia

On the night of March 27-28, guerrillas attacked the police checkpoint Volga-14 and the police returned fire. The attack took place on the border of the two republics, but in North Ossetia, at the intersection of Nazran – Kantyshevo and Malgobek – Mayskoe roads. It was the first attack in the region in more than three years.

Napoli + Pozzuoli, Italy: Raids on houses of comrades in connection to a 270 bis investigation into attacks in solidarity with revolutionary prisoner Dimitris Koufontinas

On March 28, two houses, one in Napoli and one in Pozzuoli, were raided and four comrades were taken to the police station, in connection with a 270 bis investigation (anti-terrorist association), which was officialized in May 2022 following several house-searches.

Although the investigation is still ongoing, one comrade was placed under preventive arrest, accused of an arson attack against the Greek consulate in 2021. The prosecution contextualizes this attack within the campaign in solidarity with revolutionary Greek prisoner Dimitris Koufontinas, who at the time was on hunger strike.

The comrade has now been taken to the Secondigliano prison and is placed in the AS2 section (high security unit), while the three other comrades were released. According to the case’s files, the timing of the arrest was influenced by the relentless solidarity actions with Alfredo Cospito, an anarchist prisoner currently on hunger strike against the 41 bis regime and life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.

This operation is part of a witch hunt that wants to frame anarchists as a public enemy to be eliminated. In the context of the countless actions in solidarity with Alfredo in Italy and abroad, we clearly see this repressive blow as part of the state’s attempt is to stifle every and any spark of rebellion.

When faced with repression, our solidarity will never stop.

On the night of 31 March we attacked some vehicles of the IREN group with fire, a leading company in Italy in the district heating service, operating in the production and distribution of electricity and technological services. IREN is a young company but with a veteran entrepreneurial posture in line with all the other criminal multinationals such as ENI and Benetton that profit from the destruction and looting of territories around the planet. Partisan ’22: Russia’s Anti-Putin Underground

When Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022, anti-Putin Russian partisans began to launch sabotage operations against Kremlin infrastructure inside their country.

Bashkiria

On March 12, near Karlaman station the electrics in the SFT1 cabinet, responsible for centralization and interlocking of communication systems, were completely burnt out.

Buryatia

On March 14 SFT was destroyed in Buryatia. We have already written about this action, but now it became known that the action took place in Smolensk at the same time.

Smolensk

On March 14, SFT on the newly built route before the entrance to Smolensk region was destroyed. The result was a serious delay of the train with fuel and lubricants.

Rostov-on-Don

On March 16 a huge fire broke out in the building of FSB2 border guard department. The fire was preceded by the sound of an explosion. Governor Golubev claims that the cause of the incident was a short circuit in the electrical wiring inside the building: “The fire spread and caused explosions of containers with fuel and lubricants. The fire spread over an area of 800 square meters and caused the collapse of two walls.

The FSB claims that “the explosion in the garage of the FSB border guard directorate in Rostov-on-Don was caused by combustion of fuel and lubricants.

The 161.RU newspaper reported, citing a source in law enforcement agencies, that a shell exploded in the garage. According to the source, only after that the fire moved on to the fuel.

Eyewitnesses say they first heard a strong explosion, then several weaker ones and only then saw the fire.

On March 16, two relay cabinets on the Zorinsky – Trofimovsky-2 line were set on fire. Two local residents, 42 year old Alexey K. and 55 year old Samvel P. were detained on suspicion of arson.

St. Petersburg

An act of sabotage took place on the night of March 17 on tracks from St. Petersburg to Lomonosov in the territory of Gorelovo district. Guerillas set fire to a relay cabinet, 350 meters away from a petrol station. The burning relay cabinet was seen by an electric train driver on his way from St. Petersburg to Lomonosov. Unfortunately, the guerillas did not manage to open the cabinet, so it was burnt only on the outside and the equipment was not damaged.

It is reported that as of March 17, 3 Z-mobiles have been set on fire in the last two weeks. The cars burned to the ground.

Leipzig, Germany: Repression Can Be Expensive – Fire at Skoda

Last night, we went out and attacked several new cars of a Skoda dealer in East Leipzig with fire as a reaction to the house searches against antifascists last week. In doing so, we surrendered a total of 19 cars to the flames with simple means – 12 of them burned out completely, the rest were heavily damaged. Skoda proudly participates in equipping police units around the world.

On Wednesday, March 15 – of all days on the international day against police violence – the police stormed 5 apartments of antifascists in Jena and 3 in Leipzig with machine guns at the ready. In the same afternoon, a special task force attacked an entire house on the Eichendorffstraße in Connewitz and even shot(!) several doors open. As background, they named the attacks on neo-Nazis around an international fascist meeting in Budapest in February. Also in Karlsruhe, a house search took place, in which the pigs also proceeded with extreme brutality, background here were the protests against the AfD state party conference in Offenburg.

We were inspired by the call to react to every further wave of raids with plenty of damage to property as well as the practical proposals of the companions, who had already decided on an offensive reaction after the last wave of house searches in Leipzig, and we have already started – so that many more actions may follow!

We have chosen Skoda as a target, because they have been involved in equipping repressive organs all over the world for decades – be it in France, where the flics (cops) are currently trying to put down the social revolt raging there with full force, or in Italy, where the anarchist Alfredo Cospito is currently wrestling with death. With this action, we want to send him and all fighting companions flaming greetings of solidarity.

We are already looking forward to coming together with you militantly on Day-X in the Antifa Ost (Antifa East Germany) proceedings and to collectively oppose the current wave of repression. In case administration, cops or courts think about authoritarian measures against the demo like bans again, they should be clear: This time we are prepared, and it will be really expensive!

Voronezh

On 15.02. trains on the Lipetsk line “changed the schedule” at night. The reason – partisans destroyed signalling systems units.

Moscow region .

On February 16, 02 in Yuzhnoe Chertanovo several guerrillas smashed the windows of a Mercedes car with Z-symbols parked in the yard, cut the car up, presumably with an axe, and poured blue paint over the interior.

No one was detained as a result of the action.

Krymsk .

On February 16, the small town of the military airbase in Krymsk was without communication. Guerrillas destroyed the mobile and Internet communications station in the area. Expensive equipment was burned down.

Kaliningrad

On 18.02 eight young guerrillas, all between 15-17 years old, set fire to a relay cabinet, which resulted in a standstill on the railroad.

Unfortunately, all the participants were detained by the police. A criminal case has been opened for intentional destruction or damage to property. The authorities claim that the group was led by 15-year-old Ruslan and that the young guerrillas were acting “on orders from Ukraine”. Such statements by the authorities are made quite often, especially when it comes to very young or very old partisans or people belonging to the lower social strata. What is behind such claims in each particular case, and whether anything is worthwhile at all, we are likely to find out only when the Russian regime is destroyed.

Irkutsk Region

On 18.02 an unknown person tried to set fire to the administration building in Bokhan. Unfortunately, the administration building of the settlement did not burn down, as it was made of brick and lined with metal siding. The attempted arson was noticed by a security guard when he was watching the video surveillance cameras. He called the police, and forensics gathered the remaining evidence. Looking for the arsonist

Cherkessk

On 20.02, unknown offenders tracked down Arbitration Court judge Salpogarov and deputy head of the Treasury of the Russian Federation Elpakanov by car, attacked them with bats, threw them on the ground and beat them up. Elkanov was taken in a serious condition to the hospital. Salpagarov “received less serious injuries.”
The attackers are being sought and hopefully they will not be found.

Atlanta, USA: Forest defenders destroy police outpost

On March 5th hundreds of forest defenders in Atlanta succeeded in destroying a police surveillance outpost at the proposed site of “Cop City.”

Defenders marched down a powerline clearing towards police set up doing surveillance by the forested site of the proposed urban warfare campus. This marked the biggest march in the forest thus far.

The scene unfolded by Intrenchment Creek and the Old Prison Farm/proposed “Cop City” site in DeKalb County just outside Atlanta – thousands had flocked to the ongoing Week of Action after police shot and killed a forest defender here in January.

Forest defenders overran the police surveillance outpost. Police retreated after crowd arrived at barbed wire fence and shot fireworks into the area.

Defenders smashed and destroyed the outpost’s remains, despite helicopter presence and sirens ringing in the distance. A security light post, police vehicle, and construction infrastructure were set on fire.

The proposed development of “Cop City” is a massive urban warfare training site to hone police ability to target and violently suppress black and brown populations in the US.

Oakland, USA: Police Vehicle Becomes Target for Arsonists

Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor Sabotaged in Downtown Oakland

Saturday, February 11th 2023 during the early morning between 1 and 3 am.
The war against the police continues in the East Bay. One Oakland Police cruiser was sabotaged in the Police Administration building parking lot, resulting in it being towed. An accomplice looked out for oncoming traffic and returning police vehicles, while the other approached the lot from the opposite direction.

Officers lazily patrolling the area were easily clocked. There was plenty of time to open the gas cap, which was unlocked to our surprise. Torn cloth soaked in lighter fluid and isopropyl alcohol was stuffed into the gas tank. It stayed lit and ignited the rest of the gas inside, causing it to burn while cops in their SUVs watched and waited for the fire department to come. This took roughly 10-15 minutes while cops sat on their asses, afraid to approach the car.
