I take responsibility for the arson attack on a patrol car of the police of the city of Buenos Aires in front of the 41st Police Station located at the corner of Cesar Diaz and Bufano. The attack was carried out in the early hours of Tuesday, November 22, 2002.

It all started in the early hours of Tuesday 22 November 2022 in Athens, Greece. In a massive operation, police special forces and squads of riot policemen invade one of the buildings of the Community of Squatted Prosfygika, break down the door of a flat and snatch two people. One of them is being accused of attacks against capitalist targets.* The operation ends and the police withdraws from the building.
Ten hours later, at about 17:00, and for no apparent reason, a massive police attack is being unleashed against two of the buildings where many people have gathered in solidarity to the community of Squatted Prosfygika, an array of 8 buildings built in the 1930s to house refugees following the “Asia Minor Disaster”.
Following the battle that ensued, scores of cops invaded the community and arrested 79 residents and people in solidarity, despite the fact that they initiated an attack with no other purpose than the attack itself, charging the arrestees with all sorts of misdemeanours for resisting their unprovoked attack. Amongst those arrested, there were even minors, a mother with her child, a pregnant woman, an accredited photo journalist and a lawyer. Vladivostok
On November 16, a colonel, Vadim Boiko, who worked with the mobilized, was found shot dead in his own office.
Eyewitnesses heard five shots. The first one to run into the office was the duty officer, who saw the body of the colonel with gunshot wounds to the chest. Forensics found five casings and four Makarov pistols. No suicide note was found.
Colonel Vadim Boyko was deputy head of the Pacific Higher Naval School, head of the technical support department.
Rostov-on-Don
November 17. During one night, an unknown guerrilla attacker damaged eight police cars in the Zheleznozhozhny district. All cars had their windows broken.
Novosibirsk
On 18 November in Novosibirsk anarchists destroyed an outdoor surveillance camera.
Moscow
On November 21 a warehouse of Ministry of Internal Affairs burst into flames at Moscow-Leningradskaya station. The warehouse was 10 meters away from the building of MIA. When the fire began to spread, the employees themselves fled, but there was enormous material damage: dozens of printers and scanners, 50 chairs, 20 armchairs, 10 tables and two air conditioners (and also a whole sports simulator and a bunch of gloves with masks) were burned. A criminal case has been opened.
Grozny
On November 21 a daredevil attacked a police inspector with a knife while he was performing prayers. The partisan attacked him from behind while the servant of the regime was ablution and stabbed him to Allah.
The assailant thus seized the policeman’s service weapon, but was unable to use it because he was shot dead by the killer’s colleagues. The murder of the assailant was reported by Ramzan Kadyrov himself. It is reported that the identity of the assailant has not been established, and that he most probably acted alone.
This is not the first attack on police officers in Grozny. Specifically, on December 28, 2020, two policemen were attacked by indviduals in the center of the city, armed with knives and tried to seize their weapons. As a result of the attack, one policeman died and another was wounded and hospitalized. Both attackers were killed.
On December 17, 2020. The Investigative Committee opened another criminal case over an attack on police officers in the Kurchaloysky district of Chechnya. According to preliminary data of the investigation, the attack happened around 1 a.m. on December 17 after two men in a VAZ-2114 car refused to stop on demand of policemen. Tomsk
On October 13 in the evening in Tomsk there was an attempt of arson in military registration and enlistment office building on Moskovsky highway. Firefighters and a police squad arrived on the scene in the evening. Any details of the action were withheld by the authorities.
Cherkessk
On the night of October 15, the military registration and enlistment office in the capital of Karachay-Cherkessia Republic caught fire. A video shows that the fire engulfed the first floor and the facade of the building. There are no details about the extent of the damage to the military registration and enlistment office. It is reported that this is an old military registration and enlistment office building, currently unused.
Buryatia
17 October. In Mukhorshibir village in Buryatia at night an unknown guerilla attacked the military enlistment office in the village. He threw a Molotov cocktail on the roof of the building, but the fire only covered 2 square meters of the facade and did not penetrate inside. The fire was noticed by a security guard and extinguished.
Revolt in the Army
Details of the shooting at the shooting range in Belgorod region on October 15 are gradually emerging. Three soldiers – a Daghestani, an Azerbaijani and an Adygean – said that “this is not our war” and tried to write a report saying that they did not want to serve any more. The target of the attack was Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Lapin, the head of the training ground, who stated that “this is a holy war,” and then made an insulting remark about the Muslim faith. An hour and a half after the verbal conflict, the servicemen went to the firing range, where the three soldiers involved in the argument took their weapons with live ammunition, asked the Muslims to move away from Lapin, and began firing. The shooters were two or three citizens of Tajikistan, one of them might have been mobilized by force or tricked, he was a migrant worker and had never expressed a desire to go to war and then suddenly disappeared. Just as the sun cannot set from the sunrise, the police forces cannot be on campus. We take responsibility for the Molotov cocktail attack on the platoons at the main entrance of the university in the early morning hours of Saturday, October 1. We took advantage of the advantage provided by the terrain morphology of the field and having an altitudinal superiority we ran the two MAT platoons into flight towards the Egnatia road. With a simple tactical move, which requires excellent timing and discipline, we took them by surprise as they did not notice us until they saw the light of the flame. As soon as we got within range they shouted in panic “COME ON!”, dropping their helmets and shields back. We retreated calmly and without a chase, leaving the platoons to seek their honor among the still burning flames.

Watching the domestic news of the last few months, one will see that despite the social reactions that have developed, the isolation and suppression of the antagonistic movement as well as the imposition of unprecedented social control measures remains a key objective of the Greek state. The gentrification of Exarcheia includes the construction of a metro station in the square, the redevelopment-privatisation of the Strefi Hill and the blocking of access to the Polytechnic and aims to uproot the revolutionary tradition of the area. Similarly, the installation of MAT platoons and all kinds of cops inside the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki aims to sterilize the university premises from any voice of opposition to the bosses. But beyond hitting the movements, the hiring of thousands of new cops, the millions given to equip the police and their constant presence in the public arena on every occasion set the tone of the new social contract. And all this at a time when society is being impoverished anew, with precision pushing those from below to the limits of survival. In a nutshell as Petsas arrogantly informed us adaptation (to capitalist and state dictates) or death.
The effort by the current government to restructure the education system and especially the universities begins the very next day after its election with the abolition of the university asylum. Their pretext was to crack down on lawlessness and instil a sense of security. This was followed by the passing of Law 4777 in the midst of quarantine to avoid major social reactions. It was 6.30am, this 10 october monday, in Thouars city hall backyard (department Deux Sèvres), when a maintenance worker heard crackin noises. And noticed someone escaping. In the night, he saw flames devouring a vehicle. Firepeople quickly intervene : 31 firepeople are engaged and a fire hose is used. The calcined corpse is the one of the second intervention vehicle from municipal police.
This monday morning, the staff of the town hall is appalled. Firepeople limited the spread of flames to the wood parts of a reprography office, located in an annex building of Thouars town hall. A computer has also been damaged and the office will be unusable for some times. Upper floor windows, which is the temporary local of the municipal police, are also heavily damaged. The investigation was taken by the national police.

On Thursday 6 October 2022 we carried out an incendiary attack with Molotov cocktails on a passing MAT (riot police) convoy in Kaisariani. In his panic to escape, the cop driving it drove into bystander cars on the road.
We live in the era of constant and generalized war. Every declaration of war is accompanied by a corresponding invocation of the Crisis. Financial, fiscal, health, energy, food, climate… This spectacular ritual of the state apparatus is the prologue to every old and modern war manual: every war operation presupposes the imposition of discipline and rallying at the rear through the spread of fear towards the enemies of the day. A state of permanent emergency to which we tend to become addicted.
In a collapsing world, the Dominion holds on to its monopoly of producing mass insecurity by tooth and nail. If the dangers and threats invoked by those above are increasing in numbers, the orders and commands directed downwards show a clear geometric progression. This is the balance of the violent restructuring of our life, the new social contract of modern totalitarianism. Or in the words of Petsas1 “adaptation or death”. Social experience can translate these words without equivocation. Memorandum or bankruptcy. Mass incarceration or collapse of the ΕΣΥ (National Health Service). Graveyard silence or beatings and fines. Compulsory vaccinations or redundancies. Preventative power cuts or general black outs. And the list may soon stretch to the light bulb switch or supermarket receipt.
The realm of fear and insecurity is the baptism font of the new form of the State and its Violence. The modern capitalist world breeds only police. Police of thought and attitudes, police of norms and culture, police overt and covert, police with shields and automatic weapons, police of crowd management and police of surgical operations, police in the suburbs and in the city centres, police who demand identity cards, passports and health certificates, police who beat, charge and execute, police who sometimes resemble an ideological army and sometimes a fascist battalion. Police of every kind, in every place, in every spot on the map, with multiple jurisdictions and no barriers. The present social system cannot mitigate social inequalities, because it generates them and is built on them. It cannot eliminate wars, because it breeds wars and feeds on them. It does not care about the ecological destruction of the planet it creates.
The current social system, which has profit as its religion and ideology, is responsible for the thousands killed in labor “accidents”, the thousands of dead migrants at the borders, the millions killed by wars, hunger, water shortages.
The primary violence of Capital, the violence of exploitation, the violence of the oppressors aimed at maintaining and increasing social inequalities, the blatant contempt for the lives of the people of our Class, must be crushed.
The violence of the State and Capital is terrorizing the social base. The violence of the repressive mechanisms, the violence of poverty and unemployment, alienation, apathy and alienation.
The repressive mechanisms of the State are, especially at this juncture, the vanguard of a peculiar democratic junta that is shredding every notion of freedom and justice. It strikes at every voice of protest and resistance. The constant upgrading of the State’s legal arsenal, with the passing of ongoing and new decrees that shrink individual freedoms and collective acquis, aims to criminalize the traditional forms of resistance of the class/contest movement (demonstration, strike). At the same time, it creates conditions of preventive counter-insurgency until the final surrender of the (antagonistic movement) to the appetites of the employers, the fascists, the repressive mechanisms. The permanent bans on even the most peaceful means of protest and questioning and the crushing of those who strongly and stubbornly resist this condition is a breakthrough for the post-independence period.
The ongoing repressive attacks against striking workers, the permanent occupying police army at the universities and in the neighbourhood of Exarcheia, the unyielding attitude of the government towards the last means of struggle of political prisoners (such as the hunger strike), the constant impunity of uniformed murderers and torturers and their rewarding by the media (see the murder of Sampanis), reveal the extreme intensification of the repressive policy implemented by the modern neoliberal/police state. In the early morning of September 12, at 2:40 a.m., we placed an incendiary device composed of four half-liter plastic bottles with gasoline, tied with adhesive tape, which were set on fire by means of a wick that we assembled with 5 matches and 3 incenses tied with rubber bands.
We placed this rudimentary device behind one of the front wheels to ensure that the main damage was in the engine area.
Although all of their cars are incendiary, the choice of a Special Anti-Violence Force van is not random. There is no exception, every police force is the enemy and we don’t buy their song and dance about fighting against gender violence. The patriarchy will fall when the last stone of this prison society falls. We abhor their gendered capitalism. We abhor its State spawn forced on unfathomable differences to satisfy the needs of post-colonial oligarchies. We do not demand anything from the institutions, we do not want any police in our neighborhoods and communities with the story of women’s security. You, murderous cops, are the phallus (now scorched) of patriarchy!
