Berlin, Germany: Still not loving Ordnungsamt! Car taken out of circulation

Disgusted by the 2G+ ID checks of the remaining scene locations and the usual hollow weekend rituals of Friedrichshain’s Südkiez, we wandered through the night. When we became aware of a vehicle of the enemy, happened what had to happen:

In the night from Saturday 29.1. to Sunday 30.1. the Ordnungsamt patrol in Kreuziger Straße was beaten in, marked and flattened.

Why the Ordnungsamt sucks? They mack on our streets and squares around, attack cyclists, dog lovers and parking violators and are significantly involved in the expulsion of homeless people. There are a thousand reasons.

We have considered whether a letter for this act is needed at all. Because actually it should stand for itself. We are convinced that in this city again and again people spontaneously (or organized) use the nights to break the things that break us. And just do not see the need to publish this or maybe just do not think about it.

However, we have also noticed that this is becoming less and less in these times. Also because the press drives a strategy of concealment and invisibility. The fear that we will see and motivate each other is too great.

We still don’t see the need to publish letters for every action. Nevertheless, we do it, because we are simply happy that this ‘shitty’ Ordnungsamt patrol can no longer drive through our streets for the time being. It doesn’t take much to throw a spanner in the works of the repressive apparatus. And in phases of isolation, when we meet less often to exchange observations, we fall back on communiqués like this one. By the way, the car was on the premises of the local VW dealer for inspection. Volkswagen is a snitchy cop friend the world over.

Leipzig, Germany: Parts for electric cars are scarce – let’s stop the cars of the city police!

In order to break our political stagnation, due to the Coronavirus epidemic, we went out on the night of January 24th.
We decided to set fire to several vehicles of the municipal police – parked in the parking lot of the city hall, in Ossietzky street*.

We wanted to oppose the arming of the control and repression organs, which is linked to the pandemic situation.

If we look at the last years, we see a significant strengthening of the municipal police force.

The tightening of the police laws and the continuing crisis due to the pandemic are giving (have given) them more and more competences. We can see how they are “policing”. In an increasingly authoritarian and violent way.

It is the municipal police who impose violence when we have to be restricted in our so-called free time, outside of work.

Because the measures taken to curb the pandemic are intended to forcibly maintain our ability to work and to deprive us of our social freedoms.

You will always try to restrict our freedom of movement, especially at night, or to close down meeting places, rather than factories or office floors. But we will always find ways to oppose you, no matter how difficult it is. On October 23 last year**, you managed to ban our demonstration. The city was cordoned off by the cops in a military way, that day our room for maneuvering was limited, the direct truncheon in the face would have probably been the consequence in many situations. In the years to come we will be confronted with such bans again and again.

You can ban our demonstrations and control the areas where you expect us on those days. But we remain “Autonomous. Resistant. Irreducible”.

If you take us away during the day, we’ll fall back on the night.

People who will still do it!
Until you lay down your weapons and open the way for a new emancipatory beginning!

Leipzig, Germany: Vonovia offices attacked in solidarity with Biologico!

Vonovia has perfected the capitalist exploitation of the basic human need for shelter: apart from outrageously high rents, the company utilizes an endless list of inhumane practices to exploit and terrorize their renters (e.g. systematic fraud in additional costs, general refusal of maintenance, as well as extortion of drastic increases in rent via “modernisations”). Through all of this Vonovia is rapidly advancing gentrification and the housing shortage. Especially in the east of Leipzig this displacement has become increasingly obvious, in hardly any other part of the city the rent is increasing as quickly. Vonovia plays one but not the sole part in profiting massively from this development and in actively advancing it. Our actions are part of the diverse resistance against the so-called ‘valorization’ of neighbourhoods and the displacement of their residents. Militant attacks are one of many means in this fight, they are legitimate and necessary. Direct economic damage drags the ones responsible into the lime light and decreases their profits. But we must not stop there. Let’s work together in many different ways to achieve a city where living together in solidarity is prioritized over the profits of big real estate companies. Let’s create vivd and rebellious neighbourhoods and let’s find ways to connect the various fights against gentrification!

Let’s also not forget about our comrades and friends in other parts of the world. Their struggles are our struggles. The squat “Biologico” in Thessaloniki has been evicted in december of last year. This squat served as a place where social struggles were united with the fights of students and where resistance against valorization and displacement was organized. In their call to action they write: “This one week should serve as another chance for fighters, individuals and groups in Greece, Europe and the whole world to show their solidarity with the squat Biologico which has existed for 34 years and is now at risk of eviction. They should do so with any means necessary and in any way which seems useful. Each eviction has its price. Be prepared, be cautious, solidarity is our weapon.”

We hope seeing the broken windows in Vonovia’s offices brings a smile to the faces of some renters suffering under this company’s harassment.

Berlin, Germany: Ruin of a Securitas patrol car

Biologico is an occupation that existed for 34 years in the largest university in Thessaloniki and was evicted New Year’s Eve. There was a call for an international Action Week from 10 – 17.01! We are happy to answer this call, because we also see the city as a field of conflict and recognize the need to create and defend liberated spaces.

Last night (14/15 January) a vehicle of the company Securitas was destroyed in solidarity with the evicted Biologico. We found it in Berlin-Friedrichshain in Zelle Street, the company logo with an (A) and the name of Biologico was sprayed, all tires were slashed and all windows were smashed. So this patrol can rest for now in the workshop instead of participating in the daily manhunt.

The eviction represents the increasing authoritarian control of the Greek government over the universities. The government wants to create an educational environment free of contradictions, where there is no room for self-organization, through surveillance and the permanent stationing of cops in the universities in the future. Therefore, authoritarian surveillance must be smashed, whether by fascist states or by “security” companies!

Securitas is a company with a long tradition of guarding prisons, borders, public space, controls in means of transport, suppression of migration and defense of the elites. Active also in collaboration with the Turkish dictator Erdogan, Securitas has long been under attack worldwide.

Wuppertal, Germany: Sodexo transporter immobilized

“It is companies like Spie, WISAG, Massak, Sodexo […] that keep state rule alive through their pandering.”

In the darkness of 03.01. we slashed the tires of a Sodexo company car in Espenstraße in Wuppertal and dumped an oily liquid into the air vents.

Sodexo is one of the profiteers of the prison industry.

Since the privatization of the British justice system, the French company has been running five prisons in Great Britain with over 5000 inmates under its own responsibility. In other countries, such as France and Chile, services are provided by Sodexo in sections of various prisons. Sodexo supplies prisons with completely overpriced food and keeps the supply as low as possible, so that prisoners have no choice but to spend their little money for the profit of this company.

Already at the beginning of 2015, a letter of confession after an action against Sodexo in Berlin stated:
“On the other hand, Sodexo is blacklisted in Belgium for its involvement in deportation prisons and provides services to deportation camps in Germany. The company belongs to the Zehnacker Group, which presents itself as follows:

“As a partner of armed forces, we accompany them to their areas of operation at home and abroad. Our mission is to provide a better quality of life for both the troops and their leadership. Bremen, Germany: The enemies of freedom are ours! Offices of the arms company OHB System AG in flames

We usher in the new year with restless nights for Marco R. Fuchs and his billion-dollar space and defense company Orbitale Hochtechnologie Bremen (OHB System AG). With hammers, we smashed several windows of a building of OHB and then set the offices on fire.

The damage to the company’s image is certain. Happy new fear!

OHB System AG is considered a respected space and high technology company. Since the 1950s, OHB has mainly been building satellite-based systems used for military interests. Due to direct orders from the German Armed Forces, OHB can no longer even attempt the fig leaf of dual-use, i.e. using its satellites for both civilian and military purposes. OHB is an armaments group.

Defense groups are crisis winners: Despite the pandemic, OHB is not only visibly expanding by means of new buildings in the Bremen Technology Park, but is also tapping into the US market. Nuremberg, Germany: Two transmission towers set on fire of the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office

On the night of Dec. 13, we set fire to two transmission towers of the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office in Nuremberg.

There are countless reasons to hate and attack the police.

The original task of the police is to maintain the social status quo. That is, police officers are paid to maintain an exploitative, racist, sexist economic and social system based on the exclusion of minorities. Their job is to defend the profit and supremacy of those powerful in this system against any attempt at change towards justice, equality, redistribution or environmental sustainability.

The police therefore share the ideology of inequality, in which FLINTA (Frauen (women), Lesbian, Intersex, Nonbinary, Transgender, and Agender), migrants, the poor or people with disabilities are worth less and can be systematically denied access to fundamental rights and equality. The police, by its very basic mandate, is necessarily to be located conservatively and politically on the right.

The police are ascribed, medially, politically and legally, a neutrality and expertise that never existed, which is supposed to enable them to objectively report on events or evaluate situations. In fact, it is a political actor that openly acts against its own enemy images (people who show deviant behavior or strive for social change and migrants) and is still granted interpretive sovereignty over its attacks.

In order to maintain the relations of domination, it is of enormous importance for the profiteers of capitalism, which is why the police are given more and more powers and means to use violence. It receives new weapons like tasers (NRW) or tanks and hand grenades (Bavaria) to use against its enemies. According to their own preferences, the police prohibit demonstrations or have events such as soccer matches postponed, arbitrarily take people into custody, or search and vandalize homes. Berlin, Germany: Giorgos was murdered! No cooperation with cops

On November 1st, Giorgos Zantiotis, was murdered in police custody in Wuppertal.
This is one of many deaths at the hands of the police.
We consider anyone who collaborates with this authoritarian and murdeous institution to be an acomplice.
We will not let Giorgos death unanswered. That is why tonight we attacked the advertisment company Glow (Gitschiner Str. 61), which does legimate the cops with their propaganda, and the BWK (Cuvrystr. 34), which offers courses for wannabe cops.
We will not let the police and their acomplices continue to claim innocent victims.
We will not rest until the police ceases to exist.
Cops, pigs, liars, murderers.

Bremen, Germany: Incendiary devices against a Frontex collaborator

Attack on the arms company and Frontex OHB supplier in Bremen

Last night 24/11/21, we attacked the arms company OHB SE on the Manfred-Fuchs square in the industrial park of the university of Bremen and set several cars on fire.
OHB SE is one of the biggest players in the field of aeronautics and aerospace with its headquarters in Bremen, but it makes its money on the deaths with which the federal army and Frontex pave their way. In 2001, OHB became one of the biggest players in the satellite and aerospace sector when it won a contract worth more than 320 million euros with the German army ‘for the development, construction, launch and operation of the SAR-Lupe radar reconnaissance system’. This was to enable the German army to obtain information through autonomous military espionage, independent of weather conditions.
In 2008, the Federal Army officially received the satellite system. OHB itself stated: ‘With SAR-Lupe, OHB has succeeded for the first time in running a satellite program as the main contractor. In doing so, the company developed and built the satellite system and is jointly responsible with the Federal Armed Forces for its operation. OHB is thus not only a supplier to the Federal Army, but also actively participates in the German warfare and surveillance machine. In 2013, the German Army again placed an order with OHB for the development and construction of the SARah tracking system. This was and is to be used by the German army exclusively for military purposes.

The German army has had an unbroken tradition of killing since the beginning of its existence. Even today, hardly a week goes by without a right-wing extremist network being uncovered in the Federal Army or tons of ammunition disappearing, only to resurface in precisely these networks. The OHB not only provides the German army with the instruments it needs to commit murder, but also actively participates in this process itself.
But that’s not all; both SAR-Lupe and SARah data have been and are being passed on to Frontex. Frontex uses the data from the German surveillance satellites, as well as from the “earth observation program” COPERNICUS, to monitor potential routes of passage, groups of people on the routes of exile, as well as the boats they use to cross the seas and flee the war and terror that Europe exports to their countries of origin, all in order to eventually attack them. Bremen, Germany: Against the borders of Europe! Army vehicles should burn (again and again)!

Sometimes it almost seems that the slogans of the radical left are outdated. Sometimes it seems as if the idea of a world without war is no longer in fashion. War is accepted with a shrug, as a realistic option. Sometimes it seems that all these military operations “without alternative” have put us to sleep. Sometimes. Encouraged by the attack on the arms company OHB in Bremen in November, we decided to fight the war here. That’s why in the early morning of December 7th we set fire to a fleet of army vehicles in the Neustadt district of Bremen – in the parking lot of the company MAN, which profits from the war.

As the old slogan says: what burns in Germany cannot cause damage elsewhere.

Twenty years of Afghanistan have shown us not only in a very banal way, but also in a very brutal way: war is shit, war brings nothing but suffering, destruction and death for many people, and huge profits for a few. Twenty years of war in Afghanistan, during which countless civilians have lost their lives. In addition there are all the dead who, while fleeing this murderous war, lost their lives on the way to a supposedly safe Europe. Drowned in the Mediterranean.
