Athens, Greece: Acquittal of comrade Kostas K
With a significant presence of comrades continued and was completed today the trial of our comrade Kostas K, for the 2007 attack on the vehicles of Minister Voulgarakis (until recently the Minister of Public Protection and with a recent transfer to the Ministry of Culture) and his entourage.
Despite the prosecution’s conviction, the comrade was acquitted by a vote of 5-2 (with the acquittal votes of the four jurors and the president).
Another episode of this ill-conceived hoax of dna excuses ended up in the trash bin, not even convincing those who fabricate them: the monkeys of state security and anti-terrorism.
No comrade is ever alone in the face of the state’s methods.

Athens, Greece: On the first day of the trial of comrade Kostas K. Second hearing today 14th February

The trial of Kostas K for the attack on the vehicles of Minister Voulgarakis and his police escort in July 2007 started on 18 January at the Mixed Jury, with the significant presence of comrades and women.
The proceedings started with the testimonies of cops (state security, Voulgarakis’ guard, the ministerial guard). Despite the fact that one of the subpoenaed cops (Voulgarakis’ personal bodyguard who had opened fire on the comrades who had carried out the attack) was not present, the testimonies of the prosecution witnesses were completed in an orderly manner, more deconstructing the indictment than adding anything to it.
Next came the defence witnesses: a biologist who thoroughly demonstrated the inconsistencies and inadequacy of the prosecution’s case, which has dna as its sole “evidence”, and a comrade-sister of Kostas K.
And while the comrade was preparing to apologize, the prosecutor practically interrupted the proceedings, calling for the forcible bringing in of the last cop witness to testify, hoping that in him the last lifeline could be found, in order to save the deconstructed indictment.
The next hearing set for February 14 (9am) will begin with the cop’s testimony, if he eventually attends. This will be followed by the “apology” of comrade Kostas K

$hile: Text by Juan Flores from “La Gonzalina” prison, in Rancagua

Each step, decision and even mistake have been lessons learned, never regretted or part of something that is posed as absolute that can disregard or belittle the courage of so many comrades through the centuries of struggle against the power of which I consider myself a continuity, without exalting always questioning even the steps themselves.
I continue to firmly consolidate the certainties of our infinite negating capacities, their potential to break with isolation, norms, logics, power in all its amplitude, in the daily and clandestine in anti-authoritarian complicity. For this there are no absolute truths or manuals that can more than our yearnings for freedom, dignity and rebellion, for many the anti-authoritarian struggle seems to be extinguished to many would accommodate them, for our pleasure and their concern will continue to exist, breaking with the indifference of their society of death and misery, solidarity becomes a weapon of struggle, every cry, gesture and action feed our convictions and yearnings becoming an impulse to continue responding to every blow, persecutions, aggressions, isolations. We will put forward our attitude without turning back … indifference in the face of reality is not our option.
In this place, ideas are not abandoned, nothing ends. Today, while the states seek to bury our lives in prison with legal tricks such as the modification of January 2019 to DL 321 that regulates access to parole, regimes such as 41 bis in Italy, Fies in Spain, the renewed high security prison in Chile that promises to be a tomb for refractory soon to be reopened and all attempts to exterminate us democratically, in silence and with the complicity of all those who need and legitimize the prison. From that almost invisible character, owners and masters of the world or the judge and prosecutor who for their slice of power will bury us with laws and years to the miserable henchman who lives at will imprisoned to bury lives, passivity or legitimization of the majorities. In this scenario already known by all I want to give my complicity, respect and affection to Alfredo cospito brother of deep convictions who has made his life a war willing to keep it until its end.
Solidarity/Act so that our enemies cannot bury our lives with the normality they desire and impose. When your body becomes your last weapon of struggle… indifference and lightness cannot be an option, not for anarchists, anti-authoritarians and those who determine themselves as real deniers of power. All my complicity with all those indomitable captives who without looking back defend themselves with tooth and claw… solidarity with the prisoners on hunger strike in Italy, Greece, France, Israel and Turkey.

Heraklion, Crete, Greece: Arson Attack Against the Tax Office
In the morning of 20/12/22 it was announced on the radio that early in the morning a huge fire broke out in the Heraklion Tax Office following an arson attack. After several hours the fire brigade managed to extinguish the fire but the damage to the logistical infrastructure and the building is estimated at tens of thousands of euros.
You who are reading these lines, stop for a moment and ask yourself if your life is a life worth living as a human being. If the answer is no, then you ought to seek out those responsible for dictating your life and undermining your dignity. Evictions of first home owners at the crack of dawn, with armed forces of cops carrying out the vile entreaties of their bosses, taxes, sky-high rents, inflated electricity bills, food and fuel shortages, meagre wages, uninsured work, half pay and bonuses that get returned to the hands of the bosses, cut pensions and a broken health care system. All of this adds up to a suffocating daily life in which you have no time to live.
There are many voices of reaction and more, but all kinds of exploiters make sure to silence and suppress them as much as they can. Whether it is the upgrading of the penal code, the law on “football supporter violence”, cameras everywhere, entry/exit barriers on public transport and in schools, the ban on strikes and demonstrations, terror laws, inspections, fines, thugs, raids, threats, beatings, staged trials, detentions, punitive sentences, deportations of immigrants, torture, murders and much more. Athens, Greece: Responsibility claim for breaking of windows at a store of Sklavenitis & the town hall in Kaisariani
On Friday 13/01 we chose to attack the store of Sklavenitis and the town hall in Kaisariani causing material damage to the facades of the buildings.
The bloodthirsty bosses are transferring the crisis of capital onto the shoulders of our class. The more they oppress us, the richer they get. The bleeding of our lives, working every day in miserable conditions and not knowing if we will make it through the month with rents, electricity, water and supermarket prices skyrocketing, fills us with rage.
The state sends its minions to murder Roma for 20 euros and evict us from our homes for debts of a few hundred euros. The same, following in the footsteps of other European countries, is passing the new prison code, which makes the lives of prisoners even more miserable. At the same time we see that the resistance of the prisoners to this policy is being fought by the state with revengeful transfers, such as those of Th. Chatziangelou and K. Dimalexis. The state apparatus is heading towards murder and aims at the extermination of the comrades. Their apparent indifference to Th. Chatziangelou, who was on hunger and thirst strike since 19/12, while now (on the day of writing) he continues his hunger strike, was only a choice of theirs. His fraudulent transfer to the Korydallos hospital does not fool us and we know that it is a tactic for our complacency and not a retreat.
The attempt to silence and weaken insurrectionary, anti-authoritarian movements is a standard tactic of the state. Our response must be forceful and unyielding. We will not allow ourselves to be oppressed and robbed of our lives for the self-preservation of states and capital that work against us.

Volos, Greece: Responsibility claim for an attack on ATMs, cops and OPKE in memory of Vassilis Maggos

“Cops, judges, politicians have no reason to sleep soundly.” G. Michaelides
In the early hours of Saturday morning, we headed to the Eurobank bank at the junction of El.Venizelos and Iasonos streets, where 2 ATM machines were broken and then an attack was carried out on a police car and a vehicle of the OPKE, who arrived at the scene, by throwing empty bottles and stones. The above actions were taken as an act of vigilante action. We have no illusions, nor do we expect any vindication from the judicial organs of the state apparatus in the upcoming trial of the cops-torturers of Vassilis Maggos. It is time for fear to change sides. With this act we call for a generalization of the confrontational actions of the anti-authoritarian space in memory of Vassilis. We carve our confrontational path alone against rulers and their cover-up.

Hunger Strike of Anarchists and Fighting Prisoners in Solidarity with Alfredo Cospito
The 41-bis prison regime is the completion of the prison structure into a masqueraded death sentence. The execution, in this case, does not end in one moment, like with a gunshot, the tightening of the noose, the application of electrical current or the injection of poison into the body, rather it lasts a lifetime in a state of social coma, in a state of non-world. And so, spread through time. Out of this world, the death sentence has evaded history, just like the state pursues oblivion for all the prisoners of the social war who are buried alive in the state of 41-bis. The 41-bis regime has already murdered one fighter, Diana Blefari Melazzi.
The 41-bis regime and the law about “massacre” are the legacy of the european counter-revolution from the time of Piazza Fontana (Strage di piazza Fontana). This civil war never ended. The states, and particularly the Italian one, carry on the counter-revolution so that the flame may never flare up again. All the systems follow, step by step, the examples first introduced as special warfare, e.g. the white cells of West Germany, the F-type prisons in Turkey and the FIES prisons in Spain to the Type-C prisons in Greece or the new high security prison system A.A.; the still active Hitler-inspired law about indefinite extension of one’s sentence on “preventative” grounds, by which comrade Thomas Meyer Falk is being held for another 10 years (25 in total) in Freiburg prison in Germany, to the different methods of extorting declarations of repentance, and from Asinara to Imrali.
Anarchist Alfredo Cospito is fighting for the flame to flare up again. Let’s reassert the fight of the comrade.
It is our duty to defend in deed the battle that Alfredo Cospito is fighting. A struggle for and against time itself. This particular hunger strike does not concern only the comrades in the italian territory, but it is internationalist, and so the star of internationalist solidarity must shine on the side of Alfredo Cospito and all those who are fighting from within a special prison regime. From Greece to every point in the planet – for all those fighting for freedom.
Because defeat is not captivity, but losing one’s faith in the possibility of wining. So, we are collectively going on a hunger strike, according to each one’s capacity, so that we may stand by the side of anarchist revolutionary Alfredo Cospito, but also, against the death regime of 41-bis.
At the same time the struggle against the new prison code in greek prisons is continuing.
