From the other side of the walls, I extend an affectionate and anarchic embrace to all those who participate in this already historic activity.

It is incredible the passage of time, it would be terribly false of me to speak of a closeness to anarchist circles back in 2009, I think I felt part of an anarchist collectivity, if you can call it that, shortly after, enough for the loss of a comrade to still be felt so close to the surface.

Mauricio Morales transcends, he is an inevitable reference for many -no matter how hard one fights to destroy that idealized and stereotyped image that this same anarchic “we” has been in charge of propagating through time- that is the truth, one cannot think of May without considering this date, one cannot whisper attack without thinking of Mauricio, one cannot conspire to attack without the palpable experience that sometimes things do not work out well; It is what endows history with reality, what makes us shake off all the theory and put our feet on the ground, the seriousness of what confrontation means, the knowledge that what may be so costly for us will not be so costly for Power…. To assume that no action will bring us an anarchic tomorrow, that the becoming is lived day by day, and that the only way to obtain a little bit of freedom is to embrace antagonism as a present, of theory and praxis, word and action, morality and attack. If we are to find something clear, almost undeniable in Mauricio, let it be this symbiosis.

On the night of May 22, 2009, a powerful explosion shook the surroundings of the Gendarmerie School, a prison repressors’ factory, in the Matta neighborhood, in the south-central area of Santiago de Chile.

The explosion mortally wounded the Punky Mauri, who was on his way by bicycle to attack with an artifact, the main redoubt for the formation of penitentiary officers, seeking to strike with anarchic vengeance the place from where the most detestable beings that prison society can produce are mass-produced. It has been 13 years since our comrade Mauricio Morales, the punky, left his earthly life in the midst of the offensive that with courage and will he raised against the tortured bastards of the gendarmerie school. Unfortunately, the explosive device he was carrying started earlier than expected, generating the consequences already known by many. We embrace punky and his actions from the depths of our irreducible spirit, meeting him on different fronts: against prisons, capital, speciesism and civilization.

It is in this last front, responding to the call to raise the memory of punky in this Black May, is that we have decided to attack a telecommunications antenna of the Entel company, located on a hill in the commune of Puente Alto, in the capital of the territory dominated by the Chilean state. We are and will always be against the advance of technology and the digitalization of our lives. The existence of these means the exploitation and devastation of the ñuke mapu, the extraction of its minerals through the genocide of wild species in pursuit of the filthy commodities needed by the warriors to reproduce their cursed existence. Antennas like this one erode their natural environment, both at the time of their installation, as well as in the recurrent maintenance they require. Moreover, the effects on the different beings produced by a world overloaded with electromagnetic waves through these antennas and new technologies such as the 5G network are doubtful. We are not scientists nor do we pretend to prove that they do harm, but the invitation of our instinct to destroy them is enough for us.

We know the winkul, we are not alien and we will never be alien to the wild and free life that lives there. We identify with the insects, the earth, the plants, the animals, the birds. We set out to fly like them and direct our sights to the target. We attack without hesitation, claiming with dignity the destruction and sabotage against the power, its authorities and the gear of domination that spreads thanks to the murderous civilizing progress. We studied the place, we understand the risks of actions in nature, so we made sure that the necessary firewalls were in place so as not to affect wildlife. And so it was, in an act of consistency and thanks to a timed incendiary device, all the electrical connections of the antenna were destroyed by the restless fire of our free piukes. Luisa Toledo’s persistence in the beautiful exercise of remembrance was probably one of the triggering factors that made us know and commemorate today the murder of Rafael and Eduardo Vergara Toledo by the police and at the same time that this day became the moment in which we evoke all the fallen young combatants.

It is difficult to separate the small and strong figure of Luisa from March 29th, I see in her resilience forged in the immense pain for the loss of her children, as the substrate that has nourished the path of the generations of young fighters of yesterday, today and tomorrow, who continue and will continue to confront domination in its different forms.

Comrades like the mother of the Vergara Toledo brothers leave us multiple teachings, which can be felt in practice, in their example. An example that shows us that no matter how many blows you receive, you can always get up and that scars heal better among comrades and that they are worthy of pride.

With our pains and our dead we continue in the persistent combative memory.

We greet the 150th day of our brother and comrade Alfredo Cospito’s hunger strike by giving ourselves the joy of attacking with fire the infrastructure of the Italian state, specifically we set fire to 16 cars owned by Poste Italiane.

Proud to join the campaign of revenge, against the abomination of 41 bis, the hostile life sentence and Alfredo’s death sentence launched against the Italian state, we choose to respond with this attack to the internationalist call to action in solidarity with Marcelo Villarroel 15 years after his arrest and in the context of the permanent campaign for his release proposed by comrades:

I have been in prison for 15 uninterrupted years. 22 months in Patagonia, territory occupied by the Argentine state where I was detained and the other 13 years and 2 months in the maximum and high security sections of Santiago and Rancagua where I am today at the time of writing these letters.

Necessary letters as an inevitable reference of the passage of time and its implications.

As an inescapable trace of an oiled memory Kon la gazolina ke has lit thousands of barricades and vindictive fires demanding the release of anarchist and subversive prisoners through the years of struggle and resistance inside Chilean prisons.

I have been living for 15 years in high and maximum security confinement regimes in which sensory deprivation tends to be normalized as well as the hostilities of the environment, the structure and the internal order of the whole prison daily where the goal is to break your will and make you a citizen prisoner respectful of all its repressive and authoritarian internal order built to break the indomitable spirit of those of us who walk standing up, dignified and without fear within the prison reality through which we have had to pass.

Even from the captivity I have seen and lived the oblivion and amnesia of the majorities, the comfort and the conveniences of many, the complicit silence and the artful attack of the press and the police, their politicians and all those who in some way or another have made us invisible, defamed and attacked us from the comfort of a computer, from their comfort zones, from their privileged positions as harmless citizens servile to the normality of what exists. Internationalist Call for Solidarity Action with Marcelo Villarroel 15 years after his detention and in the context of the permanent campaign for his release to the streets!

On March 15 and in the context of the admirable conviction of comrade Alfredo Cóspito’s struggle in Italian prisons, the preparation of the trial of comrades Mónica Caballero and Francisco Solar, the anti-authoritarian subversive prisoner Marcelo Villarroel completes 15 years of imprisonment after being arrested in Argentina while fleeing from Chile in clandestinity for the case known as “Security”.

The antagonistic actions to power that the comrade chose as a way of life from a very young age made him a target of the powerful and their media who created a brutal and crude spectacle of persecution after the expropriation of that bank in the center of Santiago/ Chile and the consequent death of cop Moyano in October 2007.

The state kidnapping of Marcelo, which in concrete terms is a life imprisonment is based on the most rotten filth of the dictatorial legacies of Pinochet’s Military Justice even in 2023. Something that seems unthinkable 50 years after the military coup and the beginning of the civil-military dictatorship.

However, this parallel justice, which no one seems to see, hear or mention, is still intolerably in force and this was demonstrated on February 27th at the sentence review hearing held at the 7⁰ Jury of the 7⁰ Guarantee Court in Santiago, in which it was confirmed that Marcelo should be in prison until 2036.

Specifically, Marcelo could have applied for parole in December 2019, but with the modification of DL 321 in January 2019, it applies retroactively to him.

Having an anti-authoritarian comrade in captivity for years under sentences issued by military rulings only demonstrates the shameless trickery of an oligarchy that seeks to exterminate by means of prison any obstacle that interrupts the expansion of its domination.

15 years after Marcelo’s kidnapping, we call on all those who are like-minded, compañeros, individuals, spaces and collectives that build autonomous and anarchic subversive antagonism from the perspective of internationalism to a week of action and agitation in solidarity with the comrade from Monday the 13th to Monday the 20th of March for the Annulment of the of the Sentences of the Military Justice of Pinochet and for his immediate release to the street.

This increasingly pervasive and intrusive society is now entirely illuminated by the beacon of science, and it treads, step by step, the path indicated by it.
This light is not only nefarious but is leading us toward a point of no return, toward a deadly precipice.
Although this is well known, it is also pointedly reiterated by scientists and members of the political class themselves.
In a speech a few months ago, the former minister of ecological transition, Cingolani, said that every “breakthrough” procures more problems than it solves, but that nonetheless it is progress and therefore we must move forward.
This “moving forward” translates into the “green” model.
Everything is or must become green: green economy, green nuclear power plants, green technology to which the digital revolution belongs.
It is yet another transformation of society, no longer political as at the time of the French Revolution, nor economic as in the various restructurings of the capitalist model, but techno-scientific.
The various sectors of the capitalist economy either adapt or disappear, and politics supinely carries out the various impositions dictated by science.
The current transformation has certainly taken advantage of three major opportunities that have come its way: climate change, covid-19 and the war in Ukraine.

– Climate change, in the public eye, has led millions of people to demonstrate and thus bring attention to our society’s environmental impact on the planet.
Since very few are actually inclined to radically change their lifestyles, but want to enjoy all the comforts they are accustomed to, their protests are already a blunt weapon from the start. The power system has found in this a nice proposal to renew itself by initiating the so-called “ecological transition,” which consists of a major restructuring of the way of producing energy (renewable sources) and consumer products that are more “sustainable,” that is, with less environmental impact, thus killing three birds with one stone.

THE FIRST political: thus dampening the protests and making it clear that the voice of the governed is close to the hearts of the rulers; one never knows that these, despite the reigning social peace, if unheeded will not seriously disturb the sleep of the masters.

THE SECOND economic: a profit opportunity for companies that can launch new products on the market and by appearing “friendly” to the environment, attract to themselves a slice of new consumers and consequently new earnings.

THE THIRD scientific: the chance to experiment, research in hitherto untrodden fields and further increase their influence on living things.

– The covid-19 has given a strong impetus to medical science, which by appealing to fear and a desire for a return to “normality” has in fact imposed compulsory vaccination without, moreover, waiting for the necessary testing time of a serum before it can be “safe”; a testing on billions of individuals.
Not only to medical science but also to technical applications to monitor and card all those people refractory to the vaccine. The various green passes and permits to be able to travel or work could not be effective without widespread control of individuals, control made possible by the increasingly new and invasive technological apparatuses.
