La Nemesi: a new website in support of practices of attack and international revolutionary solidarity

La Nemesi is a website run by anarchists and dedicated to publishing texts about the conflict against the state, capital and all authority. With the opening of this website we intend to go beyond the characteristics of so-called counter-information, giving more space to texts and contributions that more often than not, in the counter-information spaces that populate the virtual world, end up being buried in the vagueness generated by the telematic tool.

La Nemesi was thus created with the aim of publishing and spreading claim or informative texts concerning actions and sabotage, as well as articles, reports and correspondences from uprisings and insurrections all over the world. It is a kind of ‘bulletin’ of the anarchist revolutionary struggle and more generally of the social war waged by the oppressed.

Equally space will be dedicated to the publication of statements and documents written by anarchists imprisoned in state prisons, as well as updates on the prison situation of comrades, mobilisations and initiatives in solidarity, past, present and future anti-anarchist repressive operations, and in general the repression against the movement.

In addition to this, editorial news (recently published papers, magazines, sheets, bulletins, books, pamphlets, etc.) and occasional articles or extracts of texts from more or less recent publications will be included. Unlike the other articles, these latter insertions will be dictated by the good and bad taste of those who manage the website. Toulouse: Scopelec vehicle on fire in solidarity with Boris

This world is becoming more and more unbreathable every day. The techno-industrial system has a lot to do with it. In order not to be suffocated, on the night of September 12 to 13, we chose to attack. Under the gaze of the crows and the moon, we burned a Scopelec van.

At the moment of writing this communiqué, our thoughts flew to Boris who, after being locked up in state cages, continues to suffer repression by the judicial and medical authorities. DN: Davide is an anarchist from Sardinia. He was arrested in 2010 and sentenced to 18 years in prison on charges of theft and attempted homicide allegedly of someone who was trying to stop him from leaving the scene of a robbery. He has made numerous prison escape attempts and was also involved in a riot at Buoncammino prison in 2013. Because of his history of prison rebellion, he was most of the time held in solitary confinement, with strong restrictions on incoming mail, books, and political material. In a letter from 9th March 2018, Davide says he is no longer in solitary confinement. He’s in a unit with other prisoners and in a cell alone. His mail is still under censorship. Books and other material are not being delivered. In his time in prison he has shown solidarity to numerous anarchist comrades in Italy.

The present social system cannot mitigate social inequalities, because it generates them and is built on them. It cannot eliminate wars, because it breeds wars and feeds on them. It does not care about the ecological destruction of the planet it creates.

The current social system, which has profit as its religion and ideology, is responsible for the thousands killed in labor “accidents”, the thousands of dead migrants at the borders, the millions killed by wars, hunger, water shortages.

The primary violence of Capital, the violence of exploitation, the violence of the oppressors aimed at maintaining and increasing social inequalities, the blatant contempt for the lives of the people of our Class, must be crushed.

The violence of the State and Capital is terrorizing the social base. The violence of the repressive mechanisms, the violence of poverty and unemployment, alienation, apathy and alienation.

The repressive mechanisms of the State are, especially at this juncture, the vanguard of a peculiar democratic junta that is shredding every notion of freedom and justice. It strikes at every voice of protest and resistance. The ongoing repressive attacks against striking workers, the permanent occupying police army at the universities and in the neighbourhood of Exarcheia, the unyielding attitude of the government towards the last means of struggle of political prisoners (such as the hunger strike), the constant impunity of uniformed murderers and torturers and their rewarding by the media (see the murder of Sampanis), reveal the extreme intensification of the repressive policy implemented by the modern neoliberal/police state. In the early morning of September 12, at 2:40 a.m., we placed an incendiary device composed of four half-liter plastic bottles with gasoline, tied with adhesive tape, which were set on fire by means of a wick that we assembled with 5 matches and 3 incenses tied with rubber bands.

We placed this rudimentary device behind one of the front wheels to ensure that the main damage was in the engine area.

Although all of their cars are incendiary, the choice of a Special Anti-Violence Force van is not random. There is no exception, every police force is the enemy and we don’t buy their song and dance about fighting against gender violence. The patriarchy will fall when the last stone of this prison society falls. We abhor their gendered capitalism. We abhor its State spawn forced on unfathomable differences to satisfy the needs of post-colonial oligarchies. We do not demand anything from the institutions, we do not want any police in our neighborhoods and communities with the story of women’s security. You, murderous cops, are the phallus (now scorched) of patriarchy!

This action is for María Fernanda murdered by the police in the EPI of Chasquipampa in 2021, as well as for all those raped and murdered by this enemy institution. Belarusian anarchists given prison sentences from 5 to 17 years

On 6 September Minsk City Court pronounced the verdict in the criminal case of the so-called “international criminal group”. There are 14 anarchists and libertarians, four of whom have left Belarus. The defendants were charged under 10 articles, including the articles on the establishment and participation in a criminal organization (paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of Article 285 of the Criminal Code) and the establishment of an extremist formation (paragraphs 1 and 3 of Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code). The trial was held behind closed doors.

According to the investigation, from 2005 to 2020 unidentified persons together with anarchist Alexander Frantskevich and human rights activist Martha Rabkova united “a number of organized criminal groups”: “Revolutionary Action”, “National self-defense” and Revolucijna Dia (“Revolutionary Day”). Investigators allege that Frantskevich and Rabkova organized the arson of the Gomel District Tax Inspectorate in March 2017 using “Molotov cocktails.” Read more about the case and its defendants in Russian here.

The 10 convicts were sentenced to exactly the terms requested for them by the prosecution:
– Aleksandr Frantskevich – 17 years (strict regime)
– Akihiro Hanada-Gayevsky – 16 years (medium security)
– Marfa Rabkova: 15 years (minimum security)
– Alexei Golovko – 12 years (maximum security)
– Pavel Shpetny, Nikita Drants, Alexander Kozlyanko, Andrei Chepuk – 6 years for each (maximum security)
– Andrei Marach and Daniil Chul – 5 years each (reinforced regime)

It is also reported that the defendants were fined up to 700 basic units (about $8,900).

After the verdict was pronounced, the law enforcers detained relatives of the defendants and other political prisoners, diplomats who were not allowed into the courtroom, as well as random people who came to other trials.
