“Code Name Jenny” is a highly topical political feature film. We are putting the film on the net for free. It is a gift for all people who like political films. And for all people who fight for a better society.
“Code Name Jenny” was made by independent filmmakers at the self-governing Berlin film school “filmarche”. The film music was made by the wonderful band: “Guts Pie Earshot” and “Nomi & Aino”.

A film that was not interfered with by any production. It was made by critical filmmakers and activists, without money. Filmed at resistant locations in the city of Berlin, where no other camera can get to.

Reality of proletarian struggle versus workerist myths

It was on June 17th, 1953. Important sectors of the proletariat rose up in East Berlin before this revolt spread all over the “German Democratic Republic” and was repressed by the intervention of the Red Army (red with insurgent proletarians’ blood).

We will not here, in this short text, develop in detail how this movement expressed itself. We only insist on drawing the main forces and weaknesses, which historically recur from one struggle to another despite the particular conditions that make emerging such a struggle at a place and a moment, and not at others. Our goal is not to tell a story but to draw programmatic lessons from previous struggles for the future insurrections. Nevertheless, we invite comrades to read Cajo Brendel’s booklet “1953: The Working Class Uprising In East-Germany” (which was one of many sources of inspiration) despite the fact that we have reservations about the ideological framework (i.e. councilism) of this militant and that we criticize in the course of the present text.

This uprising, some weeks after Stalin’s death, put back on the forefront of history the visceral antagonism that opposes two social classes with antagonistic and contradictory interests and programs. And this, whatever shape the bourgeoisie takes to contain proletarians. Because it’s always with force that the proletariat imposes its existence of a class which is deprived of all and its necessity to put an end to this old world, whatever the nature of the facade restoration may be or the colour (red, white, brown…) used to repaint our exploitation. At the strongest moment of the counterrevolution, whereas our enemies robbed our flags, whereas their state proclaims itself to be a “workers’” one and they pretend to manage us in the name of the “dictatorship of the proletariat” (which in fact never existed and was replaced by their dictatorship over the proletariat), it’s the internal contradictions of the social relation that make class struggles re-emerging. On the night of April 26-27, we set fire to a cell tower in the Kaulsdorf district of Berlin.

Data flows and the telecommunication network are the sinews of progressive domination. The result of this technological capitalism was, is and will always be the exploitation and destruction of all forms of life. It is not enough to make a simple verbal and long-standing criticism against this state of affairs… The shit has to burn!

There are infrastructures scattered throughout the city and its periphery that are relatively easy to find and access, and are therefore vulnerable.

A series of attacks around the world on car dealerships and authorized dealers of certain vehicle brands in recent years opened up the suggestion of a strategic line: anyone who provides mobility and transportation for the police is treated as an enemy. In the police equipment market, a handful of corporations compete for the favor of state death squads.

We are facing them, on the side of the mass riots in the French state against the “pension reform”, in the hot neighborhoods of the banlieues where BAC and other units have been killing for decades, on the side of our comrades in Sainte-Soline, with the insurgents of the French colonies … , everywhere where with Peugeot the vehicles of one of the most important vehicle manufacturers of France are in use.

To give just a few examples, also in Greece we see the same enemies of freedom as helpers of the Greek police. Almost four hundred Peugeot 308 were handed over as new patrol cars. With tinted windows “to transport delinquents inconspicuously”, the group advertises its product.

Peugeot Deutschland GmbH supplies the Saarland police with everything the technocratic brain desires, 120 patrols, 80 undercover investigation vehicles, vans …

On the night of April 21, we burned twenty-five vehicles on the premises of the Peugeot dealership on Landsberger Allee in Berlin-Marzahn. Berlin, Germany: Construction machine of the company Hentschke Bau GmbH set on fire

On Tuesday night, we placed incendiary devices at a construction machine of the company Hentschke Bau GmbH in Berlin-Adlershof. Already a few years ago, comrades claimed responsibility for several attacks on the infrastructure of this company, which is also responsible for the construction of the prison in Zwickau. (https://chronik.blackblogs.org/?p=10502) The company was also brought into focus because its owner Jörg Drews is affiliated with the fascist party AfD.

The ruling ideology says that it is necessary to keep people in constant fear so that they do not resist patriarchal and colonial oppression and docilely join the capitalist routine so that they can ultimately be shaped and standardized. All the more encouraging are the signs of those who, even in the moment of almost total isolation, confront fear and do not fall silent in their struggle for a world of solidarity, mutual aid and self-organization. As we take it from the words of the Italian prisoner Alfredo Cospito, who has been on hunger strike for over 6 months since last October to fight against the 41bis regime imposed on him:

“I simply cannot live under an inhumane regime as 41bis means, where I cannot freely read what I want, books, newspapers, anarchist magazines, magazines of art and science as well as literature and history. The only way to escape the regime is to give up my identity as an anarchist and sell it to someone else to take my place. A regime in which I cannot have human contact, in which I cannot pick a handful of herbs or hug a loved one. A regime in which the photos of our parents are stolen. Buried alive in a tomb, in a place of death. I will continue my struggle to the extreme, not because of an “accusation,” but because this is not life.”

Although the hunger strike has ended and we are happy to know Alfredo is alive, this does not mean that we will stop fighting against the prison society. On the contrary, his struggle for dignity, as well as the numerous attacks in which comrades themselves risked their freedom, wrote words of solidarity and in this way connected with each other worldwide, have inspired us. With the strength unleashed by the hunger strike, we continue on the path of attacking all that the world of incarceration and punishment embodies. Berlin, Germany: Amazon truck torched – Alfredo Libero!

On Saturday morning, the press reported a burned-out truck in Mitte. The cops did not report it at all. What was also not said is that it was a vehicle from Amazon. Probably for a good reason, since there seems to be an increasing number of attacks on companies and infrastructure that profit from current “crises” at the expense of the general public and the environment. Both through the digital transformation of the economy and through the establishment of green capitalism. A further spread of such acts is hardly in the sense of the police press office. In ours however already, esch.

Therefore, now we share this info to close the knowledge gap. Actually, it needs no further explanation why Amazon becomes the target of our rage. Everything that tempts us to attack the technology giant, comrades before us have already put down on paper in detail in letters of denouncement.

But now that we are speaking out, we want to use the attention to address the devastating situation of Alfredo Cospito, who is being held incommunicado in Italy. Alfredo has been on hunger strike for more than 110 days in order to obtain a relaxation of the conditions of his special detention. In doing so, it seems entirely as if the Italian government is letting him die in full view of the public. A prisoner anarchist fights for some dignity and already democracy shows its true face, and this one looks a hell of a lot like fascism. Unsurprising, yet very revealing.

Berlin, Germany: Fire in solidarity with Alfredo Cospito – Strabag excavator set on fire!

As a sign of solidarity with Alfredo Cospito and his hunger strike against the 41bis regime, we set fire to a Strabag excavator Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg in the night between 9.2 and 10.2.

Against the society that needs prisons, from whose construction Strabag profits. Against the society which believes in a green capitalism, for which Strabag builds power plants worldwide!

It is to be welcomed that there is an international resonance, which was initiated by the mobilization of the innumerable comrades in Italy. It warms our hearts to see how the solidarity with the anarchist prisoners becomes a weapon that seeks and finds its targets worldwide. Our analyses of this society inevitably lead us to attack and overthrow it. But it is not only dry analyses that move us, we feel a deep disgust for this world with all its constraints. We share the proposals and debates aimed at an international discourse. It takes an informal gathering of enemies of the state to get and stay in motion. Internationalism can thus enable the exchange of experiences, critiques, and perspectives, and promote aggressiveness. We can literally smell the smoke that the wind from the south brings and hear the echo of the comrades shouting: “Alfredo out of the 41bis!

However, it is questionable whether Alfredo will get out of the 41bis regime in the foreseeable future and whether he will be aware of all that is happening “outside”. It is also questionable whether he will survive this showdown with authority. It seems that the die is already cast. The Italian government has said several times that it will not back down. Surely there is much more at stake for them than “just” having a dead anarchist on their conscience.

However, fighting from an anarchist perspective means much more to us than saving a single life in this acute situation. Probably Alfredo has already made his decision long ago, as it is put up for debate in the text “Anytime – Some reflections on the last months of mobilization in Italy”. However, we can take the uncompromising nature of his actions as inspiration to intensify the subversion and ensure that the echo of his struggle, now clearly heard beyond Italy’s borders, will not be silenced anytime soon. With passion and joy, and armed with our dreams, against all that prevents us from realizing them; state, government, authority, justice, capitalism and the power structure that sustains it all.

Berlin, Germany: For the 100th Hunger Strike Day, an Italian diplomatic vehicle burns

We support the idea of decentralized actions and therefore follow the call for action week from the American South, which supports the hunger strike of Alfredo Cospito. Communication through actions and texts is an important approach to build an informal network.

With the attack on the Italian diplomatic corps in the German capital, with the targeted fire against the car number 3 of the embassy, we participate in the week of action. It was parked in Schöneberg at Barbarossa-Platz and belonged to Luigi Estero, the first Consigliere.
This act of revolutionary violence is aimed directly at those responsible for everyday brutal oppression. We want that the civil servants, the judges, the policemen, the politicians and the diplomats not have a quiet life – that they feel unsafe and that they cannot sleep in peace.
Because they are the ones who commit the political massacres, not the exploited, the oppressed or the anarchists. Blood is on the hands of the German and Italian elites who, to give just one example, use the so-called Libyan Coast Guard to murder thousands of migrants, those people who are supposed to exploit their bodies and the soil of their homeland at the lowest prices for the insane capitalism of Europe.

It is a good result that now the Italian Foreign Minister is thinking about increasing the security measures for his embassy staff. We advocate their total isolation. We send a conspiratorial wink at this point to the compas in Barcelona, who had a similar idea, breaking the windows of the Italian consulate there that same night.

Isolation switches sides. While fear grips the rulers, an idea materializes in the deeds of the anarchist movement. Alfredo Cospito is very close – real and alive – and so there is also a closeness among all the other insurgents in the jails and streets.

We salute them all and we are also especially happy to see the expansion of the attacks on forces of order, parties and corporations in Berlin.

Berlin, Germany: Fire for Green Capitalism – Solidarity with Alfredo Cospito

In the night from Thursday (the 19.01.) to Friday an electric car charging station at the Engelbecken in Berlin Kreuzberg was set on fire. It happened in a night full of international actions to show solidarity with our comrade Alfredo Cospito. It is reported that he will soon be force-fed, against which he clearly and forcefully opposes. In a letter to his lawyer he writes:
“[…] Life is meaningless in this grave for the living.”

This act is also an act against green capitalism, which is sold as a holy solution to today’s capitalism. This is, of course, nonsense and continues to reinforce mechanisms of oppression that are already inherent in the system today. Among these can be named colonialism, from which many countries in the global South suffer because capitalist companies from the global North plunder the resources there. Because, in order to satiate the rush for an electric mobility, tons of rare earth, minerals and raw materials have to be extracted and thus countless human lives are stolen, families torn apart, communities ruined, ecosystems destroyed. Furthermore, consequences of destructive capitalism, to a lesser extent, are also felt near us. We think of, the people who have defended Lützerath to the end and welcome those who have resisted with all means. But after the eviction is unfortunately still before the eviction, so we send out a lot of strength to all other (forest) occupations (Heibo, Fecher, etc.).

These charging stations are often used to charge electric SUVs or car sharing cars, for those who can afford something other than public transport. This sends electricity into inefficient individual transportation options and money into the pockets of private companies. Even more money is wasted in this, as the Berlin Senate is supporting the “implementation of the electrification of commercial motor vehicle fleets in the capital” through the WELMO funding program. At a time when more and more people are having trouble paying their (electricity) bills…. we do not need to explain further.

This one action remains symbolic in itself. One column among hundreds that exist in Berlin is not much. But this night we have seen that these stations are relatively easy targets for direct actions and are difficult to delete. Once you need good strength and a DNA-free tool to crack the door, and a flammable package that can be placed inside.

In the early morning hours of January 16, 2023, we gained access to a well-secured area in the Germaniastraße in Berlin-Tempelhof and took 25 Amazon Prime vehicles out of circulation using incendiary devices. A fire of solidarity with the squatters in Lützerath and the prisoners on hunger strike.

The consumer mania on Black Friday and the lucrative Christmas business are over. The pompous charity and the little bit of contemplation give way to the usual routine of everyday life. The elbows are again extended to be able to exist in the competition of the present society. Inflation and the rising cost of living apparently defying the commodity rush and the associated plundering of the planet and its resources continues unperturbed in the new year and fills the coffers of the crisis winners of the online trade. Amazon’s monopoly position and extensive business model have long revealed it to be a dependency factor for many. But the company stands for much more than just flushing products onto the market at rock-bottom prices.

The IT giant’s technological developments point to a bleak future of a dystopian surveillance and control society. Amazon, as a driving force in the establishment of digital capitalism, is not only permanently changing the economy, but also everyday life, social behavior and even our ways of thinking. Artificial intelligences and algorithms are able to contr ol and manipulate needs. Calculations that can be derived from this are already shaping today what will be made into money tomorrow. With a wide range of products and technological infrastructure (servers), the company is pushing into more and more areas of life to satisfy its insatiable hunger for data. Be it through the surveillance software Amazon Ring, which acts as an all-seeing eye guarding the properties of the rich and – now also installed in vehicles – subjects the environment to permanent monitoring. By the voice assistance Alexa, which lurks as ears of the AI in the living rooms and bedrooms and attends even the most intimate moments. By means of facial recognition programs and sensors that are supposed to interpret emotions and direct customers through the self-pay stores of Amazon-Go. Or with a variety of developments in the fields of health and biotechnology to capture everything physical and break it down into numbers. Amazon knows that anyone who has large amounts of information and data at their disposal and can translate the present into mathematical dimensions also has the power to influence the future to their own advantage.
