“To all organizations, autonomous collectives, activists and unions committed to social justice.

We are the loved ones, friends, families and supporters of the December 8 group – a group of nine people targeted by anti-terrorist operation on the same date, and have been mobilizing since December 8th 2020 to support them.

This case will go to trial very soon, from October 3rd to 27th 2023.

We call on you to mobilize in support of this December 8 case and, more generally, against the unprecedented extension of the anti-terrorist arsenal of the state.

If the state decided to do so, tomorrow we can all be labeled as terrorists.

Thank you for taking the time to read and share this invitation.

Libertarian greetings”

Comrades are calling for:

– TWO GATHERINGS IN FRONT OF THE PARIS COURT: on the first day of trial (October 3rd) and on the day of the verdict (October 27th).

– THE ORGANIZATION OF SUPPORT EVENTS : until the end of the trial.
– TO PUBLICIZE THE CASE : distribute our press releases in your social networks, your newspapers and media platforms.

France: ‘La rage, partout’ Responses after the umpteenth police execution

Rage, everywhere

Le Monde / Thursday June 29, 2023

The night of Wednesday June 28 to Thursday June 29 was marked by major tension and damage in many Paris suburbs, with urban violence spreading to other French cities such as Toulouse and Lyon, following the death in Nanterre of Nahel M., a 17-year-old teenager killed by a police officer for refusing to obey orders.

Although calm in the early evening, the situation then became tense in the Hauts-de-Seine suburb, already the scene of clashes between residents and police during the night. More than a dozen cars and dumpsters were set on fire, and barriers were placed on the road, as Le Monde journalists observed. The walls of one building were tagged with the words “Justice for Nahel” and “Police kills”.

At 2 a.m., small, highly mobile groups were still clashing in the Pablo-Picasso district. Police forces had withdrawn and were no longer visible in a part of the housing estate that had come under the complete control of the rioters. The fire department has also retreated, according to our local reporter Luc Bronner.

Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin had announced the mobilization of 2,000 police and gendarmes in Paris and its inner suburbs for Wednesday evening, 800 more than last night.

Incidents were also reported in several towns in the Hauts-de-Seine district. In Clamart, a tramway train was set on fire, according to a police source.

Around twenty communes in Seine-Saint-Denis reported incidents, according to a police source, sometimes in normally quiet towns such as Dugny. According to this source, each time there were groups of less than a hundred highly mobile people on the scene. The Préfecture de Police reported 35 arrests shortly before 2 a.m.

In Essonne, a group of people set fire to a bus at around 9 p.m. after removing the passengers in Viry-Châtillon, according to police sources. Clashes also broke out shortly after 8 p.m. in the Mirail district of Toulouse, where several vehicles were set on fire, with police and firefighters receiving projectiles, according to a police source.

In several areas of Dijon, the authorities reported the burning of rubbish dumpsters and the firing of fireworks. In Lyon and the surrounding area, as well as in Vénissieux, Bron and Villeurbanne, the police were targeted by firework mortars. A fire probably caused by pyrotechnic fireworks broke out in a building in Villeurbanne, leaving four people slightly injured, the fire department said. “Some apartments” were destroyed by the fire and ten households, or 35 people, were rehoused. Four people were also hospitalized with mild poisoning. In Vaulx-en-Velin, the police station was targeted before the police intervened.

Elsewhere, tensions were reported in Roubaix (Nord), Amiens and Nice, according to a police source. Some incidents, as in Saint-Etienne, Lille and Rennes, took place on the edges of rallies in support of Soulèvements de la Terre, the recently disbanded environmental movement.

The security post at the entrance to the Fresnes prison estate (Val-de-Marne) was attacked with fireworks by rioters on Wednesday night, Agence France-Presse (AFP) learnt from a police source.

Videos consulted by AFP show around twenty hooded youths attacking the guard post at the entrance to the estate with firework mortars and various projectiles.

France: All fire, all flame. Interviews with former members of the Revolutionary Cells (RZ) Germany, 1973-1993 FR/EN

Villepinte (France): Anarchist comrade Ivan Alocco is out of prison

Posted on 2023/06/17 by darknights

I was released from prison on June 12.

The investigating judge issued an order placing me under judicial supervision.
The restrictions are :
– a ban on traveling to the Île-de-France neighborhood
– a ban on leaving mainland France
– I must report to the gendarmes once a week
– I have to hand in my passport and identity card at the court clerk’s office.

The investigating judge’s decision to let me out of prison, quite surprising in view of her recent opposition to a request for release, is perhaps due to her desire to “cover up” the incompetence of the JLD. In fact, my lawyers have lodged an appeal for a procedural defect following the last extension of my preventive detention (the January 24 hearing). If the appeal had been accepted, which it probably would have, it would have confirmed that the JLD and her clerk’s office don’t know how to read…

For the time being, the investigation remains open. Continue reading “Villepinte (France): Anarchist comrade Ivan Alocco is out of prison” →

Émile Henry (Sept. 26, 1872 – May 21, 1894)

Émile Henry (Sept. 26, 1872 – May 21, 1894)

“Comrades, courage. Long live anarchy!” On May 21, 1894, the anarchist Émile Henry was guillotined. A few words for a comrade who dedicated his short and intense life, integrally and to the end, to anarchy. So many years have passed – well over a century of actions, dreams, revolutions – and the revolutionary will of this comrade continues to shine with the infinite wonderful facets of our ideal. Émile is immortal.

Aphorisms

Once, the cloister opened for souls weary or disgusted with the spectacles of the world, today we have no other refuge than in hospitals and prisons.

What do anarchists want? The autonomy of the individual, the development of his free initiative, which alone will be able to assure him all possible happiness. If the anarchist admits communism as a social conception, it is by simple deduction, because he understands that it is only in the happiness of all, free and autonomous as he is, that he will find his own happiness.

When a man, in today’s society, becomes a conscious rebel of his own action-and such was Ravachol-it is because he has done in his brain a painful work of analysis whose conclusions are imperative and cannot be evaded except by cowardice. He alone holds the scales, he alone is judge of the right or wrong of hating and being savage, “even fierce.”

I believe that acts of brutal revolt are right, because they wake up the masses, shake them like a violent lash, and show them the vulnerable side of the Bourgeoisie still all trembling at the moment when the Rebel goes up to the gallows.

Everyone has a special physiognomy and attitudes that differentiate him from his fellow fighters. Thus, we are not surprised to see revolutionaries so divided in the direction of their efforts. We wonder what good tactics are: they are everywhere proportional to the amount of energy brought to the action. But we recognize no one’s right to say, “Only our propaganda is the good one; outside of it there is no salvation.” It is an old residue of authoritarianism born of true or false reason that libertarians must not tolerate.

Do what you think is best and do it with love.

To those who say, “Hate does not breed love,” answer that it is love, alive, that often breeds hate.

Hate that rests not on low envy, but on a generous feeling, is a healthy and powerfully vital passion.

The more we love our dream of freedom, strength and beauty, the more we must hate that which opposes its future.

In the history of human progress there is only one party; it is the party of movement.

Socialists do not want to understand that the freedom of the individual is necessary to the true freedom of the people.

In the dedication of his book, From the Other Side, Alexandre Herzen specifies a truly revolutionary and effective attitude when he says, “We do not build, we demolish; we do not announce new revelations at all, we suppress the old lie.” This book by Herzen is full of flashes and revelations, but there is no lack of biting remarks in it either: it is a good book for the prison; and away from the street I like to take it as an echo: “The French cannot rid themselves of the idea of monarchical organization; they have a passion for police and authority; every Frenchman is in his soul a police commissioner; he loves alignment and discipline; everything that is independent, individual, irritates him; he understands equality only as leveling and willingly submits to the arbitrariness of the police as long as everyone submits to it. Put a chevron on a Frenchman’s hat and he becomes an oppressor, he begins to oppress anyone who does not wear that rank; he demands respect towards authority.”

There is one right that overrides all others; it is the right to insurrection. Continue reading “Émile Henry (Sept. 26, 1872 – May 21, 1894)” →

Berlin, Germany: solidarity arson of a relay antenna

Posted on 2023/05/24 by darknights

Berlin: solidarity arson of a relay antenna.

For the lasting interruption of deadly techno-industrial progress.

On the night of April 26-27, we set fire to a cell tower in the Kaulsdorf district of Berlin.

Data flows and the telecommunication network are the sinews of progressive domination. The result of this technological capitalism was, is and will always be the exploitation and destruction of all forms of life. It is not enough to make a simple verbal and long-standing criticism against this state of affairs… The shit has to burn!

There are infrastructures scattered throughout the city and its periphery that are relatively easy to find and access, and are therefore vulnerable.

A thought for Serge, who is currently fighting for his life after the French cops shot a tear gas canister into his face.
Alongside Boris, incarcerated in France for sabotage actions, who became quadriplegic after a fire in his cell.
A good recovery to Alfredo!
Greetings to Anna and Juan in Italy!

For the diffusion of the revolutionary and destructive action

Athens, Greece: Responsibility claim for incendiary attack on a Volkswagen dealership

Posted on 2023/05/14 - 2023/05/17 by darknights

The future dystopia of a fully controlled life by smart cities, 5G, where your fridge communicates with your mobile phone or a street lamp, and supermarkets offer you everything you ask for in the (anti)social media is already here. Everything is increasingly connected and everything is being monitored. It’s a future where people will be controlled by the artificial intelligence of big capital – big data and machine learning. Whatever information capital collects is shared with the state. Technology means repression, blackmail and total social control.

At the same time, the ecological war for plutocratic resources called green energy is nothing but a new form of slavery on other continents, allowing Western capitalism to be as independent as possible from Russian gas or oil-producing countries. All this is another new great stage of capitalism – green capitalism. It is the exploitation of the climate crisis and biological extinction by capital and the state.

When the New Democracy government came to power, it began an unprecedented upgrade of the repressive apparatus in numbers and technical equipment. The cops are used as a solution to every “problem”: the pandemic, the universities, demonstrations and protests of all types, the gentrification of Athens. The cops are the number one remedy for everything.

All of the above are condensed in the memorandum of understanding between the government of the New Democracy and Volkswagen with the aim of turning Astypalaia into the first smart island, a laboratory that leads the inhabitants to become guinea pigs of the dystopian future. The contract began in September 2021, and aims to gradually replace the island’s conventional vehicles with electric ones. The project is being portrayed by the mainstream media as a technological leap that will benefit the environment and residents. In reality, of course, the memorandum of understanding is nothing more than another way of increasing profitability and repression at the expense of the natural environment and the inhabitants. VW will be able to test autonomous vehicles on the island on terms outside the strict EU legislation, gaining the upper hand against competition. At the same time there is talk of installing hundreds of wind turbines on the island, turning it into a hub for electricity generation and completely destroying the natural environment. Finally, one of the first moves of the project was the donation of electric vehicles from VW to the murderous assault battalions of the cops and the coast guard.

The cooperation between the bloodthirsty New Democracy government and VW is not unprecedented. VW has a long history of supporting fascist and oppressive regimes. From Nazi Germany in the 1930s, to the military dictatorships in Brazil and Argentina, to Franco’s Spain, VW has always been and continues to be at the forefront of capital profiting on top of harsh oppression.

For all these reasons, at dawn on May 10, we visited the VW dealership on Alexandras Avenue. Our intervention resulted in the destruction of several new electric vehicles and the destruction of the front of the dealership, without endangering passers-by or residents of the area. We consider it an integral part of anarchy to recognize those who profit on oppression, misery and exploitation and it is our duty to return the violence they cause.

We dedicate our action to the prisoners of the social war, Fotis, Iasona, Panos and Lambros, who are being prosecuted for the attack on the Piraeus traffic police.

Solidarity with our wounded comrades Boris and Serge from the militant ecological defence on the territories of the French state.

Solidarity to Mónica Caballero and Francisco Solar whose trial against them starts in a few days.

For a Black May, in memory of comrade Mauricio Morales, who fell in battle 14 years ago.

Athens, Greece: “Put an incendiary device at your neighborhood cop” Responsibility claim for incendiary attack at cop’s apartment

Posted on 2023/05/05 by darknights

Solidarity to G.Voulgaris, Th. Chatziangelou, P. Kalaitzis

We wish a good recovery to comrade Alfredo Cospito

Solidarity to the 4 imprisoned comrades F.D. – I.R. – P. & L.B.

Signal of solidarity with the French insurgents

The unswerving solidarity with the imprisoned comrades, the multiform daily struggle against the power structure and the inexhaustible desire to destroy it will always be in our consciences and will help us to define the path of the insurrection.

Whenever you take your holidays within the normality of defined etiquette traditions we are given another opportunity to break through it to remind you that nothing is interrupted as long as our lives are silenced, imprisoned and suppressed.

It must be understood that wherever the scum of the authoritarian system responsible for repressing, punishing, beating, raping those who do not fit in or who oppose it exist and reside, they will be targeted

As our lives degrade and fragment their realm of emasculation expands along with their dying civilization. While to them not a nostril is opened we continue to plan and act step by step for our revenge.

On the night of April 13 we placed an incendiary device at the entrance of the apartment building of the cop Maravelakis Nektarios (Patriarchou Jeremiou 63) as an act of revenge on the police force.

10 – 100 – 1000s of arsons

Put an incendiary device at your neighborhood cop.
