Germany: Solidarity and Complicity with Cem

Cem is accused of being involved in various attacks as a member of the Revolutionary Action Cells (RAZ) / Revolutionary Left (RL). From 2009 to 2011 the Revolutionary Action Cells (RAZ) / Revolutionäre Linke (RL) carried out various actions, such as In 2010 and 2011, attacks took place on the „Haus der Wirtschaft“, the Senate Department for Urban Development and the Wedding District Court, as well bullet casings to different repressive authorities . We also want to use this moment to remember alex, who was also repressed in this case and is not with us any more.

Leipzig, Germany: Tracking device and bug discovered in car

On November 18, 2021, surveillance technology was discovered in a friend’s car, probably belonging to a government agency. It is a larger device with a GPS tracker from the company “u-blox” and a smaller audio recording device. The devices were hidden behind a panel of the front ceiling light. They were connected by a power cable and drew their power from the supply line to the rear ceiling light. A Y-adapter specially adapted to the car model was apparently used for this purpose. The audio unit tapped into the hands-free system’s existing microphone, which was located behind a cover above the rearview mirror. It is not known if the hands-free unit still worked under these circumstances.

Both units were wrapped in foam and gaffa tape, presumably to prevent them from making noise when the car moves. The larger unit has, among other things, a GPS receiver “u-blox MAX-M8”, a card slot with a 16 GB microSD card, a cellular chip “u-blox LISA-U230” along with a Telekom SIM card, as well as a removable three-pin antenna module. The inventory number “2044 ID93 142” is found on the side. Evaluation of the SD card suggests that the device has been in use since at least early September, possibly three months earlier. It can be assumed that the device overwrites cached location data with zeros after it is sent.

The smaller unit contains a voltage converter, a 3.7 V, 550 mAh lithium-ion battery, and a small circuit board. The individual parts are connected with heat shrink tubing. The small circuit board contains, among other things, a 32 GB microSD card and the “NN01-104” antenna from Ignion (formerly “Fractus”), which is designed for the 2.4 GHz frequency band and can thus transmit and receive Bluetooth or WLAN signals, for example. Mobile technology is not present, but it is conceivable that audio recordings were transmitted to the larger device via WLAN or Bluetooth and sent from there, or possibly retrieved from a close distance via WLAN or Bluetooth. Berlin, Germany: Amazon transporter torched in Kreuzberg

Will some Berliners now have to wait for their parcels for nothing? On Tuesday morning at around 5:10 a.m., the fire department and police were called to Segitzdamm (Kreuzberg) to a burning vehicle.

The emergency services found an Amazon van on fire. A van parked next to it and another car were also damaged.

Firefighters were unable to prevent the Amazon van from burning out. Shortly afterwards, another car was on fire in Gitschiner Straße.

In all cases, arson is to be assumed.

Berlin, Germany: Start of trial of Adel

Dear friends, dear comrades, today in exactly one month, on Friday, 19.11.2021, the trial against our friend and comrade Adel begins in front of the district court Tiergarten. In the sense of antifascist self-protection, we call for supraregional and solidary trial observation! Persons are expected, who are to be assigned to the violent right-wing radical spectrum and numerous cops among them also scene-knowing officials are loaded as witnesses. No Nazis in the courtroom! Let’s not leave Adel alone and show a clear edge against fascists and class justice! In front of the court building in Moabit there will be an antifascist rally. Afterwards we will move together into the court to attend the first day of the trial critically and to set a sign against the criminalization of legitimate antifascist interventions! We will announce the time of the start of the trial and the antifascist rally in time. A detailed call will follow soon.

Hamburg, Germany: Stones against a “green” coworking space – Solidarity greetings at the Köpi

On Sunday night, the new office of the coworking network Impact Hub at the corner of Schomburgstraße and Thedestraße in the Altona district was relieved of some of its glass. We don’t want your green and improved capitalism. We want the complete overthrow of social relations. And if the state and the cops keep evicting places where people are organizing, we won’t leave the yuppies alone in their lofts and fancy offices either.

Impact Hub sees itself as a platform that connects start-ups working in the fields of sustainability, diversity and green energy and makes them profitable. Chic offices in many cities around the world, for example a 3500 sqm creative space in Neukölln. Of course, there should be no shortage of this, as there is obviously enough space for people and accommodation in Hamburg and Berlin!

Berlin, Germany: Strabag and ATM on fire

As you may already know from the press, a Strabag transporter in Lichtenberg caught fire last night. The fire at an ATM in Kreuzberg has not yet been reported. We (a small autonomous group) take responsibility for both. We were motivated by the call for decentralized actions for the Köpi car park, which is to be cleared on Friday.

PS: Strabag/Züblin profited from forced labor in the nazi regime and obviously profits from exploitation and oppression now. Look at the emerging skyline of berlin: every second construction crane is from this company.

Geisel’s chain dogs are loose again. For the next eviction of Berlin. The demonstrations against the eviction of Köpiplatz mutate into real police parades and any opposition is punished with punches. Helicopters fly circles over Wagenplatz and the neighboring neighborhoods. Cops besiege rooftops and sneak through backyards. The hardliners of the SPD interior administration and their Red-Green allies once again play occupying power to beat the way free for speculators.

The conditions are clear. There is no dialogue with those who beat us up and give the orders for it. The only way is a diverse struggle for housing for those who live in it, for uncontrollable neighborhoods and neighborhoods in solidarity. Against politics and capital, with many on the street or with few decentralized and unpredictable.

Full of rage about the announced eviction and in deep solidarity with the Köpiplatz and the Rigaer94, which is always in the target of attacks, we have in the night of October 12 in the northeast of Berlin the vehicle fleet of the auxiliary cops of the public order office in Alt-Hohenschönhausen by means of incendiary devices transported to the junkyard.

On Sunday night we visited the Google office on the corner of Adelbert and Engeldamm and smashed its windows. Only a stone’s throw from Køpiplatz, it is, as a stakeholder in gentrification, co-responsible for the upcoming eviction attempt.

One year ago tonight, the Bahnhofswald was occupied. The destruction of forests, especially of intact ecosystems – no matter where and especially in cities must not go on like this.
For five months there was hope for a meaningful, sustainable future for the forest, but once again greed for profit won out.
Destroying the forest was a wrong decision.
It is always a wrong decision.
We will continue to make those responsible feel that.
Tonight three of the Dutschkewitz – company cars burned.
No tree does not matter!

(Rigaer94) First statement on the raid of 6th of October, 2021 (Germany, Berlin)

The Berlin cops, today, 06.10.2021 at 7am, wearing their dirty trash-bag uniforms and carrying shields full of color from the resistance on 17^th of July and armed, raided our political structure and living space, Rigaer94. Once again, as everyday, the servants of the state fulfill their commands and obey to the capital.

The state guarantees the order of the capitalist system, so to squeeze even more profit from people and their living spaces, gain power over every life, destroy any political idea that fights against them and oppress any individual who does not fit to their plans in this capitalistic, patriarchal and racist society. It is clear that the Berlin cops still work with Lafone Investments Ltd. and are their mercenaries, who execute orders of the plan to get rid of Rigaer94 and so to force the gentrification process of Nordkiez, Friedrichshain – after they lost their last attack on us in June this year.

They entered our political structure and house today morning by smashing windows of the side house on 1^st floor, destroying once again our doors and even removing the entire wall of one of the flat-doors which was barricaded on the 4^th floor front house. They were carrying their useless papers from the court with warrants to identify everyone who is in the house at the moment of entering. They also made drawings of floor plan to check for construction changes. The warrant is based on ASOG. This law makes it easy for the cops to raid and repress political structures and individuals when they want. Officially the aim of the raid is to prepare for eviction trials of all the flats of the house. However, there is no doubt, that the raid is used to weaken our structures and the movement who fights against state and capital, capitalism and gentrification, one week before the eviction of Köpi Wagenplatz (15^th October). It is a common tactic which tries to attack and isolate structures and individuals in solidarity with threatened projects, shortly before an announced-planned attack. As it also happened with the eviction of our neighbours L34 last year, when our structure got raided and sieged for some days on July 2020, few months before the Tag-X.
