Concerning Claudio’s detention situation, about two months ago he was transferred from the AS3 unit to the “commons” unit in the prison of Syracuse. The reasons for his transfer have yet to be clarified, but it seems it is a “ministerial” order, i.e. by DAP [Department of Prison Administration] (actually the body that decides over placements in detention). Moreover it was declared that custodial measures for 280bis were not valid, but he remains in prison for ‘carrying and fabricating weapons and explosives with purposes of terrorism’.
We recall that the first grade trial for ”Operation Bialystok” started on 25th February 2021 with statements from the witness for the prosecution Luigi Imperatore, a ROS colonel. On 12th May Imperatore was still the protagonist, carrying on his historical ramblings regarding the anarchist galaxy and actually giving prominence to the usual written “evidence” for lack of concrete facts.
The next hearings will be on 8th and 30th June, when experts for the defence will be heard (concerning accusations against Claudio), who will present their consultation based on the reports produced by the prosecutor. After the summer break hearings will continue on 7th, 9th September and 6th October. From 30/06 hearings will be held in the bunker courtroom of Rebibbia.

This is an era where the triumph of science, technology and technique prevails unceasingly. All this does not mean that we are in a science fiction or visionary world, but that, in the crude reality, science after having faithfully only served politics (the State) and economics (capital), has now become the driving force of the new productive and economic order.
Until the middle of the 20th century it provided the propaganda means (TV, radio, press), the repressive ones (weapons) to the State and the means of industrial production that reduced the workforce. From the middle of the last century onwards, the power of science has grown more and more to invade every aspect of our lives and through bio-nano technologies, of life itself.
The monopoly of truth seems to have made science all-powerful, as with the state its historic monopoly of violence.
Science, Church and State in the past have clashed in contending for power or for the division of powers. Now it is science and technology that determine and influence state policy and economic, social and repressive strategies: they are therefore not neutral.
Capitalism finances armies of technicians dedicated to research and creation of new products and “resources” manageable only by specialists, as well as products that once made available to the masses shape the world around us becoming “indispensable” and sometimes indestructible as nuclear power.
This process is as rapid as the growth of technology and has restricted individual freedom.
Algorithms decide the rhythms of production, large data collection servers, geolocation, applications reduce us to subjects/objects of consumption. If the restriction of freedom implemented in the past by the state and capital provoked fierce resistance from the exploited, this does not happen with science. In the collective imagination it remains neutral and, moreover, in the West, its products have increased the comfort and well-being of most people. In the face of this well-being, the lack of freedom, the exploitation of resources, the enslavement of entire populations, the unlivability of entire areas of the planet, the migrations due to war and climate change, are of no interest.

A quick update.
Without wasting a minute, the night after the last “Scintilla” preliminary hearing [June 16], they put me back on a plane to send me back to this shitty place, S. Maria Capua Vetere. I knew that the transfer to the north was only a temporary support, but I sincerely thought that I would hhttps://malacoda.noblogs.org/post/2021/06/19/natascia-nuovamente-trasferita-al-carcere-di-santa-maria-capua-vetere-16-06-2021/ave some more time, just as I naively hoped that they would at least read the various petitions submitted, by me and my lawyer, for reassignment to another prison.
Since the day I was transferred here, three months ago, I have not been able to communicate decently with my lawyer: interviews have been reopened, so no video calls or phone calls at the request of the lawyer, phone calls are only one per month lasting 10 minutes, even for defendants and even for those who are 1,000 kilometres away from the trial site or from home. If he is in the mood, the director of the prison can grant a second extraordinary one during the same month, but obviously, as this is a concession, he is under no obligation to do so, and in any case it is out of the question to exceed two monthly. So 20 minutes per month, in a small stuffy room, and at the appointed time and day, hoping that your lawyer will be in the office that day. Twenty minutes a month, from a month and a half before the beginning of the trial [for the “Scintilla” operation, in Turin], until today, when the trial has substantially come to an end. There are two hearings left, before the closing speech of the prosecutor, two hearings in which there should have been reasoning about spontaneous statements, examination and cross-examination, but it seems that I will have to reason alone. On the face of it, it seems as if everything is being done to prevent a “dignified” defence… or rather, any defence at all… just in case the prosecution’s hyperbolic and morbidly house of cards starts to creak. Then it is much better for them if this possibility, that of defending themselves in court, is reduced to a minimum. I will not dwell here on how videoconferencing fits perfectly with this strategy, much has already been discussed about it (though perhaps not enough). It is known that to think badly you’re very often right. Of the twenty days I spent in Vigevano, fifteen were spent in solitary confinement and one in court, and another two days were spent travelling back and forth… in short, not even this was an opportunity to talk to the lawyer, since solitary confinement is not allowed for visitors. From a video call this morning [June 19] with a comrade, Natascia made it known that on June 16, 2021, on her return to Vigevano prison after the preliminary hearing held in Turin for the ‘Scintilla’ trial in which she is a defendant, her temperature was taken and she was immediately put in an isolation cell. When she realised that she was there to be transferred back to S. Maria Capua Vetere prison [in the province of Caserta, southern Italy], she officially declared the start of her hunger strike, throwing the food out of the cell when it was delivered.
Requests for her to be assigned to another prison have been to no avail, given that her right to a defence is infringed, making it impossible for her to properly follow the trials in which she is accused in Genoa (‘Prometeo’) and Turin (‘Scintilla’) and to meet with her lawyer, both in the courtroom during the hearings and in the preparatory phase. It should also be added that the only motion she was able to present in person came from the prison of Vigevano, because from the prison of S. Maria Capua Vetere they never sent it, remaining in all probability to gather dust on a desk of the prison administration.
Natascia is determined to carry on to the end and not to touch food until the situation has changed.
Strong, determined and with her head held high, Natascia has never stopped fighting even when she was locked up. It is up to us outside to fight alongside her with the same strength and determination.

THREE DAYS AGAINST TECHNO-SCIENCES

Again this year we propose a moment of discussion and reflection between individuals and their realities engaged in the construction of critical analysis and paths of opposition to this techno world.
We will focus on the techno-scientific processes and developments that are accelerating under the pretext of this pandemic, the 5G network, the Great Reset, the cybernetic and transhumanist society, the need for resistance.
More than a year after the WHO declaration of pandemic and state of emergency, the planetary situation becomes clearer. One thing is certain, this “state of emergency” is made to last for a long time, the time necessary to accelerate certain processes, provided that in the meantime they have not decided to give another name to this “emergency” to continue. the process is even faster. A bit like the continuous variants of the Coronavirus, necessary to keep the general attention under pressure and, consequently, to force every decision on the agenda of the future from the new techno-medical paradigm.
In addition to the pandemic times that want to be long-lasting and above all permanent, becoming the new normal, other aspects of this program are now increasingly evident, which is being carried out internationally in very different ways depending on the countries and the various geopolitical blocs. Surely, in the first place, an unprecedented experimentation of genetic engineering (“vaccines” of recombinant DNA and mRNA) is being carried out on very large sectors of the population: a gene therapy of cellular reprogramming and modification that allows, in addition to the control of bodies, the grafting of many other techno-medical practices for each individual from birth to death.
The digital society is invading all dimensions and social aspects: from the way of working, studying, living spaces, to the way of conceiving health, one’s own body and the world. We will no longer be surrounded by the elements and emotions that make up all bodies, but by artificial elements that will irremediably project us into the world of mechanical automatisms.
The race towards the world of machines is enabled by the new 5G network, which besides being harmful by its very nature will be precisely that first fundamental step that will give way to the internet of communicating bodies, where objects will be so omnipresent with our bodies as to make it part of them in a single communicating whole, giving way to that cybernetic organism so dear to the transhumanists. These first aspects are allowing the innervation of much more, think of the new digital passes to travel between countries without having to go through the various medical-medical security oppressions and the microchips that will be implanted in the bodies. The night after the second and last preliminary hearing of the Scintilla trial, held in Turin on June 16, anarchist comrade Natascia Savio was woken up again in the middle of the night in her cell inside Vigevano prison and transferred to another prison. This was discovered on the morning of June 17 by the comrade who went to the guardhouse at Vigevano prison for the visit and was told that Natascia was not there because she had been transferred the night before.
As usual, Natascia was not allowed to inform anyone, not even her lawyer. It was presumed that she might have been transferred back to the prison of S. Maria Capua Vetere, but no news about it was given – not even to her lawyer – until this morning [June 18], when the lawyer himself was confirmed that Natascia is indeed there.
At this point it is worth saying a few more words on the question of prison visits.
After the transfer from Piacenza prison to that of S. Maria Capua Vetere in mid-March, the permanent authorisation for visits between Natascia and a comrade issued by the GIP (“Judge for Preliminary Investigations”) became the subject of arbitrary interpretations by prison administration, who authorised only one hour of visit per month (no longer four, therefore) more than two months after the request and just before transferring her temporarily to Vigevano to allow her to attend the preliminary hearings of the Scintilla trial on June 4 and 16 in Turin. In Vigevano prison, the administration followed the same script. Natascia entered the AS3 (“High Security 3”) section between June 12 and 13, after the usual two-week medical isolation. The prison authorised only one hour of visit per month and, above all, decided to fix the visit for Thursday, June 17. When asked if it could be brought forward to Tuesday, June 15 (visits are currently held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so it was possible to do so), given that this was a temporary transfer until June 16 (although there was an attempt to make it permanent for territorial rapprochement), the prison administration did not want to hear reasons. It may be due to the fact that I will spend a large portion of my remaining life in a prison, that lately I feel inclined to “necrophilia”, to “historicize” what has just been. After all, the last action claimed ‘Federazione Anarchica Informale – Fronte Rivoluzionario Internazionale’ in Italy was “just” a year ago. Usually we historicize the things “dead”, past, but in me the fear that everything that has been deleted or worse, distorted, has taken over. And I say this with the conviction (maybe I’m wrong) that the FAI-FRI has exhausted its vital charge and has passed the “baton” to something more essential, the revolutionary campaigns. Campaigns that, from one continent to another, relaunch revolutionary solidarity, not by an organization but by groups and individual comrades who never need to know each other personally. Dynamic alive, linear process as effective in the world goes by the name of “Black International” and that in fact does not even need the coordination, there is no need to meet, to know each other personally. The anarchists of action usually neglect the historical introspection, the anarchists who postpone the violent action instead tend to exhume distant experiences that are more unlikely to give rise to criminal retaliation and “imitations” in today. “It was a different time …”, this phrase still rattles in my head repeated to me as a boy endless times by anarchists / and more conscientious, anarchists / and other times precisely …
If our history is not written by us anarchists and anarchists will do so others. If the anarchist “historiography” ignores the relevance of anarchist action in time will be the official one to deal with distorting it, showing it. Then there are fortunate cases, as rare, in which to deal with it are revolutionaries of other “schools”, as in the case of the book The work of the mole that is presented in these initiatives. A book the result of the work of revolutionary communists that comes in its last pages to talk about anarchists and in particular of the FAI and then the FAI-FRI. They do it honestly, but they do it with an interpretation that leads to distortions, inaccuracies. It is more than natural that coming from an “other universe” (let’s say so) something escapes, but this does not mean that we cannot but be impressed by their work. Let’s put aside certain statements that are the heavy baggage of a Leninist thought that sees in the organization to conquer and direct the proletarian state its point of no return, indisputable. Statements that support the thesis that “the anarchist approach is often by definition (sic) devoid of strategic depth” or that the basic “contradiction” of anarchism would be the “refusal of organizational and programmatic structuring [which would prevent] the development of unity and high capacity/possibility of confrontation”. Statements that, when they do not distort the reality of things by supporting our lack of “strategic depth”, transform our strengths, “the refusal of organizational structuring”, into “contradictions”, into weaknesses. Not understanding that our innovative and potentially disruptive strength, our strong point, is right there.
The thesis that sees the FAI as “daughter” of the experience of Revolutionary Action is certainly a stretch. The thing that unites the two experiences in addition to the constant use over time of an acronym is the turmoil that both created within the anarchist movement. As for the FAI, the reactions of the movement were far more virulent than those had against AR, the accusations of being infiltrators, provocateurs flocked. The thing finds its explanation in the acronym used, and in the mockery of some claims against the so-called official anarchists.
