Claiming fire barricade and stone pelting Rome – November 2.

On the night of November 2, we placed and set fire to tires blocking both directions of traffic in front of the Terna spa headquarters on Via Egidio Galbani and threw stones to break its glass.

Terna is the main company in Italy for the construction and maintenance of electricity infrastructure, but it also operates abroad in countries such as Chile. Terna is not only responsible for the environmental devastation and pollution that follows the building of power lines and related transformer stations, as a leading actor in the process of electrifying the world as a consequence of the unhealthy idea of progress that this deadly system propagates, but it is also a promoter of the “green revolution” caused by the recent need to restructure capitalism that will only bring further exploitation of ecosystems and people. Unveiling its responsibilities is one of the goals of our action.

This action is to be seen as part of the international campaign to free Marcelo Villarroel. Marcelo is an anarchist prisoner in Chile’s state prisons who was imprisoned after a period of absconding in 2007 for a series of bank expropriations. He was sentenced to more than 40 years in prison without access to prison benefits because he was held responsible for certain actions that took place during the years of the military dictatorship in Chile and therefore condemned by military laws. Despite the rhetoric, Chilean democracy shows perfect continuity with the dictatorial regime when it comes to striking those who act without mediation for the end of all oppression and exploitation caused by the State and Capital. That is why we join the chorus of actions and initiatives for its immediate liberation.

We would like to take this opportunity to send solidarity greetings to anarchist Francisco Solar and anarchist Monica Caballero, who have undergone a lengthy trial in recent months for the collation of explosive devices against institutional targets in the context of the 2019 uprising in Chile, of which they were recently found guilty.

The state would like to silence revolutionary anarchist propaganda…

Four house arrests with restrictions on visits, communication and the electronic bracelet, five obligations to stay in the municipality of residence combined with the obligation to return home at night from 7 pm to 7 am (including one subsequently aggravated to house arrest), in front of a request of ten arrests in prison; house searches and against the Circolo Culturale Anarchico “Gogliardo Fiaschi” and a commercial typography in Carrara (initially placed under seizure and released after a few days); huge seizures of papers and anarchist and revolutionary publications… This was the outcome of the repressive operation Scripta Scelera of August 8^th against the internationalist anarchist fortnightly “Bezmotivny”. A “surgical raid” against a paper that for three years has published analyses and reflections aimed at the critical in-depth analysis of social reality, as well as claims and informative texts concerning actions of attack against structures and figures of the state and capital, responsible for all forms of exploitation and social oppression.

After the media hullabaloo and pompous declarations, if you allow, we also have something to say

We are not surprised by operations like this. Ever since anarchism emerged – not from the scholarly abstractions of some philosopher, but from revolutionary experiences, from the aspirations of the oppressed – anarchists’ papers have been hit. States have a long history of massacres, torture, assassinations, thousands of years of imprisonment against revolutionaries. We have the impetus of the dream and the risk of action, the determination of the will and the strength of necessity. And we continue on the path we have taken… Let inquisitors and illustrious magistrates get over it, beyond and against all censorship and repression, we will continue to rejoice every time this authoritarian social reality is attacked, its certainties shattered and troubled by the roar of revolt.

Faced with an increasingly bleak present – the abyss of global war, misery, generalised ecological disaster, techno-sciences, increasingly repressive political-economic manoeuvres at work, at the borders, against youth – the state needs to run for cover, trying to eradicate the “domestic enemy”: the exploited who do not lower their heads, those who do not resign themselves to this state of things, those who continue to cultivate the revolutionary transformation of the present through thought and action.

Let us not be discouraged! With the consciousness of revolutionary and internationalist solidarity with proletarians and the exploited throughout the world, we will continue to dream, seeking to lay the foundations and contribute to the destruction of the state, of capital, of all authority.

– Internationalist solidarity for the end of the sentence and freedom of comrade Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda, arrested in Argentina in 2008 after nearly 16 years in prison. Coinciding with the 50th anniversary of Pinochet’s military “coup” in Chile, wanted and created by North American imperialism as in Ukraine today, the comrade is sentenced by Pinochet’s legacy military justice. Today this legal aberration is applied, which coexists comfortably with the consensus democracy of the Chilean state, now ruled by the Boric left. Democracy and reactionary fascism are two sides of the same coin, tools of the Imperialist-State.

– Solidarity in the face of the beginning of the trial against comrades Mónica Caballero and Francisco Solar [the judicial hearing, the main trial phase, began on July 18], the vengeance of state rule does not stop against those who go on the offensive by attacking its untouchability and impunity.

– Solidarity with Comrade Juan Aliste Vega, also convicted by Pinochet’s military justice, and Comrade Joaquin Garcia Chancks.

– Solidarity for the downgrading of anarchist Alfredo Cospito from 41 bis. Against 41 bis, out everyone, and for the abolition of life imprisonment.

– Solidarity with comrade Anna Beniamino and Alfredo Cospito convicted in a political trial on the abnormal charge of Article 285 c. p. p., massacre against the security of the state, or commonly called political massacre, this is the first time a massacre without massacre against the internal enemy has been used in this way in Italy. Article 285 c. p. c., massacre against the security of the state, has not been applied to the massacres that have been perpetrated in this country, Piazza Fontana, the Bologna station, Piazza della Loggia, since the 1970s of the so-called strategy of tension, massacres carried out by the Italian state, but, like Pinochet’s “coup”, wanted and created by North American imperialism in its struggle to keep the world under its control. Operation ”Scripta Scelera” against the fortnightly “Bezmotivny”: first initiatives in solidarity, a brief update, some observations

In the early morning of Tuesday, August 8th, a repressive operation – ridiculously named Scripta Scelera (these fine people always come up with some “ambitious” or suggestive name for their operations) [Latin: “written crimes”] – was unleashed by the State’s repressive apparatus in various cities. It was aimed at shutting down the anarchist internationalist fortnightly magazine “Bezmotivny”, thereby striking the action of publication of analysis and reflection as well as, and in particular, texts claiming actions, sabotage and initiatives of attack undertaken by anarchists and revolutionaries throughout the world against the State and capital.

Let’s take a brief look at the facts. Mainly involving anarchist comrades in Carrara and the “Gogliardo Fiaschi” Anarchist Cultural Circle, the operation consisted of notification of an investigation against 10 comrades, all of whom were subjected to house searches (as well as that against the above-mentioned anarchist circle), and significant seizures of newspapers and various publications. Concerning the 10 under investigation (for whom Genovese public prosecutor Manotti twice requested their arrest in prison), the judge for the preliminary investigations ordered house arrest with all restrictions (including electronic ankle bracelets, which were not applied due to lack of the necessary equipment) for four of the comrades, a night curfew from 19.00 to 7am for another five, while one comrade has no restrictions (at the police station they notified him of a two years’ compulsory expulsion order from the province of La Spezia). One of the comrades under house arrest was initially taken to prison on order of the same prosecutor, due to the fact that he did not have a certificate of residence. In the context of the operation, a printing press in Avenza, where the paper had recently been printed, was also shut down (and later re-opened).

Italy: Update on Alfredo Cospito’s situation and call for solidarity

The latest news we’ve got about Alfredo, still in prison in Bancali
(Sassari) under the 41bis regime, are that his health is stable, he is
physically sound and has regained weight after his six-month hunger
strike. Unfortunately, he receives very little mail, almost none. Also,
when the prison withholds letters, postcards or telegrams, often he’s
not informed by prison staff. He thus finds himself subjected to an even
higher and more arbitrary censorship than the already harsh one of 41
bis. Let’s not let him lack our solidarity! We urge all to write letters
or postcards using registered mail with return receipt requested, to
increase the chances that, if they are withheld from him, he will be at
least notified.
Against all prisons!

DN Note: On 8th August a repressive operation has been inflicted upon 10 comrades, resulting in four house arrests with all restrictions, five residence obligations with overnight return, and one comrade in prison due to not having proof of residence. All are accused of the charge of subversive association for the purpose of terrorism (art. 270 bis c. p.) and incitement to commit crimes (art. 424 c. p.) aggravated by the purpose of terrorism, in connection with the publication, as of 2020, of the fortnightly internationalist anarchist “Bezmotivny,” as well as offense to the honor and prestige of the president of the republic and clandestine printing.

How does it change?

Within the Italian anarchist movement, is the need and importance of a printed newspaper still felt? In a world dominated by digital and immediacy, is it still subversive and revolutionary to print and disseminate a material tool of anarchist propaganda?

These are two questions that we have been asking ourselves over the two and a half years that the fortnightly “Bezmotivny” has been out, and which become all the more urgent now, at a time when the paper has been going through, unfortunately for several months already, a deep crisis that seriously threatens its existence.

Yes, comrades, “Bezmotivny” is in danger of never coming out again, seriously beset by two fundamental problems.

The first is financial: there is no more money to be able to pay for the printing and mailing of the newspaper. The fact is that nearly 50 percent of subscribers have not yet renewed their subscriptions for the current year, although they continue to receive the periodical. In addition, some places that receive 5 or 10 copies to disseminate it have long since stopped sending us money from newspapers sold. Add to this the increases in paper and shipping costs, and that’s it.

The second problem involves both the editorial staff and, in our opinion, the anarchist movement itself. The editorial staff, inasmuch as only 3 or 4 comrades are now left to work constantly for the release of each issue of the journal, while the others make minimal material contributions. The movement, in that the initial project of “Bezmotivny” to enlarge the editorial area to include other and different comrades outside the Carrara area (from which the idea of the fortnightly came and which saw comrades give heads and arms to the paper) has essentially failed. Failed both in the enlargement of the editorial staff itself and as contributions on certain issues or debates. Because, if there were contributions at certain times, these were unfortunately occasional and did not lead to more constant collaboration on the part of the comrades involved, as was the initial intention of the paper. Collaboration that, beyond the articles or interventions sent, also concerned the diffusion of the periodical within the area of anarchism to which it, for good or ill, referred, and that if on the part of some realities was constant and passionate, on the part of many others unfortunately did not develop. CRACKDOWN OPERATION AGAINST ANARCHIST NEWSPAPER BEZMOTIVNY

At dawn today, August 8, the state, at the hands of the Genoa Public Prosecutor’s Office (in the figure of prosecutor Federico Manotti) and the DIGOS in La Spezia, carried out yet another repressive operation against the anarchist movement, with which it would like to silence – as was already happening over a hundred years ago with the “anti-anarchist laws” – every revolutionary yearning and aspiration.

Ten anarchist comrades are accused in this investigation, including five comrades from Carrara, for whom the prosecutor had originally requested arrest in prison: an order that Preliminary Investigation Judge Riccardo Ghio has changed to four house arrests with all restrictions, five residence obligations with overnight return, and one comrade with no restrictions. For one of the four comrades receiving house arrest was ordered by the GIP to be translated into prison as he lacked a formal residence: Luigi was therefore transferred to the La Spezia prison.

In addition to the house raids, the Anarchist Cultural Centre “Gogliardo Fiaschi,” the historical anarchist headquarter in Carrara, was raided. Magazines, books, leaflets, posters, and computers were subjected to seizure.

The comrades are charged with subversive association for the purpose of terrorism (art. 270 bis c. p.) and incitement to commit crimes (art. 424 c. p.) aggravated by the purpose of terrorism, in connection with the publication, as of 2020, of the fortnightly internationalist anarchist “Bezmotivny,” as well as offense to the honor and prestige of the president of the republic and clandestine printing.

Updates will follow on the steps that will be taken in solidarity with the comrades.

On Tuesday, August 8, a crackdown operation against the anarchist movement was deployed in several cities, ridiculously called “Scripta Scelera” (perhaps an educated reference to the laws defined as heinous against the anarchist movement in France in the last decade of the 19th century? Or perhaps a reference to the recent trial Scripta Manent?). The investigation, directed by the DIGOS [political police] in La Spezia and the anti-terrorism prosecutor’s office in Genoa, is aimed particularly at targeting the internationalist anarchist fortnightly “Bezmotivny,” published from the last months of 2020. The original request for ten prison arrests (five of which were aimed at the comrades of the “Gogliardo Fiaschi” Anarchist Circle in Carrara) by prosecutor Manotti – already responsible for multiple proceedings against anarchist comrades -, was changed by the judge for the preliminary investigation into four house arrests with all restrictions and electronic bracelet, five obligations of residence with overnight return and one comrade without any restrictions. A fellow recipient of house arrest was transferred to prison in La Spezia as he lacked a formal residence.

With this operation, once again, as was the case with the Scripta Manent trial (which involved convictions for the publication of the latest edition of “Anarchist Black Cross” and the management of some websites) and the Sibilla operation against the anarchist newspaper “Vetriolo,” the state intends to hit in a special way anarchist publications with the intention of giving a warning to the entire revolutionary movement.

We place no trust in the justice of the State: we uphold our ideas, we fight for the opening up of possibilities for liberation, we rejoice when the structures and figures responsible for exploitation and oppression are attacked. To take action against the state and the bosses is to have matured a determination such that it does not need to be “instigated,” because it is autonomy of thought and action that is expressed, not gregariousness and subordination to orders (a characteristic, this one, typical instead of the servants of the state).

Moreover, with this operation the state intends to restore the prestige of counterterrorism and the anti-mafia unit, eroded by the mobilization in solidarity with Alfredo Cospito on hunger strike against 41 bis and indefinite life imprisonment. This investigation, in fact, unfolds under the coordination of the National Directorate of Anti-Mafia and Counterterrorism, one of the top structures responsible for the repressive offensive against the anarchist and revolutionary movement.

Naples, Italy: March 28 crackdown operation: first hearing in Zac’s immediate trial set for Sept. 13

Update on Zac

The opening of the trial with immediate procedure for Zac, who was arrested in Pozzuoli (Naples) on March 28 and is currently imprisoned in Terni prison, has been notified by the prosecutor. The immediate proceedings requested by the prosecutor involve skipping the preliminary hearing stage (GUP). Thus, the first hearing will be held directly in an assize court on Sept. 13 in Naples.

Towards the biolaboratory world
The international attention focused for many months on the Wuhan biotechnology laboratory did not serve, as many have thought, to find a scapegoat in the dangerous Chinese research – especially when zoological narratives of Pangolins and Bats were disproved by the very drivers such as Fauci – rather, we were facing a new biotechnological dimension. The numbering of the security level is only to be seen as a detail where the biolaboratory with all its consequences and side effects, understood as new chimeras and biological weapons towards society as a whole, goes. A society to be surrounded first and then penetrated to the depths, where the biological alarm bell sounding will get mixed up with the bell announcing school recreastion, as it did with nuclear power. This time there is no atomic fallout to be averted, because the new biotechnological dimension with the living being at its centre is about to normalise. We are already in confidence, otherwise there would be no call for moratoriums and a techno-science on a human scale, this can never be given, because it does not exist.

Cellular mRNA redesign platforms, towards a humanity on a scale of gene therapies, digital identity and QR codes
The era of vaccines is opening, which would better be called the era of gene therapies with genetic engineering technologies from recombinant DNA to synthetic mRNA and nanotechnology for a cellular redesign platform. Universal vaccines – actually gene therapies – for influenza, vaccines – actually gene therapies – against cancer, these and others to be taken up also at a preventive level for a restructuring of medicine in a predictive and preventive key on a genetic basis. We will be responsible if we fall ill because we have not followed the new dictates, not an increasingly deadly society.
We will review Europe-wide vaccination campaigns for Sars-Cov 2 and other future decreed pandemics. But that’s not all, after testing it on women in African countries with their subsequent sterilisation, the trial of the contraceptive vaccine starts, opening up a further transformation: a vaccine to produce an immune response against a bodily process – pregnancy. Genetic modifications of DNA, infertility, increasingly early cancers will not only be health consequences, but will represent a profound transformation of future generations: infertile, sick, weak, ready to be hijacked into genetic engineering and artificial reproduction biolaboratories. To close the circle from the Green Pass we are coming in a big hurry to the Digital Identity that will travel with the 5G network, so at the next scanner check the QR will tell who fails to fit their parameters…
