During January 3, in different parts of the territory controlled by the State of Chile, barricades were erected and confrontations took place in a new commemoration (No. 16) of comrade Matías Catrileo, who in the context of territorial recovery and vindication, was assassinated in the former Santa Margarita estate by Lance Corporal Walter Ramírez Inostroza.

On Sunday, November 12, a day was held in Villa Francia in memory of Kevin Garrido. The day began early with musical presentations, projections, workshops and collections for Joaquin Garcia. In the late afternoon there was a parade through the territory and ended at Av 5 de Abril, where in the vicinity there were confrontations with Molotov cocktails against Carabineros (COP) and a Red bus was burned to the ground.
According to the account of a lieutenant, “(…) later the bus driver was located, who stated that approximately 20 to 30 subjects, dressed in black, hooded, three of them armed with pistols, had intimidated the driver and the passengers, making them get off the bus”.
A banner read: “For the fallen, prisoners and fugitives… Because there is a whole world to be destroyed. Kevin Garrido present!”

Metal against metal, heavy blows at the entrance of the building where that night I slept with my beloved daughter and my brother, the reaction I had before their machine guns and imminent violence to which we would be subjected was to wake up and dress my daughter and tell her that the police were coming for me, I managed to tell her that I loved her forever and ever, to be strong and be calm. I stood in front of her in the face of their weapons and arrogance.
Damn cowards, they investigated me for more than a year, followed me, placed cameras, photographed me, listened to me …while they were on my heels and preferred to expose a minor to the violent raid that we lived that early morning of December 22, 2022. On Tuesday, January 3, 15 years were commemorated since the murder of the weichafe Matías Catrileo in 2008 at the hands of the carabinero Walter Ramírez while armed confrontations were taking place in a territorial recovery in the former Santa Margarita estate (owned by the Luchsinger families).
For this new day of memory and combat, there was the deployment of banners and propaganda in different parts of the local territory; a concentration in Alameda at the height of Cerro Huelen where barricades were set up and confrontations with Molotov;
After armed confrontations in Villa Francia, a policewoman was shot in her helmet and had to be taken to the hospital. In the following days, an investigation was carried out at the site to search for those responsible. Also a RED bus was stopped and completely burned by hooded comrades. On February 13, 2022, the transantiago bus route 509 was intercepted between the streets 5 de abril and vista hermosa, in the commune of Estación Central, Villa Francia sector.
A group of anonymous people got on the bus, reduced the driver with a firearm and then forced him to get off and set fire to the bus, leaving pamphlets in the place.
The incendiary action took place on the eve of the oral trial of Luis Tranamil, a Mapuche political prisoner.

Our mother, grandmother and eternal comrade Luisa Toledo Sepúlveda has left. From the different centers of punishment and isolation where we have traveled for decades and years, maintaining upward the autonomous, subversive and anarchic resistance, we meet again at the hearth of our herd to eternally embrace “Luisa”, our subversive mother.
We are in pain, with our hearts broken, traveling between different generations of comrades to whom the words and actions of “grandmother” have marked the journey for years from children in the town, rebellious adolescents and young combatants.
