A quick update.
Without wasting a minute, the night after the last “Scintilla” preliminary hearing [June 16], they put me back on a plane to send me back to this shitty place, S. Maria Capua Vetere. I knew that the transfer to the north was only a temporary support, but I sincerely thought that I would hhttps://malacoda.noblogs.org/post/2021/06/19/natascia-nuovamente-trasferita-al-carcere-di-santa-maria-capua-vetere-16-06-2021/ave some more time, just as I naively hoped that they would at least read the various petitions submitted, by me and my lawyer, for reassignment to another prison.
Since the day I was transferred here, three months ago, I have not been able to communicate decently with my lawyer: interviews have been reopened, so no video calls or phone calls at the request of the lawyer, phone calls are only one per month lasting 10 minutes, even for defendants and even for those who are 1,000 kilometres away from the trial site or from home. If he is in the mood, the director of the prison can grant a second extraordinary one during the same month, but obviously, as this is a concession, he is under no obligation to do so, and in any case it is out of the question to exceed two monthly. So 20 minutes per month, in a small stuffy room, and at the appointed time and day, hoping that your lawyer will be in the office that day. Twenty minutes a month, from a month and a half before the beginning of the trial [for the “Scintilla” operation, in Turin], until today, when the trial has substantially come to an end. There are two hearings left, before the closing speech of the prosecutor, two hearings in which there should have been reasoning about spontaneous statements, examination and cross-examination, but it seems that I will have to reason alone. On the face of it, it seems as if everything is being done to prevent a “dignified” defence… or rather, any defence at all… just in case the prosecution’s hyperbolic and morbidly house of cards starts to creak. Then it is much better for them if this possibility, that of defending themselves in court, is reduced to a minimum. I will not dwell here on how videoconferencing fits perfectly with this strategy, much has already been discussed about it (though perhaps not enough). It is known that to think badly you’re very often right. Of the twenty days I spent in Vigevano, fifteen were spent in solitary confinement and one in court, and another two days were spent travelling back and forth… in short, not even this was an opportunity to talk to the lawyer, since solitary confinement is not allowed for visitors. To our friends in R94
This is our first summer without the Dorfi. Our first summer without you as neighbors. Sure, not everything was easy, but it doesn’t have to be, we have many great memories! Be it in a bathrobe on Dorfplatz to come over to you to shower, a water fight in the summer or just meet for a beer on our self-built benches, which the cops have stolen us again and again, but which were also welded again and again to the road.
Just in the last few days we noticed again how shitty it is not to live next to you on the corner. It hurts to not be able to support you from our house. While the fucking cops besiege our street, our neighborhood as if it were their territory. At the same moment we all had a big smile on our face as you instead of reacting just acted and the pigs were standing there completely surprised and the street has burned again so right!
We had great years together! And they are not over yet! We still have a lot of potential and energy to get the neighborhood back. We have seen in the last days how many people don’t want to live in a chic bourgy neighborhood with overpriced rents and a constant presence of cops. We have seen how many people on the street have the potential to attack this fucked up system and we have also seen that the cops are afraid of exactly that. This is shown by the fact that because of ten people who make a fire on the Rigaer at night, five cars full of robocops come. It also shows in the excessive repression they put on the day. They think they can break us, but they don’t realize that they are sowing the seeds that will turn us into insurgents.
We would like to call on everyone to support the Rigaer94 with all means, even now that supposed calm has returned. After all the years of direct neighborhood, the R94 is especially close to our hearts. As far as we know, the Rigaer94 is with us the only confessed and acting anarchist house in Berlin and it should be defended to the end.

In this way, not only is the prisoner being punished, but also their friends, comrades and family members.
It is also important to emphasize that in the territory dominated by the Chilean State, free transit between regions is not allowed due to measures for the prevention of the spreading of Covid 19.
In the Metropolitan region there are at least three prisons to which they could have taken my comrades, perhaps the powerful took advantage of this transfer to isolate and further segregate the prisoners, perhaps none of the nearby prisons meets the security conditions to guard high-risk prisoners, or it could simply be just another form of revenge.
The transfer may be justified with this and other arguments. What is clear is that no movement of power is haphazard. Biometric video surveillance in our supermarkets
In order to detect theft, Carrefour, Monoprix, Super U and Franprix [and Intermarché] are experimenting with biometric analysis software to monitor our every move in their stores.
The health crisis had already unleashed the desire of private companies for biometric surveillance: thermal cameras at company entrances, detection of physical distances in offices, tracking of eye movements for remote university exams… Several French companies are now proposing to automatically detect thefts in stores “in real time” thanks to biometric analysis software directly connected to the cameras already present in the stores [behavior detection software that then sends an immediate alert to the security guard’s smartphone with a copy of the images].
While the idea of automatically detecting theft in stores has already been tested in Japan, several French companies have not hesitated to develop their own software:
“Anaveo”, a company of 320 people with a turnover of 70 million euros works in video surveillance for mass retail. Its “SuspectTracker” software promises to capture the flow of images from the cameras to analyze “suspicious behavior”, for example “gestures towards a stroller, backpack, trouser or jacket pocket”. Their presentation videos mention in passing that theft detection feeds into a database to further improve the algorithm.
“Oxania, a start-up founded in 2019, has produced a “Retail Solutions” software that would be able to “recognize gestures associated with theft in real time, detect behaviors, dangerous situations, customer journey and much more”. We look back on turbulent days full of fear and anger, but also hope and solidarity in relation to Rigaer 94. The escalation around the “fire inspection” is only the visible tip of the iceberg in the struggle for living space. For eviction and displacement take place every day, but usually without attracting public attention. They are tragedies that lead to homelessness, isolation, lack of dignity and, in extreme cases, can even be fatal. So recently happened on 31 May in Kreuzberg as the 67-year-old musician Peter Hollinger, because of his impending eviction after 40 years in the apartment, took his own life.
In deep solidarity with the resistant residents of Rigaer 94 and all those who do not give up the struggle against the city of the rich, we attacked symbols of capitalist rule at Antonplatz in Berlin-Weißensee during the night. It has caught a savings bank, a Targobank, a Volksbank, LBS, Postfinance and two supermarkets. Meanwhile, the street was blocked with burning garbage cans. On a wall in the square we left our message: “R94 remains – Peter R.I.P.”

From a video call this morning [June 19] with a comrade, Natascia made it known that on June 16, 2021, on her return to Vigevano prison after the preliminary hearing held in Turin for the ‘Scintilla’ trial in which she is a defendant, her temperature was taken and she was immediately put in an isolation cell. When she realised that she was there to be transferred back to S. Maria Capua Vetere prison [in the province of Caserta, southern Italy], she officially declared the start of her hunger strike, throwing the food out of the cell when it was delivered.
Requests for her to be assigned to another prison have been to no avail, given that her right to a defence is infringed, making it impossible for her to properly follow the trials in which she is accused in Genoa (‘Prometeo’) and Turin (‘Scintilla’) and to meet with her lawyer, both in the courtroom during the hearings and in the preparatory phase. It should also be added that the only motion she was able to present in person came from the prison of Vigevano, because from the prison of S. Maria Capua Vetere they never sent it, remaining in all probability to gather dust on a desk of the prison administration.
Natascia is determined to carry on to the end and not to touch food until the situation has changed.
Strong, determined and with her head held high, Natascia has never stopped fighting even when she was locked up. It is up to us outside to fight alongside her with the same strength and determination.

Again this year we propose a moment of discussion and reflection between individuals and their realities engaged in the construction of critical analysis and paths of opposition to this techno world.
We will focus on the techno-scientific processes and developments that are accelerating under the pretext of this pandemic, the 5G network, the Great Reset, the cybernetic and transhumanist society, the need for resistance.
More than a year after the WHO declaration of pandemic and state of emergency, the planetary situation becomes clearer. One thing is certain, this “state of emergency” is made to last for a long time, the time necessary to accelerate certain processes, provided that in the meantime they have not decided to give another name to this “emergency” to continue. the process is even faster. A bit like the continuous variants of the Coronavirus, necessary to keep the general attention under pressure and, consequently, to force every decision on the agenda of the future from the new techno-medical paradigm.
In addition to the pandemic times that want to be long-lasting and above all permanent, becoming the new normal, other aspects of this program are now increasingly evident, which is being carried out internationally in very different ways depending on the countries and the various geopolitical blocs. Surely, in the first place, an unprecedented experimentation of genetic engineering (“vaccines” of recombinant DNA and mRNA) is being carried out on very large sectors of the population: a gene therapy of cellular reprogramming and modification that allows, in addition to the control of bodies, the grafting of many other techno-medical practices for each individual from birth to death.
The digital society is invading all dimensions and social aspects: from the way of working, studying, living spaces, to the way of conceiving health, one’s own body and the world. We will no longer be surrounded by the elements and emotions that make up all bodies, but by artificial elements that will irremediably project us into the world of mechanical automatisms.
The race towards the world of machines is enabled by the new 5G network, which besides being harmful by its very nature will be precisely that first fundamental step that will give way to the internet of communicating bodies, where objects will be so omnipresent with our bodies as to make it part of them in a single communicating whole, giving way to that cybernetic organism so dear to the transhumanists. The night after the second and last preliminary hearing of the Scintilla trial, held in Turin on June 16, anarchist comrade Natascia Savio was woken up again in the middle of the night in her cell inside Vigevano prison and transferred to another prison. This was discovered on the morning of June 17 by the comrade who went to the guardhouse at Vigevano prison for the visit and was told that Natascia was not there because she had been transferred the night before.
As usual, Natascia was not allowed to inform anyone, not even her lawyer. It was presumed that she might have been transferred back to the prison of S. Maria Capua Vetere, but no news about it was given – not even to her lawyer – until this morning [June 18], when the lawyer himself was confirmed that Natascia is indeed there.
At this point it is worth saying a few more words on the question of prison visits.
After the transfer from Piacenza prison to that of S. Maria Capua Vetere in mid-March, the permanent authorisation for visits between Natascia and a comrade issued by the GIP (“Judge for Preliminary Investigations”) became the subject of arbitrary interpretations by prison administration, who authorised only one hour of visit per month (no longer four, therefore) more than two months after the request and just before transferring her temporarily to Vigevano to allow her to attend the preliminary hearings of the Scintilla trial on June 4 and 16 in Turin. In Vigevano prison, the administration followed the same script. Natascia entered the AS3 (“High Security 3”) section between June 12 and 13, after the usual two-week medical isolation. The prison authorised only one hour of visit per month and, above all, decided to fix the visit for Thursday, June 17. When asked if it could be brought forward to Tuesday, June 15 (visits are currently held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so it was possible to do so), given that this was a temporary transfer until June 16 (although there was an attempt to make it permanent for territorial rapprochement), the prison administration did not want to hear reasons.
