Leipzig: For the uprising, For Rigaer94 – fire at house of police and prosecutor’s office

In our thoughts we were with the brave fighters of the autonomous zone Rigaer Straße when we set a fire at the Haus des Jugendrechts (House of Juvenile Justice, an institution where representatives of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the police, the judicial assistance to youth and the City work together to repress and prevent “juvenile delinquency”) last night. Our solidarity will always be with the people who do not give up without a fight. Red Zones take whole neighborhoods under captivity and are one of the most effective means of counterinsurgency. The House of Juvenile Justice in Reudnitz, Leipzig is also an actor for the pacification of rebellious individuals, especially “juvenile intensive offenders” like us. In here, cops and prosecutors work hand in hand. That’s why we thought it was a good sign of solidarity to set fire to several tires and the door in front of the House of Juvenile Justice.

The House of Juvenile Justice has been hit several times in recent years. Whoever writes police and public prosecutor’s office big on the front door, will be attacked!

Much strength to Berlin for the coming days! Do not let the pigs rest!

Prison of Nancy-Maxeville, France: Why I burned the two antennas of Mont Poupet

Hi, I’m Boris. I’ve been incarcerated in the Nancy Maxéville prison for 9 months now for the burning of two cell towers in the Jura in April 2020.

If I decide only now to write a few public words about my case, it is mainly because the State has just judged me and it seems vital to me to put down on paper my impressions and my rage against this techno-totalitarianism which have not faded at all since I have been locked up. On the contrary.
While the States were agreeing to muzzle the population by summoning it to stay quietly at home under the pretext of curbing the covid-19 pandemic, waves of sabotages broke out in France and in Europe (Netherlands, England, Italy,. From East to West, from South to North of France, pylons have been knocked down, their cables cut and most of them burned by dozens, interrupting telecommunications, the geolocation of cell phones and the spying of those in the target of the repression organs.

At the time of writing, the sabotage of telecommunication networks continues unabated, even though it is in the interest of the ruling power to conceal or minimize it. Sometimes, the scale of the destruction is such that it is impossible for them to mute it, like the fire of a TDF relay in the Bouches-du-Rhône at the beginning of December 2020, or the claimed incendiary sabotage near Limoges to start the year 2021 with good resolutions.
The technological web, which covers all the territories, spreads at full speed and perfects its functioning with the new 5G network, allows to make accept a whole bunch of new social norms imposed by the State, under the recommendations and the blessing of doctors and scientists. Just like a whole bunch of products and drugs that keep the population wise and docile, screens play a leading role in getting the greatest number to accept confinement: telecommuting, tele-apéro, tele-school, tele-… How could the domination have “respected” this large-scale house arrest without all this techno-structure?
The time has come for the acceleration of flows and data, for the connectivity of everyday objects in order to control, listen to, trace, and spy on more and more, to make human beings more and more slaves of the machine. It is all this that domination calls “progress”, “civilization”. In reality, this project of society has everything of dystopia.
Faced with this digital grid, there are not 36,000 solutions. It seems to me necessary to go beyond the stage of criticism and to act here and now, by linking ideas to actions, by taking the necessary precautions to avoid falling into the meshes of repression. And unfortunately I know what I am talking about.
The whole affair starts with a new-looking blue cap covered with an oily plastic substance at the foot of one of the two relays of Mont Poupet, on which my DNA is taken. Since yesterday morning, our comrades of Rigaer94 in Berlin are under attack and they are resisting against german police in order to protect their house and their struggle.

As Prosfygika (Refugees) being under a constant threat of state repression and exploitation we consider as our minimum political duty to stand in solidarity with our comrades who are fighting against the modern Freikorps.

Rigaer94: Our statement on the current situation

Today, on the evening of June 16, we look back on a militant day and a temporary autonomous zone and look forward with a clenched fist. Yes, we will remember the barricades in Rigaer Straße and their collective defense for a long time with a big smile on our faces. Step by step, the Senate and the owners are burning their fingers at the attempted destruction of our home.

After the street, there are now problems on the legal level. A higher administrative court has considerably complicated the starting position for those responsible at the Senate and the letterbox company for the attack on our house. The latter, represented by Bernau, Luschnat and von Arentin, was forbidden to enter our premises at all. Moreover, the cops are to be given access only to the stairwell, attic, courtyard, etc., but not to the private apartments.

At this moment, the expert, who is now declared to be responsible, is told by our lawyers that he can inspect the fire protection in our house without any danger to his health and can come in and out without any problems. Of course, without even a cop, as we have already declared in January 2021. And we keep our word. That should have become more than clear again today. Completely in contrast to the word of numerous politicians*innen, whether in the district or senate, that of the cops or even a windy letter box company. Some of them still dare to claim that it is not about an eviction of Rigaer94.

In this context, we would like to point out that we have already carried out several fire safety assessments since November 2020 and have remedied deficiencies on our own. It is up to the Senate and a letterbox company not to have accepted this and thus to have gradually unmasked their pretextual argument that it is only about the safety of the residents of Rigaer94 and their neighbors.

So, if the politicians decide to storm the building, they will go the way we already predicted. In this case, we will defend ourselves. Against the cops destroying everything in order to be able to declare our house “uninhabitable” as a result. Against the fact that our beloved place and its inherent ideas of collectivity, mutual aid, solidarity and self-determination are to be destroyed.

Today we have shown to all those who doubted it that we are not only ready but also able to intensify the conflict with the state and its henchmen. We met them at a time when they did not expect it and for which they were certainly not prepared. We thank all the people, neighbors and friends who showed solidarity and we are looking forward to the coming hours.

16.6.21 Some rough updates from the last days. The red zone around Rigaer94 was anounced by police to start today. But the defence started before.

In the night to June 10, a trashbin was set on fire in Rigaer Street. Arriving firebrigade and police were attacked in an ambush with around 50 stones. The last days saw many solidarity attacks all over Germany.

In broad daylight, the company of fire protection assessor, which will enter the house tomorrow on behalf of the „owner“ and the police, to the eviction or destruction of Rigaer94, was attacked with fire. 8 of their cars are burned in front of their office.

Today, barricades are build around Rigaer Street and defended with stones and fireworks against police.

A text by Divine on his deportation from Italy (June 2020)

Greetings to everyone.

On the morning of July 15, 2019 I found the cops at home who asked me to follow them to sign a notification.

When I arrived at the police station, I found out that the notification was about my deportation for the following day, so they took me to Malpensa airport and kept me there.

Of course, the same day of the detention there was a medieval-style trial, with everything already decided at the beginning.

The next day, at Malpensa, I was told by a cop that the deportation had been blocked by the ECHR (European Convention on Human Rights), so instead of just releasing me, not satisfied with the outcome of the European court, they decided to lock me up in the CPR [Centro di Permanenza per il Rimpatrio, “Centre of Permanence for Repatriation”, detention centres for migrants in Italy] of Bari.

If until then the cops had been legalistic, in the CPR of Bari the cops are anything but “legalistic”. I would like to focus on some clarifications regarding the CPR:

1) Inside the CPR it is forbidden to introduce cameras or similar things.

Chile: New Hunger Strike and Uprising by Anarchist and Subversive Prisoners in Rancagua Prison

FACING A NEW HUNGER STRIKE, MOBILIZATION AND STRUGGLE FROM COMPANY PRISON RANCAGUA.

We assume the conflict with the state, prison and capital from the moment when we leave empty words and take action. With this, we assume the step to the offensive and the hostile consequences that come from the winding road of confrontation.

We do not need the permission, or the recognition of anyone to take the life in our hands and from there, build ties of affinity, of comradeship and brotherhood.

Clearly, this dynamic and constant process teaches us and calls us to always be attentive to the future of the struggle for total liberation.

Yes! We seek the total liberation of peoples, individuals and communities, a life away from the capitalist garbage, from the imposition of authoritarian rule affirmed, among other things, in the rotten politics of their agreements, solutions and cooked alliances, even between four walls, just to affirm the continuity of the Power that we hate in all its shapes and colors. Today, we are in a new chapter of real and concrete struggle in the Chilean prisons. Subversive and anarchist comrades of long convictions face the vengeance of the state in the first person together with our families, comrades, friends and the like. This reality is the struggle for the total destruction of prison society, not as a slogan on the air but in the daily and millimetric confrontation in the entire daily life of confinement. Contribution of Alfredo Cospito from the AS2 section of the Ferrara prison for the cycle of presentations “Guerrilla and Revolution”

It may be due to the fact that I will spend a large portion of my remaining life in a prison, that lately I feel inclined to “necrophilia”, to “historicize” what has just been. After all, the last action claimed ‘Federazione Anarchica Informale – Fronte Rivoluzionario Internazionale’ in Italy was “just” a year ago. Usually we historicize the things “dead”, past, but in me the fear that everything that has been deleted or worse, distorted, has taken over. And I say this with the conviction (maybe I’m wrong) that the FAI-FRI has exhausted its vital charge and has passed the “baton” to something more essential, the revolutionary campaigns. Campaigns that, from one continent to another, relaunch revolutionary solidarity, not by an organization but by groups and individual comrades who never need to know each other personally. Dynamic alive, linear process as effective in the world goes by the name of “Black International” and that in fact does not even need the coordination, there is no need to meet, to know each other personally. The anarchists of action usually neglect the historical introspection, the anarchists who postpone the violent action instead tend to exhume distant experiences that are more unlikely to give rise to criminal retaliation and “imitations” in today. “It was a different time …”, this phrase still rattles in my head repeated to me as a boy endless times by anarchists / and more conscientious, anarchists / and other times precisely …

If our history is not written by us anarchists and anarchists will do so others. If the anarchist “historiography” ignores the relevance of anarchist action in time will be the official one to deal with distorting it, showing it. Then there are fortunate cases, as rare, in which to deal with it are revolutionaries of other “schools”, as in the case of the book The work of the mole that is presented in these initiatives. A book the result of the work of revolutionary communists that comes in its last pages to talk about anarchists and in particular of the FAI and then the FAI-FRI. They do it honestly, but they do it with an interpretation that leads to distortions, inaccuracies. It is more than natural that coming from an “other universe” (let’s say so) something escapes, but this does not mean that we cannot but be impressed by their work. Let’s put aside certain statements that are the heavy baggage of a Leninist thought that sees in the organization to conquer and direct the proletarian state its point of no return, indisputable. Statements that support the thesis that “the anarchist approach is often by definition (sic) devoid of strategic depth” or that the basic “contradiction” of anarchism would be the “refusal of organizational and programmatic structuring [which would prevent] the development of unity and high capacity/possibility of confrontation”. Statements that, when they do not distort the reality of things by supporting our lack of “strategic depth”, transform our strengths, “the refusal of organizational structuring”, into “contradictions”, into weaknesses. Not understanding that our innovative and potentially disruptive strength, our strong point, is right there.

The thesis that sees the FAI as “daughter” of the experience of Revolutionary Action is certainly a stretch. The thing that unites the two experiences in addition to the constant use over time of an acronym is the turmoil that both created within the anarchist movement. As for the FAI, the reactions of the movement were far more virulent than those had against AR, the accusations of being infiltrators, provocateurs flocked. The thing finds its explanation in the acronym used, and in the mockery of some claims against the so-called official anarchists.
