Chile: URGENT! On the recent illness detected in the anarchist comrade Francisco Solar and his delicate health situation

Posted on 2021/10/10 - 2021/10/10 by darknights

In the first months of 2021, Francisco together with other anarchist and subversive prisoners carried out a hunger strike that lasted more than 50 days against the modification of Decree Law 321 and for the immediate release of Marcelo Villarroel.

In 2010 Francisco had already put his body as a barricade of combat in another strike of more than 60 days in the framework of the Bombs Case.

It is during the last mobilization that several blood tests were taken from Francisco by the prison administration, including a suspicious situation, where Francisco was urgently admitted to the prison hospital due to the bad result in the blood tests, but a few minutes later the jailers recanted and alluded to a mistake, returning him to prison.

After a slow recovery, continuous cramps, excessive thirst, weight loss, Francisco requested medical examinations after being transferred to the prison of Rancagua. It was not until September 22nd that these examinations were carried out and he was hospitalized urgently. The diagnosis: advanced diabetes with 700 mg/dl of glucose, that is, on the verge of a diabetic coma.

After achieving a minimum stabilization, he was returned to Module 2, where, despite the two doses of insulin administered daily by the doctors-prisoners in a restrictive manner, he still did not achieve normal glucose parameters. ‘Revolutionary Solidarity’ – Pierleone Porcu

Posted on 2021/10/10 - 2021/10/10 by darknights

There are many ways to demonstrate solidarity to comrades who are being criminalised by the State, each one of which is a direct expression of the way one intervenes in the social clash in general.

There are those who see solidarity as lending a social service to this or that arrested comrade, and that is the way they carry out their activity: looking for lawyers, sending money and clothes to prison, visiting and so on. This purely humanitarian solidarity also translates itself into the constitution of defence committees and relative campaigns aimed at influencing public opinion.

Then there are those who see solidarity in a strictly political key and play at making a heap of “distinctions” aimed at not compromising the image of their own activity. So for reasons of opportunity they defend and show solidarity to those who declare themselves innocent, not to those who Claim responsibility for their actions.

Others still, if they see there is something to be gained in terms of political propaganda, immediately bring out flyers and leaflets in formal solidarity with the comrade or comrades arrested, i.e. they declare solidarity in words, while in practice there is no trace of it.

Then there is solidarity in an ideological context. This is the case of the marxist-leninists in the revolutionary combatant party version. They show solidarity with those with positions similar to their own, and are in contrast with those who do not share or recognise their political line or strategy, often using censorship and ostracism against those they consider inconvenient.

What do we think we should mean by revolutionary solidarity then? The first aspect is that of seeing solidarity as the extension of the insurrectional social practice one is already carrying out within the class clash, i.e. as a direct demonstration of actions of attack against all the structures of power, large and small that are present in one’s own territory. And that is because these should to all effects be considered responsible for everything that happens in social reality, including therefore the criminalisation and arrest of comrades wherever they are. It would be short-sighted to reduce the question of repression against comrades to something strictly linked to the legal and police apparatus. The criminalisation and arrest of comrades should be seen in the context of the social struggle as a whole, precisely because these are always the hasty material means used by the State to discourage radicalisation everywhere. No matter how great or insignificant it might be, every act of repression belongs to the relations of the social struggle in course against the structures of dominion.

The second aspect is that each revolutionary comrade should be defended on principle, irrespective of the accusations made against them by the State’s legal and police apparatus, in the first place because it is a question of snatching them from its clutches i.e. from the conditions of “hostage” they have been reduced to. Moreover, it is also a question of not losing the occasion to intensify the attack against the “law” intended as the regulating expression of all the relationships of power present in constituted society.

The third aspect concerns the refusal to accept the logic of defence that is inherent in constitutional law, such as for example the problem of the “innocence” or “guilt” of the comrades involved, and that is because we have many good reasons for defending them and no one can justify the political opportunism of not doing so. We cannot and must not consider ourselves lawyers, but revolutionary anarchists at war against constituted social order an all fronts. We aim at radically destroying the latter from top to bottom, we are not interested in judging it as it does us. For this reason we consider any sentence made by the State vultures against proletarians in revolt, and all the more so if they are comrades, to be a sentence against ourselves and as such to be avenged with all the means we consider opportune, according to our disposition and personal inclinations.

The fourth and final aspect concerns our attitude towards the arrested comrades, whom we continue to behave towards in the same way as those not in prison. That means that to revolutionary solidarity we always and in any case unite a radical critique. We can and do show solidarity with imprisoned comrades without for this espousing their ideas. Those who show solidarity to imprisoned comrades are not necessarily involved in their opinions and points of view, and the same thing goes for us as far as they are concerned. We actively support all imprisoned comrades in all and for all, but only up to the point where what we do for them does not come into contrast with or contradict our revolutionary insurrectionalist way of being. Ours is exclusively a relationship between social revolutionaries in revolt, not that of bartering positions. We do not sacrifice any part of ourselves, just as we do not expect others to do the same.

We think of solidarity as a way of being accomplices, of taking reciprocal pleasure and in no way consider it a duty, a sacrifice for the “good and sacred cause”, because it is our own cause, i.e. ourselves.

Starting from these premises, of primary importance in the development of one’s anarchist insurrectionalist action, revolutionary solidarity takes on meaning as such, because we would show simple material support to any friend who ends up in prison.

Revolutionary solidarity is an integral part of our very being as insurrectional anarchists. It is in this dimension that it should be demonstrated incessantly, precisely because it contributes to widening what we are already doing.

(Rigaer94) First statement on the raid of 6th of October, 2021 (Germany, Berlin)

Posted on 2021/10/09 - 2021/10/10 by darknights

The Berlin cops, today, 06.10.2021 at 7am, wearing their dirty trash-bag uniforms and carrying shields full of color from the resistance on 17th of July and armed, raided our political structure and living space, Rigaer94. Once again, as everyday, the servants of the state fulfill their commands and obey to the capital.

The state guarantees the order of the capitalist system, so to squeeze even more profit from people and their living spaces, gain power over every life, destroy any political idea that fights against them and oppress any individual who does not fit to their plans in this capitalistic, patriarchal and racist society. It is clear that the Berlin cops still work with Lafone Investments Ltd. and are their mercenaries, who execute orders of the plan to get rid of Rigaer94 and so to force the gentrification process of Nordkiez, Friedrichshain – after they lost their last attack on us in June this year.

They entered our political structure and house today morning by smashing windows of the side house on 1st floor, destroying once again our doors and even removing the entire wall of one of the flat-doors which was barricaded on the 4th floor front house. They were carrying their useless papers from the court with warrants to identify everyone who is in the house at the moment of entering. They also made drawings of floor plan to check for construction changes. The warrant is based on ASOG. This law makes it easy for the cops to raid and repress political structures and individuals when they want. Officially the aim of the raid is to prepare for eviction trials of all the flats of the house. However, there is no doubt, that the raid is used to weaken our structures and the movement who fights against state and capital, capitalism and gentrification, one week before the eviction of Köpi Wagenplatz (15th October). It is a common tactic which tries to attack and isolate structures and individuals in solidarity with threatened projects, shortly before an announced-planned attack. As it also happened with the eviction of our neighbours L34 last year, when our structure got raided and sieged for some days on July 2020, few months before the Tag-X. Italy: Sentence of the trial for the Prometeo repressive operation: Beppe, Natascia and Robert were acquitted

Posted on 2021/10/09 by darknights

Waiting for further contributions, we publish the news of the acquittal of Beppe, Robert and Natascia in first instance in the trial for the Prometeo repressive operation. According to the newspapers, they were acquitted “for not having committed the fact”, with the formula of insufficient evidence.

Waiting for the sentence, comrades have made a gathering turned into a demonstration.

In the last hearing, the prosecutor Federico Manotti had asked 18 years and 4 months for Beppe and 17 years each for Robert and Natascia.

Beppe, being detained for another case, for now remains in prison, while Natascia, after two years, is free!

[Update published in italian by roundrobin.info].

Natascia, Beppe and Robert were arrested on May 21, 2019, in the context of the “Prometeo” operation, carried out by the ROS (Raggruppamento Operativo Speciale, “Special Operational Grouping”) of carabinieri, on the main charge of “attack with the aim of terrorism or subversion”, as they were held responsible by the repressive forces for sending, in June 2017, three parcel bombs addressed to public prosecutors Rinaudo (prosecutor in several trials against the antagonist movement and anarchists) and Sparagna (prosecutor in the Scripta Manent trial), and to Santi Consolo (then director of the Department of Penitentiary Administration in Rome). The three parcel bombs were defused. Robert was released from prison in December 2019. On June 22, 2020, there was the preliminary hearing of the first instance trial, which ended on October 4, 2021, with the acquittal of the three comrades.

The court ordered the release of Natascia after two and a half years of imprisonment, while Beppe remains imprisoned due to another case (he is accused of having placed an incendiary device against a post office in Genoa in June 2016, for which he has already been sentenced to 5 years in prison). Below is the address of the comrade:

UK: Update on the situation of anarchist comrade Toby Shone

Posted on 2021/10/09 - 2021/10/09 by darknights

Toby’s trial began on 6th October at Bristol Crown Court. The charges for administration of 325.nostate.net, funding of terrorism through the website and dissemination of and collection of material useful to terrorists have now been dropped due to lack of evidence.

The other charges of possession of Class A and B drugs with intent to supply, producing a class B drug and a further count of class AA drug possession are still being pursued. At this present time we understand this could carry a jail term of 3-6 years imprisonment.

The Operation Adream that has been unleashed by the British state is an attempt to destroy 325 & its publications, an attack on counter-information that is connected to the repression that has been ramped up on this island since the pandemic and resulting lockdowns, a repression that has always existed, an attack on any form of active revolt here.

We do not believe in guilt and innocence, neither in passivity, only in solidarity that contributes to the continuation of the conflict against the existent.

Strength & Solidarity to anarchist comrade Toby Shone!

Nothing is over, the conflict continues!

Montreal, Canada: RBC Targeted in Solidarity with Wet’suwet’en Land Defenders

Posted on 2021/10/03 - 2021/10/03 by darknights

Anonymous submission to MTL Counter-info

Canada is a lie. Reconciliation is dead. After night fell on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, RBC was targeted in the center of Montreal’s financial district. The Royal Bank of Canada is an investor in the Coastal GasLink pipeline. While they stage orange shirt photo ops to proclaim their commitment to reconciliation, CGL is attempting to drill under Wedzin Kwa, the sacred headwaters of the Wet’suwet’en people, with the help of the RCMP threatening, arresting, and torturing land defenders.

By morning they covered up the message we left them: “RBC funds colonialism. CGL off the Yintah”. Ashamed, RBC?

Reconciling with Canada’s genocidal history means confronting the institutions and infrastructures that reproduce colonial violence in the present. CGL, its investors, and the RCMP are playing with fire by prolonging their occupation of Wet’suwet’en territory.

Berlin,Germany: Fight For KøpiPlatz TAG X 15.10.21

Posted on 2021/10/03 - 2021/10/03 by darknights

Køpiplatz bleibt, damn it! The Wagenplatz needs your support and your presence now more than ever! We have received the date of eviction for the 15th October, but we will still not be silenced.
After a year of ups and downs, empty promises from politicians and the city, discussions in the BVV (the Berlin-Mitte district politicians assembly), false hopes and crushing realities, we are still shocked by the devastating news that we will be evicted from our homes in just three weeks.

But we will continue to fight! KøpiPlatz is here to stay!

We suspected that the election would have an impact on our date. In fact, we received the letter only six days before the German elections. This conveniently takes away the responsibility of this Government and the next during the interim period.

At this point, everyday leading up to the eviction is crucial. We are sad, emotional, and ANGRY, but we are not afraid. We have been preparing for these weeks to use every available way to fight. But now is the time that we also need our friends and supporters. With solidarity comes strength. If we plan to continue with our collective spaces in Berlin, where we live together, work together, laugh and cry together, we must also fight together! This is why we would like to call on our friends and community in Berlin and around the world to stand with us in the weeks before the eviction, to scream a message to the system that we are bigger and more powerful than they can possibly imagine.

Berlin is a city full of alternative and autonomous spaces, particularly in our beloved unruly neighbourhoods. Each one weaves something special and different into the fabric of our communities. But this does not mean that we should be complacent, and let these spaces slip through our fingers. We should not allow our streets to become beige and uniform. We need to stop this now before it is too late. Wir Bleiben Alle!

Upcoming action from Køpiplatz and Comrades

‘DEFEND KØPIPLATZ’ DEMO: Saturday 2nd October at 8pm Køpiplatz will organise the ‘Defend Køpiplatz’ demo. It will take place in and around our rebellious neighborhoods and on OUR streets.

Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), Paris, France: The van of Valmy street

Posted on 2021/10/03 - 2021/10/03 by darknights

This is the story of an eiffage van. A brand new van. Because it has obviously replaced the one that, as we read, was burned earlier this year in the same area. A brand new van, therefore, which ends up burning.

An Eiffage van is most often used to build cages.

Sad cages with colors that sound false. Cages to get us used to conformity, to prepare us for work and to play the social role we have been assigned.

Cages that are depressing or full of noise and lights that make our heads spin, supposed to motivate us to waste our time and energy in occupations that are too often useless or harmful.

Falsely welcoming cages to fill with trinkets to park us when we are not busy producing or consuming. To hide the emptiness that our life has become.

Gloomy cages with barbed wire and bars, when we don’t want to or can’t play the social role we have been assigned.

Sanitized cages to try to prolong this existence when it is the very life that is missing.

The characteristic of this existence is its absence of life, replaced by a set of objects and more or less obliged occupations. But there will always be someone to avenge this life that is taken away from us. Because the only dignified life in a society that prevents us from living is the destruction of this society.

So this is the story of the Eiffage van that was set on fire on Sunday night, 27 rue Valmy in Montreuil.

This is the story of a van that will not be the last to go up in smoke.

Solidarity with Boris, with Toby Shone, imprisoned in England and with the three Italian anarchists currently on trial and facing many years in jail.

Long live anarchy!

Santiago, Chile: Transantiago bus set on fire in San Joaquín + Leaflets

Posted on 2021/10/03 by darknights

On Friday, September 10, 2021, about five anonymous individuals boarded the Transantiago bus on Vicuña Mackenna Avenue, in front of the San Joaquín campus of the Catholic University, to get off the driver and passengers.

Quickly the anonymous would have poured petrol and set fire to the public transport vehicle, at the same time that they threw leaflets demanding the freedom of the prisoners of the revolt and remembering one of those killed by the repression during the revolt.

No one was injured or arrested.

Italy: ‘Prometeo Operation’ flyer and poster for a gathering in solidarity and complicity on Monday, October 4, in front of the court in Genoa

Posted on 2021/10/02 by darknights

On Monday, October 4, 2021, at the Court of Genoa, the first-degree sentence will be passed in the “Prometeo” trial in which three comrades, Natascia, Beppe and Robert, are accused of sending parcel bombs against two former prosecutors from Turin, Sparagna and Rinaudo (prosecutors who have been involved in the repression of struggles for years), and against the former director of the DAP (“Department of Penitentiary Administration”), Santi Consolo, one of the people responsible for the torture that tens of thousands of prisoners suffer on a daily basis.

The prosecutor Federico Manotti, already known for his repressive fury against many anarchist comrades, asked for a total sentence of half a century in prison: 17 years for Natascia and Robert and 18 years and 4 months for Beppe. The main charge is article 280, i.e. attack with terrorist purposes.

Natascia and Beppe have been in prison for two and a half years, having been transferred countless times from one end of the peninsula to the other.

It is evident how the state raises the bar of repression when it feels its untouchable cornerstones are threatened, intervening with requests for disproportionate penalties precisely to dissuade those who oppose it.

By means of prisons, CPRs (Centri di Permanenza Temporanea, “Temporary Detention Centres”, prisons for migrants), preventive measures such as special surveillance and fogli di via (the obligations not to enter certain municipalities or provinces) and decrees that increasingly marginalise minorities, the state attempts to instil its daily dose of terror in those who are considered inconvenient or non-aligned.

INSIDE PRISONS AND TEMPORARY DETENTION CENTRES, AS WELL AS OUTSIDE, ARE THE STATE AND ITS SERVANTS THAT CARRY OUT THE MASSACRES.

WE WILL NOT ALLOW THE DEMANDS OF THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE AND ITS PERSECUTORS TO BE CONFIRMED IN SILENCE.

WE CALL URGENTLY FOR A SOLIDARITY-BASED AND ANGRY PRESENCE.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2021, AT 09:30 AM IN FRONT OF THE COURT OF GENOA (BRANCH) AT THE CORNER OF VIA FIESCHI AND VIA PORTA D’ARCHI.

IN SOLIDARITY AND COMPLICITY WITH NATASCIA, BEPPE AND ROBERT! IN ANY CASE NO REMORSE!
