A series of attacks around the world on car dealerships and authorized dealers of certain vehicle brands in recent years opened up the suggestion of a strategic line: anyone who provides mobility and transportation for the police is treated as an enemy. In the police equipment market, a handful of corporations compete for the favor of state death squads.

We are facing them, on the side of the mass riots in the French state against the “pension reform”, in the hot neighborhoods of the banlieues where BAC and other units have been killing for decades, on the side of our comrades in Sainte-Soline, with the insurgents of the French colonies … , everywhere where with Peugeot the vehicles of one of the most important vehicle manufacturers of France are in use.

To give just a few examples, also in Greece we see the same enemies of freedom as helpers of the Greek police. Almost four hundred Peugeot 308 were handed over as new patrol cars. With tinted windows “to transport delinquents inconspicuously”, the group advertises its product.

Peugeot Deutschland GmbH supplies the Saarland police with everything the technocratic brain desires, 120 patrols, 80 undercover investigation vehicles, vans …

On the night of April 21, we burned twenty-five vehicles on the premises of the Peugeot dealership on Landsberger Allee in Berlin-Marzahn. Among them fancy electric SUVs and several vans (presumably leased vehicles) of the security company ISS. ISS is not only involved in the operation of jails but also through a share in the company UNISON in the destruction and privatization of parks in Athens. Berlin, Germany: Construction machine of the company Hentschke Bau GmbH set on fire

On Tuesday night, we placed incendiary devices at a construction machine of the company Hentschke Bau GmbH in Berlin-Adlershof. Already a few years ago, comrades claimed responsibility for several attacks on the infrastructure of this company, which is also responsible for the construction of the prison in Zwickau. (https://chronik.blackblogs.org/?p=10502) The company was also brought into focus because its owner Jörg Drews is affiliated with the fascist party AfD.

The ruling ideology says that it is necessary to keep people in constant fear so that they do not resist patriarchal and colonial oppression and docilely join the capitalist routine so that they can ultimately be shaped and standardized. All the more encouraging are the signs of those who, even in the moment of almost total isolation, confront fear and do not fall silent in their struggle for a world of solidarity, mutual aid and self-organization. As we take it from the words of the Italian prisoner Alfredo Cospito, who has been on hunger strike for over 6 months since last October to fight against the 41bis regime imposed on him:

“I simply cannot live under an inhumane regime as 41bis means, where I cannot freely read what I want, books, newspapers, anarchist magazines, magazines of art and science as well as literature and history. The only way to escape the regime is to give up my identity as an anarchist and sell it to someone else to take my place. A regime in which I cannot have human contact, in which I cannot pick a handful of herbs or hug a loved one. A regime in which the photos of our parents are stolen. Buried alive in a tomb, in a place of death. I will continue my struggle to the extreme, not because of an “accusation,” but because this is not life.”

Although the hunger strike has ended and we are happy to know Alfredo is alive, this does not mean that we will stop fighting against the prison society. On the contrary, his struggle for dignity, as well as the numerous attacks in which comrades themselves risked their freedom, wrote words of solidarity and in this way connected with each other worldwide, have inspired us. With the strength unleashed by the hunger strike, we continue on the path of attacking all that the world of incarceration and punishment embodies. SANTIAGO, $HILE: CLAIM OF INCENDIARY EXIT FOR THE PACO DAY1 AT THE UNIVERSIDAD ACADEMIA DE HUMANISMO CRISTIANO AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR A BLACK MAY.

On Thursday April 27 as affinities we broke into the normal functioning of the university citizenship of the UAHC to celebrate the day of the paco in the way we like the most: with street violence. We set up a barricade of debris to interrupt the Condell traffic and thus invoke the bastards to fight them with Molotov cocktails. While we waited, we set fire to the electricity pole of a surveillance camera located at Obispo Salas and Condell. In this context, the response of the ratis2 was not long in coming; helmets, shotguns, bullet-proof vests and a shield were timidly placed outside their gate to intimidate and provoke our action. Unfortunately, we did not take the bait and waited for the police onslaught in order to fight back in a more optimal way, not as a sign of cowardice towards the ratis (we always went straight at them, even provoking them with a couple of Molotovs on the ground and stones), but knowing that if we attacked them directly, they would unleash an onslaught of shots and the panic could have caused a worse accident given the crowd of people in the street.

In this context, the wait for the police onslaught took almost two hours, which exacerbated the spirits of several of us. During this wait, a citizen-cop threatened us in a stupid and naive way with the intention of hitting us. A brief scuffle broke out and ended with his precious car out of service thanks to a Molotov that set fire to the driver’s seat of the car. We are not ashamed to attack the material goods of those who try to act as police without wearing a uniform; they more than deserve it.

After two hours of long and tedious waiting, the guanaco3 located at Condell and Providencia begins to advance while from Rancagua and Condell another guanaco also advances, trying to make a “trap” strategy. It is at this moment when we launched a couple of Molotovs, which triggered the advance of the ratis, covering themselves with the guanaco to proceed to execute about 9 shots, which left a person from the university wounded in his skull.

After this offensive, we continued the confrontation with Molotov cocktails inside the vicinity of the university. It is at that moment when the guanaco threw water directly into the face of a student.

Apart from any useless victimhood, we know that in the face of our inflammatory provocation they will do the impossible to see us imprisoned/dead; we are proud enemies of power and we are consistent with that, our lives are always open to the possibility of jail or death. Moreover, we also know that these events occur in this way because the precious government of the progressive bourgeoisie has given unlimited guarantees to its forces of order, all this under the neo-fascist rhetoric of “citizen security”. The trigger-happy law does nothing more than evidence the political crisis of progressivism and the unrestricted union of the entire political class. The progressive sector has not been able to repress subversion under the counterinsurgency mechanisms of social democracy (recuperation, democratization, grassroots politicking, etc.) and has given ground to the rhetoric of punitive populism, which leaves them only one option to safeguard their reputation: self-perpetuate at gunpoint.

It should be noted that, in addition, during this day simultaneous confrontations occurred at the Liceo Barros Borgoño (with a compa run over by the cops), Liceo 1 (with several detainees), INBA, Liceo de Aplicación, the former Pedagógico (where the cops attacked entering the university), among other establishments that were also occupied after the riots.

In relation to all that happened during that day, it is worth reflecting on the means of attack that we use in the face of the armed threat of the police in the context of trigger-happy behavior. We know that the police have always shot at us at random, however, this cannot remain just an inconsequential chant that says “all the bullets will be returned” while standing idly by. It is our certainty that those bullets do not return on their own and that when they least expect it we return them with ferocity and that in those moments they exhibit all their cowardice when they see us armed… Yes, this is also a threat.

It is time to study new means, new objectives, to qualify the attack, to strike harder and harder and to be unpredictable and invisible to the eyes of power. In a self-critical way we think that if we have to make incendiary exits we cannot only arm ourselves with Molotov bombs, paint or stones. It is necessary that our offensive puts their miserable lives at risk and that they feel the taste of blood in their mouths. Enough of raising banners waiting for them to stop shooting and killing us and let’s take arms into our hands not only in the peripheries of the city, but also in the heart of the metropolis; without leadership, without platforms, without vanguards, without leaders, informally and among like-minded individuals to unleash the anarchic war against all the existent.

For these reasons and more, we call for the multiplication of anarchic urban guerrilla actions throughout the world, making an Internationalist Call for a BLACK MAY in memory of comrade Mauricio Morales and in solidarity with Mónica Caballero and Francisco Solar as their oral trial is about to begin on May 19. We leave you these words to be spread around all the black threads of the world, dedicated to those who have ears to hear them, minds to reflect and hearts to take action and explode in rebellion.

Athens, Greece: Responsibility claim for the attack on the head of the Prison Control Inspectorate by Direct Action Cells – ‘Cell Katerina Goulioni’

The Direct Action Cells take responsibility for the attack with a low-powered incendiary/explosive device at the home of the head of the Inspection and Control Corps of the Detention Facilities and Deputy Prosecutor of Appeals Spyridoulas Presveias at 13 Solomou Street in the area of Glyfada, in the early hours of 1/4.

We are sending a clear message to prison prosecutors, prison wardens, prison officers, wardens, directors, social workers who choose to treat prisoners as second-class citizens. Who choose to play dirty political games on their backs. Who become agents of the Ministry of Civil Protection in order to advance themselves and their careers. Gather round because you will find us in front of you. The prosecutor we targeted is at the top of the institution responsible for the internal control of prisons and is directly responsible for all the injustices suffered by prisoners, especially after the passage of the new penal and new prison code.

Spyridoulas Presvias as the head of the Prison Inspection and Control Corps (ΣΕΕΚΚ) is the person whose responsibilities concern the most authoritarian parts of the anti-crime policy. He was appointed by the (former) secretary general of anti-crime policy Sophia Nikolaou, a failed New Democracy politician and declared enemy of prisoners, who a few years ago did everything in her power to murder the communist revolutionary Dimitris Koufontinas. In recent years, and after her appointment as its head, the ΣΕΕΚΚ, in addition to conducting investigations and files within the prison, has been upgraded to a body that can take legislative and administrative initiatives to further repress prisoners within the prison. This agency and the upgrading of its repressive tools is part of the broader planning of the New Democracy government for prisons as reflected in the new penal code and the new penitentiary code and a number of other repressive moves they call anti-crime policy. The state may talk about a “war on crime”, but in reality the policies that follow these declarations do not reduce crime, nor do they work to promote the cohesion of society. On the contrary, these policies are the intensification of the war through the systematic class, social and political exclusion declared by the ruling classes against the social base. And the prisons constitute the ultimate point, the absolute domination of this exclusion over the bodies of those who end up in the concrete tombs of bourgeois democracy. Athens, Greece: Responsibility claim for attacks on Airbnb, hotels and cameras in Exarcheia

In a virgin forest, a wild mountain, a quiet clean sea, a beautiful neighbourhood, the capitalist sees a “fillet”, a new field of investment and profitability. There is nothing in the world we live in, in the world of state power and the capitalist organization of the economy, that does not have a certain exchange value, that is not valued in money. Such is the nature of capital that it is driven to perpetual expansion as a condition of its survival and reproduction. Everything in nature and society is a target and a field for exploitation. In a miniature version of this process, the neighbourhood of Exarchia has recently been subjected to one of the strongest attacks in recent decades by the State and Capital. Like many other neighbourhoods in the centre of Athens, Exarcheia is still an ‘unexploited’ field for various kinds of big investors. A neighbourhood in the centre of the city, in the midst of its facade, that has been “left behind” in terms of infrastructure, big investments and profit supply to the capitalist machine.

But it is also a special neighborhood. It is different from the other – several other – downtown neighbourhoods that remain ‘underdeveloped’ and undeveloped and for which the same future of ‘development’ is foreseen. It is the neighbourhood of movements, of struggles, of politicised youth, of radicalism, of anarchists. The state has every reason to allocate many of its forces and resources to subjugate, refine, clean up, normalize Exarcheia and offer it, under its auspices, as a pawn to investors. The state knows that, traditionally, Exarcheia is the reference point of radical movements, the “headquarters” of the internal enemy. In recent years, and with particular intensity during the New Democracy government, the state has been attempting to fight what it imagines to be the final battle for the neighbourhood.

This is not, of course, a choice detached from the big picture of state policy. At the juncture of the last few years, the state seems to have considered – and, moreover, proclaimed – that it is the historically and socially appropriate moment to end the deep-rooted domestic revolutionary tradition, political radicalism, anarchists, movements, what its right-wing managers call the “ideological hegemony of the left”. In the era of economic crisis, high inflation and the coming recession, war and geopolitical upheavals, the Greek state is being shielded in the face of an unstable future. It has been 13 years since our comrade Mauricio Morales, the punky, left his earthly life in the midst of the offensive that with courage and will he raised against the tortured bastards of the gendarmerie school. Unfortunately, the explosive device he was carrying started earlier than expected, generating the consequences already known by many. We embrace punky and his actions from the depths of our irreducible spirit, meeting him on different fronts: against prisons, capital, speciesism and civilization.

It is in this last front, responding to the call to raise the memory of punky in this Black May, is that we have decided to attack a telecommunications antenna of the Entel company, located on a hill in the commune of Puente Alto, in the capital of the territory dominated by the Chilean state. We are and will always be against the advance of technology and the digitalization of our lives. The existence of these means the exploitation and devastation of the ñuke mapu, the extraction of its minerals through the genocide of wild species in pursuit of the filthy commodities needed by the warriors to reproduce their cursed existence. Antennas like this one erode their natural environment, both at the time of their installation, as well as in the recurrent maintenance they require. Moreover, the effects on the different beings produced by a world overloaded with electromagnetic waves through these antennas and new technologies such as the 5G network are doubtful. We are not scientists nor do we pretend to prove that they do harm, but the invitation of our instinct to destroy them is enough for us.

We know the winkul, we are not alien and we will never be alien to the wild and free life that lives there. We identify with the insects, the earth, the plants, the animals, the birds. We set out to fly like them and direct our sights to the target. We attack without hesitation, claiming with dignity the destruction and sabotage against the power, its authorities and the gear of domination that spreads thanks to the murderous civilizing progress. We studied the place, we understand the risks of actions in nature, so we made sure that the necessary firewalls were in place so as not to affect wildlife. And so it was, in an act of consistency and thanks to a timed incendiary device, all the electrical connections of the antenna were destroyed by the restless fire of our free piukes. RIMINI, INCENDIARY ATTACK AGAINST TWO RAILWAY POLICE CARS

Around 5:00 a.m. on 04/20/23, small incendiary devices were placed so as to set two railroad police cars parked in the Rimini station on fire.

This attack is intended to reiterate that direct action without mediation against the state and capital is possible and necessary.

The choice was made to attack with fire the railway police, a miserable appendage of the state police, assigned to the infamous task of safeguarding security in the railroad sphere. Their role as guardians of the so-called state borders was all the more reason to pay them a visit right on their doorstep. In fact, the constant monitoring that the polfer acts on “alleged” undocumented persons is a serious obstacle for those who want to move freely.

Warm complicit greetings to those who set fire to a police van in La Paz, Bolivia, as well stated in the claim of the attack “may all the efforts of the anarchist struggle live!”

This action is in solidarity with Monica and Francisco, who will soon face trial for several explosive attacks in Santiago, Chile. To comrade Alfredo Cospito, who recently interrupted a 6-month hunger strike against 41 bis and hostile imprisonment. Come on comrade the struggle continues.

Updates on Alfredo’s health status after interrupting the hunger strike (April 27, 2023)

Alfredo is starting to eat again (although more slowly than he would like, heh! heh!), little by little he is also reintroducing pasta and solid foods, following the dietician’s suggestions.

The overall values are quite good. There seems to be a slight improvement in the condition of the foot to which he had lost feeling, but for the moment according to the doctors it is not possible to venture a prognosis, in any case he is walking a little better.

He is still in the prison ward of San Paolo, anxious to leave the hospital, since at the moment he cannot take advantage of even the air time and essentially never leaves the room/cell, which is even deprived of natural light; doctors however say he should stay there at least another week. His mood is good; in short, he is recovering.

He will continue to receive visits from the lawyer and the medical officer, so updates will follow.

He is hardly receiving any mail, but we urge everyone to equally burden the censors with letters and telegrams, let them earn their filthy wages! We remind that to write to him the Opera address applies even if he is in the hospital:

UPDATES on the GENOA TRIAL of GIANLUCA and EVELIN.

The undoubted crisis that the capitalist mode of production is going through today manifests itself in an economy that bases its wealth on war, on the robbery and plundering of the commodity-rich global south, and in the sharpening of the class struggle.

While it is true that capitalism continually seeks “alternative” solutions that will ensure its continuation, often succeeding in finding them and thus creating new pockets of profit for the market, it is also true that the resource crisis and especially today’s climate crisis will not grant alternatives to this parasitic presence for long.
The commodity crisis affects not only the production of secondary consumer goods in the technology, war and digital industries, but also primary resources such as water. This leads not only to a change in geopolitical arrangements, but also to internal conflicts between exploited and exploiters as the example of reservoirs in France or mining in Germany highlights. Objectively, even in Italy, beyond the obvious shortcomings of radical opposition initiatives, the “hunt for ore” or residual gas supplies are accentuating the extractive machine of ruthless multinationals that destroy territories to increase their profits, with the favor of state concessions.

But the crisis of production is a possible prospect today, which is why states are organizing in an attempt to assert their interests and prevent radical struggles and forms of internal guerrilla warfare.

Against this backdrop the authoritarian turn underway in Italy and elsewhere takes shape, which on the one hand is evident in the adoption of economic and “social” policies aimed at ever greater class exploitation, and on the other in the tightening of repression against political crimes.

In the last period the authoritarian turn taken by the state has clearly and heavily characterized the exclusively political reading of social events and struggles by entering even the judicial spheres. It has strongly conditioned the use of repression with the application of punitive instruments that remain an objective problem for political prisoners, such as 41 bis, hostility and crimes arbitrarily reinterpreted, reformulated and used in a vindictive way as massacre and associative crimes.
