On the night of October 17, we installed an explosive device inside the headquarters of the National Academy of Political and Strategic Studies (ANEPE), on the eve of a new commemoration of the October revolt.

This partner in matters of State security and maintenance of public order carries out permanent academic activities aimed at police elements, in terms of intelligence, investigative and counterinsurgency strategies. It is a repressive body under the Ministry of Defense, which also shares knowledge internationally with States such as Spain, Colombia, Israel, etc.

Different academics of this den of Power have written about anarchic practices and tendencies, trying to analyze our ideas, dynamics and proposals, with texts of pretended studies about international projects (Black International/FAI-FRI) or the current panorama of our environments.

Héctor Barros, official on duty at the South Prosecutor’s Office, took intelligence and investigation courses at ANEPE, as did Gonzalo Blu, who was in charge of DIPOLCAR during the times of the so-called Operation Huracán, demonstrating that this site is only intended for the improvement of the police, judges and prosecutors, and not for “all Chileans” as they claim from this center. Berlin, Germany: Strabag and ATM on fire

As you may already know from the press, a Strabag transporter in Lichtenberg caught fire last night. The fire at an ATM in Kreuzberg has not yet been reported. We (a small autonomous group) take responsibility for both. We were motivated by the call for decentralized actions for the Köpi car park, which is to be cleared on Friday.

PS: Strabag/Züblin profited from forced labor in the nazi regime and obviously profits from exploitation and oppression now. Look at the emerging skyline of berlin: every second construction crane is from this company.

Philadelphia, U$A: Burning Ashli Babbitt Banner

A few anarchists residing on stolen Lenape land in so called Amerikka were alerted to the presence of a banner drop hanging from an electric tower along route 76 just outside the city celebrating the late far-right extremist, Ashli Babbitt, may she rest in piss.

Immediately upon getting notice of this we went to investigate and lo and behold there it was, hanging up defiantly exposing all the passing traffic to it’s utter filth. We just couldn’t allow that shit to fester in our town and following the proud anti-fascist tradition decided to take matters into our own hands. We got down to the tracks and to the electric tower and cut that shit down on sight!

We then took some arguably incriminating celebratory photos and decided to burn that shit in an old rusty barrel giving it the closure it deserved.

On Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the Medialuna* of the Valiant of NOS, located next to Route 5 South, in the commune of San Bernardo, some attendees found a suspicious device under the bleachers, calling GOPE personnel who quickly went to the site.

Specialized police personnel found two incendiary devices composed of plastic bottles filled with fuel, plus cables, batteries and a watch. After hours of work and the evacuation of 300 attendees, the GOPE managed to deactivate the device, indicating in the press that it was destined to be activated at 14:00hrs or in 14 hours (press versions are contradictory in this regard).

Pamphlets signed by “Grupo de Respuesta Animal” were found in the sector, rejecting the rodeo as an anthropocentric and speciesist expression.

The president of the Validiva de Paine Club, Manuel Meneses, told the press: “It hurts my heart to think that there is someone who wants to threaten the lives of our people, who are all Chileans (…) We found pamphlets threatening our rodeo and other activities. They say that it is the first of many to come and everything that has to do with the animal world, livestock, etc. They threaten everything that is not a threat. Berlin, Germany: Arson attack on vehicle fleet of the public order office

Geisel’s chain dogs are loose again. For the next eviction of Berlin. The demonstrations against the eviction of Köpiplatz mutate into real police parades and any opposition is punished with punches. It’s that time again!

“Hamburg expects the world” is the headline of the Hamburger Abendblatt.
