Masked mob swarms Northern, B.C. pipeline work site, causes millions in damage

British Columbia’s minister of public safety Mike Farnworth has issued a statement condemning the attack on the Coastal GasLink site.

“The RCMP is conducting a full investigation into this egregious criminal activity that could have led to serious injury or loss of life,” Farnworth said.

“The police report indicates that the workers’ camp was attacked in the middle of the night by unknown assailants wielding axes. There is no excuse for such violence and intimidation. All workers deserve to be protected from harassment and harm.”

Revolution or Barbarism

In recent years our days have been filled with news of deaths, with numbers of dead, with the words of “experts” who command arrogantly and boastfully from the power they have been given. They are filled with unreasonable orders and outrageous government impositions. We do not intend to extensively analyze positions on the health crisis. The tragic shortages of medical personnel, equipment and infrastructure, the “stain” of 100 deaths a day, i.e. the dire consequences of decades of privatization of public health care. The provocative strengthening of the private sector, exemplified by the big pharmaceutical companies and health giants, whose profits have reached historic highs. The re-emergence of the ‘strong’ state model to restore capitalist equilibria. The strengthening of centralised powers and the emergence of a new caste of all-round technocrats, with the role of abdicating and covering up the responsibilities of the state apparatus and shifting the responsibility for the spread of the virus to the individual. These are just some of the points that shape the management of the pandemic by the capitalist states.

Throughout the pandemic, the key issues that have dominated the public debate have been around public health, mental health and the effects of incarceration, the social exclusion of increasing segments of the population, growing class inequalities, the wider capitalist division of available resources, the role of science and technology, civil rights and the diminished role of bourgeois democracy in emergency situations.

The health crisis has affected in a universal way the relations constituting the social reproduction of capital. The inability of the social formation to reproduce the formed conditions of capitalist production led to an ideological crisis of the applied model of neoliberalism, while at the same time, following the dictum that “for capitalism every crisis is an opportunity”, it served as a key tool for the organised transition to a new era. The capitalist restructuring under way is the huge-scale operation to rescue a system that is plunging into chain crises of a structural nature. It is also the attempt to move capitalism into a new phase, something that its apologists of all kinds openly admit. It is a given that the contradictions that are developing within societies, states and big bosses will be on a trajectory of bloody conflicts in the coming years. The emergence of a powerful bloc within the imperialist bourgeoisies, consisting of the owners of the great technological giants, with the decisive potential for extracting cultural hegemony, is shaping a historical intersection in which the passage to the new capitalist formation will universally determine the lives, habits and lifestyles of the social majority. In the new totalitarian capitalist world that is emerging, the possession of information (data) will be (to an even greater extent than now) only one of the many fields of profitability of these oligarchs, who, in addition to the sharp increase in their profits, will concentrate even greater powers in their hands. On the other hand, those who live within the hyper-connected metropolises will literally become fully exploitable commodities, as they will not only sell their labour power, but every field of social, personal, consumer, recreational interest will be a profitable process for capital, they will constitute an uninterrupted flow of data. Every click, every piece of information unlocked by the algorithms on their screens will fill the pockets of their provider with profit in an endless game of exploitation and total control of every aspect of human activity. Wallmapu: Conviction against those who attacked police

After the repression of a Mapuche march in August 2020 in the city of Temuco, skirmishes spread throughout the city. It was just at that moment that a lone policeman received a well-deserved beating, leaving him with a fractured jaw and collarbone, leaving a beautiful image that went viral.

Following surveillance cameras and eyewitnesses, OS-9 personnel managed to arrest three people who had participated in the attack.

At the end of January 2022 they faced trial accused of serious injuries, being considered guilty. The prosecution is requesting 7 years in prison for the two adults and 3 years and a day in semi-closed regime for the teenager.

Leipzig, Germany: Parts for electric cars are scarce – let’s stop the cars of the city police!

In order to break our political stagnation, due to the Coronavirus epidemic, we went out on the night of January 24th.
We decided to set fire to several vehicles of the municipal police – parked in the parking lot of the city hall, in Ossietzky street*.

We wanted to oppose the arming of the control and repression organs, which is linked to the pandemic situation.

If we look at the last years, we see a significant strengthening of the municipal police force.

The tightening of the police laws and the continuing crisis due to the pandemic are giving (have given) them more and more competences. We can see how they are “policing”. In an increasingly authoritarian and violent way.

It is the municipal police who impose violence when we have to be restricted in our so-called free time, outside of work.

Because the measures taken to curb the pandemic are intended to forcibly maintain our ability to work and to deprive us of our social freedoms.

You will always try to restrict our freedom of movement, especially at night, or to close down meeting places, rather than factories or office floors. But we will always find ways to oppose you, no matter how difficult it is. On October 23 last year**, you managed to ban our demonstration. The city was cordoned off by the cops in a military way, that day our room for maneuvering was limited, the direct truncheon in the face would have probably been the consequence in many situations. In the years to come we will be confronted with such bans again and again.

You can ban our demonstrations and control the areas where you expect us on those days. But we remain “Autonomous. Resistant. Irreducible”.

If you take us away during the day, we’ll fall back on the night.

People who will still do it!
Until you lay down your weapons and open the way for a new emancipatory beginning!

The reality of the state, capital and patriarchy is misery and death. It is imposed as normality through the rhetoric and propaganda of the rulers, an impoverishment that is condensed into a lifetime of work in suffocating spaces and times, with unpaid overtime, counter shifts, ridiculous wages and high cost of living. The unhealthy social-working environment for the physical and mental condition of the underprivileged. The patriarchal violence that perpetuates the nightmare of the Greek family and protects the gendered relations of power-openness-oppression. To the detention camps for immigrants, to the imprisonment of those who resist and those who somehow threaten the national-state sovereignty and its political-economic interests. Still, anyone who is left over from the cycle of perpetuating the capitalist market is marginalized, paranormalized, and when they don’t comply they are shot with .38 bullets. Murders christened workplace accidents, murders at the border for the national ideal, murders of inmates for lack of medical care, femicides christened family tragedies, murders of individuals for deviating from gender norms, murders to preserve the integrity of “Sacred Property”, millions of murders of non-human animals on the altar of capital… And we who, in spite of the times, will not get used to death.

The December 2008 uprising has left in our consciences a signal of militant resistance of the oppressed. It did not come out of nowhere. It was the explosion that followed after the conflicts and struggles of the previous years. Today, in the face of repressive mechanisms that are constantly being technologically equipped and reinforced by the hiring of cops, and listening to the legacy of the global uprisings of the past, we insist that faith and consistency in struggle are necessary to create cracks in the face of domination. The Greek state since its foundation has included in its territory minorities that do not identify with its national characteristics and is forcibly trying to integrate them. Roma communities are the target of racist rhetoric that maps them as dangerous to the national body. From the media’s promotion of them as uncivilized and criminals, the endorsement of their physical extermination by trashy cops, the judicial acquittal of the killers and the silence – or consent – of the householders, the state’s strategy of control and assimilation is being implemented. On 22/10/21 the 18-year-old Roma Nikos Sampanis attempts to escape from a chase by a group of DIAS – and under the accusation that he was committing a crime – is murdered in cold blood by 7 determined uniformed bastards. In their form is personified what we hated most. And against them, they have not only what they aim at: for all those murdered by state, capital and patriarchy we will avenge. On Wednesday 8/12 at midnight, we set up a trap on Katehaki Street for passing DIAS motorbikes. We had ensured the safety of ourselves and other passing vehicles. Through our own fault the motorbike we targeted overtook the burning molotovs and no cop injury was caused. However, the uniformed bastards who were spared for seconds got a clear message by looking fearfully at the fire that broke out a few metres behind them. Ahead of them, they will meet the new attacks and the struggles that will continue.

Extract from the judicial declaration of anarchist comrade Francisco Solar taking responsibility for sending explosive packages to the 54th station of the carabineros [Federal Police of Chile] and against the former Minister of the Interior, Rodrigo Hinzpeter in July 2019, action claimed by “Cómplices sediciosos/Fracción por la Venganza” [Seditious Accomplices/ Vengeance Faction] and for the double attack on the Tánica building on February 27, 2020, in the midst of the revolt, action claimed by “Afinidades Armadas en Revuelta” [Armed Affinities in Revolt].

(…) In November 2017, our idea was to move away from the big cities, mainly Santiago, because of its frenetic way of life, and to start a self-sustaining project. Although I opted for that way of life, I did not stop thinking that the most appropriate way to fight against an overpowering system based on authority and predation is through violent revolutionary action. Only from this is it possible to achieve moments of destabilization that, even if they are fleeting instants, reveal the vulnerability of power

In the middle of 2018 I decided to start pursuing that kind of action (…) Once I made that decision I started to think about some target, being clear that if I was going to take a great risk, the action had to be powerful. I thought of carrying out an action as a response, as revenge against people linked to repression and business power. Both criteria were fully met by Rodrigo Hinzpeter, who in 2019 was manager of the Quiñenco group, whose president is Andronico Luksc. Hinzpeter had also been Minister of the Interior under the first government of Piñera, leaving a trail of repression that will be difficult to forget. He harshly repressed social and student mobilizations, trying to pass a law marked by prohibitions of all kinds, known as the Hinzpeter Law. As Minister of the Interior he was politically responsible for the murder of young Manuel Gutiérrez, harshly repressed the social mobilizations in Aysén and Freirina, militarized the Mapuche territory, resulting in hundreds being wounded, many of them children, and countless prisoners.

Santiago, Chile: Explosive attack against the National Directorate of Gendarmerie + Claim of “The Black Vengeance”

During the early morning of Monday, December 27, 2021, a loud bang shakes the center of the capital. An explosive device detonates against a window of the National Directorate of Gendarmerie, located on Rosas Street at the height of Teatinos.

GOPE personnel quickly arrived at the scene, and the South Prosecutor’s Office, which handles this type of crime, was present, entrusting the OS-9 and Labocar personnel with the investigation. According to the press, it was the Prosecutor’s Office itself which indicated the prohibition to inform and give more information. No pamphlets were found at the site.

Via email, the action is claimed by “La Negra Venganza”, which according to the text would be the same group that acted against a police station in 2020. The text details the use of industrial explosives, as well as ammunition in the explosive device, making an open call to expand this type of practice, to show solidarity with the prisoners and to expand the use of their name, and finally to greet other action groups.

Nuremberg, Germany: Two transmission towers set on fire of the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office

On the night of Dec. 13, we set fire to two transmission towers of the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office in Nuremberg.

There are countless reasons to hate and attack the police.

The original task of the police is to maintain the social status quo. That is, police officers are paid to maintain an exploitative, racist, sexist economic and social system based on the exclusion of minorities. Their job is to defend the profit and supremacy of those powerful in this system against any attempt at change towards justice, equality, redistribution or environmental sustainability.

The police therefore share the ideology of inequality, in which FLINTA (Frauen (women), Lesbian, Intersex, Nonbinary, Transgender, and Agender), migrants, the poor or people with disabilities are worth less and can be systematically denied access to fundamental rights and equality. The police, by its very basic mandate, is necessarily to be located conservatively and politically on the right.

The police are ascribed, medially, politically and legally, a neutrality and expertise that never existed, which is supposed to enable them to objectively report on events or evaluate situations. In fact, it is a political actor that openly acts against its own enemy images (people who show deviant behavior or strive for social change and migrants) and is still granted interpretive sovereignty over its attacks.

In order to maintain the relations of domination, it is of enormous importance for the profiteers of capitalism, which is why the police are given more and more powers and means to use violence. It receives new weapons like tasers (NRW) or tanks and hand grenades (Bavaria) to use against its enemies. According to their own preferences, the police prohibit demonstrations or have events such as soccer matches postponed, arbitrarily take people into custody, or search and vandalize homes. The thread of social struggles unfolds and widens the historical circle. The revolutionary act takes the consciousness one step further. It opens up paths against oblivion, devaluation, fragmented and incomplete historical-social memory, flattening and fascism. In the perpetual cycle of social struggle, actions form consciences and consciences form revolutionary strategy. Similar to the drying out, torture, executions and terrorism of yesterday, the regime today continues to embellish the same practice. It murders, imprisons, beats, beats up, files, terrorizes. Munich, Germany: Cop private car burned down

They control us, lock us up, search us and our apartments, beat and kill, deport and oppress: the fucking cops.
Just recently in Rotterdam they shot at rioters, in Munich they shot at a person who didn’t want to be evicted from her apartment, in Wuppertal someone was recently murdered by the cops and in Nuremberg someone is in jail for yelling at cops.
Time to fight back!
That’s why the private Audi A1 of a policewoman of the police station in Beethovenstraße burned down completely on 25.11.2021 only a few meters away from the police station.

Cop report of 11/26:

On Thursday, 25.11.2021, at about 02:40, a patrol of the police inspection 14 (Westend) noticed a burning passenger car Audi. The car was properly parked at the edge of the Bavariaring.

The fire department was called in and extinguished the fire. The car was a total loss. No persons were injured by the fire.

Initially, it was assumed that the car had a technical defect. The current and still ongoing investigations of the police department 13 have now provided evidence of intentional arson.
