On May 27, 2024 at a few hours before midnight we stormed a public transport bus. With a clear objective, to break the monotony of the city’s rhythm and illuminate the cold night of May in memory of the anarchist comrade Mauricio Morales.

15 years ago… on May 22, 2009 around 1:30 am, a roar shook the silent and cold night of the Matta neighborhood. During these days the nostalgia assaults, missing that air of the street envelops when waking up in these cells. It has been 12 months since the GOPE arrived bursting different doors of different spaces in which we transited or stepped on at some time.

We regret in the depths of our hearts that the bastard police exposed these beautiful little beings to so much violence, and that their eyes saw their despicable uniforms and weapons that were ready to meet and capture Aldo, so far the only one charged for the explosive attack against the National Directorate of Gendarmeria of Chile, and Lucas, charged for possession of various weapons and explosives.

The police did not care in the least about violating the basic rights of the children present in the different spaces raided.

We have lived the consequences and ups and downs of the prison world, where our convictions remain unyielding and more eager than yesterday to see this society collapse after an accurate blow to the heart of the repugnant social peace. During this year we have been separated as brothers and we have lived different prison processes. Aldo is in a highly dangerous module in the La Gonzalina Prison-Extermination Center, where he is the only political prisoner in the module. Lucas has been in different modules of the Santiago One Prison-Company. Being linked to the street, to the illegality and the cause that besieges us at present has influenced how we develop and position ourselves in our journey as prisoners, where he has had to face different prison situations.

We consider that in these situations it is extremely important to defend our position against society and prison, against prison and society: against prison society.

In spite of everything, we have learned to be attentive to different codes and frequencies, here, where blades and spears speak for themselves. Always with the intention that the metals are aimed at the jailers and not between prisoners.

We continue with our integrity intact, our illegal steps stepped hard on the streets, always intending more, never staying in the lesser evil or in the brute comfort, we broke with it and that is how we ventured into the boldness of the facts.

At present they are still investigating us, trying to find more and more, they will try to condemn us with the highest sentences they can, according to our different crimes, exemplary sentences as happened recently with our compañero Francisco Solar.

For us the only example is the coherence of continuing to take a stand against domination from the very house of the jailers.

Be clear that the ideas and revolutionary action is bulletproof and shackle-proof. These are the consequences of our anarchic and free existence, we assume the costs without fear, no prosecutor or court will make us feel the despair, much less bend us. They are the ones who fear us, not us.

They are the cowards, not those of us who, determined, walk with our dead by our side and with the death that, many times, accompanies us in every illegal movement and in every action.

Hundreds of personal-political projects were put on hold, even so, from these dungeons, we remain clear and willing to continue contributing to the anarchist struggle that walks firm and determined for the destruction of power, its servants and all the existing prison society.

Life is fragile and none is the exception.

To succeed in an attack is the most expected situation because we like that things turn out according to plan and that our claims are preceded by the sound of an explosion. But getting it right always brings close to the situation of failing, sometimes being too explicit or in others going almost unnoticed; “that the right time has not been chosen”, “that the appearance has not been changed in a place without cameras”, “that the correct route has not been taken”, “that the clockwork has not been confirmed”, etc., are statements motivated by perceiving some error, each one being elementary with its own level of influence for the operation in its entirety and that are not reduced to whether the device worked or not. The target may have exploded, what a satisfaction; but all the hits and misses behind it, how are they counted, how do they look, what do they explain about the action?

When one errs, the worst thing that can happen, besides imprisonment and death, is to be clouded by success, which at the end of the day translates into the frustration of “not knowing how to do things”. It has been said in every possible way by many comrades that there is no secret formula for insurrectional action. Overthinking techniques and conditions in order to find their perfection, ends up overwhelming the attempt of action. Some intellectual efforts become useless because they are devoid of direct experience, of the tension lived in the moment. The ideal field of study for the operative theory is the field of action, woven in the past and present by the subversive guerrilla experiences. Assuming, studying and positively discussing the reality of our mistakes will help us to catalyze a better management of the variables for the next adventure.

Months go by without much novelty, inserted in this redoubt of the underworld, which silences and hides. It is difficult to understand that your mobility is guarded and limited at every moment. It is easy to nourish myself with hate. If my eyes see daily officials, abuses, bars and uniforms in this implanted and repugnant routine, which overwhelms and suffocates.

But that does not paralyze or torment. Neither their punishments nor their decorated uniforms make me doubt my ideas and position in the face of this system of domination. In this process I have had the good fortune to live and experience political imprisonment with various comrades. Supporting each other, but we will not always be together, nor close, nor prisoners. Anti-prison solidarity has brought us together.

Captivity can suffocate, exhaust, but never defeat me… this prison process has reaffirmed how little I believe in. A joyful disappointment in those I once called brothers and sisters… today there are few I still love.

Any kind of pretensions I always wanted them aside, protagonists towards their spectacles. I am just a stealthy anarchist, brother to my siblings, and an avowed enemy of this or any state. Those who have been here, in the minority and diffuse practice, know that failing an attack is part of the many probabilities that arise in the bravery of the street, when we believe that everything is going well, we are surprised that something escapes from what was arranged and planned.

Deciding on an electrical system to detonate an explosive charge is not a whimsical decision, it is the result of studying the objectives, our forces and our resources for action. With a quick entry and withdrawal from the environment we prioritize the safety of our comrades, understanding that the materials at our disposal come and go, while the life and freedom of our brothers and sisters is the most valuable component of the arsenal.

These bitter situations are softened when we know from practice that although the State, police and prosecutors are careful to protect their territories, neighborhoods, institutions and infrastructures, the attack is still possible in contexts of control and passivity. The attack does not come to life in fervent virtual slogans, it is a threat when it bursts into the streets.

In the face of a mistake we could remain comfortably silent but we are proud to persist in action, charged with memory and militant solidarity. We take the words of the comrades in Bolivia, “Long live all the efforts of the anarchic struggle!” because to advance vertiginously along the paths of confrontation is a victory for our revolutionary horizons. We continue, we know that nothing is over and everything continues, and that our only defeat will be not to try.

On the objective

On April 2, 1992, a gang dressed in suits and ties burst into a large house located on the corner of Valenzuela Castillo and Marchant Pereira streets in the Providencia district in broad daylight to found what we know today as the Fundación Paz Ciudadana (Citizen Peace Foundation). RIMINI, INCENDIARY ATTACK AGAINST TWO RAILWAY POLICE CARS

Around 5:00 a.m. on 04/20/23, small incendiary devices were placed so as to set two railroad police cars parked in the Rimini station on fire.

This attack is intended to reiterate that direct action without mediation against the state and capital is possible and necessary.

The choice was made to attack with fire the railway police, a miserable appendage of the state police, assigned to the infamous task of safeguarding security in the railroad sphere. Their role as guardians of the so-called state borders was all the more reason to pay them a visit right on their doorstep. In the early morning of April 6, around 3:30 a.m. on Mariscal Santa Cruz Avenue, between Oruro and Cochabamba streets, four half-liter bottles filled with gasoline were placed on one of the front wheels of a police van parked in the middle of downtown La Paz, tied with tape and a simple activation system (consisting of incense with matches tied at one end).

Even if the strategy of power is to silence and make invisible the antagonistic practices, they will continue to be present, seeking to stress and intensify the conflict on all horizons.They know the potential of spreading the attack, and so do we.

It is a commitment to continue this struggle that other comrades have been waging for more than a century against power, capital, the state and all forms of authoritarianism. Let us give life to anarchic praxis here and now, responding to structural violence with revolutionary action. After 4 years of evictions of squats, bans on strikes and marches, State murders, extreme repression and imprisonment of innocent but proudly ‘guilty’ comrades, we are still here. Although we have had some resounding disappointments and defeats (let us not hide behind our finger) we proudly declare that the anarchist revolutionary movement has not fallen and will never fall without a fight. And that is the only way we ought to look to the continuation of our struggle. For unlike theirs our way has no end. Our road is eternal, etched with the blood of those who sacrificed for Anarchy and Freedom and carved in the footsteps of fire.

That is why we are taking responsibility for the incendiary attack on a car dealership in Kallithea at dawn on 12/2, which, make no mistake, was not for extortion or for blackmail, as the media declared the next day, but as a small blow to the image of normality, security and social peace that prevails in Greek society. We dedicate this attack to all our comrades who, unrepentantly and without fear, still look the enemy in the eye and take it on.
