After more than two years, the verdict for the four anarchists and one environmentalist is acquittal; only one of them was recognized guilty for small offenses, and the court dropped his punishment.
The main charges concerned the support and promotion of the Network of Revolutionary cells (SRB), insurrectional anarchism, as well as blackmail and harm of others property. SRB focused for several years on sabotage of the property of police and capitalists. So far, no one was convicted and condemned for these actions.
The defendant Lukáš Borl admittedly confessed to spraying the walls of prison lettering “desire for freedom the repression will not stop” and “death to the state”. He also admitted that he was identifying by amended identity documents. The damage he caused to the prison, he paid. The Court in these two points acknowledged Borl guilty, but dropped his punishment. According to the Head of Senate, Dagmar Šebková the delicts were not serious and also happened a long time ago.
The prosecutor Václav Richter designed to all without distinction of imprisonment in the duration of three years, whose performance would be conditionally postponed to the probationary period of three years. However, the court liberated the defendants. The judgment is not competent, the prosecutor appealed.
Explosion and fire in the comfort zone of the rich
The police protect the rich. They defend their power and property they have because they exploit workers.
Police acts hard against poor people. He holds them with violence and his threat in obedience and poverty. Some also kills. Like Stanislav Tomáš in Teplice.
Inside the comfort zone of the riches, on the outskirts of Teplice, 12. 7. 2021 intentionally established fire. This morning, snaps in the villas awakened small explosions and flames.
This is anger directed against the rich and their police security guard.
This is a restlessness that is provoked by police brutality.
This is a nightmare that disrupts their sleep.
Police is a global gang terrorizing poor and uprooted population. But all over the world also comes inspiring responses against their brutality. In Portland, Chile, Bremen, Brussels, Mexico, Athens, Kiev, France, Berlin, New York, Bristol, Patras, USA …
The resistance is everywhere, where there is police violence. Now also in Teplice.
WARNING! To state-agents..we collect intelligence too!
Message to Simon Chapman
As a free-lance photographer in a careless rush to make a fast buck, you snap images that expose people’s identity, when it’s totally possible to shoot from a different angle which doesn’t show the face. This inconsiderate funding of your lifestyle has earned you a reminder to take this as a warning!
There have been many demonstrations recently, and Simon Chapman has been out making a name for himself (and some money) at most of them. Because of this, we paid him a visit…
40 Stafford Road, St. Werburghs, Bristol
We sprayed ‘Simon Chapman Photo-Cop’ on his house and ‘is Big Brov’ on his door. We hoped to attack his car too (Grey Ford Focus registration DE53 XZS) but it wasn’t there when we visited him.
Chapman is the Bristol Branch Secretary of the National Union of
Journalists. He has sold images of people to both the Daily Telegraph and the Mirror; and regularly sells his photographs to the Bristol Post (who have a long history of publishing police photographs; encouraging people to snitch, and report on the whereabouts of ‘persons of interest’). Chapman’s images often show people in incriminating situations. In his thirst for fame and money, he is effectively an evidence gatherer for the state, and is profiting from putting people at risk.
The history of direct action in Bristol has always been of interest to
the mainstream press (especially the Bristol Post). Now, more than
ever, self-styled experts, activists and freelancers create careers for themselves out of interpreting the actions of others. Acts of rebellion are passively packaged as click-bait, used as cultural capital in some edgy form of gentrification, and utilised by the state as evidence and leverage in the tired (but sadly enduring) discourse around “good” and “bad” forms of action/anarchism.
Like many others, Simon Chapman has made a career out of gaining credentials within activist circles; before using this as a way to launch a career with the main stream press.
We don’t have a photo of Chapman; but he is medium height, no facial hair, always wearing neutral clothes. Always has a ridiculous telephoto lens on his camera and often a large rucksack with a waterproof cover.
He nearly always wears a bucket style sun hat, and walking boots, and behaves very confidently while strutting around taking photos. Maybe now he will look around him a bit more; rather than always pointing the attention on to others.
Times have changed since the Bristol riots of 2011 and the surveillance state is more pervasive…. Though not omniscient. This action is to remind anyone who assists the police in their investigations by documenting moments of rebellion, that we have eyes too… and we are watching you.
Chapman is one individual in a city filled with self-styled media
experts, “alternative” journalists and media outlets… but remember, surveillance works both ways, and we are on to you.
We refuse to be mediated or mis-represented. We speak only for
ourselves.

On July 20, 2001, 20 years ago, Carlo Giuliani was murdered by cops at the G8 summit in Genoa. This moment has affected many people in different ways, whether they were in Genoa themselves, followed the events from afar, or only read about them many years later.
Events like this, but also the context of a coming together of different rebellious structures mobilized across borders, shaped and continue to shape the struggle against the system.
Genoa is not forgotten and should continue to be part of our collective memory, stimulating discussion and bringing us together.

Building solidarity against states strategies of division
20 years after Genoa, movements worldwide are still confronted with different state strategies that divide them into “good” and “bad” in order to break their strength.
We would like to discuss counter-strategies and ways to find a collective response to repression.

THIS IS THE ACT OF REVOLUTIONARY SELF-DEFENSE OF PROLETARIAT.
THIS IS THE REVOLUTIONARY ANGER OF OPPRESSED.
On July 15 around 3:30AM we used a bomb against police cars in Gemert. We are oppressed but we don’t victimize ourselves, we act from the position of power against the state’s repression. In this neoliberal world, there is no safety for proletariat. So let’s take away the safety from the state as well, in the big cities and small villages.
We do this in solidarity with undocumented proletariat who are holding the hunger strike in Brussels, Belgium. As an armed hand of working class, we have a duty to return the violence to the state. The undocumented proletariat in Brussels must receive legal papers. We call our movement to express more public solidarity with them.
On July 1 at dawn in the area of Gyzi on Chaldari Street, we carried out an arson attack on the Ford dealership. As a result, at least two vehicles and the front of the company were burnt to the ground.
The choice of this particular target was not accidental. This is an American giant with branches throughout the world that has played a dominant role in the global capitalist scene. In particular, its founder Henry Ford in 1913 introduced a model of work organisation in which workers perform a set of identified movements, repeated over many hours. The work of the one cut off and alienated, as a stone of the production set, influences the work of the other in chains, raising the intensity and rhythm of production and work. Moreover, the possibility of refusals and resistances during work is reduced, since all the workers’ movements are dependent and form a chain. This has been a historical form of repression and surveillance of workers.
Fourth, Ford’s relationship with the US cops is widely known. It is one of the companies that has reinforced the repression carried out by the US state by providing equipment and vehicles. Even in Greece, in Laconia, Ford Motor Hellas has provided a vehicle worth 48,000 euros for the needs of the cops of the OPKE for the second time. The Mayor of Sparta has excellent relations with this company while the deputy mayor Thanasis Karlaitis former cop, he stressed: “hopefully other agencies will follow Ford’s example for the benefit of the citizens”.
A year before the lines of this text, George Floyd was abused to death and murdered by US cops. Savage conflicts break out across much of the USA with the main expression being the oppression of the African-American community and beyond. Protests break out internationally from country to country. In Greece diverse actions are taking place. For our part, one year later we keep the flame and the memory alive for the dead and the oppressed of our class. Wanting to bring back the energies of then with today. -The dilemmas of the contemporary «anarchist movement» versus the instituting character of the «social movements.»1.
«Vulgarly it is held that the «great mass» could not remain without religion; the communists extend that claim.»
Max Stirner, My Enjoyment of Myself, in The Only One and His Property.
«To see what we have in front of our noses requires a constant struggle.»
George Orwell, In front of your nose.
Contrary to what all the verbal diarrhea of post-modern neo-Leninism claims about the so-called «social movements», the novelty of these movements does not lie in the replacement of trade unions and traditional political parties, but in the motivational structure of the subjects involved; That is, in the convergence of perceptions around multiple factors (economic-socio-cultural) that nourish the collective longing for the welfare state and the labor society and, through processes of social mobilization, constitute a new institutional force that serves as a platform for the different fascisms -whether black, brown, red or whatever color they are given in order to persuade the «masses»- and paves the way for populist leaders.
Meanwhile, the social scientists (neo-Marxians and/or proto-populists) juggle a thousand and one times to semantically accommodate «institutionalization», giving the concept a one hundred and eighty degree turn so that it is grammatically instrumental for them; that is, hiding the intentions of co-optation of the struggles and forced integration to the «new» domination.
In this way, they reconceptualize «institutionalization» and define it as a «mediation» (between the so-called civil society and the regime) that redesigns the forms of participation, the mechanisms of representation and the devices of legitimization, enhancing the «transforming» character of social mobilization in total «recreation of the movementist tradition»2 . In the words of the merolico mayor Boaventura de Souza Santos: showing the emancipatory horizons that they recreate as agents of social change, by participating in the construction of hegemonic ideas that drive the politicization of reality3 .
Despite this evidence, the critique of the instituting maneuver of «social movements» has been mute in our tents. The shameless silences in the face of these instituting vessels -which suffocate individual breathing in the forced gasps of the movementist ritual-, have contributed to the theoretical-practical confusion that today plagues our circles, facilitating the imposition of alien programs and the adoption of the logic of the enemy (diametrically opposed to our desires for total emancipation). Instead of drawing a crucial dividing line, which establishes the definitive separation of the instituting struggles and punctuates the consistent action of contemporary anarchic grammar, an ambiguous discourse, loaded with vague expositions and excess of positivity, has been encouraged. “By all means, I believe the violence within us is just. It’s necessary. I believe that we can no longer try to turn the other cheek. Not only is this motto a lie, but it also isn’t good for anybody. It can’t be. We have to capable of defending ourselves by being beautifully violent. We must cover our faces and go out into the street to be against everything that represents the atrocious powers we fight against.”– Luisa Toledo Sepúlveda
Words from Prisons for Luisa Toledo Sepúlveda.
Our mother, grandmother and eternal comrade Luisa Toledo Sepúlveda has left. From the different centers of punishment and isolation where we have traveled for decades and years, maintaining upward the autonomous, subversive and anarchic resistance, we meet again at the hearth of our herd to eternally embrace “Luisa”, our subversive mother.
We are in pain, with our hearts broken, traveling between different generations of comrades to whom the words and actions of “grandmother” have marked the journey for years from children in the town, rebellious adolescents and young combatants.
Feel the power of her voice as the voice of her children who at the same time are all of us who have been undeniably marked with the certainty of her words of fire, of bullets, of roars, of conspiracy, of conscience, of beautifully violent memory, from the inalienable insistence to the frontal fight against the world of power and all authority.
Your children who resist in prisons, the fugitives who remain in struggle, from different territories of the planet where your name is heard as a synonym of Resistance, Memory and Subversion, today, we shout together and united very loud and clear that we continue unconditionally hoisting the banner of social war, the permanent gesture of the conflict in the struggle for total liberation.
We call on all rebels who worthily claim the frontal struggle against power through direct action to demonstrate in war with concrete gestures in memory of Luisa Toledo Sepúlveda.
We call to keep alive the fire of her voice, her fighting spirit, her wise words, her incessant practice always on the side of illegality in clear subversive complicity.
We hug you and we are with you. Manolo, Flaca, Sol, Alen.
We salute Villa Francia and all the accomplices.
We embrace the Peñi and Lamngen at war!!
We embrace you with eternal love in war, dear woman, mother, grandmother, comrade!!
Luisa Toledo Sepúlveda, you live in the anti-authoritarian, autonomous, subversive and anarchic struggle forever!!
As long as there is misery, there will be rebellion!!
Death to the state and long live anarchy!
Combatant youth: permanent insurrection!!
Until destroying the last bastion of prison society!
Towards total liberation!!

Tuesday July 6, 2021- Santiago, Rancagua. Territories dominated by the Chilean state.
Targets that exist everywhere – a strategic proposal for building a common front against the profiteers of war and repression Rapidly, time marches on; we are already in the 2nd year of the Covid-19 state of emergency and, knowing that no power will ever voluntarily relinquish its new mechanisms of control, anarchist and other libertarian movements all over the globe are looking for strategies and practical means against it. In some regions, social tensions have recently erupted into riots.
