Alishare, I heard your message of solidarity, thank you, it gave me strength. I would turn the energy with this open letter, and I hope to kick a brick from the walls. One more time. In a flurry of black feathers and lunar wisdom, a murder of crows delivered your statement and those wily crows told me about your situation in FCI Memphis.

I want to add on to this dialogue and talk about three anarchist comrades imprisoned in Italy. The first is Anna Beniamino who is serving a 17 year sentence for the Scripta Manent case in a high security regime in Rebibbia prison (Rome). The Scripta Manent case involved the arrest of 7 anarchists accused of subversive association with terrorist intent and a series of direct actions claimed by the Informal Anarchist Organization. An absurd farce with obscene conclusions. The second comrade I want to mention is Alfredo Cospito who has been locked up since 2012 for the Adinolfi case for which he was sentenced for nearly 11 years and is now waiting for the confirmation of another sentence of 20 years for the Scripta Manent case. Alfredo was recently struck with the legislature 41 bis, special security regime. Each month, he can only receive either one phone call (10 minutes) or one visit strictly with family members with glass and recorded; he can only walk in the yard with maximum 3 other prisoners previously approved by prison security; he cannot receive books, censorship is applied to his correspondence (number of letters per month is extremely limited), and he has a very limited amount of items which he can keep in his cell. Several international agencies have continuously condemned the 41bis prison regime as torture. The third comrade I want to mention is Juan Sorroche. On the date of the international day of with long-term anarchist prisoners, June the 11th , Juan will face a court hearing in Treviso. Juan is on trial accused of an attack against an office of the Lega Nord political party claimed by the “Cell Haris Hatzimihelakis/Black International (1881/2018)” that happened in August 2018. Juan who was already serving time for other judgements, is now facing a long sentence in this other political trial. Like all the imprisoned anarchists around the world, these three comrades deserve the support and solidarity that the international anarchist movement can give them. Berlin, Germany: Burning of Hertz truck – not only for hunger striker Michailidis

We use simple means to sabotage the enemy’s infrastructure. That the car rental company Hertz is an enemy became known not only after an attack on their branch* and further fires of their vehicle fleet in Athens. Not only the Greek police is equipped by Hertz with vehicles at preferential conditions, but also in other states active and former cops and military are supported according to self-advertisement.

Hertz is one of the companies that force the constant need for mobility. Everything and everyone must always be immediately available everywhere. Delivery services, rental vehicles and Uber now dominate traffic in cities. Along the way, they create data collections about moving things and people for the police’s tracing computers, Hertz also by filming drivers while they drive.

In the social war and in the war state against state, we stand flagless on the side of the oppressed against the oppressors and Hertz stands on the side of power, sometimes under the Greek flag in the jeeps of OPKE, sometimes under the US flag on the trucks of the National Guard or under the flag of capital on their vans, with which they profit in Germany from the compulsion of the citizens to constantly move to another place from expensive apartments.

On the night of May 25, we set fire to a Hertz truck in the northern Berlin district of Reinickendorf as a minimal sign of our solidarity for Giannis Michailidis, who has been on hunger strike in Malandrinos prison since May 23.

We also wish Lina, who has been in pre-trial detention for 18 months, much strength and freedom.

At the same time, our action is in the framework of similar acts around the world that burn to ashes everything that can be useful for the war.

Puerto Montt, Chile: Explosive attack against Special Forces police station + Revival of “Negra venganza. Nucleos de Melipulli Jose Huenante”

During the night of May 25 in the southern city of Puerto Montt, a roar shook the 8th Police Station of Special Forces, now renamed COP (Public Order Control) to clean up its image.

The explosion affected the police building located on Calle Deber Cumplido in Población Miramar.

The prosecutor of the area, Myriam Perez, ordered the concurrence of specialized personnel to the place, that is to say GOPE, Labocar and OS-9 personnel. For her part, Giovanna Moreira, presidential delegate of the Lo Lagos region confirmed the filing of a complaint, stating: “we will not tolerate violent actions that endanger people”.

The action was vindicated via email to different counter-information media by “Negra venganza. Núcleos de Melipulli Jose Huenante, responding to a call pointed out in a past attack against gendarmerie in December 2021.

The night of MAY 25, 2022 we left an explosive surprise in the special forces police station of Melipulli (Puerto Montt).

Almost 17 years have passed since that night when they took Jose, a young settler with the last name of Huenante, a young Mapuche who was disappeared by the Chilean Carabineros.

Almost 17 years have passed and today in a gesture of memory and revenge we are attacking one of their hideouts.

We know that none of those involved in Jose’s disappearance work in this police station, but this is part of the nefarious institution, and this is reason enough to attack them, taking into account that those involved in Jose’s disappearance continue to swell the ranks of this institution.

This month has a special significance for those who choose the path of action and confrontation, in this BLACK MAY, we remember and embrace the memory of our comrade and brother Mauricio Morales.

We want to embrace the memory and coherence of comrade Luisa Toledo, who always stood by the side of those who choose the path of social war.

We salute the brothers and sisters of the Wallmapu who resist the attempts by the State to suffocate the insurrectional flame throughout the territory and stand up to extractivism and capital.

Russia: Incendiary attacks continue on registration offices

Shchelkovsky (Moscow)

On May 18, two molotovs flew inside the military commissariat in Shchelkovsky, near Moscow. Both offices were damaged by the flames, including the archives of the military registration and enlistment office

Volgograd

On May 15, unknown individuals targeted the military registration office in Volgograd. At least one “molotov” flew into the basement of a recruitment center, where a fire broke out consuming the 20 square meter room. No one was arrested.

Pronsk (Ryazan)

Barely an hour later, a message arrived about a fire in the door and window frame of the military registration and enlistment office in the village of Pronsk, Ryazan region. No one was arrested.

Gukovo (Rostov)

On May 13, at about 2:00 a.m., an attempt was made to set fire to the

military registration and enlistment office in Gukovo, near Rostov. A flaming molotov hit the wall of the building. According to the state media, the perpetrator “disappeared in an unknown direction”.

Military registration offices in the northern Khanty-Mansi region and in the southern Volgodonsk region were also attacked. (Moscow Times)

Omsk & Cherepovets, Russia : Two new recruitement offices hit with molotovs

After the offices in Nizhnevartovsk, Zubova Polyana, Voronezh, Sverdlovsk, Ivanovo and Lukhovitsy (Moscow), two new military recruitment offices have been burned with molotovs in Omsk and Cherepovets. These are the seventh and eighth of their kind to suffer the same fate in Russia since the invasion of Ukraine.

Omsk (Siberia), May 13, 2022

On the night of May 13, 2022 in Omsk, Siberia, unknown individuals threw several molotovs through the windows of the Central District military registration and enlistment office at 74 Pushkin Street. At least two windows were broken. One of the premises of the military registration and enlistment office caught fire and an area of 30 square meters burned. It is also reported that “some archive documents were damaged”.

Cherepovets (Vologda), May 8, 2022

On the night of May 8, 2022 in Cherepovets (Vologda), two unknown individuals set fire to and threw several Molotov bottles against the windows of the military registration and enrollment office. The office is located on the first floor of an administrative building at 118 Krasnodontsev Street. In the video that is circulating, one person throws the molotovs, while the second keeps watch. The fire damaged two window frames and blackened the facade of the building.

Let’s hope that the partisans remain free and that all military registration and enlistment offices are burned to the ground!

Part IV: In Defense of Anarchist “Sectarianism”

The Marxian religion was imposed in Russia by blood and fire with the Bolshevik coup d’état. Vladimir Ilich Ulyanov (alias Lenin) would be in charge of canonizing the dogma -glorifying its metaphysical character with ontological and metahistorical pretensions- and implementing it as a disciplinary instrument and tool of domination. As could not be otherwise, the institutional faith produced its high priests who, in the end, would turn out to be “more papist than the Pope”; reaching its dogmatic paroxysm with the rise of Soviet orthodoxy after 1930 and the development of the schools affiliated with Stalinism (read: most of the Marxian currents that were implanted in the so-called Third World). Certainly, in this context, the “struggle against sectarianism”¹ was exacerbated in the defunct Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR).

Circus-trials, mass imprisonments, state surveillance and extrajudicial executions – by means of Cheka -,² were the response to “sectarianism” in the land of the “soviets” during 70 years of red fascism. Thousands of anarchists, critical Marxians, Mensheviks, social-revolutionaries and other “sychophants” went to the concentration camps created by Trotsky, accused of “sectarianism”. In those same extermination camps, the survivors of the Kronstadt massacre served their sentences, under the same accusation. In East Germany, Albania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, China, North Korea, Mongolia, Cuba, Cambodia and Ethiopia, “sectarians” were persecuted and killed by their respective states/churches. Athens, Greece: Responsibility claim for the incendiary attack in Pefkis-Lykovrisi – To burn the beast of gentrification to the ground by Thousands of Suns of the Night

On 27/04 we placed incendiary devices in the offices of the Nea Dimokratia (New Democracy) Pefkis-Lykovrisi, burning them completely outside and a large part inside, essentially closing the office.

We hold this party accountable for a series of actions that form the backbone of the Greek state’s agenda.

Redevelopment-Regeneration-Repatriation-Suppression

From the beginning of its term of office, ND as a government has shown its intentions on the issue of the city. The Athenian centre is constantly being shaped as a luxury showcase for global and European tourism. This process started and accelerated already in the years of the covid-19 boom when hundreds of thousands of euros were given for the construction of the Grand Walk (pet gentrification project of Athens mayor Kostas Bakoyannis). Public space is increasingly occupied by goods and consumers. Universities and spaces that once seemed to be meeting points for movements and collective processes are now being cleared, controlled and mapped with cameras and cops (ΟΠΠΙ, university cops). The state’s attempt to turn the Gini polytechnic into a monument in a move of gentrification is also characteristic. At the same time, student movements are subjected to extreme repression, with typical examples being the pressure in other universities such as the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as the case of the 14 students who are being persecuted under the umbrella of manipulating DNA files. In continuation of the pressure on the anarchist movement with reference to meeting places is the continuous repression of the occupations in the centre of Athens and Thessaloniki.

Of course, along with all the above comes the redevelopment of squares, parks and hills. The criminal collaboration of the state with capital leads to the appearance of construction sites and dust in the squares, security barriers, blocking of work sites, extra security with security and cops and as expected: displacement of the poor, the marginalized, migrant women. Even the few places that the poor, the people from below, the people of our class had to catch their breath, are being forcibly taken away from them. This plan is being carried out all over the centre, from Galatsi and Pagrati to the most migrant neighbourhoods, Kypseli Square, Protomaya Square and soon Exarcheia Square. Athens, Greece: Responsibility claim – Incendiary attack on General Post Office vehicles

For more than a decade we have been experiencing the invasion of capital on our lives, through the neoliberal restructuring of the relations of production. The cycle that opened during the period of the memoranda has never closed, but instead the state and the bosses are upgrading and deepening their domination and exploitation to this day.

The present condition should not be superficially assessed by the movement as a setback in relation to a social democratic period of a different balance of forces, workers’ conquests and gains. In fact, the previous period finally prepared the ground for the current selection. Social democracy, as the last political stage of the capitalist model of production, aims at securing the necessary consensus needed by the political system to validate the continuous and intensifying capitalist restructurings. The social and political assimilation of the working class has taken place decades ago since the radical and subversive movements retreated by surrendering to the welfare states, institutional trade unionism and finally abandoning the revolutionary perspective.

The mosaic that composes the contemporary reality in Western societies places the proletarian struggle in a symbolic position of workers’ mobilizations and demands. By recognizing the workers as the only subject of its conduct, they exclude those most affected by the capitalist juggernaut, that is, those excluded from the capitalist means of survival, labour, as well as those who are even lower down. As long as this body is excluded from the class struggle the threat of privatisation and individualisation of a struggle, which inevitably takes the form of resistance and simple survival and the dissipation of our misery, takes on flesh and blood. Solidarity among all the oppressed is a necessary ingredient for overthrow and emancipation. Athens, Greece: Responsibility claim – Arson of a National Technical University vehicle

ANNOUNCEMENT – CALL FOR A CAMPAIGN OF ACTION AGAINST THE UNIVERSITY POLICE

WHY WE BURNED THE OFFICIAL CAR USED BY THE RECTOR ANDREAS BOUDOUVIS FOR HIS INTERNAL MOVEMENTS WITHIN THE UNIVERSITY PREMISES

On May 12, the Council of State effectively upheld the law on the University Police since, as stated in its decision, neither academic freedom nor the autonomy of Higher Education Institutions is violated. The Council of State’s decision argues, inter alia, that there are important reasons of security and public order according to which it is deemed necessary to have the universities guarded by the police. Is the Council of State competent to admonish and defend values such as freedom and morality? Would the Council of State do well to resolve its internal issues first and foremost and leave aside the public security issues at a time when its former Vice-President and President of the Third Department, Panagiotis Efstratiou, is involved in a case of cocaine use and trafficking among minors? We do not expect anything different from the Council of State, the Supreme Court and their courts, which are rife with corruption and scandals, which wash away businessmen, politicians, big business and other scoundrels without a trace of shame at the same time as society is sinking into poverty and misery. The most recent and striking example, moreover, concerns the – beyond all provocation – cover-up of the rapists of Georgia Bika, where the scum of the well-known multinational rushed to cover up in the most blatant way the rape of the militant Georgia. Words are superfluous. An instrument of cynical execution of governmental dictates, the judiciary is humiliated in the courtrooms, the corrupt system rules them undisturbed and the fairy tales about separation of powers just make the big picture even more provocative.Surely the answer for the University Police Corps will not be given by the Council of State. The best and most targeted answer will be given by the student movement itself, the world of struggle, the anarchist and radical space, the parts of the militant left and the part of the progressive space that must finally put a brake on arbitrariness and authoritarianism. We are convinced that a mosaic of actions will unfold in the coming period, from symbolic actions to more dynamic actions that will cancel this bill in practice and why not put on the table the issue of self-organization and subversion not only within the universities but also in the whole society as a whole. Let all the schools be closed with occupations, let students and teachers with basic self-respect abstain from classes, let mass demonstrations take place all over Greece, let all the cops who will staff the new body be targeted. Chile: Communique for comrade Kuyi

After a new commemoration of the death of Mauricio Morales, students of the Liceo de Aplicación (Application High School) carried out an incendiary march with barricades, memory and combat on May 23.

It begins with the burning of a bus in Cumming con la Alameda and ends with two arrested, one of them released without charges but with constant harassment and monitoring by the management of the Liceo de Aplicación. The second comrade on May 24 is left in the hands of Sename for three months while the investigation lasts and then he would be imprisoned with the charges of frustrated homicide to the passengers and bus driver, threats with a firearm to the driver, anti-terrorist law, burning the bus and also the lawsuits of the State and the RedBus company. All these charges add up to at least 10 years.

In the face of this we call to continue the combat and street struggle demanding the immediate freedom of our comrade Kuyi.
