Santiago, Chile: Explosive attack against Belasco construction company in Las Condes + Claim by “Grupo de Acción 6 de Julio-Nueva Subversión”

During the night of Tuesday, July 5, around 23:00hrs an anonymous cyclist was riding through the wealthy streets of Las Condes to stop at the intersection of Ebro and Encomenderos.

In the place is located the corporate building of the construction company Belasco, the anonymous cyclist manages to enter a small package through the fence to give towards the interior of the building. After a few minutes, the device explodes, causing damage to the facade, mainly to the pillar, the entrance gate and glass of the building.

The unknown silhouette manages to continue its course without any problem or being detected. The typical police personnel for these events arrive at the place: GOPE, LABOCAR, OS-9 in charge of the already traditional Fiscalia Sur, self-styled expert for these cases.

From the progressive government, the Minister of the Interior Izkia Siches said: “the investigations are in progress, I am aware of it and we hope that they will be able to give a quick account. These are facts that we obviously reject as a government and we hope they will not be repeated in our country”.

For his part, the Undersecretary of the Interior, Manuel Monsalve, said: “We must not anticipate judgments, there are audiovisual images of the person who placed the explosive device, with respect to the company Besalco”. Extract from the judicial declaration of anarchist comrade Francisco Solar taking responsibility for sending explosive packages to the 54th station of the carabineros [Federal Police of Chile] and against the former Minister of the Interior, Rodrigo Hinzpeter in July 2019, action claimed by “Cómplices sediciosos/Fracción por la Venganza” [Seditious Accomplices/ Vengeance Faction] and for the double attack on the Tánica building on February 27, 2020, in the midst of the revolt, action claimed by “Afinidades Armadas en Revuelta” [Armed Affinities in Revolt].

(…) In November 2017, our idea was to move away from the big cities, mainly Santiago, because of its frenetic way of life, and to start a self-sustaining project. Although I opted for that way of life, I did not stop thinking that the most appropriate way to fight against an overpowering system based on authority and predation is through violent revolutionary action. Only from this is it possible to achieve moments of destabilization that, even if they are fleeting instants, reveal the vulnerability of power

In the middle of 2018 I decided to start pursuing that kind of action (…) Once I made that decision I started to think about some target, being clear that if I was going to take a great risk, the action had to be powerful. I thought of carrying out an action as a response, as revenge against people linked to repression and business power. Both criteria were fully met by Rodrigo Hinzpeter, who in 2019 was manager of the Quiñenco group, whose president is Andronico Luksc. Hinzpeter had also been Minister of the Interior under the first government of Piñera, leaving a trail of repression that will be difficult to forget. He harshly repressed social and student mobilizations, trying to pass a law marked by prohibitions of all kinds, known as the Hinzpeter Law. As Minister of the Interior he was politically responsible for the murder of young Manuel Gutiérrez, harshly repressed the social mobilizations in Aysén and Freirina, militarized the Mapuche territory, resulting in hundreds being wounded, many of them children, and countless prisoners.

Santiago, Chile: Explosive attack against the National Directorate of Gendarmerie + Claim of “The Black Vengeance”

During the early morning of Monday, December 27, 2021, a loud bang shakes the center of the capital. An explosive device detonates against a window of the National Directorate of Gendarmerie, located on Rosas Street at the height of Teatinos.

GOPE personnel quickly arrived at the scene, and the South Prosecutor’s Office, which handles this type of crime, was present, entrusting the OS-9 and Labocar personnel with the investigation. According to the press, it was the Prosecutor’s Office itself which indicated the prohibition to inform and give more information. No pamphlets were found at the site.

Via email, the action is claimed by “La Negra Venganza”, which according to the text would be the same group that acted against a police station in 2020. The text details the use of industrial explosives, as well as ammunition in the explosive device, making an open call to expand this type of practice, to show solidarity with the prisoners and to expand the use of their name, and finally to greet other action groups.

Chile: Claim of explosive attack against ANEPE by ‘Autonomy Faction Cristián Valdebenito’

On the night of October 17, we installed an explosive device inside the headquarters of the National Academy of Political and Strategic Studies (ANEPE), on the eve of a new commemoration of the October revolt.

This partner in matters of State security and maintenance of public order carries out permanent academic activities aimed at police elements, in terms of intelligence, investigative and counterinsurgency strategies. It is a repressive body under the Ministry of Defense, which also shares knowledge internationally with States such as Spain, Colombia, Israel, etc.

Different academics of this den of Power have written about anarchic practices and tendencies, trying to analyze our ideas, dynamics and proposals, with texts of pretended studies about international projects (Black International/FAI-FRI) or the current panorama of our environments.

Héctor Barros, official on duty at the South Prosecutor’s Office, took intelligence and investigation courses at ANEPE, as did Gonzalo Blu, who was in charge of DIPOLCAR during the times of the so-called Operation Huracán, demonstrating that this site is only intended for the improvement of the police, judges and prosecutors, and not for “all Chileans” as they claim from this center. In memory of my Father.

More than 100 years ago the anarchists of action in some places of the world claimed to be subversives.

94 years ago were assassinated in the electric chair the insurrectional anarchist comrades of Italian origin Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti on August 23, 1927 after a trial that lasted 7 years, 4 months and 17 days.

They were held responsible for acts in which they did not participate, but above all they were murdered for being anarchist subversives of action, convinced of the need for constant confrontation with the state and its oppressive violence. The excuse of power: robbery and homicide.

During the rigged process that ended up seating them in the electric chair, the solidarity of a wide range of anti-authoritarian sectors was not long in coming. All over the planet, through countless actions and gestures coming from the deepest illegality, this indestructible bond of insurrectionary complicity was expressed, capable of crossing territories, languages, temporalities and all kinds of limitations that left an indelible mark in the history of the struggle against the prison society that lasts until today.

Since then, the carictaturized figures in the innocence and victimhood of both comrades have been the predominant discourse of those who have distorted their stories of struggle with the purpose of morigrating the indesmentible insurrectionist character of the anarchic universe of axion of which they were a part. ES: Ni un minuto de silencio, toda una vida de combate
A 23 años del asesinato de Claudia López

Desde los rincones más inquietos de la memoria nos autoconvocamos, tanto compañerxs que conocimos a Claudia desde una fraternidad rebelde como también quienes, sin conocerla, nos reconocemos en su experiencia de vida y de lucha, para continuar con el combate al olvido, aportando a no dejar que la historia se escriba por si sola, a sumarnos a aquel torrente de recuerdos que ha decantado en praxis y resistencia, multiplicándose y expandiéndose a través de bibliotecas, centros sociales, actividades, okupas, combates callejeros, acciones, lienzos, afiches, murales y panfletos.

Esta vez desde nuestra mirada, desde nuestro recuerdo, con rabia y dolor, con nuestras derrotas parciales pero también con las victorias a cuestas, pretendemos levantar, lejos de las verdades incuestionables, un ejercicio/praxis de memoria y volver a recorrer los pasos que llevaron ese 11 de septiembre de 1998 a la compañera Claudia López, la chica Claudia, con sus 25 años, a caminar hasta la población La Pincoya donde dejo su vida en la calle, asesinada por balas policiales. Tiros avalados por un Estado siempre al servicio del capital y los poderosos. De estos hechos y de esta realidad no hay duda alguna, a pesar de las infamias periodísticas o maniobras jurídico-policiales.

Que la chica haya estado esa noche en la Pincoya no obedece a la casualidad o algún momentáneo impulso rebelde sino a una decisión y a un camino trazado desde hace años en luchas y enfrentamientos callejeros, tanto en universidades como en distintas poblaciones, de igual forma en su activa participación en coordinaciones combativas, aunando fuerzas entre distintas experiencias autónomas y de luchas antiestatales.

A lo largo de estos años mucho se ha comentado respecto a la militancia política de la compañera, ésta sin lugar a dudas no puede ser comprendida desde categorías únicas y determinantes, más aun cuando eran tiempos que a partir de un acertado cuestionamiento a un marxismo dogmático por parte de quienes apostaban por revitalizar una práctica ofensiva contra el poder y el capital, se genera un acercamiento entre tendencias de un marxismo revolucionario; el anticapitalismo y la autonomía, con el anarquismo.
