Rome, Italy: Texts and materials distributed during the initiative of 26/11/21 at Bencivenga + Contributions of Alfredo Cospito and Juan Sorroche

Posted on 2022/02/20 by darknights

We receive and publish a series of texts and materials distributed during the initiative in solidarity with the Chilean prisoners, held at the Bencivenga Occupato on November 26, 2021. Two booklets: one on the hunger strike conducted by prisoners in Chile, the other is a collection of texts, many translated from the magazine Kalinov Most, which were intended to better focus the topics of the debate: the specific reality of Chilean prisons, solidarity, fight against prison. There are also two contributions of Juan and Alfredo for the initiative, which they asked to be disseminated.

UNTIL THE DESTRUCTION OF THE PRISON-SOCIETY

(leaflet of introduction to the debate distributed during the initiative)

This initiative was born with the need to send, in our own small way, a gesture of solidarity to the comrades prisoners in Chile who in the first months of this year have undertaken two hard hunger strikes. We want to support them, also through the translations contained in the pamphlets prepared for this meeting, by spreading the determination with which they have carried out their struggle inside the prison, with the aim of feeling it closer to us who are outside those walls and far from those territories. Although at the end of their mobilization the prisoners did not get all that they demanded, it still allowed them to build and establish bonds of complicity, both inside and outside the prison. Ties that have made this struggle transcend barriers and borders and that, since it has clearly positioned itself against all forms of coercion and domination, have made it recognizable and vindicable by refractory people all over the world.

But it is not for simple voyeurism towards distant rebellions that we are here today. With this initiative we also intend to underline our complicity with our comrades who today are prisoners of the State, so that they know that they are not alone. Also in this part of the world we have anarchist prisoners who have recently conducted several struggles inside the prison. Struggles conducted individually or collectively, strikes and mass uprisings such as those of March 2020 against pandemic management inside prisons. Struggles whose quality, to take up a concept expressed with emphasis in the contribution that Juan, a prisoner in the Terni prison, wrote for this initiative, is closely related to the relationships that exist between inside and outside the prison. These relationships are the same on which prisoners and Chilean comrades have repeatedly insisted, stating that “the prison is part of the options of the struggle, it is part of it and therefore, instead of being a parenthesis or a pause, it is configured as one more scenario in which to carry out the clash” and that it is necessary to understand “the prisoner as an active comrade, in struggle, who is in this particular condition as a result of a chosen path that does not end within [those] four walls”. Relationships in which it is necessary to invest if we want to recognize a prisoner as our comrade, as a complicit in the struggle against all power, especially at this time when these relationships are under attack. The latest repressive operations in Italy have in fact, among others, the purpose of hitting the communication between the world outside and inside the prison, putting pressure on the epistolary communication through which prisoners continue to be part of the anarchist debate and struggle, providing reflections, contributions, proposals for action and stimuli for action. Now more than ever it is therefore the time to increase efforts in the direction of greater communication and complicity with the prisoners, having as its objective not mere support in the charitable way, but rather the reinforcement of our offensive capacity against this system of domination and exploitation. Rome, Italy: Incendiary attack on two Sirti vehicles by Some dedicated to the cult of fire

Posted on 2022/02/02 by darknights

Source: Inferno Urbano

We receive by anonymous mail and publish:

———-

Inspired by the attack of 28th August 2021, that took place in this city, we acted to set fire to two vehicles of the Sirti company during the night of December 16 .

Sirti S.p.A. is a company specialising in the design, implementation and maintenance of large telecommunications networks.

At the moment it is actively collaborating with Openfiber, the company set up by Enel and shared by Cassa Depositi and Prestiti whose purpose is the installation and management of the fibre optic network in Italy. This infrastructure is of fundamental importance for the technological implementation towards which society as a whole is racing under the impetus of the demands of growth of the capitalist economic system. This will affect the private lives of millions of individuals as well as public administrations, which will be ‘forced’ to adapt to the new European standards, and will also influence the competitiveness of companies as the Fourth Industrial Revolution approaches.

For us therefore attacking this company means to contrast the direct interests of capitalism at the dawn of its restructuring of production and consumption.

If we are writing these words it is to strengthen communication through anarchist action and the struggle against all power and specifically against the current phase of capitalist expansion consisting of the virtualisation of social interactions, ever more pervasive control, ever greater exploitation of workplaces and natural resources and the repression of anyone who publicly organises their opposition to all this. Paris, France : Solidarity with Francisco!

Posted on 2022/01/08 by darknights

Prison hovers permanently like a dark cloud over the lives of those who do not want to resign themselves to this world of authority and exploitation. It crushes the lives of so many people whom the State considers useless or dangerous.

We carry in our hearts the names, words and deeds of our imprisoned comrades around the world.

Among them is Franscisco Solar, a Chilean anarchist who recently took responsibility with strength and dignity for the explosive devices that shattered the illusion of security so dear to the cops, the politicians and the rich. So that fear finally changes sides.

Despite the distance and the walls, we wanted to send him a message of solidarity.

And so in the night of 24 to 25 December we set fire to a vehicle of prison builders Eiffage, and another with a diplomatic plate, in rue Courat in Paris.

Courage comrade ! The anarchists don’t forget you!
A thought also to Toby, comrade imprisoned in England.
Fire to the prisons, to the companies that build them and the world that needs them.

Solidarity means attack.

A few anarchists

Genoa, Italy – Claim for an incendiary attack on a high voltage pylon

Posted on 2022/01/08 - 2022/01/08 by darknights
In the night of christmas eve, tired of the artificial panorama of a city ready to celebrate on the capitalist sleigh, we decided to contribute to the illuminations by lighting up a Terna high voltage pylon with cans of petrol. Our little nocturnal present succeeded, illuminating the grey sky with dazzling flashes and some dull thuds.

As for today we don’t know how much actual damage was caused, but we do know that Terna might have to add our christmas pylon to its endless list of maintenance, improvements and adjustments which it is set to do over almost 75,000 km of Italian network.

Obviously the hope was, remains and will remain that of definitively turning off the system of energy supply, the beating heart of this sick world of consumerism and opulence, devastation, wars and death.

Terna is to be included in the list of energy supply giants already mentioned in our first communique (ENI and Ansaldo nucleare) that recount the usual fairy tale of clean energy and the ecological turning, boasting about “action for the climate” through plans of resilience, research, development and innovation. [Chilean Prisons] Taking responsibility. Excerpt from the declaration of anarchist comrade Francisco Solar

Posted on 2021/12/29 by darknights

Source & Translated by Act For Freedom Now!

Received 12/21/2021:

Extract from the judicial declaration of anarchist comrade Francisco Solar taking responsibility for sending explosive packages to the 54th station of the carabineros [Federal Police of Chile] and against the former Minister of the Interior, Rodrigo Hinzpeter in July 2019, action claimed by “Cómplices sediciosos/Fracción por la Venganza” [Seditious Accomplices/ Vengeance Faction] and for the double attack on the Tánica building on February 27, 2020, in the midst of the revolt, action claimed by “Afinidades Armadas en Revuelta” [Armed Affinities in Revolt].

(…) In November 2017, our idea was to move away from the big cities, mainly Santiago, because of its frenetic way of life, and to start a self-sustaining project. Although I opted for that way of life, I did not stop thinking that the most appropriate way to fight against an overpowering system based on authority and predation is through violent revolutionary action. Only from this is it possible to achieve moments of destabilization that, even if they are fleeting instants, reveal the vulnerability of power

In the middle of 2018 I decided to start pursuing that kind of action (…) Once I made that decision I started to think about some target, being clear that if I was going to take a great risk, the action had to be powerful. I thought of carrying out an action as a response, as revenge against people linked to repression and business power. Both criteria were fully met by Rodrigo Hinzpeter, who in 2019 was manager of the Quiñenco group, whose president is Andronico Luksc. Hinzpeter had also been Minister of the Interior under the first government of Piñera, leaving a trail of repression that will be difficult to forget. He harshly repressed social and student mobilizations, trying to pass a law marked by prohibitions of all kinds, known as the Hinzpeter Law. As Minister of the Interior he was politically responsible for the murder of young Manuel Gutiérrez, harshly repressed the social mobilizations in Aysén and Freirina, militarized the Mapuche territory, resulting in hundreds being wounded, many of them children, and countless prisoners.

Santiago, Chile: Explosive attack against the National Directorate of Gendarmerie + Claim of “The Black Vengeance”

Posted on 2021/12/29 - 2025/08/18 by darknights

During the early morning of Monday, December 27, 2021, a loud bang shakes the center of the capital. An explosive device detonates against a window of the National Directorate of Gendarmerie, located on Rosas Street at the height of Teatinos.

GOPE personnel quickly arrived at the scene, and the South Prosecutor’s Office, which handles this type of crime, was present, entrusting the OS-9 and Labocar personnel with the investigation. According to the press, it was the Prosecutor’s Office itself which indicated the prohibition to inform and give more information. No pamphlets were found at the site.

Via email, the action is claimed by “La Negra Venganza”, which according to the text would be the same group that acted against a police station in 2020. The text details the use of industrial explosives, as well as ammunition in the explosive device, making an open call to expand this type of practice, to show solidarity with the prisoners and to expand the use of their name, and finally to greet other action groups.

Campaign of attack and revenge against the executioners. Act II

Explosive attack to the National Directorate of Gendarmerie of Chile.

“In a highly self-critical manner, the solidarity actions that are undertaken are generally reactive. There are no actions that are rather offensive… We all know where the guys are, they are walking around in their uniforms, and they do it with total impunity. And we know that inside they are harassing the brothers and sisters, they are making them feel bad, they are humiliating them…”

Mauricio Morales

One year after our first action, as the group that we are, and after much study, tensions, proposals and reflections, we are back. We are back, we continue with the campaign we started some time ago.

We will go in the early morning of December 27, 2021 a few minutes before the clock strikes 3:00 a.m. (The time and day are always proposed, so that the attack in its entirety reaches our targets-enemies) To the National Directorate of Gendarmerie of Chile. Located in Rosas street, downtown Santiago. Continue reading “Santiago, Chile: Explosive attack against the National Directorate of Gendarmerie + Claim of “The Black Vengeance”” →

Anarchic and subversive words from Chilean prisons

Posted on 2021/12/20 - 2021/12/20 by darknights

Faced with the rearrangement of domination and its capitalist perpetuation: Neither boots, nor votes, only struggle!

It seems that, according to what the citizenry proclaims, we are witnesses of a key moment in the history of this territory; that we have cornered ourselves with our backs to a precipice to which, unless we do something, our fall will be imminent; it seems that we are witnessing an open war, fierce, between two political poles at odds at such a level that, like a cold war, endangers the subsistence and future of all beings in the territory dominated by the Chilean State.

On one side the war cry is: “Communism or Freedom”, and on the other: “Democracy or Fascism”. In the face of such a dramatic scenario, we are presented with the key tool to confront this context, capable of stopping this bloodbath once and for all: participation in the electoral processes, in which suffrage will be the liberating weapon.

We are neither blind nor deaf, we walk with full awareness of this and many other events in the territory, we not only distance ourselves, but we declare war on any institutional instance that seeks any perpetuation of the Status Quo.

We are completely unaware of the false confrontation of two supposedly different systems, the axis on which the battle is fought continues and will continue to be that of Democracy and the administration of Capital; the existence of a “struggle” of different policies only attempts to justify the supposed breadth of the democracy-capital system, the “diverse” essence of this and the supposed space for all types of thought; in no way do we want to be accepted by a system or a society that we reject, we do not want our politics to be one more among the options of this system; we want to destroy all options and the structure that sustains them. We have nothing to do with the electoral show and its staging of elections, plebiscites, votes and so on, we consider that this is nothing more than the tightening of the pin, the bourgeois rearrangement of the class for the maintenance of an imposed and existing order in disguise and according to the times. Chile: ‘The risks of multiformity’ – Words of anarchist prisoner Francisco Solar EN/ES

Posted on 2021/11/29 - 2021/11/29 by darknights

The search for freedom implies the attempt to establish and develop practices in that sense. Breaking with imposed directions, dogmas and predetermined schemes is essential in the construction of anti-authoritarian relations and in the strengthening of these.

Multiformity in terms of action (and not only) is circumscribed in this way of understanding and carrying out the struggle. It is an expression of freedom that denies singular rigid behaviors and ways of doing things, as well as encouraging imagination and autonomy.

It is also a rejection of specialization and specialists who, as we have seen, sooner rather than later become leaders who become enlightened vanguards. It was and is recurrent to see how the armed apparatuses that perpetrated significant actions became the leadership of an organization or the part of a movement that arrogated, through the use of arms, its representation, demonstrating a militarism that we are alien and contrary to.

On the other hand, the multiformity has managed to extend the propaganda in a considerable way. By means of banners, graffiti, incendiary barricades, explosives and gunfire, anarchic ideas have spread, finding spaces where they are welcomed and put into practice. This is where the importance of what has been called “reproducible actions” comes into play, generally associated with “small actions” that do not require greater risk or that would not entail the questioned prior specialization. “Reproducible actions” would have the advantage of being carried out by anyone, which would increase their possibility of extension, thus generating greater impact and/or effectiveness in achieving a given objective. Thessaloniki, Greece: Intervention at MarCom tzelepoglou – Solidarity with Francisco Solar

Posted on 2021/11/25 - 2021/12/03 by darknights

On 24/11, an intervention took place, with leaflets and spray paint, at the company MarCom tzelepoglou, owned by the Chilean Consul, R. Tzelepoglou, as a minimal sign of solidarity with comrade F. Solar

“Prison is another point of struggle at the post-conflict level – the anti-authoritarian conflict is not over for me, it has just changed form”

-M. Caballero

24/7/20 in Chilean territory, anarchists Monica Caballero and Francisco Solar are arrested, accused of parcel-bombing. Specifically, for a bomb that exploded in the Huechuraba police station, leaving a cop seriously injured, – and one that was defused by the GOPE (operational police group), a bomb in the office of Rodrigo Hinzpeter, former minister and current manager of the Quiñenco company (one of Chile’s largest business groups), and finally, for planting two bombs in the Tánica building. Since 24/7, therefore, the comrades have been held in custody and have remained in the cells of the republic ever since.

In the first months of 2021, comrade F. Solar, along with other anarchist and subversive prisoners, participated in a hunger strike that lasted for more than 50 days, demanding the release of Marcelo Villarroel, and against the modification of Legislative Decree 321, while 11 years before, he had put his body as a mound in another hunger strike, for more than 60 days.

The serious health condition of the comrade, but also the expected indifference of the prison administration, led him on 22/09 to request further medical examinations, after an emergency hospitalization, where he was diagnosed with advanced diabetes (on the verge of a diabetic coma). Chile: Against the obstacles of the prison guards – Solidarity, agitation and action for the life and health of comrade Francisco Solar!

Posted on 2021/11/04 - 2021/11/04 by darknights

On September 22, 2021, the anarchist comrade Francisco Solar was hospitalized inside the La Gonzalina prison in Rancagua after being diagnosed with diabetes and found to be on the verge of a coma. Today the comrade is returned to module 2 of maximum security and since then medical staff/prison guards, through negligent and insufficient treatment have tried to stabilize him.

Immediately, both Francisco and part of the solidarity environment from the outside, we began to make arrangements for the entry of a private doctor, to perform a series of tests, modification of the diet and move towards a treatment as autonomous as possible by Francisco, without depending on the mood swings of the jailers who must provide him with insulin.

As expected, the prison guards have given no response or facilities for the entry of a private doctor or the delivery of the medical record of the comrade.

The call is to generate pressure for the entry of a private doctor and the lifting of any obstacle for proper treatment. Therefore we call on all those who feel the urgency of the comrade’s life and health to mobilize and agitate to unblock this situation of prohibitions and obstacles to the comrade’s care.

Letters, militancy, agitation, visits to embassies and all initiatives that each comrade, group or collective deems pertinent within the mutuality. Everything is useful to succeed in bending the infinite prohibitions in the prison world.

Solidarity, agitation and action for the life and health of comrade Francisco Solar!

Subversive prisoners and anarchists to the street!
