– Internationalist solidarity for the end of the sentence and freedom of comrade Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda, arrested in Argentina in 2008 after nearly 16 years in prison. Coinciding with the 50th anniversary of Pinochet’s military “coup” in Chile, wanted and created by North American imperialism as in Ukraine today, the comrade is sentenced by Pinochet’s legacy military justice. Today this legal aberration is applied, which coexists comfortably with the consensus democracy of the Chilean state, now ruled by the Boric left. Democracy and reactionary fascism are two sides of the same coin, tools of the Imperialist-State.

– Solidarity in the face of the beginning of the trial against comrades Mónica Caballero and Francisco Solar [the judicial hearing, the main trial phase, began on July 18], the vengeance of state rule does not stop against those who go on the offensive by attacking its untouchability and impunity.

– Solidarity with Comrade Juan Aliste Vega, also convicted by Pinochet’s military justice, and Comrade Joaquin Garcia Chancks.

– Solidarity for the downgrading of anarchist Alfredo Cospito from 41 bis. Against 41 bis, out everyone, and for the abolition of life imprisonment.

– Solidarity with comrade Anna Beniamino and Alfredo Cospito convicted in a political trial on the abnormal charge of Article 285 c. p. p., massacre against the security of the state, or commonly called political massacre, this is the first time a massacre without massacre against the internal enemy has been used in this way in Italy. Chile: Arson attack on Red bus in Estación Central in solidarity with political prisoners

In the early morning of Monday, July 31, a group of people who boarded as passengers, intimidated the driver, got off the other passengers and sprayed benzine to set fire to a Red bus on Las Rejas Avenue, next to Lo Errazuriz Park.

According to the Minister of Transportation Juan Carlos Muñozs, “this is a matter of investigation, however, preliminary information indicates that it is likely to have been intentional. Of course, we find this much more than regrettable, it is condemnable”.

Prison reality is constituted by a permanent tension where our convictions and the certainty of our position at all times come into play, inevitably.

This reality implies always bearing in mind that the jailer can dispose of our lives at any moment and that our strength lies precisely in having the certainty that we will face each of these adverse situations always with dignity.

Increased restrictions, transfers and sanctions are part of these impositions that today affect our comrades locked up in the prison-company Santiago 1 and comrade Itamar in the CPF of San Miguel.

The comrade today in the punishment zone is faced with threats of transfer and the crafty tricks of a jailer with pretensions of making a name for herself. It is necessary to emphasize that this situation is due to the fact that the comrade, together with other prisoners in Tower 5, has spread the word about the abusive practices of the jailers during the raids, in a clear attitude of struggle and confrontation.

The comrades, for their part, are fighting for their regrouping after they were removed from Module 1 with the excuse of dismantling it and were distributed among different units, and today several of them are in Module 88 of punishment. Chile: Words by comrade Ambro for the anti-prison day held on May 6 in Villa Portales

Greetings to all those present, I would like to begin by thanking you for your attendance to the activity, and also to thank all those who made and make this event possible, once again demonstrating their faithful support and loyal commitment.

Support networks and gestures of solidarity are necessary and indispensable in the frontal attack against all that is established and authority.

My arrest occurs in the context of a new commemoration of the day of the young combatant, a new 29th where the night becomes an accomplice of the insurgent youth that armed with courage they confront the enemy face to face, seeking to keep intact the rebellious and combative memory through anonymous action, and it is precisely in this action where the statements, theories and convictions make sense, that is why I believe it is essential to keep alive this black memory and make it a permanent exercise.

It is in this context that every bullet, bomb or attack carries with it the hatred and rage accumulated over centuries of slavery and inequality, which cry out for vengeance.

I knew very well that anyone who rebels against the tyrant, who tries to alter the established order and who decides to take the path of direct confrontation is always very close to imprisonment or death. That is why when I was kidnapped by the sikarios of power, I immediately accepted my destiny and decided to go ahead without hesitation or regrets, in fact the decision was already taken since I assumed an anarchic and irreducible position. I have been in prison for 15 uninterrupted years. 22 months in Patagonia, territory occupied by the Argentine state where I was detained and the other 13 years and 2 months in the maximum and high security sections of Santiago and Rancagua where I am today at the time of writing these letters.

Necessary letters as an inevitable reference of the passage of time and its implications.

As an inescapable trace of an oiled memory Kon la gazolina ke has lit thousands of barricades and vindictive fires demanding the release of anarchist and subversive prisoners through the years of struggle and resistance inside Chilean prisons.

I have been living for 15 years in high and maximum security confinement regimes in which sensory deprivation tends to be normalized as well as the hostilities of the environment, the structure and the internal order of the whole prison daily where the goal is to break your will and make you a citizen prisoner respectful of all its repressive and authoritarian internal order built to break the indomitable spirit of those of us who walk standing up, dignified and without fear within the prison reality through which we have had to pass.

Even from the captivity I have seen and lived the oblivion and amnesia of the majorities, the comfort and the conveniences of many, the complicit silence and the artful attack of the press and the police, their politicians and all those who in some way or another have made us invisible, defamed and attacked us from the comfort of a computer, from their comfort zones, from their privileged positions as harmless citizens servile to the normality of what exists. Chile: Words from Monica, Mawvnhko and Itamar on the occasion of another March 8th

Today 8M millions of women fill the streets of large cities around the world, we gather here again in this space of commemoration and struggle. We wish to keep alive the flame that those rebellious women decided to ignite hundreds of years ago and that today comrades continue to embody day by day from different trenches.

Over the years the struggle against heteropatriarchy has sprouted, resisted and persisted in many territories. Heteropatriarchy is present in multiple areas of our lives, both in our interpersonal relationships and in ourselves, we are constantly learning and unlearning, inhabiting new experiences that make us question and reflect from different realities and environments.

The heteropatriarchy hits harder to those who resist the subjugation of their nature, that which the system defines as normal, it is not the same experience that we live indigenous, intersex, trans, gay, non-binary, pans, lesbians. Above all, it is not the same for those who decide to attack every bastion that seeks to dominate and destroy us. For the same reason we do not raise the banners of passive victimhood, on the contrary, we aim at constant confrontation against everything that seeks to subdue us.

Today we want to remember different comrades who with their struggle have nurtured the antagonistic path that we have decided to embrace. Herminia Concha, Luisa Toledo, Cláudia López, Aracely Romo, Jill Phipps, Guilly Peachy. We also wish to emphasize those comrades who have fallen in confrontations or have been assassinated for their fervent commitment to the defense of land, water and territories and animal liberation. Nicolasa Quintreman, Macarena Valdes, Emilia Baucis, the three Mapuche weychafe comrades. Nicolasa fought hard against the installation of ENDESA’s Ralco project in Pehuenche territory. At the age of 74, she was found dead in the artificial lagoon of the same project. Macarena Valdes, seed guardian, defender of water and forests in the Newen-Txagil community, was found dead in her own home at the hands of hired killers from the companies RP Global and SAESA at the age of 32. Emilia Baucis, defender of water and territories, anti-speciesist, part of Lof Llazkawe, was murdered at the age of 25 by hired killers from the Riñimapu condominium in the context of a territorial recovery in Riñiwe Lewfu.

We remember every compañera/e who has been killed for fighting against the killing of animals and the devastation of their habitat. Because we recognize speciesism and patriarchy as two oppressions that share the same system. One seeks the subjugation of other species, considering them inferior, despite their capacity to feel. And the other seeks the oppression and invisibilization of women and dissidences, considering them inferior beings that can be violated and commodified. Therefore, we believe that it is not possible to fight for the liberation of human women and dissidences and ignore the violated females of other species. “I am from the war, a classic son of the working class, of the city growing up in a population where the code of struggle was and is for survival in the always precarious material conditions, but with strong bonds of communal solidarity as a life practice… Respect for the mapu ñuke, the search for a harmonious relationship with the planet, the recovery of spaces and territories and their clean control to build an autonomous path with values that oppose the bourgeois way of teaching and the ideology of the great God of Capital, perpetuated with blood and fire by the Chilean national state, and all its death apparatus, are aspects that make it impossible for me to ignore the bonds with and deep feelings about the struggle for the liberation of wallmapu.

These are times of clarity and definitions. Autonomous, anti-authoritarian and anarchist subversive practices in this part of the world cannot ignore the territoriality of the conflict, nor can they remain only in general and tepid solidarity….

The mode of confrontation is our inalienable choice in prison and on the street, we are not victims of circumstances, but conscious warriors of a fight to the death for the Total Liberation of peoples, individuals and communities. This is where all our efforts are made and renewed. “¹

Chile: Internationalist Call for Solidarity Action with Marcelo Villarroel

Internationalist Call for Solidarity Action with Marcelo Villarroel 15 years after his detention and in the context of the permanent campaign for his release to the streets!

On March 15 and in the context of the admirable conviction of comrade Alfredo Cóspito’s struggle in Italian prisons, the preparation of the trial of comrades Mónica Caballero and Francisco Solar, the anti-authoritarian subversive prisoner Marcelo Villarroel completes 15 years of imprisonment after being arrested in Argentina while fleeing from Chile in clandestinity for the case known as “Security”.

The antagonistic actions to power that the comrade chose as a way of life from a very young age made him a target of the powerful and their media who created a brutal and crude spectacle of persecution after the expropriation of that bank in the center of Santiago/ Chile and the consequent death of cop Moyano in October 2007.

The state kidnapping of Marcelo, which in concrete terms is a life imprisonment is based on the most rotten filth of the dictatorial legacies of Pinochet’s Military Justice even in 2023. Something that seems unthinkable 50 years after the military coup and the beginning of the civil-military dictatorship.

However, this parallel justice, which no one seems to see, hear or mention, is still intolerably in force and this was demonstrated on February 27th at the sentence review hearing held at the 7⁰ Jury of the 7⁰ Guarantee Court in Santiago, in which it was confirmed that Marcelo should be in prison until 2036.

Specifically, Marcelo could have applied for parole in December 2019, but with the modification of DL 321 in January 2019, it applies retroactively to him.

Having an anti-authoritarian comrade in captivity for years under sentences issued by military rulings only demonstrates the shameless trickery of an oligarchy that seeks to exterminate by means of prison any obstacle that interrupts the expansion of its domination.

15 years after Marcelo’s kidnapping, we call on all those who are like-minded, compañeros, individuals, spaces and collectives that build autonomous and anarchic subversive antagonism from the perspective of internationalism to a week of action and agitation in solidarity with the comrade from Monday the 13th to Monday the 20th of March for the Annulment of the of the Sentences of the Military Justice of Pinochet and for his immediate release to the street.

To use all the imagination from the insurrectionary complicity.

For the annulment of the sentences of the military justice now!

For the end of the prison society!

Greece: Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis – Speech of internationalist solidarity in the context of the trial of the Organization Revolutionary Self-Defense

Since May ’22, a counter-revolutionary trial has been taking place against anarchist fighters, for participation in the armed Organization Revolutionary Self-Defense. This trial comes at a time when the state-capitalist regime is climaxing its aggression against the oppressed, the exploited and excluded. The anarchist Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis is also on trial for this case, while he has taken responsibility, both in public and in this courtroom, for his participation in revolutionary struggle through the Organization of Revolutionary Self-Defense, as well as for keeping the weapons (which in the repressive operation of November ‘19, fell into the hands of the state), in order to continue the guerrilla struggle through the experience and strategy of the Organization Revolutionary Self-Defense. The court of appeal of this particular military tribunal of the counter-revolution will be completed in January ‘23.

Throughout the course of this trial, Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis has been defending the right of revolutionary struggle, the necessity of guerrilla organization and of the armed social self-defense against the tyranny of power, and has been deconstructing and attacking bourgeois justice and its counter-revolutionary laws, inside the enemy field. With an eye to the world revolution, from the beginning of the trial, Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis is speaking about movements and struggles in all parts of the globe, expressing solidarity with those who are struggling, with current struggles, with the political prisoners and their fight today, and with reference to fighters who have been killed. These days, a struggle in italian prisons is taking place; comrade Alfredo Cospito is on hunger strike already for more than 65 days, against the state of total isolation, 41-bis, that has been imposed on him. With the awareness of how critical Alfredo Cospito’s struggle is, comrade Dimitris made extensive reference to Alfredo’s fight, during the trial. Meanwhile, the italian authorities rejected Alfredo’s demand for his removal from the 41-bis regime, and the comrade is continuing the hunger strike. Chile: Words of Tomás and Mawhünko before a new commemoration of Matias Catrileo’s death

Time passes but you endure and resist with your example of unwavering struggle sprouting from the earth like a native forest.

Today I write to you from prison with a bit of nostalgia since I cannot be present as I would like to be. I think that nothing is finished and in a personal way for the memories I have with you when I had no worries … I watched in wonder your punky crest while you took me in your arms you were with your jacket full of studs on your neck that I watched innocently; I can firmly say that with you I spent my best moments as a child. I remember to the surface that January 3, 2008 where as a result of the context everything was overturned in my days, with that burning that feels alone sometimes and that you try not to forget … because I would not see you anymore, however only disappears what we do not know how to look / feel and this is not the case because your flame fuels mine to feel the breeze, the rain and the smell of damp earth that like a blanket covers the roots of the great araucarias.

This is how time passes but you live in our memory and even though the road of the insurrectional struggle against capital and the miserable authoritarians who perpetuate misery may lead us to prison or death, it is still beautiful because those of us who throw ourselves with feeling and courage can say that we have been free and dignified, this is how we advance with nothing to fear.
