Thessaloniki, Greece: Responsibility claim for explosion at home of prison officers’ union president Kostas Varsamis by armed organisation ‘Sagre Negra’ [Black Blood]

Posted on 2025/09/10 - 2025/10/02 by darknights

We are not living in the era of the junta, but we are living under the junta of our time. In recent years, and even more so in the last six years, the criminal organization of New Democracy has been ruling the country with the tactics of a monarchy and an authoritarian regime. Amid political scandals and state crimes, it “exploits” security to sell fear to the people. Its main argument in its attempt to gather a few votes is prisons and the harshest repression. In the country’s ostensibly “correctional” institutions and in the otherwise blind and independent justice system that decides who will become an inmate and who will not, their criteria are not evidence of guilt but ideological position, wallet size, skin color, party connections, and the privileged clique to which some belong.

It is clear that Greek courts are anything but incorruptible. Every day, hundreds of trials are held in the country with the aim of repressing and intimidating citizens. For the majority of people, exhausting laws, mass detentions, and illogical sentences have made conditions in the country’s prisons unbearable and inhumane, culminating in the New Democracy party’s repressive resolutions, such as the new penal code and the abolition of all the acquired rights of the state . The way this machine is greased with corruption and bribery, i.e., with big-name lawyers and state visas, to make the obvious happen, such as the finalization of a decision or the timely conduct of a second-instance trial. Furthermore, the ungreased seats do not recognize any mitigating circumstances for the defendants, nor any presumption of innocence. In contrast to the lackeys who form the party backbone of the government of the day, the “law” of impunity applies, with examples that are well known to everyone, but which we cannot fail to mention. The crime in Tempi is the largest criminal organization that has ever existed in the country. The OPEKEPE scandal*, Siemens, and Mitsotakis’ buddies Lignadis and Filippidis, rapists with misdemeanors who enjoy their perverted freedom.

The modern hellholes that are called correctional facilities are warehouses for souls, where thousands of people are crammed together in miserable conditions. There are many problems that require immediate solutions. We will mention some of the most important ones. Overcrowding: inside the walls, daily life is a difficult struggle for survival; whether in cells or in wards, the number of inmates far exceeds the human limit. Health: this is one of the most vital issues that a prisoner has to deal with, as they experience first-hand the decline and indifference of the state. There is a shortage of permanent doctors and medicines, and prisoners with communicable diseases, heart conditions, the elderly, and people with disabilities are crammed into the same wings without any special treatment or care. Shortages of medicines and the failure to transport them immediately to hospitals add to the brutal daily routine. Leave: the limit on leave is becoming increasingly scarce, with the result that prisoners are only entitled to leave at the end of their sentence. This practice is vindictive in nature and in no way rehabilitative. Administrative support: bureaucracy, staff shortages, the incompetence of employees in legal matters, and their indifference are a daily problem, leading to the impoverishment of prisoners. This, combined with the filth, the neglect of the buildings and, of course, the disappearance of funds, they add up to a huge humanitarian time bomb in all the country’s prisons, more powerful than the one we put in the house of the torturer Kostas Varsamis.

Kostas Varsamis, a senior torturer and prison guard, is the father figure of correctional officers, whose sole aim is the vindictive torture of prisoners. It is no coincidence that governments and politicians come and go, while he remains in his position. His authoritarian mindset, indifference, and goal of taking revenge on prisoners are characteristics that find favor with state scoundrels and opposition from all prisoners. The tactics he uses and the way he acts contribute decisively to the torture of prisoners. The countless disciplinary measures he generously dishes out for the slightest thing, the prohibitions on material goods. The deaths of prisoners in disciplinary cells, the cold, the miserable food, the lack of open visiting hours, the loudspeakers that constantly disturb the mental health of prisoners are the daily tactics of a torturer who in the past used to beat prisoners with bats until they fainted. He tries to pass on the same mentality in a newer version to his employees, whom he treats as tools. They are made to believe that they are superior to the prisoners and that they can have absolute power over them. It is no coincidence that his circle consists of the worst scum who work scattered throughout the country’s correctional facilities and in senior administrative positions. It is obvious that we will not mention other names because we may have planned visits to their homes and elsewhere. Those who follow and accept the views and tactics of the torturer Varsamis, and therefore the criminal policy implemented by New Democracy through this type of person, are against us and are our target.

Finally, we want to emphasize that prisoners are normal people and not just numbers behind bars; they are never alone and abandoned in the hands of the state! We chose this particular scumbag to start a series of new attacks on directors, chief guards, employees, judicial officials, and agencies related to laws and prisons. Prisons are boiling over; it is time to put an end to the impoverishment and the repressive mechanism with attacks, riots, strikes, and every form of struggle inside and outside prisons.

P.S. Cops, journalists, columnists, and other loudmouths, keep writing and telling these funny stories and the axe will fall hard on you too… Responsibility for the attack is claimed by the armed organization Sangre Negra [Black Blood].

* OPEKEPE/ΟΠΕΚΕΠΕ – Greek Payment Authority of Common Agricultural Policy (C.A.P.) Aid Schemes. The scandal involves the 3 billion euros donated each year from the EU, which were channeled by a corrupt network that involved inflating the amount of agriculture there was, one example is claiming Crete has 4 million sheep, more than the whole of Greece combined! Subsidies were allegedly handed out based on fictitious declarations of farmland and livestock. No effective controls were done. No site checks. No satellite data used. Just political favors disguised as development policy, such as vote buying, rewarding of allies, even penalising of dissenters. The foundations of democracy and capitalism at its best.

Athens, Greece: Responsibility Claim for the bomb attack on the Ministry of Labour and Hellenic Train – Revolutionary Class Self-Defence

Posted on 2025/04/19 - 2025/04/20 by darknights

RESPONSIBILITY CLAIM FOR THE BOMB ATTACK ON THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND HELLENIC TRAIN

“Death on the scaffolding, death on the trains, capitalism is fed with blood”

Slogan born in the huge demonstrations of March 2023 for the state capitalist crime in Tempi.

On 26 January 2025 and 28 February 2025 respectively, hundreds of thousands of people demonstrated against the government of murderous anti-worker restructuring and Hellenic Train, a subsidiary of the Italian monopoly Ferrovie Dello Stato, which bears the main responsibility for the murder of 57 fellow human beings in Tempi on 28 February 2023.

The demonstrations and strikes are a contribution to the formation of our collective defence as a Class and at the same time, since they took place in a country that played an active role in the US-Zionist genocidal war in Palestine, a practical act of solidarity with the heroic Palestinian people, who, with gun in hand, are showing the way for the liberation of the peoples of the whole world.

In particular, the strike of 28 February was a response to the rivers of blood that are spilled every day in the labour sweatshops. A response to the unspeakable pain for our fellow workers, our brothers and sisters, our mothers and fathers, our sons and daughters, our friends and girlfriends, lost or crippled in the struggle for a living wage. A response to the relentless class warfare we live every day here.

The massacre of the working class in the workplace as a conscious policy of capital and the state apparatus

The figures for deaths at work, even those given by official state statistics, which do not record a large number of incidents (e.g. of migrants) or show deaths as pathological, are inexorable. In the last three years alone, over 600 workers have died and over 1000 have been seriously injured (amputations, permanent paralysis, severe respiratory and cardiac problems), while thousands of others have been injured in need of medical treatment (with all the multifaceted costs that this entails) in over 40,000 work ‘accidents’. These figures are much higher if we include the hundreds of deaths per year, according to estimates by independent international organisations, from diseases (cancers, cardiovascular diseases) related to unhealthy working conditions (e.g. permanent exposure to chemicals, exhaust fumes), which the Greek state does not even register as such, in violation of international guidelines.

The butchery of the working class in the workplace has a name: it is called class exploitation, the pursuit of maximum profit by capital, the extraction of surplus value. It is called employer terrorism, it is called state policy of strengthening the competitiveness of the labour market, it is called employer trade unionism. It is called memoranda, it is called a policy of reducing public debt, it is called the EU’s fiscal stability pact, it is called the Achtsioglou law, the Hatzidakis law, the Georgiadis law. It is called poverty, unemployment, extortion of survival.

The parliament is a mechanism of class domination. The ministers and deputy ministers, the general secretaries, the technocrats of the Association of Enterprises and Industries, the banks and the shipowners who staff the legislative committees for the drafting of anti-worker laws are well aware of the consequences of the laws they pass. They are fully aware that the abolition of collective labour agreements, compulsory unpaid overtime, six-day work, the slashing of heavy and unhealthy work, the linking of wages to productivity (minimum wage law), the increase in retirement thresholds, the virtual abolition of the labour inspectorate, the criminalisation of strikes and the liberalisation of dismissals, the abolition of basic safety standards, all lead with mathematical precision to an explosion in the number of workers’ deaths and injuries. But that is their job, their role, that is why they are in this position. To shield and reinforce the capitalists’ profitability with the blood of the working class : with the blood of construction workers, shipbuilders and dockers, with the blood of bicycle drivers and train and transport workers, with the blood of call centre and catering workers, with the blood of workers in industry and public works, with the blood of migrant farm workers.

This is precisely why its persons and structures have been in the crosshairs of the proletariat and the revolutionary movement throughout time. From the execution by urban guerrillas in the Nazi occupation of the fascist corrupt labour minister Kalyvas to the bloody battles of the building movement in the 1960s in front of it and the attacks on its structures during the Junta by anti-dictatorship organisations, and from its constant targeting in the post-war period by revolutionary organisations to its militant blockades by workers’ unions.

Surabaya, Indonesia: Riot outside East Java government building against the new Military law

Posted on 2025/03/28 - 2025/03/28 by darknights

A violent clash broke out Monday in the Indonesian metropolis of Surabaya between police and demonstrators protesting against the country’s newly passed military law.

Around 1,000 students and activists dressed in black participated in the protest in front of an East Java government building.

Holding posters that said “Reject the Military Law”, and “The Military Should Return to the Barracks”, protesters hurled rocks, sticks, and Molotov cocktails towards the police guarding the demonstration.

The revision to the armed forces law, pushed mainly by President Prabowo Subianto’s coalition, was aimed at expanding the military’s role beyond defence in a country long influenced by its powerful armed forces especially under the brutal military dictatorship of Suharto called the “New Order” who were avowedly anti-communist and anti-anarchist. Large-scale killings and civil unrest primarily targeting members and supposed sympathizers of the Communist Party of Indonesia (PKI) were carried out in Indonesia from 1965 to 1966. Other affected groups included alleged communist sympathisers, Gerwani women, trade unionists, ethnic Javanese Abangan, ethnic Chinese, atheists, so-called “unbelievers”, and alleged leftists in general. The dictatorship eventually fell in the May 1998 Indonesia riots triggered by corruption, economic problems, including food shortages, mass unemployment, increasing repression, genocide in East Timor and following the 1997 Asian financial crisis.

Chile: Interview with synthesis anarchists Boina Anarquista

Interview between synthesis anarchists Boina Anarquista in Chile and JURNAL ANARKI in Indonesia.

1. What motivates you to create this counter-information newspaper?

A: Hello, good day. Well, the platform began as a newspaper, edited precariously with Word. What motivated us was that nearly 11 years ago, in 2013, when the waves of the student movement in Chile were still present, we started researching and came across a book about anarchist propaganda in Chile. We were amazed by how much of it existed in the 1920s.

Around that time, there were other physical-format newspapers: El Surco (2009-2013), El Amanecer (from Chillán, in central-southern Chile) (2011-2013), El Sol Ácrata (from Calama, northern Chile; 2011-2024), Acracia (from Valdivia, far south of Chile; 2012-2019) and Solidaridad, a Libertarian-Communist newspaper, aligned with the branch closest to especifismo or platformism (2010-2016).

It was within this context that we decided to found a newspaper called Periódico La Boina (2014), which only released 7 issues. Financial problems, time constraints, and lack of coordination led to its discontinuation, but we noticed that the website’s visits kept growing, reaching over 100,000 per year.

The need to communicate, reflect, critique, share, and discuss with other comrades enriches our ideas and fosters camaraderie, especially through printed propaganda. What I see as a downside—and something we are also guilty of—is that there’s a lot of digital propaganda circulating on social media. While it’s positive to have more contact with comrades from other places, the information becomes more instantaneous, preventing deeper reflection. It also introduces anxiety over likes, making everything faster.

We believe it’s necessary to return to printed propaganda without neglecting the digital. It’s essential to discuss and reflect as the anarchists of the past used to do.

2. In our informal conversation, you mentioned your involvement in a historical archive project. Could you tell us more about it?

A: Yes, I am currently part of a group called Archivo Histórico La Revuelta, which has existed since 2009. The mission of the archive is to preserve the memory of anarchist history. Archivo La Revuelta publishes a magazine called Acontratiempo, where we present research by comrades on the history of anarchism in Chile and elsewhere.

The issue is that, according to some historians, anarchism arrived in Chile in the 1890s and lasted until 1930, when the last mass anarchist unions existed (of course, there were experiences in the 1950s and 1960s, and we have found active comrades in the 1970s, but they are marginal compared to Marxist groups). After that period, anarchism experienced a revival, gradually growing with counterculture and punk in the 1990s. So the archive has the mission of preserving anarchist memory in this region, both from the 20th century and from the late 1990s and early 2000s. There are many struggles led by younger comrades, as young as 16 years old, who may not be as familiar with the struggles fought in the early 2000s, for example.

That’s why the archive doesn’t just focus on the history of anarchism from 100 years ago but also on the present. We aim to collect and reconstruct the history of anarchism from the 1990s, when there were many zines and the first newspapers, to understand what interested comrades of those years and to share those struggles and discussions with younger comrades so they can learn about the efforts and ideas of those who came before them.

On the other hand, anarchist research has emerged in recent years. Its main historians might include Eduardo Godoy, Manuel Lagos, or study groups like the Grupo de Estudio José Domingo Gómez Rojas, which has the Editorial Eleuterio.

Currently, the archive operates in a physical space called Casa Anarquista La Termita, which is shared with other anarchist projects. Also, with comrades dedicated to research, we are also organizing the IV Congress on Research about Anarchism(s) – Santiago – October 2025. The first Congress was held in Buenos Aires, Argentina (2016); its second edition was in Montevideo, Uruguay (2019), and São Paulo, Brazil (2022).

$hile: Call for a week of agitation by Marcelo Villarroel

Posted on 2024/12/04 - 2024/12/04 by darknights

Call for internationalist solidarity for the Release to the Streets of comrade Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda, an anti-authoritarian prisoner in the Chilean prisons still held captive by the military laws of Pinochet.

Week of Agitation from December 9 to 16, 2024.

– From the Marcelo Villarroel Anti-Prison Solidarity Network to the street RSAMVALK in Chile together with a group of Like-Minded Individuals in different places and territories of the planet, we make this call that seeks to maintain the visibility of a very serious legal-political situation very serious since it expresses all the hatred and vengeance of the power that, above its own legality, keeps our brother and comrade who, since December 2023, should already be on the streets for having fully served the 14-year sentence that was imposed for two bank robberies that occurred in 2007.

Let’s remember that Marcelo was arrested in Argentine territory on 15 March 2008 and expelled to Chile on December 15, 2009, and
from then until today, his captivity has been maintained under the pretext of having to serve the sentences for which he spent another period in prison between 1992 and 2005 when he was granted parole.

“The state kidnapping of Marcelo, which is specifically a life sentence” covered, is sustained in the most rotten filth of the legacies dictatorial: the putrid Military Justice of Pinochet still in 2024. Something that seemed unthinkable 51 years after the military coup and the beginning of the civic-military dictatorship.”

Today’s call is to put everyone’s efforts and emphasis on each one to put an end to one of the most abhorrent situations from the legal-political situation that affects one of our own.

A comrade who is part of that list of siblings who in different territories of the planet have had to pay with long decades of imprisonment their decision to fight with arms in hand against the nefarious social order imposed by the ruling class, never renouncing their ties and convictions rooted in the multifaceted anti-authoritarian spectrum, subversive anarchic that unites him in different languages but with the same language of war against the world of power, hierarchies, and all authority.

We urgently call to express and mobilize all wills and initiatives to bring our brother to the streets and thereby end the nefarious legal legacy of the late Pinochet that is still in force in Chilean society.

May all Active Minds be able to express gestures wherever they find themselves for the achievement of this longed-for objective.

For the annulment of the sentences of Pinochet’s military justice Marcelo Villarroel on the streets now!!

As long as there is misery, there will be rebellion!!

Revolutionary anti-authoritarian prisoners of all tendencies to the street!!

– Late November 2024 – different territories.

Companera Claudia Lopez, assanssinated by cops September 11, 1998

Posted on 2024/11/03 - 2024/11/03 by darknights

Claudia López Benaiges was murdered on September 11, 1998, after being shot in the back by cops on a barricade in the La Pincoya neighborhood of Santiago, in the context of mobilizations commemorating the Coup d’État in Chile. López was an active feminist, anarchist militant and poet, in addition to studying Spanish pedagogy and dance.

Poem by Claudia López

The celestial litanies
that fill the nights of the worlds,
they incessantly question the anxious daughters of uncertainty.
They explode dazzlingly like bodies that stretch through the walls,
that burst forth through the whispers of light,
that confront the airy and torrid abysses.
The dark bodies of insurrectionary anxiety,
of the subversive desire of the lunar chains,
that poured onto the earth, they seek their names,
those they do not yet have,
that lie buried in the roots of the jungles.

Chile: Autonomy and Persistence Against Prisons: Words from compañera Mónica Caballero

Posted on 2024/06/19 by darknights

June 8, 2024

Almost a month ago I was transferred to the prison where I will have to serve my sentence, the CPF of Santiago. This prison has a rather atypical structure in comparison to other prisons in this territory, since in some areas it maintains the foundations of the old convent that fulfilled the “correctional work for bad women”, from there different modules and sections have been built. Among the sections that were built to segregate specific groups of women prisoners are the following: Special High Security Section (SEAS), New Hope and Direct Custody.

SEAS was created mainly to house prisoners for crimes of political violence in the 90’s. In those years, those prisoners belonged to political/military/subversive groups (FPMR, MIR, Mapu-Lautaro1). With the release of the political prisoners, little by little, those with a history of escapes and/or refractory to the prison regime and leaders of trafficking gangs began to occupy the High Security Prison. It was not until 2010 that the women prisoners for political violence returned to the SEAS, the first “Bomb Case2” allowed the first anti-authoritarian women to take up the thread of struggle left by the first political prisoners. Over the years the SEAS continued with the same dynamic, until a few years ago where this section is used to keep prisoners while another permanent space is enabled for them.

Upon my arrival at this prison, I was informed that the SEAS would return to the place of yesteryear, so if or if I had to be in it. All this came to nothing because today there is a group of approximately 60 women brought from the San Miguel prison, these women live in deplorable conditions.

Another of these special modules is “Nueva Esperanza”, which has only and exclusively women for crimes against humanity, all these prisoners were responsible for some of the many atrocities that occurred during the dictatorship, I am referring to torture, disappearances, permanent kidnappings, murders, etc. Most of these women are former members of the F.F.A.A.*** and of the security forces. Although I do not know the living conditions of the torturers, since special care is taken in everything that surrounds them, but even so I would dare to say that they live in a place more like a rest home than a prison.

Finally, there is the module that I am currently in, Direct Custody. This section was born out of the need to segregate prisoners for violent and high-profile crimes, and over the years this has been maintained to some extent. This section has also been used to keep very specific cases of women for political violence, among these was a former militant of the FPMR and now me.

Since I entered this prison, both my comrades and I have requested through the different bureaucratic instances of the gendarmerie the authorization to continue my university studies, which I started in 2022 in San Miguel prison. This has not been authorized.

A little more than two years ago, I became the first inmate in Santiago to start university studies while I was in preventive prison. A matter that was not without problems, which one by one were solved thanks to the set of solidary wills that made that until today I am studying my third year as a student in the career of Law.

In this prison I have not been able to resume my studies because according to the information provided by the gendarmerie staff, the only thing missing is the authorization of the Regional Director, who can take as much time as he deems convenient to simply manage the continuity of something that has been going on for years.

It seems incredible that the facilities are not given and that obstacles are put in the way of something that seems to be as basic and essential as studying, we cannot ignore that the power structures are capable of breaking their own rules over and over again, according to their convenience.
What is it that the high command of the gendarmerie fears in order to give course to the authorization that does not allow me to study? Do they have direct orders from the Ministry of Justice or another organism? Or is it that they are apprehensive that if they give the authorization the prison population knows that there is no legal impediment that does not allow them to have higher education while in prison? Or perhaps they are exhausting all instances to prevent a prisoner (which they call common, but they maintain quite “uncommon” regimes) to have legal knowledge? Whatever the answer is, I demand that they comply with their own laws and allow me to maintain my university studies.

For this I appeal to all forms of solidarity that can pressure the regional and national directorate of gendarmerie to give course to the relevant authorizations so that I can continue my studies.

With all this I reaffirm that for greater degrees of autonomy the only option for those of us who choose the path of denial against domination is the persistent struggle, which would remain within these walls if it were not for the dozens of hands of solidarity.

$hile: “If the streets could speak”: words of Mónica Caballero before another March 29th

Posted on 2024/05/02 by darknights

March 31, 2024

If the streets of this city could speak, they would tell us stories of barricades and fire, mixed with sweat, blood and tears. In those stories would be the petite and resilient figure of Luisa Toledo, who with a couple of words moved generations, and who, no matter how many years passed since the murder of her sons Eduardo and Rafael by the police, never stopped taking to the streets to commemorate their death and above all their lives as young fighters.

Today, March 29th, new stories of barricades and fire will emerge, those that will rise up for Eduardo and Rafael, and in turn for the dozens of young fighters who decided to take the step towards the offensive attack against domination.

The stories of yesteryear of the young people who fought the dictatorship give us a rich and nourishing path, in which today’s young people grew up and lay new paths for those to come.

If the streets could speak, they would tell the stories of the young fighters of yesterday and today, and we must do our best to make them tell the stories of those to come. Just as Luisa Toledo did with blood, sweat and tears.

Only those who forget die die. May the barricades never stop burning.

Thessaloniki, Greece: Responsibility claim for Parcel – Bomb to the President of the Court of Appeal Anastasia Anthopoulou by ‘Armed Response’

Posted on 2024/02/19 - 2024/02/19 by darknights

The work of the judicial officials is clearly aimed at torturing and impoverishing all prisoners and in general all those who unfortunately have to face their fate.

Judges, prosecutors, appellants, all together have for years created a closed group of torturers, of course with the help and complicity of the governments of the day.

Especially in recent years with the Mitsotakis government, they have been leading the country in the path of the junta and repression. The decisions made in the courtrooms and in their offices are clearly vindictive and inhumane for the people. The scum who bear the “title” of president, supreme court of appeal, etc., are the ones who give the orders to seize the homes of people with health problems, the elderly, and those facing financial crisis.

They are the ones who judge at will how long people will sit in prison, regardless of evidence and proof, because they only like to make vengeful decisions at their own so-called discretion and administer their own “justice”, without considering anyone or anything.

They think they are in a higher class of people and that they can play with everyone’s lives. Their direct connections to high level cops and politicians place them in a context of self-empowerment and corruption with no checks and balances from anyone. They sign and arrange laws for their corrupt “friends”, they give orders for surveillance of people for personal gain.

A huge chapter is about prisoners and the constant tightening of sentences, of course with some exceptions that only serve “their own”. Extensive sentences, the various provisions that are imposed overnight as it suits them, lead prisoners to the daily battle for survival in miserable conditions.

When it comes to people of their own clique, by cover-ups and short procedures, they are relieved of any responsibility. A typical example is the disaster in Tempe, where all the scum – responsible for the tragedy – continue their lives as normal. The then Transport Minister Karamanlis and his appointed minions, with the help of judges and prosecutors, have been absolved of all responsibility. The ‘famous’ friends of the Mitsotakis government, the rapists and pedophiles, Lignadis, Filippidis etc., are partially acquitted or are given the benefit of the doubt, so that they can continue their perverted work by being acquitted. On the contrary, for all those who do not belong to their debased rotten circle, the application of their laws transcends all vindictiveness. $hile: “Words from the confinement, necessary letters” by Marcelo Villarroel

Posted on 2024/01/06 by darknights

On December 16, 2009 I was expelled from Argentina after 21 months of confinement in different units of the province of Neuquén to be at the disposal of the Chilean state and it has been 14 years since then.

In 2014 I was sentenced to 14 years for two bank robberies. Strictly speaking, I am serving this sentence in its entirety, from beginning to end, without any benefit and it ends today December 16, 2023 and still the state keeps me behind bars.

According to the gendarmes, I must serve 12 more years of imprisonment to be able to apply for some intrapenitentiary benefit only in 2036. According to their retroactive modifications of the illegal Chilean law, in 2056 I will definitively expire my sentences, all of them from events that occurred more than 30 years ago.

A madness of numbers and years typical of Pinochet’s military justice shamefully in force and still today endorsed by recent rulings of the Court of Appeals of Rancagua, of Santiago, of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court of this amnesiac country governed today by the Communist Party, the Broad Front and all the progressive and social-democratic scum always at the service of the interests of the great god of capital.

In this context, a few days ago, Mónica and Francisco, anarchist comrades of action who received the full revenge of the state, were condemned by the capital’s democratic inquisition, particularly Francisco to whom the domination imposed 86 years, becoming today the revolutionary prisoner in the Chilean prisons with the highest sentence and whom we must know how to accompany from the daily practice without pauses since the road will evidently be longer. Always from the complicit affinity and never from the victimization!

On the other hand, in the occupied wallmapu, in the same week, the racist Chilean justice declares Peñi Luis Tranamil Nahuel, who these days is about to receive a hefty sentence, as well as Peñi Nelson Queupil, who faces an imminent sentence, both walking the path of the weichan, are in Chilean prisons, fists raised, living the onslaught of the state offensive of occupation.
