Since the first day of my arrest, I have consciously chosen to keep a consistent position and refused to cooperate with the prosecution and interrogation authorities. Every time I spoke, I did it to claim certain historical and political responsibilities. Responsibilities towards my individual and collective path in the acts of revolutionary violence, as well as towards two of my comrades, on whose names from the very first moment the anti-terrorist unit tries to personify the lost pieces of the puzzle of the so-called deracination of Anarchist Action.
In this case, beyond what is objectively true and what is a lie, the greatest danger lies behind the political goals of the anti-terrorist unit. So, what are the shocking pieces of evidence of the service, infamous for its methodical lies: A ridiculous anonymous phone call that names me personally as the one responsible for a set of arson attacks in the region of Thessaloniki (a phone call whose number I assume is going to be missed in the trial by the hackers of the service), surveillance of ambiguous quality and origin taken from my personal daily life, my arrest together with my companion Georgia Voulgari in the house of Panos Kalaitzis, where I had in my possession a set of confiscated items that are named as “arsenal” and two clear political statements: the common responsibility claim of one and only arson attack at the FNRC from me and my companion and my personal responsibility claim of being a member of the Anarchist Action. Athens, Greece: Attack on cops, in solidarity with Fotis D, Iasona R
Six months ago, two of our comrades fell into the hands of the state. On 14/11/2021, an attack on the Piraeus traffic police with the use of Molotov cocktails. A few kilometres away, in the area of Faliro, a blockade was set up by cops who tried to stop a motorbike with our comrades on board which they refused to stop. The immediate reaction of the uniformed cops was to chase the motorbike and a few meters later to ram them with the police car at high speed and risking their physical integrity. Then after the comrades were arrested, they were taken to the GADA (police HQ) where they were held captive without the possibility of contacting a lawyer or family. Early the next morning they entered their homes trying to find some evidence that would show that they were related to the aforementioned attack. Of course, the police thugs only succeeded in their own way to pass the climate of terror to the families of the two comrades and collect useless evidence (empty beer bottles, two computers, a bottle of paraffin oil, a juggling pole and a 1940’s antique gas mask) which were turned into evidence. The following days were followed by a farcical media farce which brought the courtroom before its time. After several days in custody, the two comrades were found to be in custody with an overblown indictment where the prosecutor-investigator’s only concern was to achieve the objective with no room for defence. The indictment given to them is : attempted manslaughter, arson, arson by association, explosion-construction and possession of incendiary and explosive materials , without any evidence to support it and since then they have been detained in the Vlora-Korydallos hellhouses.
The main dispute of the whole case and the sucking of the state and media, was to highlight the application of the new provision of the penal code where now the possession of Molotov cocktails is a felony with the possibility of imprisonment, as it was in this case, with the cronies of this society celebrating. For us, this is not something that seems paradoxical; the Mitsotakis government has shown and stated from the beginning of its mandate that targeting and suppressing the antagonistic movement is one of its primary objectives. One of its main pre-election promises, moreover, was the ‘cleansing’ of the institutions of higher education, as well as the tightening of the penal code.Therefore, we are not falling from the clouds when, in order to show a supposed political consistency in their speech, they send people to prison, let alone anarchists, who always create problems in the world of power.
Our solidarity with every appointed-imprisoned comrade is undivided and uninterrupted.We will always be with the oppressed and those who choose to resist impoverishment by any means and in simple or complex ways. So from our side on Thursday 12/4 we tried to be mentally next to our comrades by closing Patission Street and attacking passing police cars and the squadrons that they approached with stones, fire extinguishers, paints.

Barcelona 27F – The massacre of freedom
Since February 27, 2021, four comrades have been in jail at BRIANS I in Martorell (BC). Initially the arrests were 8. They are accused of attempted murder and constitution of a criminal group, for participating in a demonstration in Barcelona where for 30 seconds the side of a motor vehicle of the urban guard burned. A guard was on board and got off unhurriedly.
Clearly a set-up. Set up by the state to break up the demonstrations that, in the midst of the COVID confinement, were agitating the main Spanish cities. In solidarity with the rapper Pablo Hasel, who is still detained for crimes of opinion.
Iron fist and hype, this is the response of the State. A frame-up that recalls others. From Sacco and Vanzetti to Sole, Silvano and Baleno, passing through Pinelli and Valpreda. In fact, the defendants are foreigners (Italians) in the face of united Europe, are anarchists, squatters, without a steady job and without family in Spain, of course.
The GIP of the proceedings (Maria Eugenia Canal Bedia) – known friend of the police – has done everything to delay the approach of the trial that could reveal the inconsistency of the frame. Always stretching to the limit the waiting time of each act, coming to hide for 45 days a firemen’s report that exonerates the boys. Accused, among other things, of sharing the battle cry “Chihuahua” and of distinguishing themselves by “the ochre-colored lighter” and other such amenities… 14 months of preventive detention, pending trial. Italy: Update about the comrades arrested on March 16th: Evelin’s arrest order annulled and Gianluca’s confirmed
On April 6th was held the hearing of the re-examination court on the precautionary measures for Gianluca and Evelin, anarchist comrades accused of “possession of deflagrant and explosive material, attempted manufacture of improvised explosive devices and possession of deflagrant material with the aim of attacking public safety”, arrested on March 16th on a warrant from the public prosecutor’s office of Genoa and later transferred under house arrest.
Today, April 8th, the comrades were notified of the result of the hearing: the arrest order against Evelin was “annulled for lack of serious evidence of guilt”, therefore the comrade is released from house arrest, while it is confirmed for Gianluca, who remains under house arrest, without any change in the specific restrictions (no communication with persons other than close family members, no leaving the perimeter of the house even to buy food, no receiving correspondence, etc., and periodic checks by the police).
We remind that a solidarity fund has been activated to support the expenses of the comrades (currently the fund is only active on italian territory). The coordinates for sending contributions are:

Evelin was transferred to house arrest in Rovereto on March 26th. Both she and Gianluca are subject to all restrictions (no communication with each other, no communication with persons other than close family members, no leaving the perimeter of the house even to buy food, no receiving correspondence, etc., and periodic checks by the police).

Justice for Anarchist Prisoner Toby Shone!
Anarchist prisoner Toby Shone is being held in the Category B facility HM Prison Parc, a privately run prison in South Wales, despite being in reality a Category C or D prisoner who was eligible for Release on Temporary License (ROTL) on 21 January 2022, according to paperwork he received on 26th March 2022. ROTL is home leave from prison in preparation for release. Category B prisoners are not eligible for home leave.
Despite being found Not Guilty of political offences in court and with no evidence linking him to the website and publication 325.nostate.net, Toby is being held without legal process and without possibility of
redress as a Category B, High Risk prisoner where he is not eligible for ROTL (home leave). A probation official told Toby previously that his categorisation is a consequence of his anarchist beliefs, and the fact that he is considered by the authorities to act on those beliefs. This decision has been taken at a level above the Offender Management Unit (OMU) which is the unit Toby personally deals with.
His beliefs are also the reason that police are pursuing a Serious Crime Prevention Order against Toby which will allow the police to monitor and control all aspects of Toby’s life and monitor his associates for five
years. The Order means he can be imprisoned again for an additional five years should he breach the Order which is so intrusive, it would be

France: Two cases of surveillance devices
An audio surveillance device found in the Libertad anarchist library in Paris (France)
An audio surveillance device was found in the Libertad anarchist library in Paris, France. The device was hidden inside the printer-copier of the library. It was composed of two microphones, an antenna, a transformer, a battery, a small box containing an electronic card, a 64 GB SD card and a SIM card from the cell phone provider Orange.
According to the communique which announced the discovery of the device, it was a surveillance device of model RB800 marketed by the italian company Innova. The product description of the RB800 device can be downloaded here.

Berlin, Germany: Rigaer94 – Never Gonna Give You Up – Solidarity with the accused comrade from the raid on 9.3.
On the morning of the 09.03.2022 cops raided an apartment in Reichenberger Str. in Kreuzberg as part of an ongoing investigation. They had a search warrant for the residence of a comrade who is accused of participating in violent acts against cops in front of our house on June 16, 2021, which was actually the fight against the eviction under the pretext of fire-security. The charge is „very serious case of breach of the peace“ („besonders schwerer Fall des Landfriedensbruchs“). This investigation and warrant is claimed to be based on video identifications by 2 cops from the LKA 641 (PMS). The cops had a warrant to search particularly for clothes, yellow gloves and electronic storage and communication devices. On June 16, 2021 some hours before the establishment of the „red zone“ by the cops in our street, friends and comrades in solidarity with Rigaer94 blocked the streets in front of our house with burning barricades. The solidariansstayed behind the barricades and occupied several roof corners to defend until the cops had gathered big forces including a water canon and an armored vehicle and surrounded the entire neighborhood. This fight on that day underlinedfor us as a house what a solidarity movement can achieve within moments of state attacks such as the „firesecurityissue“ on June 17, 2021. We defend the legacy that these days left to the struggles by proving the fact that the state indeed is vulnerable and that the political structures are able to counter the attacks on their spaces and ideas.
